Abstract

Abstract: Extracurricular The research based on the observation was done by the researcher at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci. It showed lack of students’ interest on the library conditions it causes the problem by students to increase their knowledge. The formally, the function of the library is aimed to education. The specifically, the function of the library is to increase students’ interes in reading, because of that the library is very important for students. This research was aimed to know the implementation of the library function and the influence on students’ interest at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan kerinci Pelalawan Regency. The sampel of this research was 40 students. The instrument of data collection by using observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. This research is a quantitative descriptive analaysis. The implementation of the library functions and the influences on student interest at smp negeri 1 pangkalan kerinci are in good level. There is a significant influence between the implementation of the library function on reading students’ interest at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci are in good level. So the hypothesis is the research was acceptex. The result found that the cooficient of determination (Rsquere) os 0458. Its mean thet the influence of independent variabel (implementation of the library function) on dependent variabel (students’ interest of reading) is 67.7%Key Words: Implementation Of The Library Funcions, Influence, Reading

Abstract

Abstract: The study was carried out using a correlational research design that aims to determine how much the contribution between the independent variables namely arm muscle force (X1) and back muscle force (X2) to the dependent variable, namely the capacity of the kick arm (Y), the population in this study all research objects, namely PPLP Riau wrestles athletes as many as 10 people. Based on the results of the research described by the author in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and arm slamming, where r count (0.979)> rtab (0.666), with a contribution of 94.09 %. Then there is a significant relationship between the strength of the back muscles and the ability to kick against the arm, where r count (0.819)> rtab (0.666), with a contribution of 65.61%. There is a joint relationship between arm muscle strength and back muscle strength with the capacity of the arm kick with a significant level α (0.05) = 0.666 means, r count (0.982)> rtab (0.666) with a contribution of 96.43%.Key Words: Arm Muscles And Back Muscle Strength Against Arm Prints

Abstract

Abstract: Sakai tribe is a group of isolated people whi live traditionally in anarea on the island of Sumatera. Reside in the waters of the river, and they meet thenecessities of life by fishing. This study aims to determine the origin of the Sakai tribalcommunity in the Petani village, to find out the social conditions that are divided intohealth and education and to know the economic conditions of the Sakai tribe of thePetani village, the sub-district of Bathin Solapan, Bengkalis Regency. This study usesqualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation,interviews and documentation.The result of this study indicate, (1)Sakai tribe came fromthe kingdom of Pagaruyung Minangkabau, west Sumatera in two waves of migration.The first arrival is expected to occur around the 14th century to the Mandau region,while the next arrivals are expected to arrive in Riau in the 18th century, who came tothe kingdome of Gasib. (2)The social conditions of the Sakai tribe in the Petani Villagesare still relatively low. This can be seen from the lack of health facilities and the lack ofpublic awareness of enviromental cleanliness. Besides that the condition of education isalso apprehensive, it can be seen from the many people who do not attend school andon average only graduate from elementary school. (3)The economic condition of thecommunity is low, this can be seen from the general income of the community is still lowand only comes from work as a fisherman. In general the Sakai tribe community in thePetani village already has a residence with its own ownership status, but the conditionof the building can be said to be unfeasible, besides that the Sakai tribe community alsodoes not have valuables such as vehicles and electronic equipment.Key Words: Social Conditions, Economic Conditions, The People of the Sakai Tribe

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the learning process and to increase mathematics achievement with applied learning model of Problem Based Learning. The subjects of this research was student of class VIII MTs Negeri 1 Indragiri Hilir in academic years 2018/2019, which are 28 students, consist of 13 boys and 15 girls. This research consisit of two cycles, each cycles has four stages, which are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The instruments in this research is learning devices and instruments of data collection. Data collected are teacher’s activities and students’ activities and students’ mathematics achievement. Data collection techniques in this research consist of observation techniques and mathematics achievement test techniques. The data of observation results were analyzed in descriptive narrative techniques, while the students mathematic tests were analyzed in descriptive statistical techniques. The result of data analysis show teacher’s and student’s activity have been done very well in cycle II and weakness/deficiency that happened less from cycle I to cycle II. Implementation of PBL model enables students to observe and understand problems and can collect information related to problems given by teachers. The Students mathematics learning outcomes also increased in quiz I and quiz II seen from the achievement of students' knowledge and skills and frequency distribution analysis. The results of this analysis indicate that the application of the PBL model can improve the learning process and improve students mathematics learning outcomes of students of grade VIII students of MTs Negeri 1 Indragiri Hilir in 2018/2019 academic year at Polyhedron form Material.Key Words: Mathematics Achievement, Problem Based Learning, Class Action Research

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by there are still people who do not have a marriage certificate in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The formulations of the research problems are: (1) What is the level of legal awareness of the community in ownership of a marriage certificate in Muara Musu Village, Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency, (2) What are the factors that influence under-handed marriage in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research aims (1) to determine the level of legal awareness of the community in ownership of a marriage certificate in Muara Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, (2) to determine the factors that influence under-handed marriage in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research was conducted in Muara Musu Village from September 2019-June 2020. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. With the entire population of Muara Musu Village and the sample using purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 34 people as respondents who have met the characteristics or criteria as a sample. Based on the results of the research, the problem formulation (1) the level of legal awareness of the community in ownership of a marriage certificate in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency is relatively high (2) the factors that affect under-handed marriage in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency are economic factors and biological factors. The results obtained in this study were the high level of community legal awareness in ownership of a marriage certificate in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, so the hypothesis which states that the community's lack of legal awareness in ownership of a marriage certificate is rejected.Key Words: Legal Awareness, Marriage Certificate

