Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode massed practice dan metode manipulasi jarak servis terhadap hasil keterampilan servis atas (top spin) bola voli (2) perbedaan hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli yang memiliki koordinasi mata-tangan tinggi dan koordinasi mata-tangan rendah terhadap hasil keterampilan servis atas (top spin) bola voli, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap hasil keterampilan servis atas (top spin) bola voli. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah anak latih ekstrakurikuler SMP di Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta, yang berjumlah 42 orang. Sampel penelitian ini 22 diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes koordinasi mata-tangan dan servis atas bola voli dengan menggunakan tes russlle-lange volleyball serve test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Anava. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan servis atas dengan menggunakan metode latihan massed practice dan metode latihan manipulasi jarak  terhadap hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli, (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli antara anak latih yang memiliki koordinasi mata-tangan tinggi dan koordinasi mata-tangan rendah, dan (3) ada interaksi antara metode  latihan servis atas dan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap hasil servis atas bola voli.Kata kunci: massed practice dan manipulasi jarak, koordinasi mata-tangan, hasil servis atas (top spin) bola voli. The Effects of Training Method and Eye-Hand Coordination on the Results of Volleyball Serving Skill AbstractThis study aims to investigate: (1) the difference of the effects of massed practice method and serving distance manipulation method on the results of volleyball topspin serving skill, (2) the difference of the effects of the volleyball topspin serving with high eye-hand coordination and low eye-hand coordination on the results of volleyball topspin serving skill, and (3) the interaction between the training method and eye-hand coordination on the results of volleyball topspin serving skill. The study employed experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The research population comprised students joining the extracurricular of volleyball at SMP Kalasan, Sleman, Yogyakarta, with a total of 42 students. The sample consisted of 22 students, selected by means of purposive sampling technique. All data obtained through this study to test and measure eye-hand coordination tests and results of volleyball topspin serving were measured by Russell-Lange volleyball serving test. The data were analyzed by ANOVA. The results of the study are as follows. (1) There is a significant difference of the effects of topspin serving training through the massed practice training method and the distance manipulation training method on the results of volleyball topspin serving. (2) There is a significant difference in the results of volleyball topspin serving between the students with high eye-hand coordination and those with low eye-hand coordination. (3) There is an interaction between the serving training methods and eye-hand coordination on the results of volleyball topspin serving.Keywords: massed practice and serving distance manipulation methods, eye-hand coordination, results of volleyball topspin serving

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun model keterampilan dasar dan kondisi fisik untuk mengidentifikasi bakat calon pebolabasket yang sahih dan handal berdasarkan karakteristik keberbakatan dalam cabang olahraga bolabasket. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengadaptasi beberapa langkah penelitian yang dikemukakan oleh Borg Gall (2007: 590) sebagai berikut: (1) studi pendahuluan dan pengumpulan data, (2) perencanaan pelaksanaan penelitian, (3) pengembangan produk awal, (4) uji coba produk awal, (5) revisi untuk menyusun produk utama, (6) uji coba produk utama, (7) revisi untuk menyusun produk operasional, (8) uji coba produk operasional, (9) revisi produk akhir, (10) implementasi produk akhir. Uji coba produk awal dilakukan pada 40 anak. Uji coba produk utama dilakukan pada 124 anak. Uji coba produk operasional sebanyak 402 anak. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini berupa model tes bakat untuk calon atlet bolabasket.. Model tes bakat dinyatakan layak digunakan karena memiliki tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas yang tinggi, dengan nilai rhitung lebih besar daripada nilai rtabel (0,195). Model tes bakat calon atlet bolabasket yang berupa skala penilaian (norma) yang dikemas dalam buku pedoman (modul) dapat digunakan sebagai pegangan para pelatih dan guru pendidikan jasmani dalam proses mengidentifikasi calon atlet dengan berbagai tingkat keberbakatan dan model tersebut efektif dan efisien.   