Abstract

The effectiveness the learning process of Package B Equivalence Education is not only influenced by inner factors of tutors knowledge and motivation, but also influenced by the out work climate. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge factors, the motivation, and work climate, to the effectiveness of the learning process of Package B Equivalence Education. This study is ex post-facto as well as descriptiveevaluative- correlative in nature. Sample to be studies were the 122 active Semarang recidental-based SKB-Centers tutors of Package B Equivalence Education. Following a cluster proportional random sampling technique. A set of rating-scale questionaries was used during to collect the data. Data were then analysed using a descriptive-analysis model and regression analysis. This study found that: (a) knowledge factors with contributed a direct, dominant influence to the effectiveness learning process with a percentage 12,25%; (b) motivation factors with contributed a direct influence to the effectiveness learning process with a percentage 18,49%; and (c) work climate factor with contributed a direct influence to effectiveness learning process with a percentage 44,89%. This study imply that to improve the quality of both the effentiveness learning process of Package C Program, the following needs should be met establishment of tutors knowledge factors, motivation factors, and work climate factors. Based on the above findings this study recommends that in order to improve the performance of SKB-Centres the following needs should be met; (a) SKB-centres to improve the centres’ work climate; (b) policymakers, both at national and regional level, to confirm the availability of funding to finance the Package B Equibalence Education Program; (c) policymakers to take into mind seriously the issue of learning facilities availability.Keywords: Management, Effectively, Knowledge, Motivation, and Work Climate-Factors.

Abstract

Objectives of the research were to examine and prove empirically the influence of human resources empowerment, directly and indirectly toward performance, through organization change. Objectives of the research in detail were to analyze and examine empirically the influences of: (1) human resources empowerment on organization performance, (2) human resources empowerment on organization change, (3) organization change on organization performance. Population of the research was 69 starr hotels, which spread over the East Java Province. 34 hotels were taken as samples. The respondents were 216 managers. Samples were taken using proportional sampling method and data analysis of the research used SEM (Structural Equation Model). The main finding of this research was that the organization performance would be enhanced if the human resources were empowered in participating to achieve the organization goal, commit to the organization, and have greater authority and responsibility in decision-making process. Human resources empowerment has insignificant influence on the organization change.Keywords: Human Resources Empowerment, Organization performance, Organization change.

Abstract

This research aims to analisize the factors which influence towards of accountant graduates has been moderated by job-experience and professional education in managerial competence building. The methode of analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The data consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data got by snow balling technique. The population and sample in this research are accountant graduates from many universities in Indonesia who have worked in many business such as Jakarta, Surabaya and Malang. Based on this analysis, this research gives some important conclusions: accountant graduates has enough competence in technical competence, but less influence in managerial competence building; job-experience influences toward managerial competence building; motivation achievement influences toward managerial competence; training will influence the managerial competence building more significant, and also accountant professional education has significant influence toward managerial competence building for accountant graduates.Keywords: Accountant Graduates Competence, Managerial Competence, Achievement Motivation, Job-Experience, Partial Least Square.

Abstract

The research aims at knowing (1) Customer Relationship Marketing in maintaining customer retention, (2) The influence of service quality, customer value and satisfaction as a mediation of Customer Relationship Marketing on customer retention. The data are analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research findings show that (1) stimulating Relationship Marketing which cannot cater for customer expectation in all aspects will not increase customer retention; (2) Relationship Marketing (RM) is able to contribute to the enterprise success in maintaining the customers through an excellent service quality; (3) the implementation of Relationship Marketing through the activity of excellent customer value will contribute to the implementation of Relationship Marketing towards customer retention, (4) the ability of entrepreneurs to exclusively give satisfaction in the activity of Relationship Marketing is a crucial aspect to maintain customer retention.Keywords: Relationship Marketing, Service Quality, Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention

Abstract

The objective of this research is to discover and understand whether the preparation of resources by the government in the from of skill training and partnership has been successful in empowering Microand small enterprises’The approach used in this research is qualitative one, which is based on phenomenology and puts emphasis on emic perspective (subject) and etic perspective ( researcher, theoryand other related information). The unit of analysis is the individual and situation..Data was collected through observation, in depth interview was conducted and documented. The main instrument in this research is the researcher.The result of improvement of resource through training and protection of micro small and mediun enterprises through business partnership, has not been able to empower micro small and medium entetprises..The inability to the govermment to empower the micro and small enterprises for furniture industry in South Sulawesi through its partiality was caused by the incongruence between the existing formal agencies with the condition of local micro small and medium enterprises, the lack of capacity in the local training agencies.Keywords: Strategy, Empower, Training, Partnership Micro and small Enterprises

