Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji korelasi antara Dukungan Sosial dan Konsep Diri dengan AgresifitasRemaja. Subyek Penelitian ini adalah siswa SMPN 1 Purwoasri Kediri. Subyek dalam penelitian ini 100 orang.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik quota sampling dengan karakteristik subyek : 1) remaja awalberusia 13-16 th  2) berjenis kelamin laki laki dan perempuan.Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah: Skala Dukungan Sosial, Skala Konsep Diri dan Skala Agresifitas Remaja.Ketiga skala inimenggunakan model skala likert yang terdiri dari 5 alternatif pilihan jawaban. Sedangkan metode analisis datayang digunakan adalah analisa regresi. Hasil dari analisa regresi menunjukkan ada korelasi antara DukunganSosial dan Konsep Diri dengan agresifitas remaja dengan nilai R= 0,437  pada p=0,001, artinya ada korelasiyang sangat signifikan. Sedangkan pada korelasi parsial didapatkan ada korelasi negatif yang sangatsignifikan antara Dukungan Sosial dan agresifitas remaja dengan nilai rpar = x1y = - 0,265 dengan p = 0,000dan tidak ada korelasi  antara Konsep Diri dengan  Agresifitas remaja dengan nilai rpar = x2y = -0,075dengan  p = 0,141 (p>0,05) Kata kunci :  Dukungan Sosial, Konsep Diri, Agresifitas

Abstract

Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pembelajaran kemampuan mengenal huruf melalui permainan LoncatAbjad pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Kusuma Mulia II Banyakan. Dalam pendidikan anak usia dini atau TK anak mulaidiperkenalkan bentuk huruf. Untuk bisa membaca, anak harus terlebih dahulu menghafalkan semua bentuk huruf.Sebelum mengenal kalimat, agar dapat lancar membaca, langkah awal yang diharuskan adalah memahami danmenghafalkan huruf-huruf yang ada. Jika pemahaman tentang huruf kurang maka kemampuan menguasai kalimat ataumembaca juga kurang.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kelompok A TK Kusuma Mulia II Banyakan Kabupaten Kediri Tahun Pelajaran 2014-2015,yang berusia antara 4-5 tahun dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 24 anak, terdiri dari 12 anak laki-laki dan 12 anakperempuan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam 3 siklus.Teknik memperoleh data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi dan dokumentasi dengan alatpengumpul data berupa panduan observasi guru dan panduan observasi anak serta dokumentasi yaitu RencanaKegiatan Harian. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara kuantitatif dengan rumus persentase.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui Loncat Abjad dapat meningkatkankemampuan mengenal huruf pada anak di kelompok A TK Kusuma Mulia 2 Banyakan dengan persentase pada siklus Isebesar 53,12%, siklus II menjadi sebesar 68,75% dan meningkat lagi pada siklus III menjadi sebesar 79,17%.

Abstract

The main objectives of the research are to know the strategy that is used in the process approach to teaching writing, to know the process approach in the implementation of teaching writing at the class, and to find out the implications of the process approach for students learning writing at the ninth grade of SMPN 1 Pelaihari. The research is employed in descriptive qualitative research. The subject of the research is an English teacher and 30 of ninth grade students of the SMP Negeri 1 Pelaihari in the Academic Year of 2015/2016. This research is done at the classroom where the process approach of teaching writing happens at the class. The process approach to teaching writing could improve the students’ writing ability because it engages the pedagogical procedures to the writing process. Through this approach, the students could state main ideas of the topic, then express or organize their ideas dealing with a descriptive text such as identification and description in written form. Moreover, the students were able to minimize grammatical errors especially in the use of simple present tense. In addition, the process approach also could improve the students’ motivation and create good atmosphere at the classroom. They were more actively in asking to the teacher about their problems of writing. When they got difficulty to find the new vocabulary or did not know the structure of sentence, they were more confident to ask for to the teacher individually or through discussing in pair. Abstract

ABSTRACTIt is necessary developing the student self directed, because it is one of education aims in Indonesia. It ought to be develop in the college such as the university. In fact, some lecturers have not done yet their task to develop their students’ self directed optimally and professionally. This condition was showed by their application of teaching method which is characterized by one way information concept and it will make the students are passive. It is necessary to apply the teaching method that will develop the students’ self directed learning such as the Inquiry Based Learning Model. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of inquiry based learning on self directed learning. The study was a quasi experiment with the pretest-posttest control group. The result showed: the inquiry based learning was effective to promote the students’ self directed learning.Key Words: Inquiry based learning, Self directed learning.

