Abstract

This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of leadership on the performance of the employees of the Teluk Bintuni Regency Health Office, West Papua, (2) to determine the effect of competence on the performance of the employees of the Teluk Bintuni Regency Health Office, West Papua, and (3) to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of the employees of the Teluk Bintuni Regency Health Office, West Papua, and (4) to determine the effect of leadership, competence and motivation on the performance of the employees of the Teluk Bintuni Regency Health Office, West Papua. The variables of this research are leadership as the first independent variable, competence as the second independent variable, motivation as the third independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The population of this study were all civil servants of the Teluk Bintuni Regency Health Office, amounting to 68 people, while the sample of this study was taken with a saturated sample technique so that the sample used was as much as the existing population. Data was collected by using a questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis was performed by descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, instrument test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant level <0.05 and competence has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant level <0.05 and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant level < 0.05. Leadership, competence and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant level <0.05. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.532 (53.2%). This means that the influence of leadership, competence and motivation on employee performance is 53.2% while the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This research is a literature study on government policy. This study aims to discuss what street vendors can do to maintain their business during the covid-9 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data, which is divided into primary data and secondary data. Sources of data obtained through Library Research are sources available online and offline, such as scientific journals, books, and news from trusted sources. The results of the study concluded that controlling the main road for Taman Pinang Housing, Sidoarjo Regency, and local SKPD by applicable regional regulations. These regional regulations include Regional Regulation No. 2. 2. Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2013, Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2016, and Regional Regulation Number 3 of Sidoarjo Regency. 188/455/404.1.1.3/2017. Obstacles faced by local governments include poor policy enforcement, inadequate strategic relocation solutions, pressure groups, illegal street vendors who are reluctant to move, and limited budgets.

Abstract

This research aims to know the level the influence of invesment plant asset to profitability at PT. Semen Tonasa Regency Pangkep with the benefit expected result of to ratio analysis  profitability can be made appliance of policy intake to always to pay attention to the its plant asset usage especially machine and factory equipments well so that continuitas company go well. This study is a quantitative research because the data of the research is quantitative data. The data are secondary data concerning financing, concerning Value of Invesment of Plant Asset and Profitability taken from finacial statement at PT. Semen Tonasa audit of which has audit during the year 2005-2009 which is obtained through documentation technique. The document are then analyzed by using profitbility ratio analysis (ROA) and linear regression. The result of the reserch shows that the result of profitability ration analysis of Return On Asset ( ROA) PT. Semen Tonasa experience of the very meaning improvement along with make-up of invesment value to plant asset of during five the last year namely year 2005 - 2009. While linear analysis result modestly to know that invesment plant asset have the influence which signifikan to profitability. Second the influence  variable very strong namely be at the coefficient international 0,80 - 1,00, and level of the plant asset invesment the influence to profitability at PT. Semen Tonasa in Regency Pangkep equal to 85,6 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of e-service quality and food quality on behavioral intention through attitude among millennial moms as online grocery shoppers in West Java, Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used to obtain a sample of 298 respondents who met the research criteria. SEM-PLS testing was used to analyze the data. What was found in the course of the work? This will refer to analysis, discussion, or results. The results of this study indicate that the e-service quality and food quality variables have a significant positive influence on attitude. Additionally, attitude was found to have a significant positive effect on behavioral intention also playing a role as mediator. This study specifically examines the behavior of millennial mothers in West Java, with data collection conducted immediately after the pandemic period. Differences in behavior are highly likely to be found when research is conducted subsequently. The findings of this study can provide valuable insights into the influence of e-service quality and food quality on behavioral intention in the Indonesian online grocery industry specifically for West Java Market. It offers companies a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and the crucial factors that drive long-term decision-making in online grocery services. This study presents a unique perspective by examining the impact of the post-pandemic digitalization trend on online grocery shopping. The special emphasis lies in the researcher's ability to provide insights into post-pandemic behavioral changes, positioning the pandemic as a catalyst for shifts in digitalization trends. In contrast to other studies focusing on behavioral aspects during the pandemic, this research sheds light on behavior after the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee productivity at PT. ISS Indonesia Bintaro, South Tangerang, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by using saturated sampling technique that is as many as 161 employees are all used as respondents. The results of leadership research have a significant effect on employee productivity with the regression equation Y= 18,667 + 0,218X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0,970 (low), the termination coefficient is 10.9%. hypothesis test obtained count > t table or (2657, > 1,975). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a partially significant influence between leadership on employee productivity. Motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity with the regression equation Y = 18.677 + 0.187X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0.263 (low), the coefficient of determination is 11.7%. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (1,923 < 1,975). Thus H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected, meaning that there is no partial significant effect between motivation on employee productivity. Leadership and motivation have a positive effect on employee productivity with the regression equation Y = 18.677 + 0.218X1 + 0.187X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0.156, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a low level of relationship, the coefficient of determination is 15.6%, hypothesis testing obtained the calculated F value > Ftable or (9.670 > 3.04). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between leadership and motivation on employee productivity at PT. ISS Indonesia Bintaro – South Tangerang.

Abstract

Who controls global finance? Digitalization is a necessity that will disrupt every area of human life. Money is like 'blood' in the economy. If the currency is disrupted then all areas of human life are also disrupted. Private versions of cryptocurrencies have disrupted the global financial system controlled by Central Banks. Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) is the currency version of the Central Bank. Using primary data and reference studies on Digital Currency. Several empirical challenges and opportunities in adopting digital currencies such as increasing the effectiveness, efficiency, and accessibility of individuals to financial service facilities. The right, reliable and trusted Digital Currency model can increase the utility of transactions for individuals and the economy as a whole. Some of the main challenges of digital infrastructure, security systems, Integration, Innovation of new services, disintermediation, transparency and efficiency. The ability to overcome these challenges can increase financial sector.

Abstract

ShopeeFood is an online food delivery service feature that provides online food and beverage buying and selling transactions. With the online food delivery feature, it might facilitate that people to buy food quickly and easily without having to travel far. This certainly affects how much e-service quality is provided by ShopeeFood for e-customer satisfaction and e-customer loyalty by using OFD (online food delivery) at ShopeeFood. This study is a quantitative and descriptive research with nonprobability using purposive sampling. Data processing on these findings was carried out using the SPSS version 27 software application. It was found that the level of e-customer satisfaction can be positively and significantly influenced by e-service quality. In addition, e-service quality can also have a positive and significant effect on e-customer loyalty in ShopeeFood services.
