Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is that many MTs football players Nurul Iman Kemuning Muda have less speed in performing attacks and when defending defeats so often during sprinting, the ball collects from other players. The aim of this study is to find out how much the influence of the Single Leg Run Through exercise is on the speed of MTs football players Nurul Iman Kemuning Muda. The population of the 12 MTs Nurul Iman Kemuning Muda Football team. The sampling technique uses total sampling so that the sample is 12 people. The instrument in this study is the speed of 40 yards. The results obtained were analyzed using the t-test. On the basis of data analysis and discussion it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Single Leg Run Through training on the speed of MTS Nurul Iman Kemuning Muda football players, as shown by the results of tcount 14,241> t table 1,796 at α = 0, 05. This proves that by performing the Single Leg Run Through exercise, the speed can field better results.Key Words: Single Leg Run Through, speed

Abstract

ABSTRACT, Problems in this study originated from the observation of the author encountered in the field, it is still low physical fitness of students of SD Negeri 18 Sumber Jaya Bengkalis. The purpose of this study was to determine the nutritional status contribute to the physical fitness of male students SD Negeri 18 Sumber Jaya Bengkalis. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study was 18 Sumber Jaya Elementary School Bengkalis totaling 72 people using purposive technique side where the student population sampled is predetermined or with certain considerations which totaled 23 people, to get the research data used test TKJI , and BMI for nutritional status. Data were analyzed with a simple product moment. Based on the results of my research has been described in the previous chapter can be stated the following conclusion: There is a significant relationship between nutritional status (X) to physical fitness (Y) students of SD Negeri 18 Sumber Jaya Bengkalis, obtained rhitung = 0.52> rtabel = 0.413.Keywords : Nutritional Status, Physical Fitness

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in physics learning outcomes class IX SMP N 3 Tambang using model cooperative learning type group investigation (GI) with smart ballons game. The form of this study was Quasi Experimental Design with design Posttest-Only Control Design. The sample of research is student of IX.3 as experiment class and IX.2 as control class. Instrument of data collection is the result of cognitive learning given to the post learning sample. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential analysis. The results showed the students average absorption by applying model cooperative learning type GI with smart ballons game is higher than the application of conventional learning. Thus concluded that the application of learning model cooperative learning type GI with smart ballons game can improve student learning outcomes in learning Physics in dynamic electricity material in class IX SMP N 3 Tambang.Keywords: Model Cooperative Learning Type GI With Smart Ballons Game, LearningOutcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: The Biological subject in class VIII has a fairly high level of difficulty and is closely related to everyday life. One of the class VIII are quite difficult to grasp and is closely related to life is the material excretion system. The characteristics of the material in this excretion system places emphasis on contextual learning process because of the demand to link between the subject matter with real events in everyday life including health. The purpose of this study is to increase understanding and knowledge of the learners about the excretion system material. This research was carried out in the laboratory of Biology Education Department PMIPA FKIP University of Riau and junior high school 23 Pekanbaru in April-August 2016. This type of research is research development using model ADDIE conducted up to the stage of development. There are 3 is LKS as developed. Data collection instruments in the research is the assessment sheets/validation is LKS, and the now the response of learners. Once LKS as developed, validated by 4 people validator then conducted tests I on 20 students 4 semesters of Biology education and pedagogy, and UR free trial II on 20 learners Class VIII.g. The validation results showed a mean score of 3 contents eligibility aspect is LKS as developed is very valid category, 4.22 average score aspects of design are valid categories, 3.97 and average score is 3.98 pedagogic aspect of the category is valid. The average score of the overall aspect of the third category is LKS is 4.06. The results of the tests showed I score average 4.33 by category. The results of the tests showed a mean score of 4.12 II with a category either. The results of the analysis of the answers on a test I shows the average value of 86 with categories either. LKS Oriented Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the material excretion system can increase understanding and knowledge about the material and the excretion system can enhance critical thinking skills class VIII junior high school.Key Words: Development, LKS, Problem Based Learning (PBL), Critical thinking, Excretion system.

Abstract

Abstrak: Many college graduates are unemployed because of the level of competition in applying for a job higher. One of the efforts made by universities University of Riau in particular, is to educate students and prepare graduates to study entrepreneurship and make entrepreneurship as part of the curriculum given at the University of Riau. The purpose given these courses so that students can have a soul or characteristics of entrepreneurship and cultivate their interests and talents. In an effort to foster interest in entrepreneurship, it is first important to know the factors that influence the onset of that interest. Factors that affect the interest in entrepreneurship can be developed so that interest can be transformed into an independent business. Factors that affect the interest in entrepreneurship, there are two factors: internal factors and external factors, internal factors which include income, self-esteem and feelings of pleasure while External factors include family, community, and educational opportunities. This study aims to determine the influence of income, self-esteem, a sense of excitement, family, community, and educational opportunities to entrepreneurial interest on student of Economics Education FKIP Riau University with 42 sample obtained using purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing simultaneously (test F), partial regression coefficient test (t test) and test the coefficient of determination (r2 adjusted). The research showed that There are significant effect between income, feelings of pleasure, society and education simultaneously and partially on the interest of entrepreneurship in students of Economic Education FKIP Riau University and There is no significant effect between self-esteem, family environment and the opportunities it partially on the entrepreneurial interest on student of Economics Education FKIP Riau University.Keywords: Interest in entrepreneurship, Income, Self-Esteem, afterglow, FamilyEnvironment, Environmental Society, Opportunities and Education

