Abstract

This study aimed to uncover, explain, and know the implementation of performance and financial accountability of local governments in Manado, the phenomenon of irregularities and violations of the use of budget revenues and expenditures.The method in this study is qualitative research with phenomenological approach. The results showed that the main causes of irregularities and violations of the use of budget funds at Manado North Sulawesi province is the lack of adequate personnel resources executive, weak supervision and lack of socialization implementation system of performance accountability of government agencies. Strategic planning did not synergy with the mission and objectives, performance measurement did not using clear standard, performance reporting did not entirely based on the Government Performance Accountability System. The role of Regional Head quite efective in the implementation of the accountability of local government performance at Manado. Audit Reports from the Supreme Audit Agency, Fiscal year 2011, received no opinion reasonable (adversed).

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of budget participation, the budgetary slack, knowing the influence of organizational commitment moderates the effect of budget participation on budgetary slack, knowing the effect of moderating influence of environmental uncertainty budget participation on budgetary slack on the Government of West Sumatra Province. The sample in this study was 105 respondents and was taken by purposive sampling. The data used in this study are primary data, collected by surveying techniques by distributing questionnaires to each echelon III and IV in OPD Government of West Sumatra Province. The analysis technique used is the analysis of partial least square (PLS) based variance.The result of hypothesis analysis showed that budget participation and significant negative effect on the budgetary slack. Organizational commitment positively and significantly as a moderating budget participation on budgetary slack. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of bank soundness measured by RGEC method on Index of Financial Inclusive (IFI) or weakness of financial service user. The RGEC variables used include NPL, LFR, GCG, ROA, and CAR. sampling research using purposive sampling method. data analysis techniques applied using associative methods with the aim to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables (Sugiyono, 2012). based on the results of research conducted indicated that NPL and GCG variables have no significant effect on IFI value, but these two ratios basically have been in the standard set by Bank Indonesia. Then LFR, ROA and CAR variables show significant influence on IFI value. of the three influential variables, it is known that ROA is the most influential variable with 65.3% points. the results of this study can be concluded that the Bank Soundness Levelthrough RGEC has an influence on IFI, judging by how much influence in changing the value of IFI.

Abstract

Abstract: This studyis conducted on the basis of the implementation of monetary policy issued by Indonesia Bank for home loans. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of policy implementation by Bank Indonesia on loan to value restriction to mortgages on June 15, 2012 and September 30, 2013 to the banking stock return, measured by abnormalreturn and risk premium. Data on this research is secondary data collected from Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample is stock from 10 national banks that listed banks serving mortgage. Event study analysis is used to analyse the information content from the announcement, in combination with abnormal return as measurement indicator. This study finds that the policy implementation on September 30, 2013 has information content becausethere is significant difference between trading volume activity before and after the event but there is no significant difference between the average abnormal return before and after policy implementation on June 15, 2012 and September 30, 2013. GARCH in Mean model is used to analyse difference in the level of the risk premium after the policy implementationin 2012 and the implementation of policies in 2013. This study found as many as 6 of the 10 listed banks sampled showed a decrease in the coefficient of the risk premium as compared to coefficients of the risk premium in 2012.

Abstract

These days, universalize Indonesian advertising amends. Advertising expense by business world also tend to always increase from rime to time. Increasing it that advertising expense proves that industrial circle stills to give trust to advertisers to promote its product. Advertisement is process forwarding of information or message to some of or all by using media. One of the media to submit message in the form of advertisement is television. Basis for theory which is utilized deep observational it is advertising existence history al society, advertising, advertising basic principles, television as media of advertising, television as advertisement media. television as communications media. health communicattons, effective communications, beholder as all people, knowledge, advertisement clean hand, and theory of SOR. Method Research use descriptively. Data processing obtained from result of kuesioner; hereinafter analysed descriptively. Population in this research is society of Surabaya. Technique determination of sample use formula of Yamane and technique withdrawal of sample is purposive sampling. Result of research can concluded that most responder included in high category. Because inquiring had big responder when seeing health advertisement "Clean Hand" looked up and down so that responder know advertisement of health "Clean Hand". Besides also there are included in responder category. Because responder see health advertisement "Clean Hand" only just part so that mount owned knowledge it.

