Abstract

Abstract: Writing is an important language skill that students should learn in school. Commonly, writing among students takes less attention in the process of its activities. They tend to take a long process and unorganized result. The aim of this descriptive research is to find out the ability of the third year students of SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru in writing analytical expository texts. Beside that, this research also aimed to identify the most difficult and the easiest aspects of analitycal expository texts for the students. The participants of this research are 35 third year students of SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru. The data was collected by giving a written test to the students individually. The students were asked to write a good paragraph in term of analitycal expository text. Before doing the test, the students were given a model of analitycal expository texts to remember them about a good form of analytical expository texts. There were five aspects that being assessed in this test, they are grammar, vocabulary, mechanics, organization and fluency. The data were scored by three raters. In analyzing the data, the rater used analytical scoring system that assesses five aspects of writing. The research finding shows that the students have good ability in writing analitycal expository texts with the mean score of 69.5. The easiest aspect for the students in writing analytical expository text is mechanism, while the most difficult aspect is fluency.Keywords :Analytical Expository Texts, Writing Ability

Abstract: Base on field observations conducted by researchers, that there are some problem or phenomena that occur in the game extracurricurel football SMK Kehutanan Pekanbaru, namely the lack of mastering technique of playing the ball. such as dribble ie the ball is often dribbled away from the foot of the player, ball contol is not good when dribbing, so players often lose the ball while dribbling. the purpose of this study research was the determine the effect of effect on Dribble Speed to Quikly Relay Dribble and Driblle Speed Football Extracurriculer Smk Kehutanan Pekanbru. The population in this study research were as many as 14 people. insrumen used in this research in the dribble. Abstract : Based on observations while in the field related to the achievement motivation and work discipline Kindergarten Teacher In New Simpang Village District of Pekanbaru City Handsome encountered symptoms such as: the majority of teachers do not perform their duties in a timely, Some teachers there who do not make the teaching, lack of vigor in the process teaching students, teachers do not care about the students who lack the spirit of learning, it can be seen from many of the students were playing around, sleep, and out of, noisier, and storytelling in the learning process but the teachers do not care about them, and less communicative teacher led to the impression of a teacher has closed personalities, this situation causes the distance between teacher and pupil. And based on the linearity test can be seen that the value of the significance of the Linearity of 0.000. Because of the significance of less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the variables of achievement motivation to discipline teachers working relationship exists erat.Dari simple correlation analysis (r) obtained correlation between achievement motivation and discipline teachers (r) is 0.696 with probability 0.000. therefore the probability of <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), then Ho is rejected This suggests that there is a strong relationship with the achievement motivation and work discipline. While the direction of the relationship is positive, meaning that the higher the higher the achievement motivation. discipline of teachers. The coefficient of determination is generated is equal to r2 = 0484, p = 0.000 (p <0.05), it can be seen that the influence of achievement motivation 48.4% of the labor discipline teachers.Key word: Achievement Motivation, Work Discipline Teachers

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the low interest of high school graduates in Pulau Merbau sub-district to continue their study to university. Students' interest to continue their education to university is less than 50% of the number of students who graduate each year. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the interest of high school students in Pulau Merbau District to continue their education to university and the factors that affect it. The purpose of this study is to determine the interest and factors that influence the interest of continuing education to university high school students in the district of Pulau Merbau. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the interest of continuing education to college in high school students in Pulau Merbau District is high upwards with 88,3% contribution. As for the factors that influence the interest of continuing education to university is the establishment of a person 1.070, the ideals 1.109, talents 1.006, family environment 0.272, school environment 0.345, community environment (-0.345), peer environment 0.135 and the socioeconomic parent 0.009. Thus the hypothesis stating "There is an influence between the interest of continuing education to college and the factors that influence it" is accepted. This is evidenced by multiple linear regression tests between variables X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8 and Y. Figures 11.381 and Ftable 2.12. Obtained from the study of Ftable distribution list with N = 60, at 5% significant level, thus can be known Fcount> Ftable or 11.381> 2.12 then H0 is rejected, so hypothesis in this research accepted.Keywords: Interest Continuing Education, Influencing Factors

Abstract

Abstract: As an empire, Aceh experienced a period of forward and backward. This also made the Royal Commander think of appointing and inaugurating a Sultan, who later the Sultan could restore the glory of the Kingdom of Aceh. That is why a Sultan named Sultan Ibrahim Mansyur Syah was appointed in his government assisted by Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir. The purpose of this study is 1) To find out who Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir was, 2) To find out about the condition of Aceh before the arrival of Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir, 3) To find out the role of Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir during the reign of Sultan Ibrahim Mansyursyah, 4) To find out how the end the presence of Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir in the Kingdom of Aceh Darussalam 1864-1878. In this study the author uses qualitative research methods with descriptive and historical approaches. This method is a research conducted by interpreting the data in the past or the present by using words on the results of the study. The results of this study are the emergence of Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir in Aceh around 1864, where the Aceh Sultanate was a meaningless government. Habib Abdurrahman El Zahir is a foreign figure of Arab descent who gained an important position in the kingdom of Aceh Darussalam in maintaining the glory and power of Aceh Darussalam. Habib obtained several important positions including being the Imam of the Grand Mosque, resolving internal conflicts, the delegation of diplomacy abroad, and negotiator with the Netherlands.Keywords: Role, Habib, Kingdom of Aceh Darussalam