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning process and increase the student’s mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of the Quick on The Draw Activity in Cooperative Learning of STAD. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycle. The research was conducted in class X MC in the second semester of the 2015/2016 academic year with the subject of as many as 28 students, consist of 28 boys. The research instrument consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device used in this research is the Syllabus, Lesson Plan, Worksheet and Questions Card. The instrument data collector used in this research is the observation sheet and math achievement test. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the result of the research showed that implementation of learning process on cycle II had happened improvement from implementation on cycle I. Weakness on cycle I is improved on implementation cycle II according with planning of improvement after reflection cycle I. Number of students that reach Minimum Mastery Criteria increase from basic score to daily test II. The number of students who reach Minimum Mastery Criteria on basic scor, daily test I and daily test II are respectively 13 person (46,4%), 14 person (50%) and 21 person (75%). Results of this research indicates that application of the Quick on the Draw Aktivity in Cooperative Learning of STAD can improve learning process and increase mathematics learning outcomes from the students at class X MC (Motor Cycle) SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru in the second semester academic years 2015/2016 at Basic Competencies 6.2 Identify the properties of a rectangle, square, trapezoid, parallelogram, rhombus and kite and Basic Competencies 5.1make a chart completion system set linear inequality, 5.2 Determines the mathematical model of word problems, 5.3 determines the optimum value of a system of linear inequalities, 5.4 apply accurate line .Key Words: Cooperative Learning of STAD, Quick on the Draw Aktivity, Learning Process, student’s mathematics learning outcomes, Classroom Action Research.2

Abstract

Abstract: This descriptive research is aim to find out the ability of the second semester students of English Study Program FKIP Universitas Riau in writing a paragraph. The sample of this research is one of the three classes of the first year students of English Study Program which are choose by using cluster random sampling technique. The number of the sample is 37 students. The data were collected by giving a written test to the student individually. The test asked the students to write a paragraph by choosing one of the given topics. The students’ scores were analyzed by using Harris’ scoring system which concerned with five aspects of writing, they are Grammar, Vocabulary, Mechanics, Fluency and Organization. The findings show that the students’ average score for each aspect of writing was in “good” level where the students’ ability in terms of Vocabulary was the highest among the other aspects with the average score 71,91, while Mechanics was the lowest one, with the average score 64,08. Based on the results obtained, it can be inferred that the students are able to write a paragraph and their level of ability is in “good” level with the average score 66,98. By looking to the aspect the students mostly weak, that is Mechanics, this study recommended the students to do the two important ways that probably can solve this problem. The students need to learn and practice more about Mechanics. The more students learn and practice, the more they know about Mechanics. It will make them better in Mechanics aspect.Key Words: Study, Ability, Writing, Paragraph

Abstract: This study discusses the forms of abstinence in public bans Tebingtinggi tribal forest districts. Bans abstinence is viewed from the perspective of the life cycle. Include life cycle : birthm children, adolescents, adults, dies. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive method that aims to describe and explain the problem to be studied abstinence prohibited. Data source of this study allowed the ban abstinence from interviews with tribal communities Tebingtinggi forest districts. Data obtained using. Teknik collecting data, then the data is classified in the form of data recording and data observation judged to be the conclution based on the analisys of the data, allowed 5 staged in the life cycle of them: (1) birth (2) children (3) adolescents (4) adults (5) died.Keywords: Abstinence banned

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of  this research was to increase critical thinking skill on the subject digestion system grade VIII junior high school. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Biology Department of the University of Riau PMIPA FKIP and SMPN 23 Pekanbaru in March to September 2016. The research is a research development by using ADDIE model of integration to the stage of development. There are 5 LKS developed. Instruments of data collection in this study is the validation sheet LKS, and questionnaire responses of learners. After LKS developed, validated by 4 validator then the tests I in the 4th semester 20 students of biology education FKIP UR, and a second trial on 20 students of Class VIII SMPN 23 Pekanbaru. The tests showed the average score feasibility aspects of the content of 5 LKS developed very valid category is 4.21, the average score 4.34 categories designing aspect is very valid, and the mean score of the pedagogic aspect is 4.69 very valid category. The mean overall score of the fifth aspect is 4.41 LKS very valid category. I trial results showed the average score 4.21 with very good category. II trial results showed a mean score of 4.57 in very good categories. The results of the analysis of the answers to the second trial showed a mean value of 87 in good categories. LKS oriented discovery learning model can increase the understanding and knowledge about the digestion system and can increase critical thinking skill of student.

Abstract

Abstract : The problem in this research is the lack of civics student learning outcomes, as seen from the average value of students is 59.17. Of the 24 students who achieve grades above KKM just 6 students (25%), while students who have not yet reached KKM many as 18 people (75%), the value specified KKM is 70. Based on these problems is necessary to study a class action by applying the model role Playing. This research aims to improve learning outcomes Civics class students V A SD Negeri 60 Duri school year 2014/ 2015 the number of students 24 people consisting of 13 men and 11 women. This study was conducted by two cycles. At each cycle I and II consist of three meetings, which consists of two face to face meetings and one times daily test at the end of the cycle. With Role Playing models approach is applied, it can improve learning outcomes Civics students, it can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes from the base score is an average of 59.17, an increase of 9.85% to 65 in the first cycle, and the cycle II increased by 45.77% to 86.25. The percentage of teacher activity also increased, as seen from the percentage of the activity of teachers in the first cycle the first meeting 60% increase in the second meeting to 75%, in the first meeting of the second cycle increased to 85% and in the second meeting to 95%. Based on the results of this study concluded that the application of the Model Role Playing, can improve learning outcomes civics class students VA SD Negeri 60 Duri.Key Words : Usage Model Role Playing, Civics Student Learning Outcomes.
