Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to examine the effect of the CAMEL(Capital, Asset, Manajemen, Earning, Liquidity) Ratio and Economic Value Added (EVA) to stock return. Population of this research are National Private Banks (BUSN) that listed on the Stock Exchange of Indonesia from 2009–2013 that is numbered 19 banks. The type of data used is quantitative data. Data analysis technique using multiple linear analysis, simultan test and parsial test with significance level of 0.05%. The result showed that the CAMEL Ratio and Economic Value Added (EVA) simultaneously affect to stock return. Predictive ability of both variables on stock return in this study only 31,3 %, while the remaining 68,7 % is affected by other factors not included in the model reseach. Furthermore, the partial results of the study show the CAR, ROE, LDR, EVA have signifikan effect to stock return . NPL and BOPO have effect but not signifikan to stock return. And ROA have negatif effect and not signifikan to stock return.Keywords:CAMEL Ratio, Economic Value Added (EVA), Return Saham

Abstract

Abstract: Cooperative task is none other than the body tasked to provide services (service) to its members as cheaply as possible, as smoothly as possible and as best as possible, and able to provide a quality service to the needs of its members. Members have a very important role in the cooperative, since cooperatives can only live, grow and develop if it gets the support of its members, namely those who are aware of the membership, to know their rights and obligations and is able and willing to follow the rules of the game in a cooperative organization. This study aimed to determine the quality of service and level of member participation as owners and customers on Women's Cooperative Nurul Amal Pekanbaru. The study began with prariset in March 2015. The population in this study are members of the cooperative who has been a member of the cooperative for 5 years amounted to 130 people using pursosive sampling techniques, the samples obtained as many as 56 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, then the data is analyzed. The results showed that the five dimensions of quality of service cooperatives showed that overall has a good quality. While the results of the study included the participation of members of the cooperative being. Based on the results of this study concluded that service quality Nurul Amal Women's Cooperative Pekanbaru City are in good category and the participation of members of Nurul Amal Women's Cooperative Pekanbaru in middle category. To improve the quality of service of the cooperative board is expected to consider the condition of the building cooperative and look for employees to schedule a cooperative operations run as specified. Furthermore, to increase the participation of members, administrators need to increase knowledge of the cooperative and the need for traction in following the annual meeting of members. Besides the need for traction in Waserda cooperative shop.Keywords: Services Quality, Members Participation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the impact of certification policy on the performance of middle school teachers throughout the district across the downstream districts kuantanSingingiKuantan. The population in this study amounted to 65 with a sample of 31 people. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The collected data is then analyzed using normality test and test different T with SPSS. This study proves that there is a certification policy impact on the performance of middle school teachers throughout kuantan downstream districts across KuantanSingingi where the average performance of teachers who have been certified higher than the average performance of teachers who have not been certified. The study recommended for teachers who have not been certified to be more motivated to perform better and improve the performance shown to prove that teachers are not certified does not necessarily have a lower performance compared to teachers who have been certified and able to compete with teachers who have been certified in improving the quality of produced by training, upgrading and adding media information.Keywords: Certification Policy, TeacherPerformance.

Abstrac : This research aim to to increase result of learning mathematics clas student of III SD Negeri 013 Pametang Reba School year 2014 / 2015 research subjek class III SD Negeri 011 Pematang Reba with amount of student counted 30 student form this research of action class of PMRI with two cycle. Research data indicate that result learn natural student improvement, activity provision value learn cycle of I with mean 63,60. cycle of II mount with mean 84,71. student aktivita cycle of I with menat 59,71. cyle of II natural make-up of with mean 83,32. data result of natural research make-up of wher before conducted action with PMRI Indonesia realistic mathematics education complete elementary score only 8 people (26,66%) with mean 62,66. cycle of I mount completely reach 20 People (66,66%) with mean 72,16. and cycle of II mount completely reach 26 people (86,66 %) with mean 82,66. make-up of result learn in its entirety 31,91. Abstract

Abstract : background of this study is the low of the third grade students to present dance with themes of SD Muhammadiyah 4 Pekanbaru,with is avarage score of class is 57. Based on standard minimum criteria (KKM) 70, which is has been determined by school. There were 14 students are below the standard criteria and 6 students are above the minimum standard criteria from overal number of 20 students. This research is an action research which aim to increase the talent of student to present short dance with themes and apply direct learnin. Formulation of the problem :Does model direct learning can increase the talent of to present short dance with themes of class III SD Muhyammadiyah 4 Pekanbaru. This research was carried out on October until November month with II cycles. The subject of this research is the third grade of students in SD Muhammadiyah 4 Pekanbaru with 20 students Who were become the participants of this research. Data collection instruments in this research are theacher’s activities and rating of criteria. Result of this research can be seen from the result of the study before the implamantition of direct learning is 57after the action of direct learning, the avarage getting increased in cycle I. Become 61 which are increased as much as 7 %, and cycle II the avarage score 91 which are increased as much as 49 %. It can be concluted that the models of direct learning can increased the talented of the third grade student in SD Muhammadiyah 4 Pekanbaru.Keywords : Direct learning model, the talent to present short dance