Abstract

Abstract: The problem of this research are some shortcomings, especially in physical condition, muscle strength of arms and shoulders seen when they are practicing sedo boxing, samsak, and at the time of sparing. Can be seen at the time of athlete Dreal Patner a lot of punches in catapult boxing athletes do not have the weight of a punch that means that the opponent does not change the position but returns back punch. The type of this research is research with experimental treatment (Experimental), this research population is athlete son denpal boxing camp Pekanbaru, the sample in this research is the entire population of 6 people. The data retrieval technique can be from pre-test and post-test. The instrument performed in this research is an exspanding dynamometer test, which aims to measure the strength of arm and shoulder muscles. Variables that exist in this research is bench press exercise which is denoted by X as independent variable, while muscle strength of arm and shoulder is denoted by Y as dependent variable. After that, the data were processed with statistics, to test the normality by liliefors test with a significant level of 0.05. The hypothesis proposed is the influence of bench press exercises on the muscle strength of the arms and shoulders against the blow at the male boxing athletes booxing camp Pekanbaru. Based on T test analysis, the conclusion is obtained: Tcount of 2.78 and Ttable 2.015, means Tcount > T table. It can be concluded that Ho is rejected and HI accepted, this concludes that there is significant influence between bench press exercise on muscle strength of arm and shoulder at athlete of son boxing camp PekanbaruKeywords : Bench Press, Muscle Sleeve and Shoulder Strength

Abstract: The problem in this research is seen that their smash ability is still not good, the direction of cock flat and not dip, easy punch returned, the way the ball is not tight, the cock is often out of the field or does not lead to the target and also there is still a concern on the net. This matter allgedly doe to the lack of wrist and arm muscle power that is not good so that the smash accuracy does not lead to the target smash. The study aims to determine whether there is a correlation between the formation of the wrist and arm muscle power whit the result of the smash accuracy badminton son on PB. Angkasa Pekanbaru. Sampling technique that is the whole population (total sampling) badminton athlete PB. Angkasa son Pekanbaru numbered 8 people. This research uses correlation technique. Then, the test data using the normality test, product moment correlation test, and test that Lcalculate variable X1 = 0,254, Lcalculate variable X2 = 0,140 and Lcalculate variable Y = 0,190 where Ltable obtained 0,285 (α = 0,05), with So Lcalculate = 0,254 < L table 0,285 on variable X1, Lcount 0,140 < Ltable = 0,285 on the variable X2 and Larithmetic = 0,190 < Ltable = 0,285 on variable Y, in other words it is concluded that X1, X2 and Y data are distributed normal.Keywords: Wrist Flexibility, Arm Muscle Power, Smash Accuracy.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of production cost towards Farmers Income in the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Palapa Village Muara Bahan District of Singingi Hilir Regency Kuantan Singingi. The research was conducted from April to june 2016. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study was 397 smallholders, the sample in this study as many as 40 farmers sampling technique by using cluster sampling. The data collection technique using the method of documentation and interviews. Data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression. From hasl research obtained that simultaneous production costs affect the income of farmers in the village unit cooperatives Palapa. This is based on the results of analyzes, calculations show Fhitung> Ftabel (1034,471> 4,08). From coefficient determination calculating production costs affect the income of farmers amounted to 96.5% and the rest of its 3.5% influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords: Production Costs, Income Smallholders

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study is a correlational study. The population in this study were students Senior High School 2 Kelayang, and a sample set of male students, then drawn using purposive stratified sampling technique as much as 25% of each stratum (grade level) in order to obtain the number of 30 samples. Variable data collection techniques explosive power arm muscles (x1) with test Two Hands Medicine Ball Put, variable arm muscle strength with push-up test, and chest pass variables to test the ability of chest pass. This research analyzes using the Pearson product moment correlation formula. Results of calculation of correlation coefficient X1 with Y: X2 with Y values obtained count r> r table. (0.65: 0.59> 0.361) and the correlation coefficient significance testing X1 with Y: X2 with Y obtained F count> F table. (21:17> 3:34). Based on the results obtained can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between muscle explosive power arm and arm muscle strength in the ability of chest pass at 46.24%.Keywords : Explosive power arm muscles, muscle strength of arm, chest pass

Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted because of the result of learning outcomes sains study class IVB SD Negeri 61 Harapan Baru Kecamatan Mandau. From 22 students who achieve KKM just 8 students (37%) while student who did’nt complete 14 students (63%) with an average of 58. The purpose of this research to improve learning outcomes IPA class IVB SDN 61 Harapan Baru with the application of learning models CTL. The results obtained by the average value of 58 basic score increased in the first cycle of 26,69% to 73,64 . In the scond cycle the average value of students also increased by 42,04% to 82,40. On the basis of completeness score IPA student learning outcomes is only 58% (not finished). After the professor of applied learning model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in the first cycle classical completeness increased to 63% (not finished) ,the second cycle classical completeness obtained are increased to increase to 82% activities of teachers at the first meeting of 62% with enough categories. The second meeting increased to 75% in both categories . In the second cycle increased to 81% with the category very well. At a meeting of the second meeting of the second cycle, the activities of teachers increased to 95% with the category very well. Activities of studentsin the first cycle of thr first meeting activity students acquire a percentage of 56% in both categories. The second meeting of the first cycle to 75% in both categories. At the first meeting of the scond cycle of students activity increased to 82% with the categoryvery well,and at the second meeting of the second cycle increased again to 95% with the category very well.Key Words : Contextual Teaching end Learning, learning outcomes IPA
