Abstract

The lack of public information on how to invest tobe a major cause of the lack of public interest on capitalmarket investment. Besides of that, for the certaininstrument such as mutual funds of society will getdifficulty in judging and choosing the mutual funds whichbe able to give optimal performance and benefit influencesthe slowness of mutual funds development.Result from this research activity is for finding themeasurement of the performance mutual funds stock byusing stage of stock rotation and stage of stock mutual fundwhich is made to be a accounting management informationsystem and financial. With this stock mutual fundperformance measurement model so that can be tool ofimportant information for investor, society about theinvestment will have good potency of financial and themajor elements causeof the performance of that mutualfunds in capital market. Therefore, society can value andchoose mutual fund which be able to give performance andoptimalization in benefit especially in capital market.Explanatory research, this research has the goal to explainthe relationship between the research variable through thehypotheses based on the data, such as: rotation stage andrisk stage concerning the stock of mutual fund performance.Multiple regression analysis will be used to test the effectof two or more independent variables on the dependentvariable . independent variable in this research is rotationstage and risk stage. Meanwhile in independent variable isthe stock mutual fund performance. The research result forthe simulation of measuring stock of mutual funds model,to measure the stock mutual funds performance.KEY WORDS: performance, mutual funds, stock risk.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to analyze the Government Internal Supervision Personnel (Bahasa: Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah (APIP)) strategy in improving the quality of supervision, 2) to find the goal of an effective and efficient result. The benefits of this study theoretically were benefits and practical benefits. As for the theoretical benefits, it was hoped that this research will give birth to scientific concepts to be used as material for a deeper study of APIP in improving the quality of supervision. Meanwhile, the practical benefits were a). as a guideline and input for APIP and government internal supervisory institutions in an effort to improve the quality of supervision, b). as a study material for academics to add insight, c). related to the role of APIP in preventing abuse of State Civil Apparatus (Bahasa: Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN)) authority. This study used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Through this approach, this study was able to provide a thorough and in-depth understanding of the performance of the Inspectorate of Bandar Lampung City in an effort to improve the quality of supervision.Keywords: implementation, strategic role, APIP, inspectorate

Abstract

The rapid progress of Android-based mobile device technology has propelled the development of various applications that add diversified functions to mobile devices. Advanced systems in Android-based applications have also been utilized in many different sectors of life, including in education, from K-12 to university. Such advanced systems will be able to effectively solve distance and time limitations. This study tries to develop an Android-based system of thesis/final project consultation service that will help us solve some issues in availability schedule between students and lecturers. It is not designed to replace conventional consultation service, but rather to serve as an additional channel that connects students and lecturers in planning the thesis/final project consultation process. The ultimate aim, therefore, is to smooth the way for consultation process and to help more students complete their theses/final projects without considerable delays. In addition, the onlineconsultation system will minimize paper consumption since it offers a paperless procedure.Keywords: Android, consultation, thesis

Abstract

Security was very important, particularly in home security, because the house was a place to live and to store the valuable goods. The crime rate (e.g., theft) increases as homeowners left the house empty. They who wanted to travel and leave the house empty for along time needed their house to be safe. The Internet of Things (IoT) enabled the devices to communicate (e.g., sending and receiving data). The objective of this study was designing the home door security system consisting of Node Mcu ESP 8266, VC0706 camera, magnet sensors, and speakers. The telegram application was able to provide quick information to users so that they were able to find out the situation of the house door from the theft. When the door was forcibly opened, the magnet sensor sent information to node Mcu. The node Mcu ordered the camera to take a picture and it was sent to the homeowner's smartphone through the telegram application.Keywords: Node Mcu ESP8266, Camera VC0706, Telegram Application

Abstract

The current conditions in PT. Trading Company Indonesia (Persero) Cab. Lampung, where the employee's performance is still not optimal due to the leadership of the lack of attention to its employees and the low mativasi employee. This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, leadership and motivation influence on employee performance PT. Trading Company Indonesia (Persero) Cab. Lampung,This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, observations. The population in this study are employees PT. Trading Company Indonesia (Persero) Cab. Lampung which amounts to 102 employees. The sampling technique in this study using a systematic sampling technique with a sample size that is 51 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression t test and F .The results of the analysis produces a value of determination coefficient R = 0.872 and R Square .760, In the t-test probability variables Leadership produce sig 0.000 0.005 or 9.671 t t table 1.676, t-test probability variables Work Motivation produce sig 0.000 0.005 or 11,583 t t table 1.676. This study therefore shows that there is no significant influence on Employee Performance Leadership, Motivation Work on the Performance of Employees. While the F test obtained Fhitung76.137 Ftabel 3.19 or sig 0.000 0.05. Then the results of the study indicate that there is no significant influence on the Labor Leadership and Motivation Employee Performance PT. Trading Company Indonesia (Persero) Cab. Abstract

