Abstract

Kepemimpinan etis muncul sebagai akibat dari berbagai pelanggaran etika dan tuntutan bagi pemimpin untuk dapat mengelola akuntabilitas etis. Penelitian ini menjelaskan mekanisme pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan etis terhadap voice behavior pada organisasi sektor swasta di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk melihat peran identifikasi organisasional sebagai pemediasi pada pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap voice behavior. Teori pembelajaran, pertukaran sosial, dan  identitas sosial, digunakan sebagai landasan dalam penelitian ini. 131 tanggapan valid dari karyawan ikut ambil bagian dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan perilaku kepemimpinan etis memiliki pengaruh positif pada voice behavior. Selanjutnya, identifikasi organisasional memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan etis pada voice behavior. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan etis meningkatkan identifikasi organisasional dan karyawan yang teridentifikasi dengan organisasi memiliki kecenderungan untuk melakukan voice behavior.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan etis, voice behavior, identifikasi organisasional.

Abstract

Penentuan upah minimum tidak dilakukan secara asal-asalan namun berlandasakan pada standar kebutuhan hidup layak buruh, yang disebut sebagai komponen kebutuhan Hidup Layak (KHL). Kelemahannya dari penetapan upah minimum hanya dihitung berdasarkan KHL tiap-tiap buruh  lajang yang  masa kerjanya masih dibawah satu tahun. Perhitungan KHL belum memperhitungkan buruh berkeluarga atau bekerja lebih dari satu tahun. Di Indonesia buruh menanggung kebutuhan hidup selain dirinya adalah wajar. Jika KHL hanya menghitung kebutuhan perindividu buruh lantas bagaimana dengan Ekonomi Rumah Tangga Buruh. Bagaimanakah strategi buruh yang sudah berkeluarga memenuhi kebutuhannya. Dalam penelitian ini berusaha mengungkap dengan upah yang diterima sudah dapat mencukupi kebutuhan ekonomi rumah tangga sesuai dengan KHL atau belum. Dengan metode deskriptif diperoleh hasil dengan upah yang diterimanya, buruh belum mampu mencukupi KHL yang ditetapkan. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan dua strategi baru yang buruh gunakan untuk mensiasati kebutuhannya yaitu menambah periodesai penggunaan barang-barang jangka panjang dan metode menabung terlebih dahulu “jimpitan”

Abstract

Cash is used to support the smooth running of operations and maintain company liquidity. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of cash flow, net working capital, leverage, firm size and growth opportunity on company cash holding. The object of this research is the consumer goods sector industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2018. This research uses purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were 12 companies based on the regression analysis criteria that had been determined using the pooled last square approach in the Eviews 9.0 program. The results of this study indicate that cash flow has a significant negative effect on cash holding, networking capital has a significant positive effect on cash holding, while leverage has a positive and insignificant effect on cash holding, firm size and growth opportunity has a negative and insignificant effect on cash holding.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of communication on employee performance. 2) To find out and analyze the effect of training on employee performance. 3) To determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance. 4) To determine and analyze the effect of communication, training and motivation simultaneously on employee performance. The research design used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employee extension workers of South Tongkuno District, Muna Regency as many as 47 people, using saturated sampling. Data collection in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple regression model with the help of SPSS 24 software. The results showed that: 1). communication has a positive and significant effect on performance. 2) training has a positive and significant effect on performance.3. motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. 4. Communication, training and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance

