The population of this research is Lazada Indonesia consumers who are of productive age (19-34 years old) in Malang City and the number of samples obtained following the research criteria is 100 correspondents. Sample selection is done by the non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. The research instrument used was a questionnaire that was analyzed using smartPLS 2.0 software. The results of this study indicate that utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value have a direct effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Meanwhile, indirectly hedonic shopping value did not affect repurchase intention through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to develop a model to measure emergent leadership among employees in Indonesia. In doing so, this study first developed a theoretical model by identifying the emergent leadership constructs from the literature and identifying the criteria measurement of these constructs from the literature and thirdly was to validate the theoretical model to measure emergent leadership in Indonesia. The theoretical model consists of 6 emergent leadership constructs measured by a total of 60 measuring criteria. The empirical process of the validation employed data collected from 350 respondents who were working with the team working in Jakarta, Banten, and West Java. The validation aimed to validate the variables that were used to measure each of the constructs by determining statistically that the sample number is adequate; using the Keiser-Meier-Olkin and Bartlett's test to ensure the applicability of the data for multivariate statistical analysis; to validate the measuring criteria as relevant to emergent leadership and to determine the reliability of each of the emergent leadership constructs to the model. The result showed that emergent leadership can be measured by the following indicators: dominant, friendly, egocentric, intelligence, creativity, open mind, experiences, caring, positive vibes, discipline, good planner, conscientiousness, team player, communicative, and performance management for knowledge-skills-attitude. Furthermore, the results of this study found that the variable of the construct performance management from the previous research was in the third dominant value.

The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique that is purposive sampling with a total of 408 respondents. Data collection is through online questionnaires. There are three sections questionnaire, demographic factors, financial literacy, and risk profile. The data processing techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regressions. The results showed that bank employees in Bandung had financial literacy indexes categorized as "medium" or "sufficient" (66.7%) with a risk profile index of "moderate" type (60%). Demographic factors that affect financial literacy are age, education level, and organizational position. While the factor that affects the risk profile is age and gender. Research has also revealed a strong correlation between financial literacy and risk profile.

Abstract

Investment is one of the most crucial decisions that a company must create to achieve higher financial performance and to maintain long-term sustainability. This study predicts that two significant factors determine corporate investment, i.e., the firms' corporate governance and capital structure. The article also assumes that companies that are aware and engage in environmental programs would find it much easier to gain investors'. This study used 39 units of analysis of 13 manufacturers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that received a good ranking in PROPER during the 2016-2018 period and analyzed with structural equation modeling (SEM). This study finds that corporate governance is negatively related to the capital structure but positively related to corporate investment. However, the capital structure does not affect corporate investment implying environmental performance's significance in leading corporate governance and enhancing corporate investment. Further research can extend the observation period, use other sectors as the sample, use the different indicators in each variable, and develop the relationship between variables on a broader framework.

Abstract

In the existing literature, studies rarely found in the context of mobile shopping incorporate the concept of flow in their research. This study aims to examine and analyze the role of the concept of flow in which three dimensions of flow are chosen, including flowconcentration, flow-control, and flow-enjoyment as an intervening variable to perceived usefulness and purchase intention through Shopee shopping services. The concept of flow related to studies with the context of mobile shopping is scarce. The type of this study is explanatory research. For this reason, this study had been examined 153 respondents who have used Shopee shopping services. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyze for in-depth studies of related variables. The results show that the concept of flow from the three dimensions is proven to be an intervening variable between perceived usefulness and repurchase intention. Future exploration additionally can be applied to the business division with a bigger scope and more extensive topographical region.
