Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of the Bogor City residents each year increased density so the impact on the food supply must be provided food institutions Bogor to meet those conditions . It is therefore necessary strategic steps to stimulate and control the availability of food one is to increase the role of agricultural extension as the spearhead of agricultural development in the city of Bogor. The purpose of this research was conducted to analyze the situation of food availability Bogor Year 2011 till 2015 and the role and function of agricultural extension Bogor, in meeting food needs in 2011 until 2015. This study was a cross sectional survey methods to collect secondary data and primary. Based on analysis of population required food availability Bogor for all types of commodities are mostly imported from other regions. Dependency of food imports from other regions to predict the next five years will be even higher, this is due to existing agricultural lands currently only 13% of the total land designation and conversion is likely to happen again for the next five years. Extension workers and extension agencies are located in the city of Bogor as it should have duties that no longer oriented towards increasing production. Auth Bogor Agricultural extension is supposed to maintain existing production (13%) and seeks to diversify into the production of refined by developing farmer groups as a basis for the development of food products. The role of other equally important duties that must be agricultural extension in the area of the city is becoming a mediator and liaison food access, because with good access and availability of food then travel relatively more secure society for people in urban areas tend to be dependent on food-food supply results other areas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image on patients'who perceived service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty in outpatient units.This Research conducted on May 2014 was a correlational and quantitative study. The research sample were 109 patients of outpatient units in Ben Mari Hospital Malang. Data were collected by a fivepoint Likert scale questionnaire in which consists of statements about brand image, patients'perceived service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty. The data were analysed by Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Squares. The result of the study shows that brand image has a direct and indirect effect on patients'perceived service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty . Brand image has the biggest effect directly on patients'perceived service quality. One of indirect effects of brand image on patient loyalty occurs through patients'perceived service quality and satisfaction. Brand image influences patients'perception on service quality, in turn it infuences patients'satisfaction and loyality. The influence of brand image shows that brand image must be managed by the hospital well and seriously in order to build a positive thought from the patients. Finally, the hospital management image will give the result on patients'acceptance towards the hospital response to their preferences and needs.

Abstract

In globalization era and A-CFTA competition are getting tighter, in order to survive PT Kimia Farma (persero) must be synchronized of working plan between research and development department with marketing department. The improvement of organization structure must be done in order to compete the changing of competitive atmosphere through the direction improvement, objectives, business process to be more effective and efficient. In addition, the improvement of workers'quality is based on job analysis through competency improvement. The respondents are chosen through the consideration of their direct contribution on business activity process by using interview, observation, and survey method. The researcher arranges the improvement through developing of organization structure, developing business process, arranging job analysis based on competency business process, designing the improvement of organization structure based on business process and job analysis in whish has competencies in research and development department. The results of this study are the improvement of vision, mission, objective, organization value, business process by making a proposal for new products, job analysis by adding some competencies. From this improvement arrangement shows that organization not only department based on function but also department based on product and function using decentralization system.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) analyzing empirically and examining the effect of cost recovery on APBN 2) analyzing empirically and examining the effect of cost recovery on sharing holder fund. Analysis unit of this research is upstream of oil and gas industry that is managed by Indonesian government with Production Sharing Contract for 44 companies or operator production sharing contract. The population of this research obtains from operator production sharing contract and BPMIGAS on manager level 62 persons, professional 51 persons and researcher from university 18 persons. The researcher was also secondary data during the year 1984 to 2009. The results show that six variables seemingly have directly significant relationship path and four variables show insignificant pattern of relationship. Variable which has effect is cost recovery to sharing holder fund, and the variable which do not have an effect is cost recovery to APBN.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to identify the factors that affect nurses'job satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Baptis Batu (RSBB). This analysis used analytical descriptive method with cross sectional approach. Respondents are all of the nurses who are working in RSBB, sixty seven persons in total. Multiple linear regression test showed that, simultaneously, hygiene and motivator factors have significant effect on the job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000. Partially, motivator factors constitute influential variable that affecting the job satisfaction with a significant value of 0.001 and dominant variable of the job satisfaction with a beta value of 0.620.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to know the implementation of Islamic leadership and employee performance, then to analyze the effect of Islamic leadership on employee performance of KSP Syariah in Wajo and Enrekang Regency. The number of samples are taken 36 people from 74 people population of employee KSP Syariah in Wajo and Enrekang Regency. Sampling technique is accidental random sampling. Data collection technique is documentation and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used descriptive and linear regression models. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic leadership is good but it is important to increase as well as employee performance. The implementation of Islamic leadership will influence toward the improvement of employee performance of KSP Syariah in Wajo and Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find the corelation between motivation and supervision by looking at nurses'working performance in documentation discharge planning. This study is a quantitative study of correlative quantitative type with cross sectional approach. Motivation and supervision was measured by using questionnaire, all questionnaires used five scales of likert. Discharge planning documentation was measured by using checklist observation. Univariant, bi-variant, and multivariate analyses are used to analyze the relevant data. Bi-variant analysis test indicates that there is a correlation between motivation and supervision with performance at work of nurse in documentation discharge planning. Supervision is corelation more than motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual, organization and behavior towards hand hygiene compliance of nurses. The research design used analytic descriptive study design with cross sectional approach on 71 respondents. Then, the researcher tested using descriptive statistical test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and test the dominant variable. Individuals, organizations and behaviors significantly influence hand hygiene compliance of nurses. Individual variable dominantly influence on hand hygiene compliance of nurses.

Abstract

The Development of the agricultural sector in the South Tangerang City faces severe challenges related to the lack of resources, especially land. Urban agriculture has an important role in addressing various problems in which faced by the city. This research aimed to formulate alternative strategies of urban agricultural development in South Tangerang City. The vision and mission are formulated based on content analysis of stakeholder expectations and industry foresight, while the strategy formulation using IE matrix and use the balanced scorecard framework. Expected condition of urban agriculture development is the increased revenue of the city welfare (economic perspective). South Tangerang city government positions in developing urban agriculture located on the cell V. The best strategy is to continue to run a variety of programs and activities that have been imple mented. Strategies that can be implemented by the government are the increased intensityof the program and activities as well as creating new types of services.

Abstract

 The goal of this research is to analyze the fundamental variables in which influinfluence price earning ratio of automotive and allied companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. These variables are return on equity, debt equity ratio, earning per share, dividend payout ratio, price to book value and earning growth. The data collection is using sampling technique, there is saturated sampling or sample census. The result shows that there are six companies along 2007 to 2011. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression in order to check the influence of independent variable on dependent variable. The result shows that the variable of return on equity is giving negative sign significant to the price earning ratio. Next, price to book value variable influences positively and signifisignificant to the price earning ratio. Coefficient determinant which is achieved is 0,536, which means that the prediction power of regression model is 53,6%.
