Abstract: This study aims to mapping the soft skills of kindergarten teachers at Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru City. The population in this research were 123 teachers. The sample in this study was determined by using the formula of Slovin which totaled 94 teachers. The techniques of data collection used is to using a written test and analysis techniques used is using a percentage formula. The results of this research obtaining of the mapping of kindergarten teacher’s soft skills at Payung Sekaki District for personal competence aspects which is in the category of "Very Good". It is known from the results of the data analysis of soft skills which earn a percentage of 82.76%. While the mapping of kindergarten teacher’s soft skills at Payung Sekaki District for social competence aspects which is in the category of "Very Good". It is known from the results of the data analysis which earn a percentage of 88.52%. The mapping of kindergarten teachers’s soft skills at Payung Sekaki district overall earn a percentage of 84.48%, which can be classified in the category of "Very Good". Abstract. This study aims to determine the intelligence picture of the kindergarten teacher Benai District of Kuantan District Singingi. The benefits of this research is to give input to the interpersonal intelligence to know, can be used as input for the development of learning activities and to improve the quality of education. In terms of theoretical provide information about teacher interpersonal intelligence. The population in this study was overall a kindergarten teacher Benai District of Kuantan District Singingi. Sampel used is saturated samples. The data collection was carried out research on the teaching semester 2014/2015, through the instrument of data collection in the form of a questionnaire sheet. The results showed that of the 8 sub-indicators as a whole is in good category with an average of 78.44%. While Kindergarten Teacher Interpersonal intelligence Benai District of Kuantan Singingi are in two categories of good and very good. The sub-indicator beada in both categories are sub-indicators of the second with an average of 76.16%, the third sub-indicator with an average of 69.39%, the fifth sub-indicators with an average of 75.55%, with the average seventh sub-indicators -rata 78.78%, and sub-indicators of the eighth with an average of 76.96%. While the sub-indicator mempeoleh excellent category is sub-indicators first with an average 83.43%, the fourth sub-indicators with an average 81.41%, and sub-indicators sixth with an average of 82.42%. Abstract: The perposes of research were to know the effect of mother education level koward ability of children tongue 5-6 years old TK Dwi Karya Tanjung Koto Kampar Hulu. Population and sample in this research is 50 student consists of 3 mother’s education level of TK Dwi Karya Tanjung Koto Kampar Hulu. Data collection technigues used observation and interview the technigues analis of data appled formula presentage. The result of this research shows that atility children langue overall  is 63,6% good criteria. Education mother base is 60,46% suffient criteria, medium education mother is 61,78% good criteria, and then highly education mother is 73,03% good criteria. The result of analisis shows that mother’s education level not affect the ability of children tongue TK Dwi Karya Tanjung Koto Kampar Hulu. Data analisis shows that result of calculation chi square is 9,28. If compared with the value of grade chi square on table dk 22 at a significant level 5% abtainable 33,924. Whereas the result of calculation chi square smaller than the result of chi square on the table (9,28>33,924). Key Word: the mother’s education level, ability of children’s tangue

Abstrak: The purpose of this study was to describe the results of the physics students learn the skills and know the difference between the skills students learn physics processes using worksheets based natural learnig (JAS) with students who learn using worksheets conventional. The research was conducted from February 2015 through June 2015 with a population of class X IPA and sample class X IPA 25 students and XIPA 2, 24 students. The design of this research is a form of pre-experimental design intact-group comparison. Instruments used test results of students' learning skills physics process which comprises 12 multiple choice questions. Data collection techniques in research is the provision of test results of physical processes of learning skills of students. Technical analysis of data used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis of the average absorption of 80% class experiment with both categories while the control group was 74% in both categories. Based on the absorption of students it can be said the effectiveness of learning in the experimental class and control class is effective. Classical mastery learning students in the experimental class is 84% ​​complete and 62.5% control class is declared incomplete. Classical completeness indicators of process skills in the experimental class that is 100% complete and incomplete control class is 75%. Inferential analysis through statistical calculation t test SPSS 16. tcount = 2.1667 and ttable = 2.012. Based on the criteria of hypothesis testing tcount> ttable so that there is a significant difference against worksheets skills through a process physics-based Natural base learning Around with worksheets conventional level of 95%. Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the rate of leaf litter decomposition in Forest Areas native Prohibition Rumbio in September 2014 and January 2015. The study was conducted in two phases, phase field research and development of learning modules. Determination of the research station in purposive sample by three research stations as representing the forest community as a whole. At each station gets 15 bags of waste and the waste that is deposited on the forest floor litter bags were collected every interval of 15 days and dried for 75 days in the oven for 48 hours at a temperature of 700C – 750C. Each station measured soil temperature, soil moisture and pH of the soil and the types of trees on a plot measuring 20x20 m. The results showed the rate of leaf litter decomposition in Forest Areas native Prohibition Rumbio for 75 different days in each station, station 1 at a rate of waste decomposition leaf 0.0028 gr/m2/day, station 2 with a blade speed of waste degradation of 0.002 gr/m2/day, and the station 3 with the leaf litter degradation rate of 0.0018 gr/m2/day . The results of this study was developed as the development of learning modules on the concept of tropical forest ecosystems in the High School Class X. ABSTRACT. This research is motivated by the low value of math. Preliminary data result of learning students of class IVB of 106 elementary school Pekanbaru is from the 30 students, only 13 peoples or 43,44% completed or reached the KKM and 17 peoples or 56,67% were not completed. Based on these problems, it is necessary given way to solve the problem include applying Quantum Teaching model. Quantum Teaching give an opportunity for students to learn with a pleasant atmosphere and engaging students to increase math studies. Data collection instrument on this research are observation sheet activities of teacher and student, and learning outcomes. Subjects in this research were students of class IVB of 106 elementary school Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in three cycles, by doing the daily test of the end of each cycle. The result of this research shows that the Quantum Teaching model can increase math studies, completeness math learning outcomes in first cycle is 66,67%, in second cycle increased to 93,33% and reach 100% in third cycle.Keywords : Quantum Teaching Models, Mathematics Learning Outcomes