Import-export activities have meaningfully and significantly influenced and tributed to every economy. However, the effect and the influent scale of these activities, especially importation, still have not been popularly declared. The objectives of this study are analysing and evaluating the importation of pumps based on the study of common issues in import activities of the company ABC located in Ho Chi Minh city that run a piping business. Besides, this paper overview, through the data obtained, to see the fluctuation of the index in the import activities of the company. Accordingly, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the company ABC are pointed out by the SWOT matrix analysis method. From this, several solutions and recommendations are proposed for optimizing advantages and benefits of import activities of the company ABC in particular and the whole economy of Vietnam in general.Keywords: importation; piping company; solutions and recommendations; SWOT matrix.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently going very fast. Information at any time can be accessed quickly and accurately becomes very important. One device that can access information quickly is an Android smart phone. Specific information in education for elementary school is a manifestation of teacher quality in improving national education in Indonesia. So the information in the world of education  is a vehicle to actualize all the potential that exists. One of the information needed is to know the location of public elementary school that have certified teacher in Lampung Province. Information based Android is a picture of the location of public elementary schools that have certified teachers. This Android Based Application is expected to provide information on the location of public elementary schools on the data collection of teachers who have been  certified in Lampung Province. Abstract

Baristand Industri Bandar Lampung is a government agency that has a vision and mission to become a professional and competitive testing, inspectionand calibration service agency. In order to realize its vision and carry out its mission, Baristand Industri Bandar Lampung requires the support of adequate facilities to carry out itsbusiness processes as a Testing Institute, Technical Inspection Institute and Calibration Institute. In carrying out its business processes, the Baristand Industri Bandar Lampung does not yet have an automated and integrated system. So far,the services provided have been carried out using computer aids, but have not used special centralized applications. This study aims to design Enterprise Architecture (EA) using the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) with the aim of producing a blueprint containing business, information and technology architecture modeling that is used as a reference for creating and developing informationtechnology in accordance with the business objectives of the Baristand Industry Bandar Lampung. The results of this study are to design information systems at the Baristand Industri Bandar Lampung, in the form of semantic models, activity diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), sitemap, network architecture, table structures in databases, information system input and output, hardware and software requirements for operating systems, Data Definition Language (DDL), methods and addressing for internet connection.Keywords—Baristand Industry Bandar Lampung, Enterprise Architecture, FEAF

Abstract

The study is aimed at testing the effect of Perceived Ease Of Use (PEU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Customer Experience (CE) and Website Image (WI) effect on the Attitude to Use (AU) on Online Shopping (OS) in Indonesia. This type of research is Causal Associative research. Sampling in this study uses a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents taken using the Slovin formula. The data analysis method in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The design of this hypothesis among others Perceived ease of use (PEU) impact positively on Attitude to Use (AU), the Perceived usefulness (PU) impact positively on the Attitude to Use (AU), Customer Experience (CE) effect positive to Attitude to Use (AU), web Image (WI) impact positively on the Attitude to Use (AU).Keywords: Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Customer Experience, Website Image and Attitude to Use.

Abstract

One effort to help people in continuing their education is through a scholarship program. Currently there are many scholarship programs from the government and state-owned enterprises or private. With the help of these educational, students race to achieve in order to offset the cost of education which is currently quite expensive. The number of students applying for the scholarship would require a separate time to filter out students who meet the requirements and then rank students based on the criteria of the scholarship. The complexity of the problems occur because each criterion has its own priority. Screening and grading manually would require considerable time and susceptible to human error. This research, developed automatic screening and decision support system to rank students according to given criteria. The method used is analytical hierarchycal process (AHP) to give weight to each criterion based on its priority, and the technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) to rank students based on its values of each criterion. By construct this decision support system, then selecting scholarship recipients can be faster and valid. The system that was built provide recommendations by rank students based on the final calculation.KEY WORDS: Decision Support System, AHP, TOPSIS, Scholarship.
