Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and spiritual intelligence on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable, was conducted on organic employees at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero),, with a total sample of 158 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires filled out by employees then analyzed using SPSS and SEM software.This study will use two kinds of analysis techniques, namely (1) Confirmatory Factor Analysis on SEM which is used to confirm the most dominant factors in one group of variables and (2) Regression Weight on SEM which is used to examine how much the relationship between variables. The results showed that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable had the strongest relationship with Employee Performance, with CR a value of 4.249 with a P-value <5%. which means the higher organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the employee's performance.

Abstract

            Tujuan pemberdayaan "masyarakat" miskin yang menggunakan "Teknologi Tepat Guna", adalah: 1). Mempercepat pemulihan ekonomi, meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kegiatan usaha ekonomi produktif "masyarakat", memperluas lapangan kerja, lapangan usaha, meningkatkan produktivitas dan mutu produksi. 2). Menunjang pengembangan wilayah melalui peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam secara bertanggung jawab menuju keunggulan kompetitif dalam persaingan lokal, regional dan global. 3). Mendorong tumbuhnya inovasi di bidang "teknologi". Model tipe kajian dalam penelitian ini  adalah deskriptif kualitatif, berusaha untuk menggambarkan fakta dan fenomena yang terkait dengan  model pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna. Populasi penelitian adalah semua lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berbasis penerapan  teknologi tepat guna di Kota Mojokerto dan masyarakat yang mendapatkan hibah/bantuan penerapan  teknologi tepat guna. Sampel diambil secara random di masing-masing Kecamatan. Teknik sampel menggunakan teknik insidental dan purposive random sample, dan analisis data  menggunakan analisis Kualitatif pada 100 responden. Simpulan penelitian: 1). Memberdayakan masyarakat adalah memampukan dan memandirikan masyarakat hingga muncul perubahan yang efektif dan efisien. 2). Dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemampuan perekonomian sangat diperlukan dukungan teknologi tepat guna yang relevan dan sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat. 3).  Implementasi pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui teknologi tepat guna cenderung mencari jalan "termudah" dalam menentukan sasaran atau penerima /calon adaptor teknologi tepat guna. 4).  Terjadi masalah ke "Tepat gunaan" teknologi karena ketidak sesuaiannya antara   teknologi tepat guna yang di implementasikan dengan kondisi lokasi. 5).  Keberlanjutan usaha agar UMKM mandiri, perlu pendampingan teknis dan non teknis. 6).  Peran Pemerintah adalah hal yang mutlak harus ada dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui penerapan teknologi tepat gunaKeys word: Pemberdayaan masyarakat, teknologi tepat guna,

Abstract

AbstractThe low Employee satisfaction, and followed by the low organizational commitment and work environment are less well causing the performance of civil servants is still low. The low  of job satisfaction aspects obtained less satisfaction from employee’s on their allowances and compensation  they received. As seen from the grant of the allowance system welfare that only based on the level of structural and the position/rank without considering the work achievement. Similarly in terms of promotion has not been refers to competency and the sequence line.The population in this research is the civil servant  in Mataram City Government, the Secretariat of The Parliament, Dinas, Bappeda, Inspectorates, Regional Technical Institute Mataram in West Nusa Tenggara province, with the total number of 1.058 employees.From the test results of this research, a model with Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE), analysis of structural equation modeling (SEM), proportional random sampling method by software Amos 20 on 152 respondents.The results showed that: 1). Organizational Commitment has towards Employee’s job satisfaction at Government of Mataram. 2). Organizational Commitment has effect on the performance of the employees of the City Government of Mataram. 3). Work environment has influence towards employee’s job satisfaction at Government Mataram 4). Work environment has influence towards employees performance of Government of Mataram. 5). Employees job satisfaction has influence towards employees performance Government of Mataram. Key words:   organizational commitment, work environment, job satisfaction, performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of asset management and debt management on the liquidity and profitability of SOEs listed on the Indonesia StockExchange for the period 2014-2017. This study use the object of research as 16 BUMNcompanies. The data source used is secondary data, data collection techniques in thisstudy are documentation of company performance reports on the Indonesia StockExchange and company annual reports. The results of the study show that therelationship between asset management and debt management is directly proportional.There is no significant impact of asset management on liquidity and profitability becausethe asset management on 2017 has increased while profitability and liquidity has fallenthis is due to the company's large operational costs financed by debt. Debt managementfor liquidity and profitability has an impact on decreasing liquidity and profitability whendebt management rises. Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang berperan penting dalam keberhasilan dan kemajuan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, sudah seharusnya pihak manajemen memperhatikan semua hal yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya manusia agar para karyawan mempunyai kepuasan kerja yang diwujudkan dalam kinerja yang tinggi. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan seperti budaya organisasi yang diciptakan dalam perusahaan dan lingkungan kerja yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Divisi Konsumer Area Cabang Surabaya. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis causal research. Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Divisi Konsumer Area Cabang Surabaya sebanyak 40 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel bootstrapping. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Selain itu variabel budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja juga terbukti bepengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Demikian halnya dengan kepuasan kerja yang juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Divisi Konsumer Area Cabang Surabaya. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis dalam penelitian dinyatakan terbukti kebenarannya.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find the influence of commitment organization andquality of work life (qwl) of organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) and performanceemployees in city population civil Bangkalan Madura. The use of population and civil recorddistrict Bangkalan Madura as the study was based because of population and civil recordbangkalan the district madura as the public service known has employees who works lessmaximum.This research included in the kind of research quantitative the testing of hypotheses andquestionnaires as a technique of data collection. But as for an instrument it is anticipated thatanalysis in this research that is using structural equation model (sem). A population that inyou wherever you may be been disclosed in the research it is a whole employees of the citypopulation and civil registration kabupaten Bangkalan Madura a number of 109 civil servantsthat they employ .The results of the study based on the validity and reabilitas shows that data is valid andreliable. Based on the results of the hypothesis shows that; 1) a variable commitmentorganization significant on variables organizational citizenship behavior (ocb), 2) a variablecommitment organization significant on variables performance employees, 3) a variablequality of work life (qwl) significant on variables organizational citizenship behavior (ocb),4) a variable quality of work life (qwl) significant on variables performance employees, and5) a variable organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) significant on variables performanceemployees in city population civil district Bangkalan Madura .Keywords : Commitment organization, quality of work life (qwl), organizationalcitizenship behavior (OCB), and performance.