A Model of Basic Skills and Physical Condition Tests for Identify Candidate Talent Basketball Players AbstractThis study aims to develop a model of basic skills and physical condition to identify prospective talent basketball players which, is valid and reliable based on the characteristics of giftedness in the sport basketball. This research is research and development adapting some measures proposed by Borg and Gall (2007: 590) including: (1) preliminary studies and data collection, (2) planning the implementation of the research, (3) the initial product development, (4 ) initial product trials, (5) a revision to compose the main products, (6) the main product trials, (7) a revision to draft operational products, (8) product testing operations, (9) the revision of the final product, (10) the implementation of the final product. The Initial product trials were conducted to 40 students. The main product trials were conducted to 124 students. Product testing was conducted to 402 students. The results of the research and development is in the form of an aptitude test models for basketball players. The aptitude test model is declared fit for use because it has a high degree of validity and reliability, with a value greater than r-table 0,195. The developed test model for prospective basketball players in the form of a scale of ratings (norm) is packed in the manual. It can be used as a manual for the coaches and physical education teachers in the process of identifying candidates for athletes with different levels of giftedness and the model is effective and efficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model permainan bolatangan untuk anak sekolah dasar kelas atas. Produk yang dihasilkan CD dan buku. Penelitian ini mencakup tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan validasi kesesuaian dan kualitas model oleh ahli, tahap uji coba skala kecil, dan tahap uji coba skala luas. Penelitian ini dilakukan SD Negeri 1 Petir, SD Negeri 2 Petir, SD Negeri Kembangsari dan MI Sananul Ula, Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner kesesuaian model dan respon siswa terhadap permainan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para ahli dan guru menilai produk telah sesuai. Pandangan siswa, 100% permainan dapat dilakukan, menyenangkan dan dapat membuat anak menjadi senang bergerak, 90,82% memberikan tanggapan bahwa permainan mudah dilakukan, 96,94% dapat memahami peraturan dengan baik, 93,88% siswa taat pada peraturan yang berlaku, 10.20% siswa mengalami kesulitan, 98,98% siswa merasa suka dengan peralatan yang digunakan, 95,92% dapat melakukan kerjasama, dan 6,74 % merasa takut melakukan permainan yang diajarkan.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Bolatangan, Sekolah Dasar Kelas Atas DEVELOPMENT OF HANDBALL GAME MODEL TO UPPER CLASS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDRENAbstractThis research aimed to develop a hand ball game model to upper class elementary school children. The product result is form guide and CD. This research included of three phase were stability and quality of the model by expert phase, small-scale phase, and large-scale pahse. This research conduct in elementary school 1 petir, elementary school 2 petir, elementary school kembangsari and MI sananul Ula. The instruments that use were the suitability of the model and the response of students to the game questionnaire. The results showed that the experts and teachers assess product matches. 100% the game can be done, fun and can make children be happy moving, 90,82% provide responses that the game is easy to do, 96, 94 % can understand the rules very well, 93,88% Students obedient to regulations, 10. 20% students have difficulty, 98,98%  students feel a liking equipment used, 95. 92% cooperation can do and 6,74 % feared the games taught.Keywords: development, handball, elementary school upper-class

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model permainan untuk meningkatkan perseptual motorik dan perilaku sosial siswa sekolah dasar kelas bawah yang sesuai, layak, dan efektif. Model permainan ini diharapkan mampu mengembangkan aspek afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotor, serta dapat dipergunakan oleh guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Ujicoba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 27 siswa SD N Ambarukmo. Ujicoba skala besar dilakukan terhadap 32 siswa SD N Ngringin dan 34 siswa SD N Puren. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah pedoman pengamatan (observasi), pedoman wawancara, catatan lapangan, skala nilai, lembar penilaian uji efektifitas dan penilaian hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian berupa model permainan, yang berisikan 6 model permainan, yaitu: (1) permainan karung berantai, (2) permainan egrang berantai, (3) permainan engklek berantai, (4) permainan balok berantai, (5) permainan kelereng berantai, (6) permainan ban berantai. Model permainan disusun dalam bentuk buku pedoman dan dituangkan dalam bentuk DVD. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian para ahli materi dan praktisi, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model permainan untuk meningkatkan perseptual motorik dan perilaku sosial siswa sekolah dasar kelas bawah yang didesain berkategori baik, sehingga model permainan telah sesuai, layak, dan efektif untuk digunakan. Developing Game Model to Improve Perceptual Motor and Social Behavior of Lower Levels Students AbstractThis study aims to produce a game model for increasing perceptual motor and social behavior under class elementary school students which is appropriate, suitable, and effective. The game model is expected to be able to develop effective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects, also can be used by teacher in learning process of physical education. Small-scale trial was conducted to 27 students in SD N Ambarukmo. A large trial was conducted to 32 students in SD N Ngringin and 34 students in SD N Puren. The instrument used to collect data were observation guide (observation), interviews guide, field notes, scale values, assessment sheets, an effectiveness test and assessment of the learning outcomes. The data were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research is a game model, including six game models, namely: (1) chained coarse bag game, (2) chained egrang game, (3) chained engklek game, (4) chained block game, (5) chained marble game, (6) chained tube game. The game model is arranged in a guide book and DVD. Based on the evaluation of experts and practitioners, it can be concluded that the game model to increase perceptual motor and social behavior under class elementary school students is categorized good, so that the a game model that has been developed is suitable, effective, and appropriate for use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran keterampilan motorik kasar pada anak tunagrahita ringan yang layak digunakan. