Abstract

The objectives of this research are to determinate how the manager entrepreneurship effect organization capability. business strategy, business performance; Investigate how External business environment effect organization capability, business strategy, business performance; Determinate influence of organizational capability on business strategy and business performance, and measure the effect of business strategy on business performance. This study used cooperative as unit of analysis and manager as respondent. Data for the study were collected  from 119 cooperatives and 119 managers covered as respondents. The result indicate that, Business performance is largely determined by The Manager entrepreneurship, Organization capability, Business strategy and External business environment through Organization capability and Business strategy. Further, it was shown that, the organization capability and Business strategy are strong intervening variable in supporting the relation between External business environment and Business performance. In addition Organization capability was weak intervening variable in supporting the relation between The Manager entrepreneurship and Business performance.

Abstract

This study investigates whether information technology students participation within factors such as desirability and feasibility affects Creativity and Technopreneurship Intentions before or after their graduation. Using a sample of 187 students within computer science faculty, Brawijaya University, this study finds that participation in desirability and feasibility and Creativity is positively associated with measured Technopreneurship Intentions. Sem-pls analysis methods with SPSS and Warp-PLS is implemented. Further analysis arising from desirability and feasibility reveals that is fully mediated with Creativity and Technopreneurship Intentions. Overall, these findings offer empirical evidence on the importance of desirability and feasibility of the relationship between Creativity and Technopreneurship Intentions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and to analyze the influence of transformational leadershipand work motivation on employee performance Hotel Kartika Graha Malang in Indonesia either through or without through job satisfaction.This study used a sample of 78 employees of Hotel Kartika Graha Malang in Indonesia. This research applies quantitative analysis by using explanatory study. The data is analyzed by using PLS for significant test and Sobel test for mediating test. The result shows that transformational leadership has no significant influence on employee performance but has significant influence toward job satisfaction. Nevertheless, work motivation has a significant influence on both employee performance and job satisfaction. Moreover, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction is also fully mediated the influence of transformational leadership toward employee performance and partially mediated the influence of work motivation toward employee performance. The indicator that causes the non-significant influence of the transformational leadership toward employee performance is an individualized consideration, which is not running optimally in Hotel Kartika Graha.

Abstract

The universities are currently facing many challenges as an institution of higher education providers, especially private universities to compete for students, maintaining the values of academic that produce graduates who can compete in creating jobs, and enter the workforce. This study aimed to analyze the effectof market orientation and image to the student satisfaction, and the implication to the student loyalty. Data collection was taken from students in Jambi as many as 200 samples with analytical methods WarpPLS Structural Equation Model 3.0. The result showed that all of hypothesis has positive and significant impact, which Market Orientation greatest effect.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine a model which presents effects of man-nature orientation, of healthy consumption lifestyle, of attitude toward a green product, of subjective norm and of purchase behavioural control toward purchase intention of green product. Data collection method of this research used questionnaire, which was arranged through an exploration study based on planned behaviour theory. The sample of this research was housewives as last consumers. In addition, this research was conducted in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The result showed that man-nature orientation and healthy consumption lifestyle are a predictor for the purchase intention of green product. Man-nature orientation, healthy consumption lifestyle, subjective norm, attitude toward green product and purchase behavioural control give positive contribution for purchase intention of green product. All of the hypothesis in this research were fully supported.