Abstract

ABSTRAKHasil belajar siswa ditentukan oleh berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Salah satu faktor tersebut adalah tersedianya media pembelajaran yang dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa untuk mempelajari materi pembelajaran dan dapat memahami konsep dari materi pembelajaran tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan media audiovisual dengan komik animasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi dan untuk mengetahui sikap siswa terhadap media audiovisual dengan komik animasi tersebut. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimental Desaign. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Trenggalek, pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara purposive, kelas XI IPS 1 dijadikan kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan pembelajaran menggunakan media audiovisual dengan komik animasi, sedangkan kelas XI IPS 3 dijadikan kelas kontrol yang tidak diberi perlakuan, yaitu diajar menggunakan media audiovisual tanpa komik animasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa adalah dengan menggunakan soal pretest dan posttest yang berbentuk pilihan ganda dan uraian. Sedangkan untuk mengukur sikap siswa terhadap media audiovisual dengan komik animasi digunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata hasil belajar (gainscore) kelas kontrol sebesar 29.20 dan untuk kelas eksperimen sebesar 44.40. Melalui pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t independent sample diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.001 yang lebih kecil dari 0.05 taraf kesalahan yang bisa diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar kelas kontrol dengan hasil belajar kelas eksperimen dan hasil penelitian ini mendukung argumen atau  teori mengenai media audiovisual dengan komik animasi yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Saran yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru seyogyanya menggunakan media audiovisual dengan komik animasi supaya kegiatan belajar mengajar tidak membosankan, dan untuk penelitian berikutnya yang ingin melanjutkan penelitian ini disarankan untuk menambah pengukuran untuk kemampuan psikomotor, bukan hanya kemampuan kognitif dan afektif saja.Kata Kunci: Media Audiovisual, Komik Animasi, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine differences in social competence Junior High School math teacher in Balikpapan based on class rank and gender. This research is a quantitative comparative studies. Samples were taken by using sampling techniques saturated as many as 100 teachers of mathematics Junior High School in the city of Balikpapan which follows the assessment of teacher performance in 2014. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-test. The results showed that there are differences in social competence of teachers significantly by class rank (t=-3.435, Sig.=0.001. While the social competence of teachers by gender has no significant difference (t = 1.322, Sig.=0.191). Key Words: Social competence , Junior high math teacher , The group ranks, Gender.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is obtained a description the acceptance of user over content and form of media, thus produced fragment comic, a guide book, and sheets evaluation students. This research and development use of measures development of Borg and Gall that consists only seven stages. Conclusion this research is obtained a description the acceptance of the user over content and form of media comic, so produces fragment comic, a guide book, and sheets evaluation with criteria very useful/very right/very clear/very interesting. It’s suggested for further researchers to do research on the effectiveness of using comics to increase gender awareness of students at MA, test the field, and develop fragment comic the gender awareness with a message guidance is more specific. Key Words: Comic, Gender Awareness, MA Students.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine differences in interpersonal skills to solve conflicts between acceleration class students and students at SMAN RSBI RSBI class as the city of Malang. This study uses comparative descriptive research design. The subjects were 324 students. Data analysis using t-test to determine differences in interpersonal conflict solving skills among students accelerated classes and regular classes students at SMAN RSBI as the city of Malang. From the results of the t test is known that there are differences in interpersonal skills to solve conflicts between students and regular students acceleration with Sig. 2 tailed 0.003 <0.05. The result of the calculation of standard deviation of acceleration class students by 13, 859, while the standard deviation is lower regular grade students that is equal to 12.579. This suggests that the regular class students have the skills to solve interpersonal conflicts is greater than the acceleration class students, although not significantly. This is supported by the differences in students' social skills, learning time, and location of classes in grade acceleration and RSBI regular class students. Based on the results of these studies can be suggested for counselors accelerated classes to further optimize the guidance and counseling services in the field of social private, so the child can learn to socialize better. For further research is recommended to be able to develop a model of interpersonal conflict resolution skills training, analysis of factors and increase the number of research samples. For the government as policy makers in order to decide back in the right curriculum in lieu RSBI program or try to fix the things that were not appropriate in the curriculum RSBI and then developed into a new, more relevant curriculum. Key Words: Interpersonal Conflict solving skills , Acceleration , Regular , RSBI

