Abstract

Simplification of the Bureaucracy is part of the implementation of bureaucratic reform to achieve the main goals of regional government that are effective and efficient related to institutions, human resources and procedural systems to create good governance. and office simplification. The authority and specificity of the Mimika district is because it is part of the special autonomous region in the Province of Papua, namely the Institution and Management of ASN. Institutions in the customary territory in Papua consist of 5 customary territories so that the Mimika Regency is the customary territory of Mee Pago due to ethnic similarities so it needs to be adapted to regional needs in the development of diverse human resources while for ASN management it is necessary to pay close attention to the Mimika Regency Government, ASN OAP is a priority primarily by being given opportunities for capacity building, leadership training, trainings that can broaden their horizons so that there is a change in mindset to develop and lead the region so that they can create innovations in accordance with ethnic similarities in Mimika Regency

Abstract

Regional taxes are still the main support as a source of local revenue in East Sumba Regency, but the implementation is not as expected. The development of regional original income from 2017 to 202 always experienced an insignificant increase and in 2020 it decreased. In the current era of the industrial revolution 4.0, technology-based tax management is a new breakthrough to avoid tax evasion and minimize fraud in tax payments by taxpayers. Conventional tax collection can lead to opportunities for misappropriation of the amount of tax revenue and a long implementation time because it requires more and more competent human resources. Therefore, local tax management by utilizing information technology can streamline several local government revenue sources from local tax sector revenues such as hotel taxes, restaurant taxes and entertainment taxes. The results of the study show that the application of Sustaining innovation by BAPENDA has gone well, namely the use of the PBB SIP, BPHTB SIP and SIMPATDA applications. But in Disruptive Innovation, the use of tapping box tools installed in hotels and restaurants did not work as expected because an error occurred from the planning to the implementation process.

Abstract

The research was carried out from January to April 2022 at Universitas Negeri Malang aims to find a relationship between professionalism and performance, job satisfaction and performance. The population is 634 people, sample is 88 people. In collecting cross-sectional data was used explanatory survey method, primary and secondary data sources. Samples with probability sampling used simple random sampling. The results showed that professionalism had a positive and quite strong relationship performance, and correlation coefficient (r = 0.596) with significance 0.000 was obtained. Job satisfaction is positively related (unidirectional) and quite strong with performance, obtained a correlation coefficient (r = 0.580) with significance 0.000. If professionalism increases followed by increased performance, job satisfaction increases then performance will increase, conversely decreasing professionalism and job satisfaction will be followed by decrease in performance of scientific journal editor.

Abstract

The village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program which has been established by the central governemnt in overcoming the economy of rural communities due to Covid-19 requires the village government to implement the program so that the process and benefits can be felt . The results of the study show that the process of implementing the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program for the poor affected by Covid-19 in Moyo Mekar Village has fulfilled the success factors of program implementation according to George Edward III which mentions the existence of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure in the implementation process. The village government has communicated with all parties involved in the program implementation process such as communicating with village communities. There are adequateresources such as staff and infrastructure so that they cas assist the program implementation process. There is a disposition, namely the efforts made by the village government in overcoming the problems faced by program implemenres such as providing food and drink. Has been equipped with a clear bureaucratic structure to serve as operational standards in implementing the program. Besides that, the economic impact of the assistance is that it can meet community needs such as fulfilling food ingredients.

Abstract

The Psychosocial Support Service (LDP) is a peogram aimed at children whose parents have died due to Covid-19. This program is expected to be able to reduce the symptoms of trauma in children which can lead to psychosocial disorders, help children to identify psychosocial problems, facilitate children to get acces to psychosocial services. Psychosocial Support Services (LDP) is one of the specific approaches implemented by Kementerian Sosial as an implementation of Lae Number 11 of 2009 concerning Social Welfare, Law Number 7 of 2012 concerning Social Conflict Management and Law Number 23 of 2015 on Regional Government.

Abstract

This study measured and analyzed public satisfaction with the public services in Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Batu. This research is a quantitative study with survey data collection procedures. 384 samples were sampled through quota sampling. The research data were analyzed using product moment analysis to determine the multiple regression of independent variables (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) to dependent variables (community satisfaction). Survey results show that the quality of service and community satisfaction are in good category. Statistical test resulted in the regression equation Y=1.39+0.365X1+0.339X2+0.355X3+0.457X4+0.439X5. Hypothesis test showed that the variables studied had a partial and simultaneous significant influence on community satisfaction. The determination test showed an R2 value of 0.895, which means that 89.5% of public satisfaction was influenced by this variable while the remaining 10.5% was influenced by other variables. The Effective Donation calculation shows that the empathy variable has the largest donation value of 24.2%.

Abstract

National development is inseparable from the State Budget as a source of state revenue, where the largest contribution to state revenue comes from tax revenues. Global and national conditions that often experience changes and are accompanied by the rapid development of the digital world have made DGT carry out tax reforms, one of which divides supervision into strategic and regional. Changes in the organization and accompanied by a strong organizational culture will encourage job satisfaction and employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample, with a total of 55 respondents. Data analysis using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square). The results of research conducted in the supervision section of KPP Pratama West Balikpapan found that organizational structure has no effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe, explain, analyze and provide an understanding of land use planning belonging to the government of Kaimana Regency, West Papua Province. Research using descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study where there is no plan from the government kaimana to take advantage of the potential of the existing area in the form of land or land assets. Regional apparatus organizations tend to wait for orders or instructions from regional leaders. Therefore the author conveys several steps that need to be taken by the Kaimana Government in utilizing their vacant land as follows: Cleaning and Fencing, Construction of access roads, Construction of city parks, Development of cultural parks.

Abstract

Analysis of the quality of Service for Issuing a Fund Disbursement Order In Regional Financial And Management Agency Board Of Yahukimo Regency. This study aims to: describe and analyze the quality of service and the inhibiting factors in the issuance of a Fund Disbursement Order at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Yahukimo Regency.   This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive statistics type of research. The sample was taken using purposive sampling techniques of 75 respondents from a population of 294 service recipients. Data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is an descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows: the quality of service for issuing a warrant for disbursement of funds through five dimensions, tangibless, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty concern gets quality criteria, namely good and not good. In addition, there are three inhibiting factors in the service of a warrant for disbursement of funds, namely: facilities and infrastructure, the culture of the apparatus and the ability of the apparatus. Thus, it is hoped that the Regional Financial And Management Agency Board Of Yahukimo Regency will be obliged to increase the procurement of facilities and infrastructure and can work with training institutions to develop the capabilities of officials who can encourage the improvement of service quality.

Abstract

PRONA and PTSL are policies that aim to accelerate the implementation of land registration in Indonesia. The purpose of this paper is to find out about implementation of land registration through PRONA and PTSL in Malang City. This research uses empirical legal research methods with comparative legal approach analyzed descriptively qualitatively. This study show PRONA activities in 2018 were carried out well (100%). Prona's obstacles consist of many people asking for illegal levies, Pokmasdartibna's lack of scrupulousnes, and participant withdrew due to tax increases. Meanwhile, the results of PTSL activities as of September 22, 2021 were able to reach 90.4% (6,882 SHAT) with inhibiting factors consisting of the lack of human resources of the PTSL implementation committee, insufficient community enthusiasm related to tax payments, the existence of ID cards that have not been validated, many communities incomplete in filling administrative requirements, and uncooperative villagers.
