Abstract

ABSTRACT : This research was done in Developer Company of PT. Cipta Griya Dinamika, by using Balanced Scorecard Approach with four perpectives which measured, which are the financial perpective, customer perpective, internal business process perspective and growth and study perpective. Research method which used in analyse descriptive, history analyse and survey. Data analyse technique which used is using primary and secondary data. Research result that performance PT. Cipta Griya Dinamika for the financial perpectives, current ratio has averaged 151,63% is categorized as not good because less than 200%, profit margin is categorized as good, operating ratio is categorized as good and ROI is categorized as good. For the customer perpectives, achievement customer is categorized as not good because less than last year, retention customer is categorized as good, profitability customer is categorized as good and satisfaction customer is in the good criteria because the 53 than 67 customers or 79,10% were satisfied for PT. Cipta Griya Dinamika. Internal business process perspective is nothing because PT. Cipta Griya Dinamika not make innovation process and on sale service, so that is categorized as not good. Growth and study perpective, employees productifity is categorized as good, employees retention is categorized as good and employees satisfaction is in the good criteria because the 4 than 7 employees or 57,14% were very satisfied for PT. Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are 1) To know the description of academic procrastination level of students before and after the implementation of group guidance, 2) to know the difference of academic procastiasi level before and after group guidance in the experimental group, 3) to know the difference of academic procrastination level of pre test students with post test at Control group, 4) to know the difference of academic procrastination level of the students in the post test of the experimental group and post test of the control group, 5) to know the influence of group guidance on the level of academic procrastination of the learners. Data collection tool in the form of an academic procrastination questionnaire. The subjects of the study were students of class VII Junior High School 14 Pekanbaru, amounting to 41 people and divided into 2 experimental groups and 2 control groups. Determination of sample by using technique of Pusposive Sampling. Data analysis was performed using percentage technique, wilcoxon comparison, mann whiteney different test and rank spearman correlation. Where researchers chose class VII students because of the results of the phenomenon in the field. The result of data analysis showed that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.063 in group 1 and 0.024 in group 2 with a significance value of 0.05. Sig. (2-tailed)> 0.05 so that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected in group 1 and Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected in group 2. There is no significant correlation between group guidance to academic procrastination level in group 1 of 33.2% A significant relationship between group guidance on the level of academic procrastination in group 2 was 49.1%. This is evidenced by the correlation value of 0.577 and 0.701 so that the value of the correlation coefficient of group 1 at the level of moderate and group 2 at a strong level. Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar Kampar regency engaged in oil palm plantations. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the production cost budget serves as good planning and control. In this research the research method used is descriptive method, and data collection is done by direct interview with head of budget department and each part company about company activity and budget implementation at company. The problems encountered in the study are limited to problems in the process of budget preparation as a planning and control of production costs. After doing research, it can be concluded that PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar Kampar District has used the budget as a planning and controlling production costs in running its business. Abstract

Abstract: this research aims to to find out the learning motivation improvement of SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru students at the application of cooperative learning model of spotlight strategy. This research is pre-experiment of one group pretest-posttest. The subjects of this research are the 39 students of class VII.3 SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. The design of this research is pre-experiment using ARCS motivation learning questionnaire as data collecting instrument.Data were analyzed descriptively using N Gain. The relults of this study indicate an increase in student learning motivation by applying the cooperative learning model of spotlight in every ARCS indicator.Key words: ARCS, Spotlight Strategy, Learning Motivation.

