Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui: (1) pengaruh antara metode latihan sederhana dan metode latihan kompleks terhadap smash backcourt, (2) pengaruh antara koordinasi tinggi dan koordinasi rendah terhadap smash backcourt, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan koordinasi terhadap hasil smash backcourt. Metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi penelitian adalah atlet Klub Bola Voli yunior putra Yuso Sleman dan atlet Klub bola voli yunior putra Yuso Gunadarma. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes koordinasi mata-tangan dan test smash Laveage. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah ANAVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode latihan sederhana dan metode latihan kompleks terhadap hasil smash backcourt, (2) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara atlet yang mempunyai koordinasi tinggi dan koordinasi rendah terhadap hasil smash backcourt, dan (3) terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan dan koordinasi terhadap smash backcourt.Kata Kunci: metode latihan sederhana, metode latihan kompleks, koordinasi, smash backcourt, bola voli. The effect of exercise method and coordination on the smash backcout of junior athletesAbstractThis study aimed to determine: (1) the effect between simple exercise and complex exercise method on the smash backcourt, (2) the effect between the high coordination and low coordination on the smash backcourt, and (3) the interaction between exercise method and coordination on the smash backcourt. The research is experimental with 2 x 2 factorial design. The population of the research was Volleyball Club Yuso Junior Sleman and Volleyball Club Yuso Junior Gunadarma. The samples were taken with purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through eye-hand coordination test and smash Laveage test modification. The data analysis technique used is the variant analysis (ANOVA). The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant difference between simple exercise method and complex exercise method, (2) there is a significant difference between athletes with high coordination and low coordination, and (3) there is an interaction between exercise method and coordination against smash backcourt.Keywords: simple method, complex method, coordination, smash backcourt, volley ball.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model tarian bonet untuk kebugaran jasmani dalam pembelajaran Penjasorkes di sekolah dasar (SD) yang layak digunakan guru sekolah dasar sebagai salah satu bentuk model pembelajaran Penjasorkes yang bervariasi dan menyenangkan. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan, (2) melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (3) mengembangkan produk awal (draf model), (4) validasi ahli dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (6) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (7) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 20 siswa SD Inpres Oebesa Soe. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap 25 siswa SD Inpres Oefatu Soe. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu; (1) angket, (2) lembar pedoman observasi tarian bonet, dan (3) lembar format penilaian anak. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan senam tarian bonet untuk kebugaran jasmani dalam pembelajaran Penjasorkes di SD. Produk penelitian pengembangan berupa buku pedoman senam tarian bonet dan DVD pembelajaran senam tarian bonet untuk kebugaran jasmani dalam pembelajaran Penjasorkes di SD. Dari hasil penilaian para ahli, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model tarian bonet untuk kebugaran jasmani yang dibuat layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran Penjasorkes di SD.Kata Kunci: pengembangan, tarian bonet, kebugaran jasmani, sekolah dasar Developing Bonet Dance for Physical Fitness in Physical Education in the Elementary School AbstractThis study aims to produce a model of bonet dance for physical fitness in physical education in elementary school appropriate as a form of learning models which are varied and fun. This developmental research was carried out following the steps as follows: (1) collecting information in the field, (2) conducting an analysis of the information that had been collected, (3) developing the initial products (draft model), (4) expert validation and revision, (5) small-scale field trials and revisions, (6) large-scale field trials and revisions, and (7) manufacture of the final product. The Small-scale trials were carried out to 20 studens of Oebesa Soe elementary school. Large-scale trials were conducted to 25 studens of Oefatu Soe elementary school. The data collection instruments used were; (1) questionnaire, (2) sheets of bonnet dance observation, and (3) a child assessment sheet format. The  Techniques of data analysis used were descriptive quantitative analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. This study resulted in a gymnastics bonet dance for physical fitness in physical education in elementary school. The developed product is a form of gymnastic dance manuals and instructional DVD of bonet dance for physical fitness in physical education in elementary school. From the results of the expert evaluations of the materials, it can be concluded that the developed model for physical fitness bonet dance is fit for use for teaching physical education in elementary school.Keywords: development, bonet dance, physical fitness, elementary school