Abstract

This research talked about client loyalty in the East Java Bank of Perak Branch,Surabaya. This research was focused on the enhancement of client loyalty based on theservice quality, and relationship marketing. From the testing results on the model in thisresearch, by using random sampling, structural equation model (SEM) analysis, and theassistance of software Amos 20, on 100 respondents, it able to explain the correlationbetween service quality and relationship marketing on the client loyalty in the East JavaBank of Perak Branch, Surabaya. Results of research showed that 1) Service qualitysignificantly affects the Relationship Marketing. 2) Service quality significantly affects theclient loyalty. 3) Relationship Marketing of the East Java Bank of Perak Branch, Surabaya,significantly affects the client loyalty. 4) Service quality significantly affects the clientloyalty, indirectly through the relationship marketing of the East Java Bank of PerakBranch, Surabaya.In this research, it was found the Determination Coefficient (R²) of 0.591, this case showsthat, with the maximal service, and the good relationship marketing between the bank andthe clients will encourage the client loyalty increase of 59.1%.Key words: Service Quality, Relationship Marketing, and Loyalty.

Abstract

The growth of high-rise buildings in East Java is increasing rapidly. High-rise building which has stood for a long time have to compete with the new high-rise building in improving occupancy and resale value of the asset. Maintenance and facility management are important key factors in improving occupancy and the sale value of the asset. The diversity of the success rate of high-rise building in the competition is determined by the ability of the property manager or general manager in planning and effective implementation of his or her maintenance programs, and financial, technical, resources management, and leadership to the team. The sharpness intuition which property manager or general manager have in seeing opportunities and market direction of high-rise buildings become a supporting but important factor, where the mindset of entrepreneurship is taking the part in.This is justified by the recognition of practitioners and experts are now actively working in the field of building management in the interview (descriptive) and recorded in a questionnaire that can be measured by a percentage (quantitative), as result entirely agree that standardization competence, educational background and the lack of entrepreneurship mindset the only cause and needs to be invested to improve the competitiveness of a building practitioners, especially now we are facing the Asean Economic Community (AEC). Key words: entrepreneurship, standardization, competency, building, highrise

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test experiential marketing, customer delight, and customer trust in customer behavior intentions through customer satisfaction. The subjects of this research are Yamaha customers of PT. Roda Sakti Surya Megah as many as 100 people. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling. Data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. Based on the analysis results, the coefficient of determination show by Adjusted R Square= 0.453 ;. This value indicates that there are any relations between experiential marketing, customer delight and customer confidence in customer satisfaction. Furthermore, based on the research results obtained also obtained the coefficient of determination between the variables experiential marketing, customer delight, and customer trust in customer behavior intentions through customer satisfaction as big as Adjusted R Square = 0.462. This value shows that there is a significant influence between experiential marketing, customer delight, marketers' trust in customer behavior intentions through customer satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract The main objective of the organization in general is to fulfill the vision and mission of the organization. To meet the achievements in the organization, the initial step is to first form the human resources that are owned to match the description of the needs of the organization. In the process of shaping the character of each individual in the organization, generally the direction of formation is initiated by the leader, because the leader is the determinant of the organization's performance policies. This study aims to determine the transactional leadership style at Bank X in Surabaya. The effect of this leadership style will have an impact on satisfaction and commitment which in turn will improve employee performance. This research is a quantitative type by distributing questionnaires to employees of Bank X in Surabaya using the Smart Partial Least Square. The results showed that the leadership style of leadership had a significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, this study also found that job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance at Collection Bank X Surabaya.