Abstract

Abstract : This study is based on the low learning outcomes of students especially on subjects IPS. This happens because at the time of the learning process students are less interested with the material being taught because the teacher is still using lecture methods and less conducive class circumstances, less lighting, slightly narrow and less well organized that makes students become bored and unmotivated to learn. The application of quantum teaching model is expected to be influential in improving students' IPS learning outcomes. This research is a research with quasi experimental method with nonequivalent control group design. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the application of quantum teaching model to the learning outcomes of IPS students of class III State Elementary School 110 Pekanbaru in the experimental class and to know the difference in learning outcomes of IPS students of third grade students of Elementary School 110 Pekanbaru between experimental class and control class. This research was conducted in SD Negeri 110 Pekanbaru with class IIIA as control class treated with ordinary learning and class IIIB as experimental class treated by applying quantum teaching model. The result of the research shows that there is influence of the application of quantum teaching model to IPS learning result and there are difference of IPS learning achievement between experimental class and control class. In the experimental class there was an increase in IPS learning outcomes from the pretest average of 61.91 to 75.58 in the posttest test with an average gain of 0.38 medium category. While the control class had an increase of 62.05 on pretest to 67.64 in the final test (postest) with an average gain of 0.12 low category. In this research, it is known that there is influence of the application of quantum teaching model is strong enough to the learning result of IPS of third grade students of State Elementary School 110 Pekanbaru in experiment class with coefficient of determination 0,53. The quantum teaching model influences the IPS learning result by 53.29% while the other 46.71% is influenced by other factors, it can come from inside the students (intern) and from outside the students themselves (extern).Key Word : Quantum Teaching Model, IPS Learning Result

Abstract

Abstract: Research it is based on the state of the study of organization seen of the aspects of important from the organisation. Because important aspects of the organization is characteristic the base that must be is used to the development of the study of organization PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) In The City Dumai. Formulation problems research is whether the study of organization In The City Dumai in good?. The purpose of this research is to find the study of organization PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) In The City Dumai in good. Population in this study some 63 people. Then the researcher determine samples from 39 people to research and 20 people for testing somewhere else, with using a technique simple random sampling. An instrument data collection that is chief to 60 a statement and if the trial live 52 a statement valid for in made instrument research .Data analysis through descriptive analysis quantitative .The outcome of research on three indicators a conclusion can be drawn that study on organizations PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) In The City Dumai in good, With the average (the ss+s) 84 %. It means management PKBM run the study of organization, that activities in PKBM run smoothly. Seen from 3 indicators can be concluded that the division and a working relationship were very good, because management PKBM maintain the between her fellow employees , that the activities carried out by going well.Key Words: Study, the study of organization PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat)

Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by the fact that is found in the class VA SDN 005 Siak Hulu, which shows the results of learning in IPA is still relatively low. Formulation the problem is this research is : “Docs the application of cooperative type Think Pair Share (TPS) to model can improve learning outcome in IPA students class VA SDN 005 Siak Hulu?”. This research aims to improve learning outcomes in IPA students class VA SDN 005 Siak Hulu with application of cooperative type Think Pair Share (TPS). The hypothesis og this study is that if applied learning model cooperative type Think Pair Share (TPS) it can improve learning outcomes in IPA student class VA SDN 005 Siak Hulu. This study was conducted in SDN 005 Siak Hulu in April 2016. This from is research is classroom action research (PTK) are planned as much as two cycle. The subjects were students of class VA SDN 005 Siak Hulu academic year 2015/2016 which amounted to 22 people consisting of 11 men and 11 women. Based on the results of research of teacher activity sheet seen rising each meeting. At the first meeting of the first cycle of 70%, the second meeting of the first cycle 75%, at the fourth meeting of the second cycle of 85%, and the fifth meeting of the second cycle of 95%. Student activity observation sheet also increased at every meeting. At the first meeting of the first cycle of 60%, the second meeting of the first cycle of 70%, at the fourth meeting of the second cycle of 80%, and the fifth meeting of the second cycle of 95%. Mastery learning outcomes to repeat at first cycle increased 24,73% from the base score of 61,59 to 76,82. In the second cycle increased by 33,58% to 97,50. The average value in the base score 61,59, UH then the first cycle to 76,82 with an increase of 15,23. Where as the second cycle of the average value of UH become 35,91 with an increase of 97,50. So that research result are consistent with the hypothesis.Key Word : Learning Model Cooperative Type Think Pair Share (TPS)