Abstract

Recently, tight competition requires hospitals to provide the best service and quality. Quality services may cause satisfaction to the patient. This study aims to determine the effect of quality service on satisfaction of outpatients at Hospital Dr. Soegiri Lamongan simultaneously and partially. This study utilizes cross sectional approach which involves 235 respondents of simultaneous outpatients. The instrument uses a questionnaire by employing independent and the dependent variables of satisfaction on quality service. The sample was taken by applying proposed sampling method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The results of this study indicate that the service quality influence outpatients’ satisfactions.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem of inefficiency faced by Rural Banks is caused by non optimal human resource's performance. There are many Rural Banks that have not enough employees, so many employees do double tasks, uncompleted management happened, and low competence-compensations, that obstruct the performance of them. Because of that, the objective of this research is to map the condition of Rural Banks'human resource based on its quality and quantity, identify the policy and strategy of Human Resource Development, evaluate the effectiveness of the rules that exist at Rural Banks, and formulate Rural Banks'cooperation's scheme with others agencies or education institution. This research was held at Jakarta, Bandung, Denpasar, Manado, Medan, Surabaya, and Yogyakarta. The methods of this research were explorative, quantitative description, and qualitative approach, such as field survey, purposive random sampling, and focus group discussion.The results are map of Rural Banks'human resource's condition from its distribution and quality, identification of Rural Bank's human resource's problems, recommendation of recruitment and selection system, analysis of position based on competency and its standard, recommendation of training, curriculum's scheme, recommendation of compensation, and cooperation with others agencies/education institution that provide labor that are ready to be used by Rural Banks.

Abstract

Supermarket X is the retail business which offer and sell daily goods. Based on the field survey, there was the descent marketing performance at some department of supermarket X, thus it needs some strategies to increase the marketing performance.The model of measuring the performance uses the regression level, which means the Sructural Equation Modeling (SEM), as the tool. As a purpose indicating the the influential variables significantly and the uninfluential variables significantly Based on the conceptual framework, the model is not proper, thus it needs the modification model. The result of the modification model indicated that the mixed marketing influences the product significantly with the amount of -0,097. The mixed marketing influnces the price significantly with the amount of ­0,197. The mixed marketing influences the distribution significantly with the amount of ­0,226. The mixed marketing influence the promotion significantly with the amount of 0,038. The mixed marketing influnces the location significantly with the amount of 0,335. The mixed marketing influences the variation product sale significantly with the amount of 0,737. The mixed marketing influence the service department significantly with the amount of 0,375. The enterprice policies influences mixed marketing significantly with the amount of 0,601. The enterprice policies influenced the consumer attitude significantly with the amount of 0,320. The consumer’s attitude influenced the decision consumers significantly with the amount of 0,305. The consumer’s decision influenced the marketing performance significantly with the amount of 0,345 and the marketing performance influenced the superiority of ongoing competation significantly with the amount of 0,532.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the success of a small business because the chance of small business'potential to be improved and expanded is very wide.The population in this study is all small industrial ceramics at Dinoyo. The total sample is 30 people, selected with a non-probability method, which is the method of purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression. The results show that the characteristics of entrepreneurship and marketing strategy have a significant positive effect on the success of the business, while venture capital doesn't have a significant effect, this shows venture capital is not a variable that affects the success of the ceramic business at Dinoyo Malang.The results also show that the characteristic of entrepreneurship variables is not the biggest variable which affects the success of the business, while marketing strategy variable greatly affects the success of ceramics small industries at Dinoyo Malang. The conclusion of this study is the higher the ability of entrepreneurs in determining the marketing strategy, the higher the chances to succeed in the business. In the other hand, the characteristics of entrepreneurship variable also have substantial contribution in influencing the success of the small business.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to make a new product, get a result of the sales, get feedback on the new product, and look at the product acceptability. The methodology used is a qualitative method. The research was done as a field research which developing a new product and tests it to the market using Minimum Viable Productfrom Lean Startup. Customer interview shows that customers need moreitabag colors. From internal and external analysis using SWOT show, there is a strength in Colle customer service and an opportunity for new fabric printing technology. The MVP is a catalog, published online and tested for 2 weeks and get 11 purchases as the result. After the test period, 5 customers were interviewed, they need a wider choice of color, pattern, illustration, and want their own images for itabag. This result then implemented on MVP improvement. This research will only include the first test due to the time limitation. If possible, for the future researcher, more test of the product will be better.
