Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and company size either simultaneously or partially on profitability in banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2015-2019. The sample of this research is 10 banking companies with sampling method using purposive sampling technique. In this study, the researchers used data analysis techniques including the classical assumption test, data analysis using the SPSS version 21 application. The results in this study indicate that the capital structure of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 has a significant effect on profitability. The results of the study also explain that banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 have a significant effect on profitability. Capital structure and company size in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 together have a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics on employee engagement and psychological meaningfulness, as well as the effect of job characteristics on employee engagement mediated by psychological meaningfulness. This type of research is quantitative. The number of samples in this study were 180 respondents who were employees of PDAM Tirta Dharma Bengkulu. The results of this study explain that all hypotheses proposed in this study have a significant positive effect. The research findings explain that employee engagement is very high. These results explain that employee benefits can increase employee engagement with the company. Therefore, PDAM Tirta Dharma company needs to motivate and appreciate employee performance, as well as facilitate employees with a safe and comfortable environment to be able to further improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotions, prices and tourist facilities on the satisfaction of visitors to Padang's Sweet Air Coast. This type of research is quantitative. Sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples obtained is 100 people. The types of data used in this research are quantitative and qualitative data. While the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses validity and reliability tests using the SPSS version 16.00 program. The hypothesis was tested using the t test at = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that promotion and price have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction of Padang Air Sweet Beach tourism. Meanwhile, tourist facilities have no significant effect on the satisfaction of visitors to the Padang Air Sweet Beach tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Leverage, dan Kepemilikan Manajerial Terhadap Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) dengan Ukuran Perusahaan (Size) Sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Kasus pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia Tahun 2018-2020). Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling  dengan  kriteria  yang  telah  ditentukan  peneliti,  metode  analisis  yang    digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) menggunakan software pengolah data Eviews 10. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  secara parsial profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap ISR, Leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ISR dan kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap ISR. Hasil Moderated Regression Analysis menunjukkan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan mampu memoderasi hubungan Profitabilitas dan Leverage terhadap ISR, dan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan Kepemilikan Manajerial terhadap ISR.

Abstract

Kinerja organisasi terbentuk melalui keefektifan kerja tim. Peran penting pencapaian keefektifan kerja tim dibentuk salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan fleksibilitas teknologi. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk menganalisis peran penting adaptasi dan kecakapan dalam memediasi pengaruh fleksibilitas teknologi terhadap keefektifan kerja tim. Penelitian mempergunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 114 responden. Kriteria responden adalah individu yang bekerja dalam sebuah tim akuntansi. Pemilihan sampel didasarkan atas kriteria individu yang bekerja dalam bidang akuntansi membutuhkan kolaborasi koordinasi dan pengambilan keputusan bersama,, sehingga dituntut untuk mampu bekerja dalam tim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi dan kecakapan terbukti memediasi secara penuh pengaruh fleksibilitas teknologi terhadap keefektifan tim. Adaptasi dan kecakapan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap keefektifan tim. Dapat disimpulkan adaptasi dan kecakapan adalah faktor penting yang dalam organisasi, sehingga dibutuhkan untuk mempertahankan dan mendorong keefektifan kerja tim. Implikasi penelitian adalah organisasi diharapkan menciptakan kemampuan adaptasi dan kecakapan kerja dengan pelatihan yang terjadwal secara konsisten untuk membentuk keefektifan tim.

Abstract

The world’s cosmetic industry, including Indonesia, has experienced significant development in recent years in line with the increasing consumption of cosmetic products. Manufacturers of local cosmetic brands have to face fierce competition from non-local brands. Therefore, it is necessary to increase consumer brand preference. This study analyzes the increase in brand preference based on visual packaging design, product quality, and customer value on Wardah, as one of the most liked and popular local cosmetic brands in Indonesia. The sample consisted of 150 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis of latent variables with a confirmatory approach or Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results of this study indicate that visual packaging design, product quality, and customer value significantly increase brand preference.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on financial distress. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample consists of 12 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 using purposive sampling. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results show that the profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, leverage ratios and activity ratios have a positive and significant effect on financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Kualuh Leidong. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Kualuh Leidong Sebanyak 32 Pegawai sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Nonprobability sampling atau Sampling Jenuh sebanyak 32 Pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Daftar Pertanyaan melalui menyebarkan angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software IBM SPSS Statistik 23. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara langsung Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Kualuh Leidong.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan zaman, kebutuhan akan layanan kesehatan juga terus berubah seiring dengan pesatnya gaya hidup sehat, ilmu pengetahuan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Rumah sakit memiliki peran yang cukup penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan (Dharmesh., et al., 2018). Dewasa ini perkembangan perilaku konsumen yang lebih sadar akan kesehatan sangat pesat, sehingga meningkatkan kesadaran konsumen pada industri kesehatan dan perawatan medis (Lee, 2018). Namun masih sedikit yang meneliti mengenai bagaimana perilaku konsumen ketika memilih sebuah tempat layanan kesehatan seperti rumah sakit. Sehinnga pada penelitian ini, penelititi akan melakukan analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen dalam memilih rumah sakit di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) sebagai alat analisis datanya dengan bantuan perangkat lunak AMOS. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 166 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan penyakit yang dihadapi memiliki pengaruh terhadap pemilihan rumah sakit.

Abstract

Generational change is taking place in Indonesia where Generation Z has started to dominate and is enter the productive age which will certainly have an impact on Generation Z's perspective on a brand. Therefore, this study will try to understand more about brand love in Generation Z and the factors that will affect brand love by using Brand Experience and Brand Image. Sampling in this study was carried out using the purposive sampling method considering that the sample was addressed to a certain age group or generation Z. The sample data will be obtained through a questionnaire that is circulated online. The questionnaire items will use a Likert scale of 1 to 5 and will be tested and analyzed using a partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results showed that brand experience and brand image have an effect on Brand Love where the impact caused by brand image is greater than the brand experience variable
