Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted because of the students' writing ability is low. It can be seen (1) student mastery of the material is still less taught, it can be seen from the results of the daily tests carried out and the value of the majority of the semester students are below the Minimum Criteria for completeness (KKM) is 35.3% while that, which should KKM in the classroom at least 70%, (2) students are less active in the subjects presented, it is seen from the activities of children who tend to just quietly listening to the teacher deliver material without responding, and (3) low ability students in writing a text conversation simple in grade IV elementary School District 003 Bangkinang Bangkinang District of Kampar. Of the 34 students, only 12 people who can write a good text conversation with. The method used in this study is action research. The results showed an increase in the teaching of writing essays conversation with the application of training methods. Based on the research results, it could be concluded towards this research is to improve the ability to write a conversation with the training methods Elementary School fourth grade students Bangkinang 003 Bangkinang District of Kampar district. Average student at the beginning of the test were categorized with an average value of 63.2, and in the first cycle increased to 71.8 with the high category, while the second cycle of the average ability of students categorized as good with an average value of 89.4. completeness in terms of number of students who completed the student reaches 94.12% or 32 of 34 students. From the data on the increase in capacity and the number of students who achieve mastery KKM then exercise techniques proven to improve the ability to write the conversation. Thus the research hypothesis that reads "Improved Ability to write conversations with students training methods fourth grade 003 State Bangkinang Bangkinang District of Kampar district" may be "acceptable".Keywords: Conversational Writing Ability, Drill Methods

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose ofthis research was toanalyzethe cost ofproduction, revenue, profitandefficiencylevel of Berkat Yakin shrimp pond in Penampi village of Bengkalis distric. This research was in Berkat Yakin shrimp pondin Penampi village of Bengkalis distric.The data usedin this researchis a type ofsecondary datawithinterviewdata collection techniquesanddocumentationfrom2011-2013. Data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The results showed that in 2011 enterprise Berkat Yakin shrimp pond has a value that is equal to Rp 1.49 efficiency. Then, In 2012 enterprise Berkat Yakin shrimp pond has a value that is equal to Rp 1.85 efficiency and at the 2013enterprise Berkat Yakin shrimp pond has a value that is equal to Rp 2.16 efficiency. It can be summarized that this business has efficiency level more than one, which is means that this business is worthto be developedorcan be forwarded.Keywords: Business, shrimp pond

Abstract

  Abstract: Problem in this research starts from writer observation found in the field that the achievement of learning outcomes almest of student still relatively low. It is proved by odd mid smester examination score in school year 2013/2014 still below average or below minimum completeness criteria(KKM)score so that many student who did not complete in many subjects.purpose of this research is to understand the corelation between physical fitness with students learning achievement at social class in pekanbaru senior high school kind of this research is male students at social class in pekanbaru senior high school number in 20 person are using for total sampling technique which is all the population be created as sample then sample of this research is 20 person. to get research data, it used Indonesia(TKJI) pyscal fitness test and the result of the smester report card.the data obtain were analyzed by simple correlation of product moment. based on result of the research which has writer expalain in previous bab, so it can get the conclution that there is no corelation between psycal fitness with students learning achievement at XI social class in pekanbaru senior high school,it marked by rhitung(0,034)<rtabel(0,456).   Keyword: Physical fitness,learning achievement.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study show the ability of students to writes of effective sentence eleven grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Rambah Rokan Hulu regency. This study aims to determine the ability to write of affective sentence eleven grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Rambah Rokan Hulu regency. This research used quantitative descriptive method. Data collected by the technique of arranging test. The sample is 15% from each grade XI is that 37 students. The results showed that ability of students to writes of effective sentence eleven grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Rambah Rokan Hulu regency is sufficient. Can be seenfrom the 37 students as a source of research data there were 29 respondents were able to write effective sentences and 8 respondents are not able to. Based on observations of researchers, most mistakes made by students is an error equivalence, especially malfunctions sentence, in others students are able to.Key Words: ability writes of sentences, effective sentence.

