Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the double role conflict early childhood teacher of Gugus Mawar in Bangkinang distric; to knowing the performance of early childhoot teachers of Gugus Mawar in Bangkinang district; to determine the relationship of conflict with the perfoemance of the double role of early childhoot teachers of Gugus mawar bangkinang district. The benefits of this research is to give input to edicational pracitioners, especially the manager of educators in order to make early childhoot teacher training programs continuously. In terms of theoretical provide an understanding of the conflict based on their experiences, for teachers to be able manage conflict in a positive double role, improfing the performance of early childhoot teachers. The population in this study were all early  childhoot teachers of Gugus Mawar in Bangkinang district kampar, which consists of teachers who have a family (husband and children have), as many as 40 teachers. The samples are saturated sample the entire population involved. Overview conflict double role of early childhoot teachers of Gugus Mawar in Bangkinang district is at the low category.in view of the performance of teachers at the high categori. Early childhoot teachers of gugus mawar in bangkinang district have a high level of teacher performance and double role at low levels. Results of rhitung value of 0,109 with a p-value = 0.5 this. Therefore p> 0.05 (0.5> 0.05). we conclude there is no significant correlation between the two variables tested. This study accepts H0 means that tehre is no significant relationship between conflict with the performance of the double role of early  childhood teachers Gugus Mawar of Bangkinang distric. Abstract

Abstract: the aimed of this study to determine the class management by early childhood teachers throughout Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru. Population and sample in this research amount to 21 people S1 early childhood teachers in Sub District of Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru. The data collection techniques that use a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using a percentage formula. The results were obtained by early childhood teachers classroom management throughout Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru overall gain a percentage of 89.74% which is in the category "Very Often". Based on the analysis of teachers' working lives, showing the work of teachers affect the ability of classroom management by early childhood teachers throughout Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru. It can be seen from the data analysis, the chi-square calculation results obtained figure of 41.868%. This figure compared with the chi-square value in the table with df of 26 is at 5% significance level that is equal to 38.885%, showing the results of calculation of chi square is greater than the chi square results in the table (41.866%> 38.855%). Based on the analysis of the training, show training does not affect the ability of classroom management by early childhood teachers throughout Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru. It can be seen from the results of the chi square analysis calculation results obtained figure of 8,399%. This figure compared with the chi-square value in the table with df equal to 4 to 5% significance level that is equal to 9.488%, showing the results of calculation of chi square is smaller than the results of the chi square on the table (8.399% <9.488%). Abstract

Abstract : The background of this research problem is often a child feel embarrassed and pull away when talking with teachers and friends. There are children that are less able to answer questions put to him, there that difficult to express why they like to something, and there they want to tell but have not given the opportunity. Most parents are included in the communication patterns that are less effective. Therefore, the necessary communication skills to assist children in learning to master effective communication and develop a child's ability to speak. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the communication ability of parents of children aged 4-5 years in the Kelurahan Tuah Karya Pekanbaru . The study population was all children aged 4-5 years that were in the Kelurahan Tuah Karya Pekanbaru totaling 130 people. The sample used by 56 people. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used is the formula Pearson Product Moment and analysis of statistical methods Pearson Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 16. From the results obtained there is a strong influence, positive, and significant between parent communication skills with the ability to speak of children aged 4-5 years in the Kelurahan Tuah Karya Pekanbaru . It can be seen from the strong categorized rxy 0.601, t count of 5.5 and 2.00 to 5.5 ttable> 2.00 then it means that there is a positive and significant influence between communication skills with the ability to speak. The resulting determinant coefficient is equal to r2 = 36, it can be seen that the communication skills of parents to give effect by 36% against the speech of children aged 4-5 years in the Kelurahan Tuah Karya Pekanbaru . Abstract

Abstract: the aim of this research is to describe students representation ability in applaying Modeling Instruction on Dynamic Electicity at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. The expected benefits of this research is to train the student in using such representation (verbal, mathematics, graphs and pictorial), in order to increase student representation ability. This research was conducted at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru in X8 class totaling 39 students. The design of the research is Pre-experimental design formone shot case study. Through applying Modeling Instruction, student trained to serve representation to such kind of representation: verbal representation, mathematics representation, graphs representations, pictorial representation. From the research, based of aspect representation ability; formulate information from a representation, forming a new representation, the consistency of representation and solve problems using the representation obtained the ability of student representation by implementing of Modeling Instruction obtained the criteria of representation ability categorized medium level with an average score 76,50. therefore in teaching physics, by using Modeling Instruction could train the first year student representation ability on dynamic electric material at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru.Kata Kunci: Modeling Instruction, representation ability, Dynamic electicity