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: ((1) pengumpulan informasi, (2) analisis hasil informasi, (3) mengembangkan produk awal, (4) validasi ahli dan revisi, (5) uji coba skala kecil, (6) revisi, (7) uji coba skala besar, (8) revisi akhir, (9) pembuatan produk final, dan (10) diseminasi dan implementasi produk final. Uji coba kelompok kecil dilakukan terhadap enam peserta didik anak tunagrahita ringan di SLB Tunas Kasih 2 Turi. Uji coba kelompok besar dilakukan terhadap sepuluh peserta didik anak tunagrahita ringan di SLB Negeri I Bantul. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) angket para pakar, dan (2) lembar kuesioner praktisi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan media untuk pembelajaran keterampilan motorik kasar pada anak tunagrahita ringan yaitu media pembelajaran keterampilan motorik kasar dengan (1) melompati bentuk, (2) bola panas bola dingin, (3) bola guling kain, (4) bola ringan, (5) menginjak ekor harimau, (6) bola kangguru, dan (7) senam gerak dan  lagu.Kata kunci: pengembangan, media audio visual keterampilan motorik kasar, anak tunagrahita ringan kelas bawah Developing audio visual media to impart the learning of basic physical motor skill for mentally defectiveAbstractThis research aims to produce an audio visual media for teaching basic physical motor skill to mentally defective which is appropriate. This developmental research was done following developmental research steps as follows: (1) collecting information, (2) analysing information, (3) developing initial product, (4) experts validation and revision, (5) preliminary field testing, (6) revision, (7) main field testing, (8) final revision, (9) making the final product, and (10) dissemination and implementation the final product. The small group field testing was conducted to six mentally defective children in SLB Tunas Kasih 2 Turi. The bigger group field testing was conducted to 10 mentally defective children in SLB Negeri I Bantul. The data were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The teaching media on physical motor skill consists of seven teaching media on physical motor skill by: (1) Leapfrogging objects, (2) Using hot ball and cold ball, (3) Using fabric bolster ball, (4) Using lightweight ball, (5) Stomping a tiger’s tail, (6) Using kangaroo’s ball, (7) Calisthenics and song.Keywords: developing audio video media impart learning physical motor skill mentally defective underaged children

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan bench press menggunakan barbel dan latihan bench press dengan menggunakan medicine ball terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru, (2) Perbedaan pengaruh antara yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dan motivasi rendah terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru dan  (3) Interaksi antara latihan bench press dan motivasi terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru. Sampel penelitian adalah 16 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis varian (ANAVA) dua jalur pada taraf signifikan α = 0,050. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan bench press barbel dan medicine ball terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru. Medicine ball memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada barbel, (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi tinggi dan rendah terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru,. Motivasi tinggi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada motivasi rendah, dan (3) Ada interaksi antara metode latihan bench press dan motivasi terhadap kemampuan tolak peluru. Efektivitas peningkatan tertinggi adalah pada kelompok mahasiswa dengan motivasi rendah yang diberi latihan menggunakan medicine ball dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 33,92%, disusul motivasi tinggi dengan latihan menggunakan medicine ball 22,61%, motivasi tinggi dengan latihan menggunakan barbel 20,03%, dan motivasi rendah dengan latihan menggunakan barbel 13,42%.Kata Kunci: Latihan bench press, motivasi, kemampuan tolak peluru. THE EFFECT OF BENCH PRESS EXERCISE AND MOTIVATION ON THE SHOT PUT ABILITIES AbstractThis research aims to determine: (1) The difference of the effect of bench press exercise using a barbell and bench press exercise using a medicine ball on the shot put ability. (2) The difference of the effect of high motivation and low motivation to shot put ability, and (3) Interaction between the bench press exercise and motivation to shot put ability. The research sample of 16 students were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique used in this research was two tracks of varian analysis (called ANAVA) on significant rate α = 0.05. The result shows that: (1) There is a significant difference between exercises barbell bench press and medicine ball to the shot-put capability. Medicine ball has a greater influence than the barbell, (2) There is a significant difference between high and low motivation on the ability of shot put. High motivation to have a greater influence than the low motivation, and (3) There is an interaction between the bench press exercise methods and motivation to shot-proven capability. The highest effectiveness was in the group of students with low motivation given exercises using medicine ball with an average increase of 33.92%, followed by a high motivation to exercise using a medicine ball 22.61%, higher motivation to exercise using a barbell 20.03% , and low motivation to exercise using a barbell 13.42%.Keywords: Bench press exercise, motivation, ability to shot put.