Abstract: The background of this thesis is a regional expansion that causes changes in borders and boundaries are not clearly defined. Giving rise to conflicts between the adjacent areas. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) How the background of the conflict in the Border Region Five Villages in Kampar and Rokan Hulu. (2) To find out how the state government in five rural villages during the conflict in the region Border Scramble Kampar and Rokan Hulu. (3) To determine the impact of the conflict on the community service in various aspects, such as demographic aspects, economic, social, political or security. The method used in scientific writing is the historical method and documentaries. Moreover, I also use a descriptive method that is useful as a complement to obtain the data. The results obtained that historically cause conflicts over territory which occurred in five rural areas arise because Unclear boundaries in the Act governing the Establishment of Local Government, this conflict also makes five rural communities feel confused because the dualism of leadership in local government that is of the District Kampar and also from District Rokan Hulu. And society is harmed by such conflict. As an example in the community election be losing their voting rights, or in the field of population feel confused society must take care of KTP, KK in Kampar government or in Rokan Hulu .Keywords : Border conflicts , Kampar , Rokan Hulu , Impact

Abstract: Library is an institution that plays a role in the development of interest in reading. It is very reasonable, the fact that the library is an entity that is directly related to various types of reading material. All of these reading materials by the library is not just for storage only. But, more than that these materials should be utilized as much as possible by library users. Libraries can be a tool to grow and increase interest in reading when the library can serve as a center of interest in reading. A comfortable and quiet library and characterize a friendly and fun place for children, adolescents and adults. The purpose of this study was to determine student reading in library Soeman HS, to examine the use of the library by students Soeman HS increase interest in reading, and the role of libraries Soeman HS in increasing student interest in reading. This research method is quantitative descriptive method. The location of research is Soeman HS library is located at the Sudirman No. 462 Pekanbaru. When the study for 3 months starting from the start until the exam thesis proposal seminar. Data collection technique used observation, questionnaires and interviews guided and tabulation of data contained in tabular form. Results of research in general researchers can say that the implementation of student interest in reading categorized quite good due to the efforts made to improve the student's own interest in reading. In addition, use of the library by students Soeman HS can be quite good because students have been able to take advantage of reading materials in the library Soeman to seek collection of books he needed. And the role of libraries Soeman HS has shown consistency in realizing the mission of which is to increase the interest and reading culture for the community.Key Words: Library, Reading, Reading Interest

Abtract: Schools are the means which are designed to implement education. The more advanced societies increasingly important role of school in preparing young people before entering into the process of community development. In connection with that then in the year two thousand and more schools are built by the Government and society, one with SMA Negeri 1 which is located in the district of Moro Karimun. Seeing this reality, the benefits of SMA Negeri 1 Moro is strongly felt by the community. This is evident from the number of people who put their children in the high school.The purpose of this study was (1) To determine the background establishment of SMA Negeri 1 Moro. (2) To determine the development of SMA Negeri 1 Moro Moro subdistrict Karimun. (3) To determine the factors driving and inhibiting in developing SMA Moro Moro in District of Karimun district. This research method is descriptive. Where the research is the District Moro, Karimun. When the study for 4 months, starting from the research proposal seminar continued with a thesis to graduate exam. Data collection techniques in this study include three techniques yaituteknik observation, Technical Interview (Interview) and Technical Documentation. Data collection and analysis techniques are qualitative. The results of this study are originated from the pioneering Moro Education Foundation which aims to nurture, teach and educate students / i District of Moro. Establishment of SMA Negeri 1 Moro in 1993 with the waqf land / vacant land donated by Alm. H. Wahab voluntarily with the intention of improving education in the District of Moro. In 1994 it became a public school high school. The ideals of its founders affirmed by the decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia on October 5, 1994 No. 0260 / O / 1994 on the opening and the nationalization of the school.Keywords: Development Of SMA Negeri 1 Moro In District Karimun

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effectiveness of physics learning by open-ended approach in lesson electric dynamic to students’ creative ability in class X5 IPA SMAN 10 Pekanbaru. The subjects were students of class X5 IPA and class X3 IPA. Class X5 IPA as eksperiment’s class totalling 40 students, consisting of 12 male students and 28 female students. While class X3 IPA as control’s class totalling 39 students, consisting of 16 male students and 23 female students. The instrument of data collection in this study is the creative ability test consists of 4 essay questions. Analysis of the data in this study are a descriptive analysis to see an over view of the results of the students' physics creative ability by using the criteria of absorption and the effectiveness and it is a inferential analysis to know there is no difference between physics learning by open-ended approach with physics learning by conventional to students’ physics creative ability. The analysis of the data showed as absorption eksperiment’s class average is 77.19% with a good category, otherwise learning effectiveness declared in effective. While absorption control’s class average is 40,54% with a good less category, otherwise learning effectiveness declared in effective less and there is difference between physics learning by open-ended approach with physics learning by conventional to students’ physics creative ability. Nevertheless, it can be concluded that physics learning by open-ended approach is could be used in learning process class X5 IPA SMAN 10 Pekanbaru.
