<![CDATA[LED television (Light Emitting Diode) was the digital display technology that generated images on a flat surface with a lighting system through LED backlight technology. In terms of quality and technology, LED television was also highly developed because LED television was free from damage. The problem statement of this study was that detecting damage on LED television was not easy for newly-experienced technicians e.g., vocational students and apprentices who had just finished the training on television reparation at Al- Mubarok Electronic Service. It was because of a lack of their knowledge and experience in detecting damage to LED televisions so that they needed a system for consulting the experienced technicians and the training spots. The system was built through Expert System Application by using the Forward Chaining method that was able to interfere the engine uses – the user-defined information to move to AND and OR logic – until an object was determined. All rules must be met so that an object was achieved. This system was made through Android so that it was able to be used anytime and anywhere. The result of this study was the implementation of the LED television damage detection system using the Forward Chaining method. It was expected that the system or application that had been created provided convenience in the initial detection process for technicians or users.Keywords: LED Television, Expert System, Forward Chaining, Android]]>

<![CDATA[Investors often find it difficult to valuate andpurchase stocks with good performance that provideoptimum yields. Inadequate information regarding how tomake good investments is one of the main reasons whypeople lose interest to invest in capital market. Thepurpose of this research is to find a stock performancemeasurement model by using accounting and financialmanagement system that is made by using the informationfrom stocks turnover ratio and risk level of stocks. Thisperformance measurement model can be an important toolfor investors to identify the stock performance factor.Therefore, investors can valuate and purchase stocks withoptimum performance and yields.US Dollar (USD)/ Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) ratehas significantly negative influence on IndonesianComposite Price Index (IHSG) movement since adepreciation of IDR discourages investors to invest inIndonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Therefore, the investorsdivert their investments from stock market to foreignexchange market to arbitrage. The population in this study was consumers of animal food users in Indonesia. The research sample used accidental techniques sampling with a total of 100 people. The independent variable in this study was Digital Marketing (X) and the dependent variable was Consumer Perception (Y) of purchase decisions. The method of collecting data used a questionnaire. <![CDATA[The user interface is a fundamental aspect of building a website. A proper analysis of user the interface design system will have a profound impact on the actual use of a website. Many cases of website building result in minimal usability and low traffic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the user interface design of the Department of Informatics System’s website. The website mainly serves as an information portal for students in the department. It also provides features that students can access to assist them in either academic or nonacademic activities and improve the general effectiveness and quality of the department. User-centered design (UCD) method is used as the basis of the present analysis. At UCD, theprocess of user interface design engages the users to provide feedback or evaluation via a questionnaire for improving a website’s interface, accessibility, and usefulness. <![CDATA[Agriculture sector recently showed a decreasing trend seen on a poor quality of the harvest. The objective of this study was to measure the level of cocoa kernel quality. The method used in this study was Case-Base Reasoning (CBR) method. The data was obtained from the laboratory data. The result of this study was that the quality of cocoa kernel was AA (premium) followed with A, B, C, and S (random) qualities. <![CDATA[This paper aims to make predictions of student achievement based on socioeconomic status of parents, student discipline and student achievement using data mining method with algorithm decision tree classifier C 4.5. For comparison, the research data were analyzed also with CHAID (Chi Squared Automatic Interaction Detection) and multiple regression. The research approach used is quantitative. The subject of this research is the elementary school students in SD Negeri 4 Trimulyo. Data collection techniques used are documented. The Lampung Post needs to determinethe right marketing strategies to maintain the marketsegment.The formulation of the problem in the research iswhether the special price on the Lampung Post has aneffect on the buying interest of the students of IBIDarmajaya Bandar Lampung. The research is aimedat measuring how much the special price on theLampung Post affect the buying interest of thestudents of IBI Darmajaya Bandar Lampung. Themethod used in the research is descriptive and thetype of the research is associative. The population isall students of IBI Darmajaya as 2167 students, thenthe sample is taken as 96 respondents.The result of regression equation obtained isY=0,218+1,380X which means that special pricevariable (X) has a positive effect on the buyinginterest with regression coefficient as 1.380 meaningthat if the special price variable increase 1, so thebuying interest will increase as 1.380. there is apositive and significant effect of special price on theLampung Post (X) on buying interest of the studentsod IBI Darmajaya because tcount ttable ((7,998)t table(1,662) nilai sig 0,000 0,05.KEY WORDS : Price strategy, buying interest]]>

Using NOSQL database to store ontology can take advantage of Big Data storage. This give benefits in storing Indonesian folk songs storage that usually vary and have sparse / incomplete data. <![CDATA[The objective of this research was to prove empirically the effect of the transparency principle, the accountability principles, and the participation principle on the village fund allocation management. The population of this research was the villages in Abung Kunang District. The sample of this research was 35 respondents taken from the village administrators who managed the village fund allocation, the head of the administration, and the head of the section. The data used in this research was the primary data. The data collecting technique used in this research was questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research was the multiple regression. The analytical tool used in this research was SPSS V.20 program.
