Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this reserach was to determine the effect of eye-foot-hand coordination training on the backspin service ability of table tennis athletes at SMAN Sports Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at Yossudarso street no 103, coinciding with table tennis at SMAN Olahraga Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in June - July 2019 with a frequency of 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday) using the experimental method. Based on statistical data analysis, there is a pre-test average of 35.33 and a post-test average of 47.33, the difference in numbers increases or increases by 3.41. And based on the t test analysis yields t count of 8.630 and t table 2.015. It means that tcount> ttable, it can be concluded that the Cardiorespiratory Endurance of athletes has an effect on the eye-ankle coordination training needed to support the frequency when doing exercises in increasing the results of Backspin Service Ability. Based on the findings and processing of the data above, it can be concluded as follows: there is an effect of eye-accomplice coordination training (X) on the Ability of Backspin Service (Y) for Table Tennis athletes at SMA Olahraga Pekanbaru.Key Words: Effect of Eye-Foot-Hand Coordination Exercise, Backspin Service,Table Tennis

Abstract

Abstract: The ancient Minangkabau government system was led by Datuak / Penghulu (traditional leader), Cadiak Pandai (clever clever / scientist) and Alim Ulama (Religious Expert) or known as tungku tigo sajarangan. The purpose of this research is to find out the origin and history of the tungko tigo sajarangan, to find out why there are still people who do not understand the Minangkabau tradition, the role of the Tungko tigo sajarangan in preserving Minangkabau customs to determine the causes of the shift in Minangkabau customs, and in Pariangan Village, this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using data analysis model Miles and Huberman. Tungko tigo sajarangan is a customary manners originating from Pariangan Village. One of the reasons for the lack of understanding of Minangkabau customs is due to external cultural influences and they do not want to learn about it. Minangkabau customs from ancient times until now have been similar but different in their implementation. The role of Tungku Tigo Sajarangan in preserving the Minangkabau custom in Pariangan Village has been running according to its role. Where the tungku tigo sajarangan teaches about the Minangkabau customs. The main obstacle to the Tigo Sajarangan furnace in preserving Minangkabau customs is the nature of the community, including a materialistic nature.Key Words: Role, Tigo Sajarangan Furnace, Preserving, Custom

Abstract

Abstract: Each region in Indonesia has its own characteristics and uniqueness, this can be seen from the traditions and culture that exist in that area. Likewise, Simalungun Regency has so many traditions that are still there today and are still being preserved, one of which is the Rondang Bintang tradition. The purpose of this research is to find out about Rondang Bintang, how the procedures for implementing Rondang Bintang, the values contained in the Rondang Bintang tradition, and the role of the government in preserving Rondang Bintang. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data obtained from the interviews were then analyzed in their own language. This research has been carried out since the beginning of the title of this research until this thesis is completed. The data collection techniques are Observation Technique, Interview Technique, Documentation Technique and Literature Technique. As for the results of this study, some of the people of Simalungun generally cultivate rice and corn as commodities, and have a habit after harvesting to hold a thanksgiving for the harvest obtained, the community calls it Rondang Bintang. Rondang Bintang is a tradition that is carried out after the harvest season as a thanksgiving for the success of the big harvest and it is during this opportunity that parents will give advice to young people about the types of life karma and deliberation for the improvement of tomorrow. However, at this time Rondang Bintang has been taken by the government and it is the government that regulates the timing of its implementation and so on the series of events. However, the government also has an important role in its preservation, one of which is providing a budget for this activity..Key Words: Preservation, Rondang Bintang

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to (1) test and analyze the Leadership Style of Employee Performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Dumai Branch, (2) tested and analyzed the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Dumai Branch, (3) tested and analyzed the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Dumai Branch. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were employees who worked permanently at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Dumai Branch by taking the entire population as many as 40 employees. Collecting data using a questionnaire and source documents. The data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research results state that: (1) Leadership Style at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Branch Dumai on Employee Performance shows that the leadership implementation carried out by the leader of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Branch Dumai in the good category at 52.5%. (2) Organizational Culture at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Branch Dumai on Employee Performance shows that the Organizational Culture implemented by employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Branch Dumai in the good category at 60%. (3) Leadership Style and Organizational Culture simultaneously do not have a significant influence on the Employee Performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Branch Dumai which shows that the R square of Employee Performance is influenced by Leadership Style and Organizational Culture of 0.20 or 2% where the remaining 98% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out speaking difficulties faced by the third year students of English Department FKIP Universitas Riau. This research is descriptive research that has one variable. The numbers of sample are 30 students chosen by using proportional sampling techniques. To find the difficulties in speaking of the students, there was a questionnaire used for collecting the data. The questionnaire was adapted from Verapornvanichkul (2011). The questionnaire consists of two aspects; linguistics problems (vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation), and psychological problems (fear of making mistakes, anxiety, shyness, lack of confidence and lack of motivation). The questionnaire was accessed by the students online via Google forms. The questionnaire of this research was presented using 5 point Likert-scale start from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The result showed that every student encounter each difficulties of speaking according to the aspect of linguistics and psychological. The mostly difficulties in speaking faced by the student in linguistic aspects is vocabulary (76.6%) and anxiety as the psychological aspect (82%).Key Words: Analysis, Speaking, Speaking Difficulties

