Abstract

Abstract : This study was motivated by the importance of the reward system in improving employee discipline PT. Citra Riau Sarana which is a company engaged in plantation and palm oil processing .. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana totaling 109 people. The sample in this study is the number of employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana numbering 109 people with 10% precision level set. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is using simple linear regression analysis with significance level of 5%. Data processing is done with the help of SPSS software version 17.0. From the results of simple linear regression analysis reward (X) to the discipline of employees (Y) obtained a regression equation one predictor is Y = 76.068 + 1,265X. the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.256. This means that the influence of reward contribution to the discipline of employees of PT. Citra Riau Sarana 25.6% rise and fall of the value of labor discipline employees affected by reward, while 74.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

ABSTRAK :Research about aplication of learning Model with Lottery Card has been conducted to improvement of student’s learning achievement at compounds nomenclature and chemical reaction equation subject in SMA Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. This research was quasi experimental with pretest-posttest design. The sample consist of two classes,class X sain 2 as the experiment class and class X Sain 1 as the control that randomly selected after normality and homogenity test. Model learning with lottery card applied in X Sains 2. Data Analysis of data used t-test formula. Result of data preparation obtained tcount>ttable is 2,79 > 1,67 It means the application of learning model with lottery card can improve student achievement on the topic compounds nomenclature and chemical reaction equation at class X SMA Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru is 11,8%.Keyword: Learning model With lottery Card, study achievement, compounds nomenclature and chemical reaction equation