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan karena masih rendahnya kesegaran jasmani siswa Sekolah Dasar. Hal ini disebabkan berbagai faktor diantaranya gizi dan motorik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: (1) kontribusi status gizi terhadap kesegaran jasmani Siswa Sekolah Dasar. (2) kontribusi kemampuan motorik terhadap kesegaran jasmani Siswa Sekolah Dasar, dan (3) kontribusi status gizi dan kemampuan motorik terhadap kesegaran jasmani Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian adalah rancangan penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06 Pulai Anak Air Kota Bukittingi. Teknik pemgambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia untuk mengukur kesegaran jasmani siswa, Status gizi dengan Indeks Massa Tubuh berdasarkan Usia (IMT/U) dan Kemampuan Motorik dengan tes kemampuan motorik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi dan regresi sederahana serta ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Status gizi memberikan kontribusi terhadap Kesegaran Jasmani Siswa Sekolah Dasar sebesar 14.08%. (2) Kemampuan motorik memberikan kontribusi terhadap Kesegaran Jasmani Siswa Sekolah Dasar sebesar 64.32%, dan (3) Status gizi dan kemampuan motorik memberikan kontribusi secara bersama-sama terhadap Kesegaran Jasmani Siswa Sekolah Dasar sebesar 69.38% The Contribution of Nutritional Status and Motor Skill on Physical Fitness of Student in Elementary School AbstractThis research is based on the low physical fitness of elementary school students. This is due to various factors such as nutrition and motoric. The Study aimed determine: (1) the contribution between nutritional status on Physical Fitness of The Students at Elementary School, (2) the contribution between motor skill on Physical Fitness of The Students at Elementary School, and (3) the contribution of Nutritional status and Motor skill on Physical Fitness of The Students at Elementary School. The research is analysis corelational design. The population of the research was students at Public Elementary school 06 Pulai Anak Air Bukittinggi. The samples were taken with purposive sampling technique. The data were collected Indonesian Physical fitness test for measuring physical fitness, Nutritional status as well as body mass index and motor skill by using motor skill test.  The data analysis technique used is correlation analysis and simple and double regression. The results of thi study indicate that:  (1) Nutritional status contributed toward physical fitness of students at Elementary school 06 Pulai Anak Air Bukittinggi about 14.08%. (2) motor skill contributed toward physical fitness about 64.32 %, and (3) nutritional status and motor skill contributed along toward physical fitness of students at Elementary school 06 Pulai Anak Air Bukittinggi about 69.38%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model permainan untuk pembelajaran kinestetikpada anak tunanetra. Pengembangan ini dimodifikasi menjadi dua tahap, yaitu: tahap pendahuluan dan tahap pengembangan. Tahap pendahuluan meliputi (1) melakukan kajian literatur; (2) penelitian relevan;(3) observasi; dan (4) studi pendahuluan. Tahap pengembangan meliputi (1) mengembangkan produk awal; (2) validasi ahli; (3) uji coba skala kecil; (4) uji coba skala besar uji efektivitas; dan (5) produk operasional. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan kepada 13 anak di SDLB-A Yaketunis. Uji coba skala besar dan uji efektifitas dilakukan kepada 22anak di SDLB-A Yaketunis, SLB Negri 1 Bantul, dan SLB Negri 1 Kulon Progo. Uji efektifitas menggunakan pra-eksperimen dengan one group pretest-postest. Instrumen pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner/angket, lembar observasi dan lembar penilaian permainan. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan teknik analisis data skala Guttman. Hasil akhir dari penelitian adalah sebuah produk berupa model permainan untuk pembelajaran kinestetik pada anak tunanetra. Permainan ini memainkan 6 permainan yaitu: (1) permainan temukan teman, (2) permainan balpin, (3) permainan kereta suara, (4) permainan halangan bunyi, (5) permainan balon zig-zag, dan (6) permainan lingkaran ceria. Hasil uji keefektifan didapatkan bahwa keenam model permainan dinyatakan efektif. Model permainan dikemas kedalam sebuah buku panduan dan DVD.Kata Kunci: pengembangan, modelpermainan, kinestetik, anak tunanetra AbstractThis study aims to produce a model of kinesthetic learning games for children with visual impairment. This development research is modified into two stages: a preliminary stage and development stage. Preliminary stage includes (1) conducting a literature review; (2) relevant research; (3) observations; and (4) a preliminary study. Stages of development include (1) developing initial products; (2) expert validation; (3) small-scale trials; (4) large-scale trials and effectiveness trials; and (5) operational products. A Small-scale trialwas conducted to 13 children in SDLB-A Yaketunis. Large-scale trials and effectiveness trials wereconducted to 22 children in SDLB-A Yaketunis, SLB Negri 1 Bantul and Kulon Progo SLB Negri 1. Effectiveness trials used a pre-experiment test with one group pretest-posttest. Instruments of data collection used questionnaires, observation sheets and game ratings sheets. Guttman Scale Data Analysis technique was used to analyze the data. The final result of this study is a product of kinesthetic learning game model for children with visual impairment. Games model on kinesthetic learning is a game model that was designed for visually impaired children inupper class of SDLB specifications. This model plays 6 games, namely: (1) Find A Friend Game, (2) Balpin Game, (3) Sound Train Game, (4) Sound Obstacle Game, (5) Zig-zag Balloon Game, and (6) Cheerful Circle Game. From the effectiveness trials, it is shown that those six games arepractically effective. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengadaptasi penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan model Borg Gall dengan menyederhanakan menjadi 2 tahapan sebagai berikut (1) tahap pra-pengembangan, tahapan ini meliputi (a) kajian literatur dan penelitian relevan dan (b) studi lapangan, (2) tahap pengembangan, tahapan ini meliputi (a) penyusunan draf, (b) validasi ahli, (c) uji coba model skala kecil, (d) uji coba model skala besar, dan (e) produk akhir. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 30 anak kelas atas SDN Aditirto Pejagoan Kebumen, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap 130 anak kelas atas dari SD Negeri 1 Karangpoh, 26 siswa SD Negeri 1 Logede, 22 siswa SD Negeri 4 Pejagoan, 24 siswa SD Negeri 1 Kebulusan, dan 30 siswa SD Negeri 3 Kebulusan Kecamatan Pejagoan, Kabupaten Kebumen, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah wawancara, kuisioner penilaian karakter permainan tradisional, kuisioner observasi pengembangan permainan tradisional, kuisioner observasi keefektifan model permainan tradisional, kuisioner penilian observasi ahli media, dan kuisioner evaluasi siswa. Hasil penelitian berupa pengembangan model permainan tradisional terdiri dari 3 jenis permainan yaitu: (1) permainan goteng, (2) lari papan/segi empat, dan (3) kasti tangan. Berdasarkan penilaian para ahli materi dan guru penjasorkes dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model permainan tradisional yang disusun sangat baik dan efektif, sehingga model permainan layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani pada siswa kelas atas. Developing Models of Traditional Games to Build Characters of Elementary School Students of Upper Grades AbstractThe study was conducted through two stages by adapting the research and development of educational models Borg Gall as follows (1) pre-development stage, this stage include (a) review of relevant literature and research, and (b) field studies, (2) the development stage, this stage include; (a) drafting, (b) validation expert, (c) testing of small-scale models, (d) testing large-scale models, and (e) of the final product.The small-scale tryout was conducted by involving 30 students of upper grades of state elementary schools (SES) of Aditirto, Pejagoan sub-district, Kebumen regency, Central Java porovinsi. The large-scale tryout was conducted by involving 130 students of upper grades of SES 1 of Karangpoh, 26 students of SES 1 of Logede, 22 students of SES 4 of Pejagoan, 24 students of SES 1 of Kebulusan, and 30 students of SES 3 of Kebulusan Pejagoan sub-district, Kebumen regency, Central Java porovinsi. The data collecting instruments were an interview guideline, a questionnaire to assess characters of traditional games, a questionnaire to assess the traditional game development, a questionnaire for the assessment by the media expert, and a questionnaire for the evaluation by students. The results of the study of the development of models of traditional games were three types of games, i.e: (1) goteng game, (2) board/rectangle running, and (3) hand kasti. Based on the assessment by the materials experts and the teachers of physical, sports, and health education, it could be concluded that the developed modals of traditional games were very good and effective so that they were appropriate to be used in the learning physical education for the students of upper grades.