Abstract

Abstract : This study was conductedbecause of the low science learning outcomesof students in grade V MI Muhammadiyah Sei. From the initial tests wereperformed only 10 of 27 students who achieve KKM with an average value of59.07. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes ofstudents of class V MI IPA Muhammadiyah Sei Segajah by applying TPS learningmodel. Based on the results of the research can be seen that the activity of theteacher on the first cycle of Meeting 1 with a percentage score of 58.3%. At thesecond meeting with the increased percentage of 75% as well as in meetings withpersentae 79.16% 3 and 4 meeting with the percentage of 83.3%. In the first cycleof the first meeting of the percentage score of 58.3%. At the meeting of the firsttwo cycles the percentage of student activity score increased to 75%, in thesecond cycle which was also an increase of 79.1% in the first meeting and thesecond meeting to 83.3%. Before menggunakam cooperative learning TPS only 10students who completed the study, while 17 students did not complete. Afterlearning with cooperative learning TPS increased in the first cycle of studentswho completed as many as 13 students and 14 students did not pass well. In thesecond cycle students who completed as many as 22 students and 5 students whodid not complete classically said to be completelyKeywords : Think pair share, science learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract : This study due to the lowlearning outcomes before PTK IPS studentswith an average grade of 61.8. While the value of minimum completeness criteria(KKM) IPS 65. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). Aiming toimprove the learning outcomes of the fourth grade students of IPS Al-Mi WasliahMajo Rokan Hilir River. Formulation of the problem: Is the application oflearning models kooperati type of make a match can improve learning outcomesIPS grade IV Al-Mi Wasliah Majo Rokan Hilir River. Student learning outcomesbefore the study was 61.8 with a class action less category, while after the actionresearch in the first cycle increased to 71.75 with enough categories and thesecond cycle increased by 75 with either category. Comparison of improvingstudent learning outcomes before action research with action research after thefirst cycle, while there was an increase of 9.95 from the first cycle to the secondcycle there was an increase of 3.25 while kesiklus the basis of scores of 9.95 andan increase of kesiklus two basic score increased by 13.2. Activity teachers havean average of one cycle is 62.49%. While in the second cycle was 79.16%.Activities undertaken while students have an average of one cycle is 66.66% andthe average activity of students in cycle two is 77.08%. Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated lowIPA students learning outcomes ClassIV 009 Bay State Primary School Nilap. While the purpose of this research is toimprove the learning outcomes of the fourth grade science students 009 Bay StatePrimary School Nilap to implement guided inquiry learning model. The resultsshowed an increase in activity of the teacher, in which the first cycle of the firstmeeting of the percentage of the activity obtained with 60% of teachers and 65%second meeting with enough categories. The percentage of all teachers in thesecond cycle was 75% dipertemuan first, second meeting increased to 95% withvery good category. Increased activity of students, meeting Ipada first cyclepercentage is 55% less category, while the second meeting in the first cycle was70% category enough. On data from observations of student learning activities inthe second cycle of meeting the ever increasing I and II. At the first meeting of thestudent activity is 80% good category, while the second meeting of the studentactivity 95% excellent. Increase in the average science student learning outcomes,basic score value averages the fourth grade students learn science Gulf NilapSDN 009 is increased to 72.08 to 58.31 daily test cycle I value with an increase of23.61%. While on the basis of the score to the second cycle again increased, withan increase of 38.86%. The average value of daily test students in the secondcycle was 80.97. This increase indicates that the application of inquiry learningmodel is very effective in improving learning outcomes IPA 009 fourth gradestudents of SDN Gulf Nilap Kubu distric.Keywords : Model of inquiry learning, science learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the governance skills of beauty in Adolescent Development Social Institution Tassel District of Pekanbaru city of Riau Province. Implementation of beauty grammar skills are activities to realize the plan into action in order to achieve goals effectively and efficiently in order beauty skills. Divided into two, namely Tata beauty hair and skin beauty. Hairstyling includes work with hair that is alive and growing and consists of cleaning, cutting, perming, giving and removing color and nourishes hair. While the beauty of the skin include: facial care and make-up or make-up. Where the research was in Teenage Social Institution Development Rumbai Pekanbaru. The subjects were learners, tutors, managers and Adolescent Development in Social Institution Rumbai Pekanbaru. The study design was a naturalistic descriptive study with a qualitative approach that aims to describe systematically the facts or certain characteristics factually and accurately. Based on the description in chapter presenting research results, we can conclude that the course is Tata Beauty education and training programs that use competency based curriculum designed referring to the National Competence Indonesia (SKKNI) and adapted to the needs of the business and the beauty industry is the need for a training system which produces skilled learners, ready to work and be independent. Based on the results of research on the implementation of the governance skills of beauty in Adolescent Development Social Institution Tassel District of Pekanbaru city of Riau Province, viewed from two aspects namely hairstyling and skin care procedures, quite good. This means that the implementation of the governance skills of beauty in Social Institution Adolescent Development District of Pekanbaru city of Riau province Tassel has been running as it should.Keyword: beauty grammar skills.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivatedby the low student learning outcomes inscience subjects with an average grade 51,10 and value 0f minimum completenesscriteria (KKM) 65. From 32 studenst about 10 students who reach KKM and 22students who did not reach the KKM. To overcome the problem, one model of learningthat can improve student learning outcomes in learning science is a model centeredlearning and prioritize real experience. The learning model is the model of probelmbased learning. The research in the form of classroom action research (PTK), this studyaims to improve student learning outcomes IPA fourth grade SDN 013 Balamjaya. Thisthesis shows that the probelm based learning model can improve learning outcomes. Itcan be seen from the average value increased student learning outcomes. On the basisof an average score of student learning outcomes are 51,10 and 52,19 in cycle onebeing an increase of 2.13%. while the average student learning outcomes in the secondcycle, namely 60.78 an increase of 16.45%. the third cycle average of 70.46 studentlearning outcomes increased by 15.92%. data analysis of student activity during use ofprobelm based learning model at the first meeting of the cycle 55%, in the second 60%,in the first two meetings cycle 70%, in yhe second meeting 80%. In the first cycle ofthree meetings by 90%, and at the second meeting by 95%. This means probelm basedlearning model can improve student learning outcomes fourth grade SDN 013Balamjaya.Key words: Probelm based learning, learning outcomes IPA.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to find out the influence of Work Motivation and Organizational Climate on Performance of Teachers. Population in this study is all teachers of SMK PGRI Pekanbaru which is determined as sample of the study taken by census sampling technique. Data is collected using questionnaires and documentation. Data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and f test with significance level of 0.05%. The research shows that the Work Motivation and Organizational Climate simultaneously is positive and has significant impact on teacher performance. This is based on the results of the analysis, which shows the calculation results F test> F table (52.298> 3.25). Furthermore, with the T test to determine whether each of the independent variables (Work Motivation and Organizational Climate) have an effect on the dependent variable (Teacher Performance). The results shows a partial Work Motivation is positive and has significant influence on teacher performance. This is evidenced where t test> t table (2.517> 1.687). Next to the Organizational Climate variables show that also has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance. This is evidenced where t test> t table (7.812> 1.687). The predictive ability of the variables on Teacher Performance in this study only amounted to 73.9% (R Square 0.739) while the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other factors that are not researched in this research.Keywords : work motivation, organizational climate, performance of teachers