Abstract

Abstract: The learning device developed is a physics learning device using the Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI) model to improve cognitive learning outcomes of class XI SMA student on elasticity and hooke law, consisting of a learning outcomes test instrument. The purpose of this study was to produce a physics learning device using a valid Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI) model and was used to improve cognitive learning outcomes of class XI SMA students on elasticity and hooke’s law. This reseach is expected to be a reference for making innovative learning tools and can be used as a foundation in the teaching and learning objectives can be achieved. This type of research is a Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D model. This research is only limited to the development stage. The research instrument used was the RPP validation assessment sheet, LKPD, and the cognitive learning outcome test instrument used by the validator to assess learning tools. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis, by calculating the validity score of each indicator of the learning device. The results showed that the physics learning device using the Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI) model was declared valid with the overall score of the device being 3.58 with a very high category, so it was declarated feasible to be used for teaching in class XI SMA in an effort to improve student cognitive learning outcomes on elasticity and hooke’s law.Key Words: Physics Learning Tools, ADI Model, Cognitive Learning Outcomes, Elasticity and Hooke’s Law.

Abstract:This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many cases of the spread of Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) in Indonesia, which until now has not been resolved. With the efforts of the local government, especially Kerumutan District, which directly handles the spread of Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19). The formulation of the problem in this study is handling analysisCoronavirus disease 2019(Covid-19) based on Governor Regulation Number 27 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in Kerumutan District, Pelalawan Regency. The research objective is to find outhandlingCoronavirus disease 2019(Covid-19) based on Governor Regulation Number 27 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in Kerumutan District, Pelalawan Regency.Based on Governor Regulation Number 27 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Large-Scale Social Restrictions.This research method is descriptive quantitative, data collection techniques used questionnaires (questionnaire), interviews and documentation. The research variable is Governor Regulation Number 27 of 2020 which consists of 14 indicators of 66 questions based on research instruments. The population of this research iscommunity in Kerumutan District, Pelalawan Regency. The research sample was taken using techniquespurposive sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 111 people. Based on the results of research and recapitulation that has been done by researchers. Respondents who answered"Yes" with an average of 89.7 respondents with a percentage of 80.8%. Abstract

Abstract:Based on the author's observations on the athletes of the Riau Student Training Education Center (PPLP) found symptoms in the 100-meter sprint, including when running, the speed of stepping on the lower foot and the sole of the foot against the ground contact is not optimal, the speed of steps and stride length is stillslow and less than the maximum. This study aims to determine the contribution of leg muscle power with a 100 meter sprint to the Riau Student Training Center Athlete (PPLP). The population in this study was the athletic female athlete Lancing kuning, totaling 7 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Thus, the sample of this study was female athletes, totaling 7 people. The instrument is a leg muscle explosive power test using a Standing Broad device and a speed of 100 yards. The data obtained were analyzed using the Product moment Correlation technique. Based on the results of research and data processing using research statistical procedures, it can be concluded that for the relationship between variable x and variable y, the value of r = 0.388 is obtained, then rxy < rtable is (0.388 < 0.811), then Ha is rejected, in other words there is no relationship There is a significant relationship between leg muscle power and 100 meter sprint at the Riau Student Training Center Athlete (PPLP). Leg muscle power contributed to the 100 meter run, which was 15.05%.Key Words: Leg Muscle Power, 100 Meter sprint

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant relationship between running speed and leg muscle explosive power and long jump results in students of SMP Negeri 1 Bunut. This research was conducted in the field of SMP Negeri 1 Bunut JL. Arbes No. 42 Bunut, from July 2019 to July 2020 at the Bunut 1 Junior High School. This research is a type of correlational research (Correlation Research) and uses a total sampling technique (saturated sample), where the entire population is used as a sample. Based on the above sample determination, a sample of 20 people was obtained. From the calculation, it can be seen that the correlation value between speed and long jump is 0.122 smaller than r table = 0.444 meaning that there is no significant relationship. From the information above, it is obtained a correlation analysis between leg muscle strength and the long jump result, where the rtab is at a significant level α (0.05) = 0.444 means, rcount (0.488)> rtab (0.444), meaning that the hypothesis is accepted and there is a significant relationship. significant between leg muscle strength and long jump results in students of SMP Negeri 1 Bunut. The third hypothesis proposed and formulated is as follows: there is a significant (significant) relationship between the variable velocity (X1) and leg muscle strength (X2) together with the long jump result. The third hypothesis testing is done by using multiple correlation where rcount (0.535)> rtab (0.444).Key Words: Running Speed, Limb Muscle Explosive Strength, Long Jump Result

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated because in this modern era the world experiences quite strong shocks of values and norms. The moral and ethical crisis of national life, especially the crisis of values in the political aspect, is so pronounced. The deviation of private ethics and public ethics in the state has experienced an increase and chaos of norms as if it continues to occur in state management practices so that in an atmosphere of globalization we are hesitant to face it, with a responsive attitude. This study aims to find out an analysis of the implementation of the Luberjurdil principle of the presidential and vice presidential elections of the republic. Indonesia for the period 2019-2024. In managing the data, the researcher used quantitative descriptive analysis. The sample of this study were 100 people. The data collection used by researchers is to use questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation. Based on the recapitulation results of the calculation of respondents who answered YES with an average of 91.47 with a percentage of 91.47%, while those who answered NO were with an average of 8.53 with a percentage of 8.53%. So it can be concluded that the analysis of the implementation of the Luberjurdil principle for the presidential and vice presidential elections of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2019-2024 period for university students in Riau, proved that they answered YES with a percentage of 91.47% in the answer range of 51% -100%, then it can be said "Good".
