Abstract

Reading skills is kind oj complex ability which is influenced  by manyfactors. It is motivation/actor,   someone with high motivation and interest on reading are going to have a routine reading activity without being pushed or ordered by anyone else. This/actor will impact the same things on child. Kids with parents  that aware on the importance of reading skills will try to give a chance to their kids to learn how to read and let them get their own motivation on reading. Family is the most perfects  and exact place/or kids to learn reading. Parents support could be much needed to plant reading's motivation to kids and it is their responsibility to fills up kids necessary on every single thing especially to parenting them. Parents are the one who know the exact ways to motivate their kids to reading. Lots of ways that parents  could do to push kid's reading  motivation   such us.' (1) telling story to the kids (2) ask the kids to do words and numbers play (3) give a chance to kids to choose and reads their own choices books (4) Prepare an interesting story books. (5) give a comment to the books that has been read by the kids

Abstract

Education  institute  is  a  organization  having  import ant  role  in giving quality of education service, what as a whole holding responsible' yield quality of human resource. In education service management required by correct handling and checking, but which often happened is existence of human errors which be not parried. The mistake of man 'even affect at education institute performance in executing education serviceHuman errors  actually can be eliminated if job  process  can be designed in such a manner by paying attention to man factors and work environment.  In  reaching  the  education  management  efficiency,  5S management  as first step a management. 5S  management   is' a approach  giving  pressure  at  workplace organizing better. It is because basically resulted from by 'mistakes is man, besides coming from itself man also resulted from the work enviroument.   Key  words  : 5S management,     performance

Besides, characteristic areas in Indonesia different causes Vocational High School has characteristic differing from materialization of formula vision and mission which is also different. There/ore, Administrative personnel competence demands. each Vocational High School of course different causing is required an formulation of Administrative Personnel Competence model for Vocational High School. ·In formulating Administrative Personnel Competence Vocational High School must include cover four things following: a) refers to vision and mission Vocational High School, b) based on at fundamental duty and function of Administrative Personnel Vocational High School, c) based on at reasoning of education required as according to its (the duty), d) existence of process controller system which in the form oj quality oj service as a means of measure success of the formula process. Abstract

Educatton  plays  a very important  role in improving  the quality  of Indonesia's human   resources    (HR)  so  that  the  quality   development    or  the  quality   of education  needs  to be continually  made by improving  the quality  of learning. In improving  the quality  of learning  the role of teachers  is very  important  and strategic,·    therefore     the    teachers    need    to   master    the   four     required competencies   as the professional   teacher  in carrying  out the task of educating the pedagogic   competence,  professional,   personality,   and social  competence. Professional   educators   not  only  deliver  learning  materials   that  exist  in the text book,   but  also   to  design   and  the. u~e  of  educational    technology    in learning.