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) perbedaan tingkat keefektifan pengaruh senam Taebo high impact dan low impact terhadap ketahanan otot dan persentase lemak tubuh ditinjau dari volume oksigen maksimum, (2) apakah VO2Maks tinggi lebih baik/bagus daripada VO2Maks rendah terhadap peningkatan ketahanan otot dan penurunan persentase lemak tubuh. (3) interaksi yang terjadi antara metode latihan senam Taebo high impact dan low impact terhadap ketahanan otot dan persentase lemak tubuh ditinjau dari volume oksigen maksimum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2x2, menggunakan tes awal dan tes akhir dengan dua kelompok yang diberi perlakuan berbeda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah multistage fitness test, tes daya tahan otot dengan exercise machine, dan tes lemak tubuh dengan skinfold fat caliper test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov Test dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan uji homogenitas varians Levene Testdengan taraf signifikansi 5%.Kata Kunci: Taebo high dan low impact, ketahanan otot, lemak tubuh, VO2maks. The effect of high and low impact taebo on muscular endurance and body fat viewed from VO2MaksAbstractThis study aims to determine (1) the difference of effectiveness level of high impact and low impact Taebo gymnastics on muscular endurance and body fat percentage in terms of the maximum volume of oxygen, (2) whether high VO2Max is better than low VO2Max to increase muscular endurance and decrease body fat percentage, and (3) the interaction that occurs between gymnastics training methods of high impact and low impact Taebo on muscular endurance and body fat percentage in terms of the maximum volume of oxygen. This study is an experimental study with 2 x 2 factorial design, using pretest and the posttest by two groups that were given different treatments. The data collection used tests and measurements done before and after treatments. The instruments in this study were a multistage fitness test, a test of muscle endurance with exercise machine, and skinfold fat caliper test, a test of body fat percentage. The research data analysis used ANOVA with the significance level of 5%. The prerequisite test data analysis used Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test with the significance level of 5% and Levene's test of homogeneity of variance test with the significance level of 5%.Keywords: high and low impact Taebo, muscular  endurance, body fat, VO2Max.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model pembelajaran motorik kasar siswa TK kelompok A. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pengembangan. langkah-langkahnya terdiri atas (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi desain, (6) uji coba produk, (7) revisi produk, (8) uji coba pemakaian, dan (9) revisi produk. Penilaian kualitas produk melibatkan 3 orang ahli. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah petunjuk umum wawancara, catatan lapangan, lembar evaluasi, angket skala nilai validasi, rubrik penilaian siswa, pedoman observasi permainan, dan pedoman observasi keefektifan permainan. Hasil penelitian berupa model pembelajaran motorik kasar siswa TK kelompok A yang terdiri atas 10 permainan, yaitu: (1) permainan tebak hewan, (2) permainan ular mencari makan, (3) permainan lari citah, (4) permainan mencari hewan, (5) permainan mengambil hewan, (6) permainan loncat kangguru, (7) permainan lompat bangau, (8) permainan lubang tikus, (9) permainan ikan sapu-sapu, dan (10) permainan undur-undur yang telah di validasi oleh ahli dan guru.Kata Kunci: model, pembelajaran, motorik kasar, TK kelompok A Rough learning motor model development kindergarten student group AAbstrackThis research aims to produce a gross motor teaching model for group A kindergarten students. The study used research and development design. consisting the steps of (1) the potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) validation of the design, (5) revision of the design, (6) product trials, (7) product revision, (8) utility testing, and (9) product revision. 3 Product quality assessment involving experts. The instruments used to collect the data were a general interview guide, field notes, evaluation sheets, questionnaire of validation of the value scale, student assessment rubric, game observation guide, and game effectiveness observation guide. The result of the research is a model of gross motor teaching of group A kindergarten students consisting of 10 games, namely: (1) animal guessing game, (2) foraging snake game, (3) run cheetah game, (4) seeking animal game, (5) taking animal game, (6) jumping kangaroo game, (7) jumping stork game, (8) rat hole game, (9) fish broom game, and (10) undur-undur game that have been validated by experts and teachers.Keywords: models, learning, gross motor skills, kindergarten group A