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary School fourth grade students Kulim jaya 007 District of Lubuk jaya in the academic year 2014/2015. Subjects in this study were students in fourth grade Kulim jaya State 007 Kulim jaya District of Lubuk Batu Jaya Indragiri the number of students 28 students, consisting of 13 men and 15 women. This study is a Class Action Research (Classroom Actions Research) which comprises two cycles. Based on the results of research and data analysis known that an increase in the percentage of activity for teachers to get an average of 79.17% success criteria very well. Implementation of the second cycle of activities for teachers to get an average of 91.03% success criteria very well.Implementation of the first cycle of activity students gain an average of 66.67% sufficient with both criteria. Implementation of the second cycle of activity students gain an average of 95.83% success criteria very well. before implementation of cooperative learning model type Make A Match was 65.25 from 28 people who follow replicates only 12 people were completely and 16 students have not completed the completeness percentage of 42.86% with less qualification. In the first cycle UH 1 daily value increased to 68.57 students who have increased as much as 17.85%, the number of students who completed 17 students. In the second cycle increased the average value of as much as 25% to 70. The implementation of the UH 2 daily value increacentage with a percentage of 89,29%. Class declared complete when it reaches ≥ 80 of the number of students who reach the specified KKM is ≥ 70. It can be concluded that cooperative learning model Make A MatchStudent can improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary School fourth grade students Kulim Jaya 007 Kulim Jaya District of Lubuk Batu Jaya.Keywords: Make A Match, IPS Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research has been to produce LKPD based on Construktivisme on the subject of chemical bonds valid based on feasibility of content, language, presentation and grapic. The research was conducted in Chemistry Education Department of PMIPA FKIP University of Riau on August-december, 2018. Research is done by research and development research and development (R & D) with 4-D model, because time and cost limitation is only done until development stage. Instrument of data collecting in this research is validation sheet and teacher response questionnaire as well as questionnaire response of learners. LKPD that has been developed validated by 3 validators it’s 2 namely lecturer of Chemistry Education FKIP UR and 1 namely lecturer of Chemistry Education FKIP UIN Suska Riau , then tested to 15 students in SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru and 15 students in SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. The average scores of validation of feasibility aspects of content, language, presentation and kegrafisan of LKPD developed respectively were 98,86%, 91,67%, 95,83%, and 90,63% with an overall average of 94,52% (valid). The mean outcome of the teacher's response questionnaire to LKPD was 90,62(good), the average score of the limited trials conducted in 2 schools were 90,26 %(good) and 93,33%(good) respectively.Key Words: Development, LKPD, construktivisme, chemical bonds

Abstract

 Abstract: The aim of this research is to know whether there is correlation teacher’s perceptions of transformational leadership style principal and performance of kindergarten teacher of Ampek Angkek District of Agam West Sumatera Province. The population of this research is a kindergarten’s teacher of Ampek Angkek District of Agam West Sumatra as many as 94 teachers, of this research sample as many as 48 teachers were taken using Taro Yamane formula. The method used is Pearson Product Moment to see the relationship variables on teacher’s perceptions of transformational leadership style with the school head teacher performance. The technique of collecting data used questioner in Likert scale form. The technique of analyzing data used test and statistic analytical by using SPSS program for windows Ver.23. Based on the results obtained by testing the hypothesis that there is a significant positive relationship and teachers perceptions of transformational leadership style and performance of kindergarten teacher of Ampek Angkek District of Agam West Sumatera Province. It can be seen from the value of the correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.318 and 0.028 significance level of <0.05. The level of teachers 'perceptions about the relationship of transformational leadership style of principals with teacher performance are included in the low category with determinant coefficient in the amount 10,11%, meaning that teachers' perceptions of transformational leadership style of the principal influences on teacher performance as much as 10,11% .