Abstract

Abstract: This Research is classromm action research that was conducted based on the problem occurred at seventh grade students of SMPN 2 Merbau; namely the students were lack in speaking that influence them got poor scor in test. Therefore, this research was aimed at studying the improvement on the ability of seventh grade students of SMPN 2 Merbau in speaking by using picture series. The participants were 21 students. Besides , vocabulary mostly improve after being taught by using picture series. The participants were 21 students from VII SMPN 2 Merbau. This research conducted in three cycles. The data collection technique was obtained through (i) observation sheet which was applied to know the students and teacher performance during the teahing and learning process., (2) test was done to measure students achievement, and (3) field note was obtain information about teacher, the students activities and performances in the teaching and learning process during the implementation of picture series. The research can briefly can briefly explain as follow : first the students speaking ability could be improve by using picture series, before the research was done , the average score of students was only 46.02 in pretest, after thye research was done for cycle 1, it improved to 59.then, in cycle 2 increased up to 66. Second, the onservation shield and field note result showed that the use of picture series make teaching process more effective and it also helped students improve their seaking ability and more active in learning process. This improvement happened because this picture series method is appropriate applied in class.Key Words: Speaking, Ability, Picture series.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by: (1) there is always an increase in BKT every year; (2) the number of students who complained about the incompatibility of the UKT determination with the economic conditions of their families; (3) there is a change in the economic condition of the student's family, such as the presence of a family head who has died, who has been laid off, due to a decline or national economic problems, etc. which have resulted in a decrease in the economic capacity of students; and (4) the number of students who submitted a UKT revision was due to the inadequacy of the UKT previously set. This study aims to: (1) find out the learning outcomes of students of the Riau University PPKn Study Program before the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT); (2) knowing the learning outcomes of the students of the Riau University PPKn Study Program after the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT); and (3) determine the impact of the revised Single Tuition Fee (UKT) on student learning outcomes of the Riau University PPKn Study Program. This research is a quantitative survey method research, because this study aims to test the research hypothesis. This research was conducted on the campus of the University of Riau, where the population in this study were all PPKn students of 2016, 2017 and 2018 who were affected by the UKT revision, while the number of samples in this study was 30 people. Based on the research results, it is known that: (1) Student learning outcomes of the Riau University PPKn Study Program before the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) were achieved at an average value of 3.33 or with a quality value of "B" (Good); (2) Student learning outcomes of the Riau University PPKn Study Program after the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) are achieved at an average value of 3.56 or with a quality value of "B +" (Good); and (3) There is an impact of the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) on the learning outcomes of students in the Riau University PPKn Study Program. It is known from the tcount value which is greater than the ttable value (4.76> 2.00172). Thus, the research hypothesis which reads "It is suspected that the UKT revision has an impact on the learning outcomes of the students of the Riau University PPKn Study Program", can be accepted.Key Words: Impact Analysis, Single Tuition Fee (UKT), Learning Outcomes

Abstract: Research with the title self-integrity street children at Arifin Ahmad red cross intersection Pekanbaru City against the backround of the rise of street children found in several places in the city of Pekanbaru. Especially the Arifin Ahmad red light area. Street children have a bad image in the eyes of the community but still have good integrity to be accepted by the community. After conducting research in the Arifin Ahmad red light area of Pekanbaru city, the integrity of street children at the Arifin Ahmad red cross intersection in Pekanbaru city : Honesty, street children consider that honesty is very important. By having an honest nature, there will be many friends or other people who will believe. Then out of fear of being unreliable, they choose to rarely make promises to other people. According to them in other to complete the work on time, namely by directly doing it. Even the reason they are willing to work hard on the road, just because they want to help parents. Responsible, street children have a high level of responsibility, this can be seen when they apologize when making wrong decisions. If the borrowed item was damaged, they are willing to repair it or buy a new item.Key Words: street children, self-integrity.

Abstract: This research aimed to find what are historitical sites in Pekanbaru and find the roles of cultural and tourism office in preserving historitical sites in pekanbaru city,as well s to know and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by the culture and tourism office in preserving historitical sites in Pekanbaru. the type of this research is qualitative research. in preserving this historitical site it turns out, compassion, experienced inhibiting factors by the office of culture and tourism, among others;do not have a team of cultural heritage experts in the city of peknbaru, have not legally registered the lack of knowledge information, there is no confirmationand grouping of specific tourist destinations, so it can be concluded that historitical sites in pekanbaru have and important role to be preserved so that later the younger generation can enjoy this historitialsites well, and the roles of the culture and tourism office of Pekanbaru city and local government is needed to support the preservation, so, as to increase tourist visits from in the country and abroad, improve the welfare of the community, and can advance the tourism sector in the city of pekanbaruKey Words: The Roles of the Deparment of Culture, Preservation, Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Abstract: study aimed to analyze the effect of passing and stopping on the football playing skills ssb harapan bangsa pekanbaru. The design of this study uses a group of the research is wearing the approach one group pretest-posttest design. The populations in this study are 15 player. The sampling technique is to use the total sampling, where the total population is sampled. Data collection techniques were obtained from pre-test and post test. The instrument used in this study was a test of passing and stopping skills with a modified reflective board / wall. After that, the data were processed statistically, to test for normality with the Liliefors test at the significant level α (0.05). Based on statistical data analysis, it produces pre-test data Lhitung equal to 0.138, post-test data Lhitung amounting to 0.110 and Ltabel 0.220, meaning that Lhitung <Ltabel. Based on the pre-test and post-test data analysis, there is a difference in the number that increases or increases by 6. Based on the t-test analysis, it produces Tcount of 3.333 and Ttable 1.761, meaning that Tcount> Ttable. Thus , there is the effect of passing and stopping on the Football playing skills ssb harapan bangsa pekanbaru.Key Words: Passing Dan Stopping, Football