Abstract

Abstract:The background of this research is the lack of drawing skillsdecorative third grade students of SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru, of the 30 students who areskilled in decorative drawing only 14 students (46.7%), while students who are notskilled in decorative drawing as many as 16 students (53.3% ). This study is aClassroom Action Research (CAR) conducted aims to improve the skills of drawingdecorative Elementary School third grade students 21 Pekanbaru with immediateapplication of learning models. Formulation of the problem: Is Pembelaran DirectApplication Model can improve drawing skills decorative in Class III SD Negeri 21Pekanbaru ?. Penilitian subject is third grade students of SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru witha total of 30 people consisting of 17 male students and 13 female students. Datacollection instruments in this thesis is the teacher and student activity sheets and theresults of the students skills. Results of research and discussion in mind that theapplication of direct learning model can improve drawing skills decorative ElementarySchool third grade students 21 Pekanbaru. It is known from prior learning skills ofstudents with direct instruction only be achieved at an average of 68.1. In the first cycleor after the implementation of direct learning model, the average skills of studentsincreased to 56.7%, then increased to 72.1 in the second cycle. The classical skillsachieved in 30 students (100% of students skilled). Thus, it can be concluded that theapplication of direct learning model can improve drawing skills dekroratif secondgrade students of SDN 21 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Model Learning and Skills Jump Decorative Drawing.

Abstract

Abstract : The background of thisresearch is still low skills make craft objectsthat can be moved by the wind the third grade students of SDN 05 Pekanbaru. Thepurpose of this research is to improve the skills of making crafts that can be driven bywinds third grade students of SDN 05 Pekanbaru with the application of creativelearning model. This study took place at SDN 05 Pekanbaru. This research is aclassroom action research (PTK). The subjects were students of class III SD Negeri 05Pekanbaru with a total of 26 people consisting of 12 female students and 14 malestudents. Based on the results of research and discussion in mind that the application ofcreative learning model can improve the skills of making crafts that can be driven bythe wind for the third grade students of SDN 05 Pekanbaru. It is known from thestudent's skills before learning to creative learning is only achieved at an average of69.6. In the first cycle or after the implementation of creative learning model, theaverage skills of students increased to 74.94, then rose to 80.06 in the second cycle. Theclassical skills achieved in 26 students (100%). Thus, the hypothesis which says ifimplemented creative learning model, it can increase the skill make craft objects thatcan be moved by the wind the third grade students of SDN 05 Pekanbaru,unacceptable..Keywords: Creative Learning Model, Skills Crafts to Make Objects Driven by Wind

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine students' perceptions of PLS the year of 2014 to study the program of non-formal Education Riau University, Pekanbaru. The Formulation of the problem is that what is the student PLS perception the year of 2014 to the study program of non-formal education at FKIP Riau University Pekanbaru?. The type of the study is a descriptive by using quantitative approach which aims to describe the results of research by the numbers. The sampling technique was using random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this study was the questionnaire technique, totaling 66 items. The questionaire was tried out to 20 students of non respondent. The result was that 12 of 66 items was not valid. The sample of the research was 36 student of non-formal education study program. The result showed that students' perceptions to the study program of sub-indicator of means was good (77,36%). Compared to sub-lecturer (76,71%). This means that the students perception to the study program of non-formal education dealing with serving to all student activities is good.Keywords: Perception of Students, Program of non-formal Education

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of teaching competence of teachers and learning facilities to the results for students at SMAN 7 Bintan Bintan village numbing Coastal District of Bintan regency. This research was conducted at SMAN 7 Bintan from May 2015 through June 2015. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. A population of 53 students and 47 students sampled. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale for the independent variables: teaching competencies of teachers (X1) and learning facilities (X2). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that the teaching competence of teachers and learning facilities simultaneously affect the students' learning outcomes. This is based on the results of analyzes, calculations show F count> F table (10.313> 3.195). While partially teaching competence of teachers and learning facilities affect the learning outcomes of students of class X and XI IPS SMAN 7 Bintan. This is evidenced by the t test, teachers' teaching competence variables obtained t 2,790 with a value ttabel1.679 and learning facilities obtained t 2,059 with a value ttabel1.679. So it can be concluded that the teaching competence of teachers and learning facilities effect on student learning outcomes with a contribution of 31.9% and the remaining 68.1% is influenced by other factors not examined as school environmental factors, community factors, physical factors, and psychological factors.Keywords: influence, competence level of teaching teachers, facilities, learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the social interaction of students before and after counseling groups and determine how much influence the group guidance on the level of social interaction of students in class X SMA Handayani Pekanbaru academic year 2014/2015. The problem in this research are: 1) Determine the level of the social interaction of students before group counseling services have given. 2) Determine the course of the implementation process of group counseling services to improve students' social interaction. 3) Knowing the students' level of social interaction after the group counseling serviceshave given. 4) Knowing the difference in the level of social interaction of students before and after group counseling services. 5) Knowing how much influence the group guidance services to the students' level of social interaction. This study uses the Pre-Experiment with patterns of one-group pretest-posttest. Population of this research is 206 student of class X SMA Handayani. The technique used is purposive sampling. The determination of the number of samples is 30 students who have the lowest social interaction. the result of this research based on t test obtained t at 18.43 and ttabel 2,000. So, test > table (18.43> 2.000). So Ho rejected and Ha accepted, which means that in this study there is a significant difference to improving the social interaction of students before the post given group counseling services. From the calculation of product moment correlation r xy = 0.78, coefficient determinant or r2 = 0.61, which means there is a 61% contribution to group counseling services increased social interaction in class X SMA Handayani Pekanbaru 2014/2015.Key Words: Guidance Group, Social Interaction Students