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of the accounting skills of teachers on student achievement in high school accounting topics Private Se Pekanbaru city. This study was conducted in private SMA Se-Pekanbaru City from April 2015 to May 2015. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. Population of 35 teachers and a sample of 35 teachers. Mechanical sampling of the population saturated with the aid of samples. Data collection instruments were a matter of testing and documentation. Data analysis technique is a simple linear regression. The result showed that the competency of teachers affects student performance. This is based on the results of analyzes, calculations show Thitung> Ttabel (2,916> 2,035). So it can be concluded that the professional skills of teachers affects student performance with a contribution of 20.5% and the remaining 79.5% is influenced by other variables not examined as a family, motivation, community and others. Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to examine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and the Non Performing Loan (NPL) to Return on Assets (ROA). Sample in this study are 22 National Private Banks (BUSN) Foreign exchange listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange which the research period 2009-2013. The type of data used is quantitative data. Data analysis technique using multiple linear analysis, t test and F test with significance level of 0.05%. The result showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and the Non Performing Loan (NPL) simultaneously affect the Return on Assets (ROA). It is based on the results of the analysis, which shows the calculation result Fcount > Ftable (11.093> 3.08). Furthermore, the partial results of the study show the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) effect on Return on Assets (ROA). This is evidenced by the t test where the variable tcalculation 4.086 to 1.659 ttabel value. This shows that tcount > ttable. As for the Non Performing Loan (NPL) shows that Non Performing Loan (NPL) have an influence on the Return on Assets (ROA). This is evidenced by the t test where t count variable with the value ttabel -1.659 and tcount-2.402. This shows that -tcount < -ttable. Predictive ability of both variables on Return on Assets (ROA) in this study only 17.2%, while the remaining 82.8% is affected by other factors not included in the model study. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the research determine of the health level of Saving-Loan unit within the cooperative of multi bussines Rejosari Pekanbaru. The health level was calculated based on the ACT of cooperative and small bussines Republic Indonesia no: 20/per/KUKM/XI/2008, is was covered capital, asset quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth, and the identity of cooperative. The method is kuantitatif approach research where data was collected in the form of five years financial report. The research found that the Saving-Loan unit was in the moderate health level. In detail its healt can be discrabe that in 2010 the cooperative achieved score of 63.65; in 2011 the cooperative achieved score 63.65; in 2012 achieved score 63.65, in 2013 achieved score 64.90; and in 2014 the cooperative achieved score 66.15. As a result the multi bussines Rejosari of thained the range score between 60 – 80 that equal to moderate health level. Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on the productivity of employees of PT. Telkom Regional Telecommunications Riau. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Telkom Regional Telecommunications Riau numbering 180 employees and determination of the samples using techniques Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling which are planted 64 people. The data used is primary data that questionnaires (questionnaire) filled respondents. While data analysis using validity, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. From the results of this study concluded that: (1) financial compensation given PT. Riau Regional Telecommunications Telkom to employees can be categorized either. Similarly, the productivity of the employees of PT. Telkom Regional Telecommunications Riau mainland is also considered good because the percentage is between 56% -75%; (2) financial compensation have an effect on the productivity of employees of PT. Telkom Regional Telecommunications Riau. If the financial compensation given PT. Riau Regional Telecommunications Telkom increased the produktivits employees is expected to increase. Advice can be given: (1) PT. Riau Regional Telecommunications Telkom should maintain and enhance financial compensation granted to employees. Because the provision of financial compensation to give effect to an increase in employee productivity; (2) PT. Riau Regional Telecommunications Telkom needs to do a further review to keep the level of productivity of employees at a level in line with expectations the company to support the company in achieving its goals. And do not rule out the possibility the company to be able to open up reviewing studies from external parties under review increased productivity of the employees. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of the repayment of the level of profitability in the PT BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri  Pekanbaru. This research in the BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri  Pekanbaru from March 2015 until June 2015. The methode research used is descriptive quantitative methode. Population is financial statement and rcap report loans per type of use PT BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri  Pekanbaru and a sample financial statement and recapreport loans per type of use PT BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri  Pekanbaru periode January 2012 until December 2014. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The result showed that loans repayments affect the level of profitability. This is based on the result of analyzes, calculations showed t hitung > t tabel (5,347>2,040). So it can be concluded that the loans repayment affect the level of profitaqbility with a contribution 45,7% and the remaining 54,3% is affect by others variabels unobserved variables like interest income, credit provision and others. Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to determine factors that influence rubber land conversion into palm oil plantation .The population in this research is the whole farmers whose rubber plantation have conservated into palm oil plantation in the village of Kuantan Sako Kecamatan Kuantan Sako. Sampling is taken by purposive sampling techigue. Data is collected through interview and observation. Data is analized then using descriptive analysis. The research found that there is influence factors to land convertion from rubber plantation into palm plantations, namely: economic, environmental, and technical aspects. It is adviced to government to pay attention the expantion of palm oil plantation accordance with te spatial area that has set the government, to avoid global warming. Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to examine the effect of Competence, Independence, Objectivity and Due Professional Care for Quality Audit. The population used in this study there are 59 auditors, type of data used is qualitative data sourced from the auditor. Data analysis technique using multiple linear analysis, t test and f test with significance level of 0.10%.The result showed that the Competence, Independence, Objectivity and Due Professional Care simultaneously affect the Quality Audit. Based on the partial results of the study showed a positive effect on the Quality Competence Audit, Independence positive effect on the Quality Audit, Due Professional Care negatively affect the quality of audit results, meanwhile Objectivity does not affect the quality of audit results. The coefficient of determination shows that the Competence, Independence, Objectivity, and Due Professional Care Quality Audit affect 90.1% and the remaining 9.9% are not described in this research mode. Abstract

Abstract : Ratio analysis can show or give an idea of ​​good or bad financial position that can lead to failure. In an effort to avoid failure or bankruptcy, managers need to know the company's financial condition or predict the potential bankruptcy of the company. This study was conducted to determine the outcome prediction of potential bankruptcy at the telecommunications company listed on the Stock Exchange which aims to commemorate the managerial company and protect investors and creditors in order not to lose. The population in this study are all telecommunication companies listed on the Stock Exchange that has the necessary data for 6 consecutive years the company as much as 5 to 2008 to 2013. Data used is secondary data obtained by the engineering documentation (annual reports and ICMD). Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The results obtained are among the five telecom companies surveyed, there are two potentially bankrupt company predicted that PT. Bakrie Telecome Tbk and PT. Smartfren Tbk, there is one company that is located in vulnerable areas (gray area), namely PT. Indosat Tbk and 2 Companies are at a healthy state, namely PT. XL Axiata Tbk and PT.