Abstract

 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap KinerjaPegawai Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negri Sipil (PNS) yang bekerja di instansi Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sumatra Selatan yang berjumlah 112 pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 orang pegawai Dinas Pehubungan Provinsi Sumatra Selatan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program Software SPSS 21.0 For Windows.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Berdasarkan uji hipotesis uji t variable Fasilitas Kerjaterhadap Kinerja Pegawai menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000< 0,05 artinya secara parsial Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. 2) Berdasarkan uji hipotesis uji t variable Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,001< 0,05 artinya secara parsial Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. 3) Berdasarkan uji hipotesis uji F variable Fasilitas Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000< 0,05 artinya secara simultan variable Fasilitas Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kata Kunci : Fasilitas Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Job Facilities and Job Satisfaction on Employee PerformanceEmployee Performance of the Transportation Service Office of South Sumatra Province.The population of this research is all Civil Servants (PNS) who work in the Department of Transportation of South Sumatra Province, totaling 112 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 88 employees of the Department of Transportation of South Sumatra Province, with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 21.0 Software For Windows.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Based on the hypothesis test of the t-test of the Work Facilitiesvariable on Employee Performance, it shows a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that partially Work Facilities have a significant effect on Employee Performance. 2) Based on the hypothesis test, the t-test of the variable job satisfaction on employee performance shows a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, meaning that partially job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Based on the hypothesis test, the F-test variable of Job Facilities and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance shows a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that simultaneously the variables of Job Facilities and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Work Facilities, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ratio aktivitas (Total Asset Turn Over),RasioLeverage/Solvabilitas, ukuran perusahaan (aset) terhadap penghasilan laba perusahaan-perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI. Pengamatan dilakukan di tengah wabah koronavirus yang dimulai pada bulan April 2020 hingga Maret. Metode penelitian menggunakan regresi data panel dan diolah dengan software STATA versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Ukuran perusahaan dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Sedangkan, Rato Aktivitas atau TATO tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the financial performance of PT. Kimia Farma Tbk using the Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis method. This research approach is descriptive quantitative by using EVA analysis. The sample of this research is PT. Kimia Farma Tbk during the period 2014-2019. The results showed that the NOPAT value in 2014-2018 increased, but in 2019 the NOPAT value decreased. This factor is caused by the operating profit before tax is smaller than the tax burden. WACC in 2014-2017 experienced an increase due to an increase in the cost of debt and capital. In 2018 and 2019 there was a decrease due to a decrease in the cost of debt and the cost of capital. Capital invested in 2014-2017 increased, while in 2018 and 2019 it decreased due to long-term liabilities that continued to decline. EVA in 2014-2018 has a positive value, meaning that the company is able to provide economic added value for investors. While in 2019 the EVA value was negative, this showed that there was no economic added value to the company.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh atmosfir restoran, keadilan yang diterima terhadap niat perilaku yang dimediasi oleh mosi positif pada konsumen restoran Well The Food Bengkulu, Indonesia. Data responden dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner online yang disebarkan melalui sosial media Instagram dan Whatsapp. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan regresi termediasi atau mediated regression approach (MRA) pada SPSS, 219. Hasil penelitian menjelasakan bahwa, atmosfir Restoran keadilan yang diterima berpengaruh terhadap Emosi Positif. Emosi Positif berpengaruh terhadap Niat Perilaku, serta atmosfir restoran berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku. Emosi positif memediasi pengaruh atmosfir restoran terhadap niat perilaku, emosi positif memediasi pengaruh keadilan yang diterima terhadap niat perilaku dan keadilan yang diterima berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku.

Abstract

The research objective is to identify and analyze the planning and development strategies of tourism objects (case study on the Kali Topa tourist attraction, Wasuemba Village, Wabula District, Buton Regency. The research method is to use quantitative research. The data used are secondary and primary data. The data analysis used SWOT analysis and software. SPSS version 20. The sampling technique used simple random sampling in the Kali Topa tour. The results showed that the driving factors were divided into two, namely strength and opportunity as well as compressed inhibiting factors from weaknesses and threats. the existence of business development by the surrounding community. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor of public awareness of tourism and other tourist destinations. The development strategy for Kali Topa Tourism Object is based on various aspects of development such as tourists, transportation, attraction of tourist objects. owned, supporting facilities and infrastructure in the environment of tourist objects, the use of telecommunications as a promotional media, and supported by quality funds and human resources; The development strategy is carried out as an effort to increase the visit of the Kali Topa Tourism Object every year.

Abstract

This study examines the impact before and after the occurrence of covid-19 on abnormal returns and stock trading volume activities on the IDX. The population in this study were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during January 2020 to June 2020. Based on the results of the data processing, the first hypothesis was accepted, namely that there were differences in the average abnormal returns obtained by investors before and after the Covid-19 incident at LQ 45. The second hypothesis in the data processing of this research is that there is a difference in the average stock trading volume activity before and after the Covid-19 event. Based on the results of the study, this shows that investors experience panic and fears of loss caused by Covid-19 and spur investors to sell their shares.
