Abstract

In Indonesia, the history and the recognition of the existence of Khunghuchu religion has ups and downs. In 1965 in accordance with the determination of the President 1 pn.ps/1965 or law No. 5 of 1969 concerning the types of recognized religions are Islam, Catholicism, Protestantism, Hinduism, Buddhism and Khunghuchu. However, the contents of the provision differs from the content of the circular issued by the Ministry of Interior no. 477/74054/BA.01.2/4683/95 November 18, 1978. Letter No. 77/2535/POUD Interior Minister, dated July which states that the type of religion in Indonesia consist of Islam, Catholicism, Protestantism, Hinduism, and Buddhism, however Presidential Decree 6 of 2000 abolished the circular. In the course of religious history of Kunghucu in Pekanbaru, when the Chinese community can not let go of the belief Kunghucu, so they rely on religion (religious master) is valid, ie Buddhism. At the time religion Kunghucu start getting legally, they can not easily escape from menstream of religions. This is piety craving for comfort already in Tridharma, in which there is confidence kunghucu, taoist and Buddhist.

Abstract

Fenomena 212 merupakan peristiwa yang dilakukan oleh umat Muslim Indonesia mediatisasi dakwah (propaganda yang mengatasnamakan Islam). Dengan mengeksploitasi media, Aksi Bela Islam 212 berhasil menggiring perasaan publik tentang sebuah keshalehan umat Islam dan mengoyak-ngoyak “penista Islam”. Peristiwa tersebut menjadi kesulitan tersendiri bagi para pengkaji studi agama-agama. Pertama, penggunaan sentimen agama sebagai basis penggeraan massa. Dalam kerangka studi agama-agama hal ini menjadi persoalan dalam melakukan dialog antar agama. Kedua, mengorganisir dan memobilisasi massa di tingkat akar rumput (grassroot), menjadikan sentimen antar agama semakin menguat diranah masyarakat bawah. Ketiga, demokrasi yang memberikan kebebasan dalam beragama, menjadi semakin sempit ruang geraknya, karena monopoli mayoritas dalam memberikan stigma sholeh dan tidak.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the potential students and guidance counseling services policy to students of communities of remote indigenous Sakai tribe at SMAN 1 Bengkalis. During this time students of communities of remote indigenous Sakai tribe portrayed as individuals who do not have superior potency, as well as the traditional left behind and isolated in various aspects of life. This study attempted to uncover the potential of what is owned by the student of communities of remote indigenous Sakai tribe and counseling service policies against them. Through research with qualitative approach (case studies) and observational data collection and interviews revealed that students KAT Sakai tribe also has superior potential, both academic and nonacademic. Students of communities of remote indigenous Sakai tribe there who became an ambassador for the school to follow the science olympiad in Pekanbaru. LB policy service delivery to students of communities of remote indigenous Sakai tribe is not solely the principal’s initiative, but government policies that should be realized in the school. Service objectives are to help solve the problems they face. BK care given to approach the crisis in which new students are given the service when they are in trouble. The main obstacle in SMAN 1 Bengkalis. Edge comes from the students themselves of communities of remote indigenous Sakai tribe.

Abstract

Media sosial adalah media berbasis internet yang berupa ruang interaksi virtual oleh teknologi multimedia. Media sosial memiliki banyak dampak, salah satunya adalah dampak negatif berupa fenomena haters. Haters adalah perilaku orang yang tidak segan menyerang orang yang dibencinya dengan kata-kata kotor, melecehkan, hingga menghina. Fenomena ini menimbulkan keresahan berskala luas di Indonesia, bahkan sampai pemerintah mengeluarkan Undang-Undang dan surat edaran tentang ujaran kebencian melalui Pasal 27 ayat (3) UU ITE, Pasal 45 ayat (1) UU ITE dan Surat Edaran (SE) Kapolri nomor SE/6/X/2015. Dampak itu tidak hanya merambah kepada masyarakat luas, di sekolah para remaja juga terkena imbas dari proses penyebaran kebencian tersebut

Abstract

This study tries to identify and analyse two types of thought, i.e. Western (Psychologists) and Islam thought (Sufist) in dealing with the phenomena of Religius experience. According to William James Religius experience is the experience of feeling close to something sacred. These experiences occur directly and emergent, but lead to the strenghthening of religioun and faith to the Creator. In the other hand, in Tasauf, the Religius experience is an esoteric experience or mystical experience. These experiences can be found through the Tarekat namely dzikir or muraqabah, in Psychology named Transendental Meditation. This method aims to strenghthen faith in the real aqidah and moral purity. In Psychology, the Religius experience which is gained in all religion teaching has many psychological dynamics: the object of the mind, stimulating, and positive perception of the sacred. Abstract

Tulisan ini mengemukakan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap konversi agama yang terjadi di Kota Pekanbaru dari tahun 2013-2017. Konversi yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah konversi dari agama non Islam ke agama Islam. Ada banyak hal menarik dari konversi agama sehingga banyak alasan untuk dapat diteliti baik tentang pola dan makna konversi itu sendiri bagi konversen (pelaku)nya. Penyebab terjadinya konversi agama pada masyarakat kota pekanbaru dapat dilihat dari berbagai faktor yang ada seperti: faktor sosial, pendidikan, psikologi, agama, dan ekonomi. Melihat fenomena yang ada peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa konversi agama di Pekanbaru mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan dalam lima tahun terakhir ini yakni dari tahun 2013-2017. Pola umum dalam peristiwa konversi agama di Pekanbaru antaralain; konversi yang dilatarbelakangi pernikahan. Fenomena seperti ini bisa terjadi pada pihak wanita (istri) atau laki-Iaki (suami). Seorang anak yang pindah agama karena keretakan keluarganya. Seorang pekerja yang rela mengubah keyakinan karena tertarik dengan hijab. Seorang pemuda yang tertarik pindah agama karena mendengar suara azan. Seorang wanita yang tertarik pindah agama karena membaca dan menonton film Hidayah. Fenomena konversi agama merupakan hal yang dapat mengubah pendirian atau keyakinan seseorang dari agama sebelumnya pindah ke agama lain. Fenomena ini dapat meresahkan hati dan keyakinan dari setiap pemeluk agama.Termasuk pemeluk agama yang berada di Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

Inkar al-Sunna is a teaching that arises in minority of Muslims who reject the legal basis of Islam ‘sunnah sahihah’ either partly or wholly without an acceptable reason by Muslim scholars or ulama. The initial symptoms of this thoughts was already there from an early age, but as a growing understanding that had happened since the end of the second century of Hijra or seventh century BC, i.e. at the time of al-Shafi'i (d. 204 H). Then, along with the colonization of Western countries to the Islamic world, it reappeared in modern times in many Islamic countries such as Egypt, India, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Abstract

Pundamental 1945 Constitution as the rule has been set explicitly for religious freedom in the run by followers, who belong to one human rights has, but in reality the persecution of religious life and often inevitable. Between religious persecution can come from various directions such as harassing each other, mutual intimidate(violence) and that most often occurs between religious persecution that is prihal establishment synagogue. Therefore, in terms of the establishment of the synagogue there must be government intervention to regulate it, if in this case given the freedom and without any clear rules, the sectarian conflict will not be able to avoid. One step from the government to avoid conflict in the establishment of the synagogue is to be issued the Joint Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs and the Minister of Home Affairs Number 08 and Number 09 Year 2006 About the Construction of Houses of Worship that aims to create harmony and peace between religious and have certainty Strong law.