Abstract

Resource and Development Center for Mineral and Coal Technology conducts research on the development of mini gasifier from laboratory scale to the pilot project. The activity from 2015 such as the Implementation of tree units of Mini Gasifiers, which each had the capacity of 10-15 kg/hour on Tofu Micro, Small, And Medium Enterprises, a capacity of 30 kg/hour on Atsiri Oil and Capacity of 50 kg/hour on Aluminum Smelter. Determination of IE Matrix strategy position was based on total value of IFE, which was given point on the X axis and total value of EFE Matrix on Y axis. The total value of IFE Matrix was 2.581 and EFE Matrix was 2.868. Therefore, user position of Mini Gasifier was placed on V cell, which was protecting and defending. The corresponding strategy to be applied on this cell was market penetration and product development. The identification result from strengths, weakness, opportunities, and the threat of capacity as well as quantity and quality on Micro, Small, And Medium Enterprises on V cell, next would be used to formula alternative strategy by using SWOT matrix. Based on SWOT analysis from some alternative strategies those have been formulated, chosen strategy priority to be applied product capacity using quantity as well as quality on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise accordance with production capacity using quantity as well as quality on supporting and implementing protecting and defending strategies. From joint QSP matrix estimation, the result was to implement Mini Gasifier energy technology utilization by adapting marketing demand and era development with the highest power trail among other alternative strategies for 7.2. Based on QSPM with the expertise from Mini Gasifier user, came with two strategies with same value (7.0) became strategy priority was production capacity development strategy with ease to obtain raw material of coal on Micro, Small, And Medium Enterprises and strategy of Mini Gasifier energy technology implementation with adapting market demand and era development. QSPM analysis with expertise from Distributor that produced two strategies with the same value (7.0), which was the strategy of transformation management implementation in facing the dynamic of human resource management quality in the absorbing process of Mini Gasifier technology and utilization strategy of Mini Gasifier energy technology with adapting market demand and era development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of various variables related to working capital management on profitability of state-owned enterprise in processing industry sector. The variables used in this research are profitability, cash turnover, receivable turnover, inventory turnover, liquidity, and asset structure. The population is entire state-owned enterprise of Indonesia in processing industry sector. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. Based on the determined criteria, there are 13 companies as the sample. The data used are secondary data and research analysis tool is multiple linear regression. The results of this strudy indicate that inventory turnover and asset structure have significantly positive effect on corporate profitability. Nevertheless, Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, and Liquidity have no significant effect on the profitability on State -owned enterprise of indonesia in processing industry sector. For further research, it is advisable to add financial and non financial variables which are consideredmediate or moderate the effect of working capital management on profitability.

Abstract

To get the benefit of technology of information optimally and produce the result that we hope, furthermore it needs leadership that could stimulate the employers as users of technology reformation to increase the level of acceptance that integrated with educational degree of employers a moderator into the influence of transactional leadership, transformational in using perceived information technology. This research use three standardized questionnaire, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire, questionnaire of educational degree to the e r foyers and technology acceptance model. This research has been done at PT. KeretaApi Indonesia operational region II Bandung. The number of questionnaire that has been distributed was 65 (sixty five), they were spread at 5 departments at PT. K.A.I operational region II Bandung. The result from analysis of hierarchy regression found out that the educational degree moderate the influence of transactional leadership and transformational towards technology information of perception. The result of this research found that only transformational leadership that has significant influence to the use of technology of perception information.

Abstract

This study aimed to focus on the relationship between two main MNE's strategies that were multi-domestic and global. The choice of entry that examined not only the basis of Transaction Cost and Resource Based View but also incorporates a concept of Integration and Adaptation Cost. Moreover, the study includes an analysis brownfield investment and presents it as an alternative investment model in transition/emerging economies. This study examined by multi-domestic and the global strategy that were majority MNEs. Companies following a multi-domestic strategy will mostly depend on local firm's resources, such as local technology, local brand name, networking, and distribution channels. Their main purpose is to respond to the local market demands, which can best be achieved by the local subsidiaries of well-integrated. This study was a purely conceptual literature review, which is based on a substantial number of scientific and conceptual articles. This study decided to concentrate on the relationship between the resources, strategies and entry modes (including brownfield investment) because this study discovered a large research/literature gap in this field that very exciting.

Abstract

Psychological contract as a strategy based on flexibility has become a new hope in creating competitive advantages with a focus on human resources management is superior. As a concept that powerful, psychological contract be interested in researchers in the field of organizational development in exploring the influence of psychological contract on employee’s work attitude and behavior. But earlier research still gave contradictory results. In the context of managing talented employee, the psychological contract needs to focus on the key factors shaping employee resilience. This research examines the influence of psychological contracts and career resilience on organizational citizenship behavior on employees in the banking sector in Indonesia and Malaysia using structural equation modeling. This research proved the influence of psychological contract on career resilience and the influence or career on organizational citizenship behavior.