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is children do not enjoy and became inactive during the science lesson, the lack of attention during studying science, children could not finish the assignments given by the teacher, children became easily tired and bored when studying science, children do not respond well when given a question. The problem formulation in this research is, how is the result of studying science for children with age range from 5-6 years old in Bhineka Tunggal Ika kindergarten before using the contextual learning approach? How is the result of studying science for children with age range from 5-6 years old in Bhineka Tunggal Ika kindergarten after using the contextual learning approach? Is there a significant difference between studying science before and after applying the contextual learning approach in Bhineka Tunggal Ika kindergarten? The aim of this research is to answer the 3 problem formulation above. The number of samples in this researchis 23 kindergarten children of Bineka Tunggal Ika kindergarten of Bangkinang. The method used in this research is the experiment method with one group desaign model. The data analysis is done by statistic percentage technique to differentiate for the result of studying science before anf after using the contextual learning approach on children.  Before using the contextual learning, there were no children categoried “good”. There are 3 children categorized “medium” 13,04% and 20 children categorized “low” 86,96% . After using the contextual learning, some became categorized as “good” is 11 children or 47,83%, and the other 12 children were categorized as “medium” or 52,17%. Based on this research, the information gained shows that the average score of learning science results before given the approach is 20,69. After the teacher gave the approach becomes 36,69. From the calculation of textpoiment it is known that tcount >ttabel (25,199 > 2,704) with a mistake rate of 1%. Therefore, the rejected Ho and the accepted Ha which means there is a significant difference before and after given the approach in the form of contextual learning. Based on the research, it is concluded that after given the contextual learning approach, the result of science learning increases. Keywords:result, studying,contextual learning

Abstract

Abstract :This study aimed to determine the effect Background Teacher Education Against  Performance Teacher  In Kecamatan Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu . In this study sample 30 teachers in the district stone rokan upstream end , the instruments used are interviews and observation , hypothesis of this study is the effect  background educational teacher  on the performance of teacher  in kecamatan ujung batu kabupaten rokan hulu , It can be seen from the data obtained by the value of chi square calculation 112.29 % . This figure compared with the chi-square value in the table with 16 hp at the significant level of 5 % is obtained 26.296 % , was the result of the calculation is smaller than the chi square chi square results in the table ( 112.29 < 26 296 ) . Abstract: Japanese hole or Lubang Japang (Minang language designation) is one of the attractions that exist in the area of West Sumatra exactly in the middle of the park in Sianok canyon panorama below the town of Bukittinggi. Japang hole has a length of 1400 m and winding. The tunnel is located approximately two meters below the ground surface Bukittinggi. Japang tunnel or hole is a long historic tunnel for Indonesia in general because Japang hole is a foxhole or Japanese soldiers hiding place in the face of war. Japang holes built with the purpose of defense interests of the Japanese army in World War II and the Greater East Asia War. The purpose of this study was (1) To find out when the Japanese hole was made, (2) To know how chronological manufacture Japanese hole in Bukittinggi, (3) To find out who is involved in the manufacture of Japanese hole in Bukittinggi (4) For megetahui how the role of the people Indonesia in the manufacture of Japanese hole, (5) To know how to influence Japanese hole to Bukittinggi. This research method is the historical method or methods of history. The place is the town of Bukittinggi research that one historical object Japanese hole. When the study for 4 months, starting from the research proposal seminar continued with a thesis to graduate exam. Data collection techniques include five techniques namely engineering literature, technical documentation, interview techniques, observation techniques and data analysis techniques. The results of this study are Japang hole he made this Bukittinggi has two versions, the version of the Japanese officers and one version of Indonesian workers in London who is our fighters who live in Bukittinggi Agam. Japang hole is in the road near the canyon Sianok Panorama is a strategic place for the Japanese. Underground tunnel (Lubang Japang in Panorama) This is the result of the excavation of the workers who were deployed hundreds of numbers. Soil excavated to a depth of 1,400 meters and former dig soil dumped into the canyon which is essentially a very deep depth. At that time the excavation carried out on the orders of Lt. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the skills of classroom management of a kindergarten teacher in kelurahan Simpang Baru kecamatan Tampan kotaPekanbaru. This is a descriptive study, the data was collected using a questionnaire-shaped instrument number 29 point statement. Once tested, the questionnaire is valid for 23 items and is not valid for 6 items. Overall a reliable instrument to "count r" = 0.953 means very high reliability. The population in this study was a kindergarten teacher in kelurahan  Simpang Baru kecamatan Tampan kota Pekanbaru with number 74. Samples are 42 teachers. Results of research data shows that overall classroom management skills by kindergarten class teacher in kelurahan Simpang Baru kecamatan Tampan kota Pekanbaru city excellent condition with a percentage of 84.61%, because it is in the range of 81% -100%. That is a skill teachers to create a conducive learning, skills teacher control in the event of disruption in the learning and skills in managing classroom teachers need to be retained and that needs to be improved to make it better again.