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat yang dapat digunakan guru TK dalam pembelajaran kesehatan. Modul pembelajaran yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai tambahan referensi guru TK tentang pembelajaran perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Penelitian ini melalui sepuluh tahapan dengan mengadaptasi penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan model Borg Gall. Langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi produk, (6) uji coba produk, (7) revisi produk, (8) uji coba produk, (9) revisi produk, (10) produksi masal. Hasil penelitian berupa modul pembelajaran perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada TK kelompok B yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) dan karakteristik pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, serta mudah, menarik, dan menyenangkan bagi siswa TKKata Kunci: pengembangan, perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, siswa TK Developing a Module for Clean and Healthy Life Behaviors for Kindergarten AbstractThis research aims to produce a module for the learning of clean and healthy life behaviors that kindergarten teachers can use in health learning and as an additional reference of clean and healthy life behaviors. This study was a research and development conducted in tenssteps by adapting educational research and development according to Gall, Gall, Borg’s model. This was a research and development study employing the steps of: (1) potentials and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) product revision, (6) product tryout, (7) product revision, (8) product tryout, (9) product revision, and (10) mass production. The result of the study is a module of clean and healthy life behavior for the Group B Kindergarten that is in accordance to the Educational Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP, Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan) and the growth and development characteristics. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan pengaruh antara metode demonstrasi dan metode audio visual terhadap keterampilan groundstrokes tenis lapangan, (2) Perbedaan pengaruh antara persepsi kinestetik terhadap keterampilan groundstrokes tenis lapangan, dan (3) interaksi metode latihan dan persepsi kinestetik terhadap keterampilan groundstrokes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SD Negeri Petinggen dan SD Negeri Terbansari yang berjumlah 75 siswa. Sampel penelitian 40 siswa ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes persepsi kinestetik dan keterampilan groundstrokes. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah horizontal liner space test dan memantulakan bola ke dinding. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode demonstrasi dan audio visual terhadap keterampilan groundstrokes tenis lapangan (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan groundstrokes tenis lapangan antara siswa yang memiliki persepsi kinestetik tinggi dan rendah,dan (3) ada interaksi yang signifikan antara metode latihan dan persepsi kinestetik terhadap hasil groundstrokes tenis lapangan.Kata Kunci: demonstrasi, audio visual, persepsi kinestetik, groundstrokes tenis lapangan. The effect of training method and kinesthetic perception groundstroke skills of elementary school students in tennis AbstractThis study aims to investigate: (1) the difference between the effect of audio-visual methods and the demonstration of the skills of tennis courts groundstrokes, (2) the difference between the effect of kinesthetic perception of the skill of tennis courts groundstrokes, and (3) the interaction of exercise and kinesthetic perception of the skills tennis courts of groundstrokes. This study is experimental. The study population is students Petinggen Elementary School and Elementary School Terbansari totaling 75 students. The research sample of 40 students is determined by purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using kinesthetic perception tests and skills groundstrokes. The instrumen in this study is a horizontal linear space test and memantulakan balls to the wall. Analysis using ANOVA. results show that: (1) no significant difference between the methods and audio-visual demonstration of the skills of tennis groundstrokes (2) there are significant differences between the tennis groundstrokes skills of students who have a kinesthetic perception of high and low, and(3) thereis a significant interaction between training methods and kinesthetic perception of the results of tennis groundstrokes.Keywords: demonstration, audio visual, kinesthetic perception, tennis groundstrokes