Abstract

Potential development of beef cattle for Aceh region sufficient large, because supported by market potential enough milt, in other one are development region of beef cattle who enough potential. Because of that suitable and development strategy of beef cattle as superior commodity must be examine who purposed for raise poverty in Aceh.This research as examined of suitable with analyzed approach of project evaluation with entered suitable substance for purposed raise poverty. Infiltration of strategy use SWOT analyzed who completed with step development of agribusiness. The based of business scale, only at 5 beef scale who suitable developed because personal income at poverty line, whereas development of 2 beef scale only suitable if be stall and beef seed aid. On 3 beef scale only suitable developed if be one beef seed aid or stall aid from stakeholder. Development beef cattle must be do with aggressive strategy, mean not again secunder business, but true commecial business. Direct of development must be AUDS-NAD system (Region supperior agribusiness based beef cattle in Aceh) are integrited of development of beef, organic agriculture, raising agroindustry and development of beef cattle business.Keywords: beef cattle, SWOT analyzed, poverty, agribusiness

Abstract

Nowadays, the business competition of handset operator cellular in Indonesia are more competitive. This condition makes Telkomsel is not only depend on product differentiation and price leader, which is easy to follow. Brand that have a several attribute equity will create a positive brand image in the consumer mind. The purpose of the research is to analyze the influence of brand equity consisting of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association and brand loyalty toward buying decision celular card of Telkomsel at Malang. The research method used quantitative approach in which variables are measured with Likert Scale. The sample amount is 100 respondent by incendental method. The primary data collection is by distributing quetionnaries. Data processing was used a application SPSS vs.15,0 for Windows (includes: validity and reliability analysis, classic assumption analysis, and hypotesis tested by multiple regression analysis). The result show that: (1) by collectively, the equity brand attribute having significant toward buying decision of consument. (2) by partially, there are significant influence of the all equity brand attributes consisting of perceived quality, brand association, and brand loyalty toward buying decision of consument. Then (3) brand loyalty having a dominant influence on buying decision.Keywords: brand equity, buying decision

Abstract

This study is aimed to describe and to find the influence of organization culture toward work motivation, commitment and performance. This study is conducted on Pontianak State Senior High School 9 in 2009. It is used permanent lecture as the sample of study they are 30 persons. Used variable consists of organization culture variable, lecture work motivation, lecture commitment and lecture performance. By using path analysis technique; it is known that commonly organization culture in Pontianak State Senior High School 9 is better. It is shown by the existence of significance influence toward work motivation, commitment and performance of lecture. Motivation is the most important factor that has biggest influence toward lecture performance. Thus, the principal of institution is expected to focus his attention toward motivation role. Beside, there should be any effort in increasing commitment by realizing that institution has strong supporting factor to increase this commitment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the number of estimates and borrowing money against the net profit on Shariah Pawnshop Lhokseumawe. The data used are secondary data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 12.0.The results obtained correlation value (R) of 0.953, a very strong relationship between the estimated and borrowed money in affecting net income. Adjusted R square value of 0.895 means that 89.5% of the changes in the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable and the remaining 10.5% is influenced by other variables that are not observed in this study (error term). The results obtained by testing hypotheses simultaneously calculated F value> Ftable (64.661> 3.81), means the total estimated number of simultaneous variables (X1) and borrowing money (X2) are jointly significant effect on net income at the Pawnshop syari'ah Lhokseumawe. The test results obtained by partial hypothesis tcount variable amount estimated (X1) of 0.601 while ttable of 2.1604, which means that the value of the estimated partial effect on net income. Variable loan money (X2) equal to 10.437, while ttable of 2.1604, which means that borrowing money is partially an effect on net income. Suggested to Shariah Pawnshop Lhokseumawe in order to be a motivator for other financial institutions in helping people who need them.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze (1) the significances of the transformational leadership and transactional leadership to employee’s performance, and (2) the dominant variable affecting employee’s performance. From the sample that consisted of 102 respondent, the analysis used multiple linear regression to determine a model which best predicts the performance of these firms. Result of this research shown that transformational and transactional leadership variables have significant effect on the employee’s performance, and that transformational leadership is the most dominant variable affecting employee’s performance.Keywords: transactional leadership, transformational leadership, performance
