Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of entrepreneurial attitudes on the effect of entrepreneurship education and family support on the entrepreneurial intentions of students in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University.The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, batch 2018. The number of samples used in this study was 240 respondents using proportionate random sampling. The research instrument in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Partial least square (PLS). The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Family support has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on entrepreneurial attitudes. Family support has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial attitudes have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial attitude is able to significantly mediate the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial attitude is able to significantly mediate the effect of family support on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Business competition in the automotive world is getting tougher, especially in the competition for car production. The fact that car sales continue to increase. This condition makes the company increasingly increase innovation by launching new products to increase market share. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of price on purchasing decisions for the Suzuki Ertiga at Deller Suzuki Jember, (2) the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for the Suzuki Ertiga at Deller Suzuki Jember, (3) the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions for the Suzuki Ertiga. at Deller Suzuki Jember, (4) Quality of service on purchasing decisions for the Suzuki Ertiga at Deller Suzuki Jember. The sample in this study was 165 respondents. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. From the results of this study it is stated that the price has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision of the Suzuki Ertiga Car at Deller Suzuki Jember, Product quality has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision of the Suzuki Ertiga Car at Deller Suzuki Jember, Brand image has a positive and significant influence on the decision. the purchase of a Suzuki Ertiga Car at the Deller Suzuki Jember, the quality of service has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase a Suzuki Ertiga at the Deller Suzuki Jember.

Abstract

The hospital is an organization that provides health services carried out by professional medical personnel who are organized both from permanent medical facilities, medical services, continuous nursing care, diagnosis and treatment of diseases suffered by patients. This study aims to examine the effect of patient satisfaction and hospital image on patient loyalty with patient trust as an intervening variable. The object of this research are inpatients who seek treatment at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in March – April 2022. The number of respondents is 100 people. The results showed: Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient trust has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty which is strengthened by patient trust as an intervening variable at Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable at Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Organization need to increase their employee performance. Employee performance in company has an important role to improve and advance company’s business. In order to increase their employee performance, organization need to know factors that influence employee performance. Work Dsicipline is one of the important factor that can predict employee performance. This study is aimed to identify the impact of work discipline on employee performance in PT Kota Jati Furindo Jepara. Hypothesis for this research is work discipline has significant effect on employee performance. This research use quantitatve approach. The questionnaire was distributed to 350 employee PT Kota Jati Furindo Jepara and gets 313 useable responses. Using simple regression and decriptive methode, we found that work discipline has significant positive effect on employee performance (0,551). This finding is in line with previous research that work discipline has positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality and Price on Interest in Buying Scarlett Whitening Skincare at the Scarlett Whitening Official Store at Shopee simultaneously and partially. Collecting data in this study through the distribution of questionnaires and using descriptive quantitative data analysis. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling method, namely by purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study were consumers who had visited the Scarlett Whitening official store at Shopee, with a total of 100 respondents. The method of analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis test. Based on the results of the F test in this study, it shows that the variables of product quality, service quality and price have a simultaneous effect on buying interest skincare Whitening official store at Shopee by 79%. Furthermore, based on the t-test that product quality partially affects buying interest with a percentage of 33.9%, service quality partially affects buying interest with a percentage of 23% and price partially affects buying interest with a percentage of 22.1%.

Abstract

The background in this research is that there are problems with organizational culture and work attitudes that are being faced by Dinas Kebudayaan and Pariwisata Kota Bandung. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational culture and work attitudes on employee performance. Researchers want to know and overcome the problems that are happening to the object being addressed. The method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and causal techniques. Sampling used a non probability random sampling method, with a saturated sample of 68 employees. The results of the analysis using software SPSS 21 which proves that organizational culture and work attitudes have a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on the performance of the intended object. Partial influence of organizational culture is 23.6% and work attitude is 13.8%. Meanwhile, simultaneously at 37.4%. The conclusion of this study is organizational culture, work attitudes, and employee performance as seen from the results of the overall description analysis included in the good category. This shows that the higher the organizational culture and employee work attitudes, the higher the employee performance at the Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Peran karyawan dalam suatu institusi pelayanan kesehatan sangatlah penting. Kualitas layanan sepertinya selalu sejalan dengan peranan karyawan. Loyalitas pelanggan dianggap sebagai faktor utama yang menentukan tingkat penjualan atau pendapatan bisnis. Untuk menarik pelanggan menjadi loyal, perusahaan tidak hanya harus memiliki produk dengan kualitas baik, tapi juga harus memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan yang baik agar pelanggan puas. Selain kualitas pelayanan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien adalah complain handling. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh penanganan keluhan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan kepuasan pasien sebagai variabel mediasi di masa pandemi covid di RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Lokasi penelitian ini yaitu di RSK Bedah BIMC yang terletak di Jalan Bypass Ngurah Rai No.100X, Kuta. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert (5 skala). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penanganan keluhan dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Penanganan keluhan dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Variabel kepuasan pasien mampu memediasi antara pengaruh penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas pasien di RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Variabel kepuasan pasien belum mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pasien di RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan, melalui motivasi sebagai pemediasinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, dimana seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif dan berbentuk penelitian asosiatif kausalitas, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dan hubungan ini memiliki sifat sebab akibat. Terdapat 3 (tiga) variabel operasional yang akan dikaji yaitu: Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan, dan Motivasi Kerja. Pengujian instrumen penelitian terdiri dari 2 (dua) tahapan yaitu uji validitas instrumen dan uji reliabilitas instrumen. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan analisis path dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan 2). Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan; 3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan 4) Motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability by using the calculation of return on assets and firm size by using the calculation of firm size on the capital structure by using the calculation of debt to equity ratio in manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Meanwhile, the sample to be tested is in accordance with the research criteria that have been determined and the sampling technique is purposive sampling, and the companies that meet the sampling criteria are 8 companies. The data used in this study are secondary data from the annual financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 which were obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data management method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPPS 23 analysis tool. The results show that the profitability variable (return on assets) has a significant effect on the capital structure, while the firm size variable does not have a significant effect on the company's capital structure. pharmaceutical manufacturing sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019.

Abstract

This paper will analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of direct cash assistance. The instruments in this analysis include effectiveness, implementation, community satisfaction and quality of service in the distribution of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance in Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The type of data in this study is primary data, which means that the data is collected according to the interests of the current research. In this study, the structural equation analysis used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with an alternative Partial Least Square PLS (component based SEM). Statistical analysis shows that implementation has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Community satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on service quality. implementation has a positive and significant effect on effectiveness. Community satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on effectiveness. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the distribution of the BLT (Direct Cash Assistance) program in Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. Test the path analysis between variables that mediate variable service quality on the effect of implementation on effectiveness. The next path coefficient, that the mediating variable of service quality on the effect of community satisfaction on the effectiveness of the distribution of the Direct Cash Assistance program in Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency.