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn general the studies to be conducted aims to develop learning the local culture, the culture of Sunda to be applied through character education in improving student politeness STKIP Garut. The plan of activities to be implemented in this study were 1); describe the situation on the ground regarding the rhetorical politeness interperonal Sundanese society; 2) conduct theoretical studies about the characteristics of interpersonal speaking of polite rhetoric in Sundanese cultural perspective; 3) applying the results of theoretical studies through the development of teaching materials Sosiolinguistik. This research is a qualitative research so that the method used is descriptive-analytic method. Where this penelian only describe and develop teaching materials and courses Sociolinguistics Pragmatics in STKIP Garut. The results of observations about the behavior of the public modesty hometown village Kudang Wanajaya Wanaraja Garut districts, showed that people's behavior Sunda "impolite". It can be seen from the observation indicated by the percentage calculation that is, 18.03% shows the scale (often), 52.17% was obtained at the scale of B (Sometimes), and Behavior on scale C (never) get a percentage 29.80%, which means that the Sundanese people never perform the behavior in accordance with the statements in the questionnaire. Meanwhile, the results recap the speech politeness interpersonal rhetoric of the analysis results in twelve events said there are 115 known utterance containing six maxims manners. utterances that contain maxims (-) a total of 52 speech and containing maxim manners (+) were 63 speech. It can be concluded, that in the speech analysis on aspects of language, society Sundanese village village Kudang Wanajaya Wanaraja Garut districts still holds intact politeness in communicating. This is consistent with the character of Sundanese culture that is now known to have cultural values (culture Values). In this case, the community is known as the Sunda religious society, soft, and very spiritual. This trend is born of compassion term penance, penance grindstones, reparation parenting. In addition, the behavior of the Sundanese people brimming with confidence; a language that knows no social inequality speaker with the speaker, but in general the railroad rafter Sundanese language is of the utmost importance.Key Words: Speak politeness, Interpersonal rhetoric, Sundanese culture

Abstract

 ABSTRACTEnglish is a language that used in various working fields. It makes English give various aspects to teach. For this reason, English for the students of University should be taught as what they need from English. With assumption that the students have learnt English for more than six years before Entering the University, English would be more meaningful and useful for them if they studied English referred to what faculty they are in. ESP is an option for the students as stated by Ibbotson (2010) “It (ESP) is designed to improve the communication skills and specialist to language knowledge to engineers, enabling them to work confidently and effectively”. ESP leads the students to learn what they need from English. As a result, they can learn two things: first, the English itself and the second is new knowledge about engineering. The point of ESP is to link between English and the specialization of the knowledge. Based on this reason, the study is conducted to find what the students need from English then the result is used as the pole in arranging an ESP curriculum. The data is obtained by interviewing the first semester engineering faculty students of Kahuripan University of Kediri. The data were analyzed qualitatively. The result indicates that most of the students need to learn English that support them at work (ESP), some students feel that they need to learn general English to reduce the lacking, some want to study the combination of general English and ESP. The conclusion from the research describes that the students with lacking in English needs to learn the Basic English before they learn ESP. In other side, the students argue that they realize the necessity of learning English but they want to have an ESP program with their level of English mastery. For short, the engineering students require themselves to take the benefit of learning ESP to support them at work. The ESP curriculum is arranged based on their necessities, lacks, and wants. Key Words: Curriculum, ESP (English for Specific Purpose), Engineering