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kondisi fisik dan teknik terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola (dribbling) atlet bolabasket putri junior di Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial least Square (PLS). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tes pengukuran dan  rubrik. Tes pengukuran digunakan untuk mengukur faktor kondisi fisik yang terdiri atas 6 item dan tes keterampilan dribbling, kemudian rubrik digunakan untuk mengukur penilaian teknik. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan ANAVA. Uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji multikolinieritas yang menggunakan program SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) kontribusi faktor fisik terhadap dribbling atlet bolabasket putri junior Gunungkidul sebesar 21%, (2) kontribusi faktor teknik terhadap dribbling atlet bolabasket putri junior Gunungkidul sebesar 55%, dan (3) kontribusi kondisi fisik dan teknik terhadap dribbling atlet bolabasket putri junior Gunungkidul sebesar 45,5%.Kata Kunci: faktor kondisi fisik, teknik, dribbling, bolabasket. THE CONTRIBUTION OF PHYSICAL AND TECHNIQUES TO THE DRIBBLING SKILLS OF JUNIOR WOMAN BASKETBALL ATHLETES IN GUNUNGKIDUL AbstractThis research aims to find out the contribution of physical condition and techniques to the dribbling skills of junior woman basketball athletes in Gunungkidul. This research was used the Partial least Square (PLS) method. Measurement test was used to measure the physical condition factor consisting of 6 items and dribbling skills, then the rubric was used to measure techniques. The data analysis techniques used ANOVA. Prerequisite test data analysis used normality test, linearity and multicollinearity test that used  SMART PLS program. The results of the research show that: (1) the contribution of the physical factors to the dribbling skills of junior woman basketball athletes in Gunungkidul is 0.210 at 21%, (2) the contribution of the technical factors to the dribbling skills of junior woman basketball athletes in Gunungkidul is 0.550 at 55%, and (3) the contribution of the physical condition factors and technique to the dribbling skills of junior woman basketball athletes in Gunungkidul is 0.455 at 45.5%.Keywords: factors of physical condition, technique, dribbling, basketball.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model permainan teknik dasar untuk pejudo pemula usia 8-12 tahun, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan Borg dan Gall (1983, p. 775), yang diadaptasi menjadi 8 langkah pelaksanaan penelitian, langkah-langkah tersebut antara lain: (1) pengumpulan informasi lapangan (2) analisis informasi yang telah dikumpulkan (3) mengembangkan produk awal, (4) Validasi ahli dan revisi  (5) Uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi  (6) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi (7) pembuatan produk final (8) uji evektivitas produk. Ujicoba skala kecil dilakukan dilakukan terhadap 20 orang pejudo pemula club judo kota Yogyakarta. Ujicoba skala besar dilakukan terhadap 20 0rang pejudo pemula club judo Sleman dan 20 orang pejudo pemula club judo Bantul. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah petunjuk umum wawancara, catatan lapangan, lembar evaluasi, angket skala nilai validasi, rubrik penilaian siswa, pedoman observasi permainan, pedoman observasi keefektifan dan rubrik penilaian uji efektifitas permainan. Hasil penelitian berupa model permainan teknik dasar judo untuk pejudo pemula usia 8-12 tahun terdiri dari 6 model permainan, Model permainan disusun dalam bentuk buku pedoman dan DVD dengan dengan judul Model Permainan Teknik Dasar Judo.Kata Kunci: model, permainan, teknik dasar judo, pejudo pemula  Daveloping Judo Basic Techniques Training through Gaming Model for Beginner Judoka Age 8-12 Years AbstractThis study aims to produce a model of the basic techniques game for beginner judoka in the age range of 8-12 years. This research was carried out by adapting the steps of research development proposed by Borg and Gall (1983), which was adapted into 8 step of implementation of research, including: (1) the collection of information (2) analysis of the information gathered (3) daveloping the initial product, (4) experts validation and revision (5) small-scale field trials and revision (6) large-scale field trials and revisions (7) the manufacture of final products (8) testing the effectiveness of the product. Small-scale trial was conducted to 20 beginner judoka in the judo club of Yogyakarta Municipality. A large-scale trial conducted to 20 novice judoka in Sleman judo club and 20 novice judoka in Bantul judo club. The instrument used to collect the data are general instructions interviews, field notes, evaluation sheet, questionnaire on validation score scale, student assessment rubric, observation guidelines of the game, observation guidelines of the effectiveness and scoring rubric the game’s effectiveness test beginner. The results of the research is a model of the basic techniques of judo game for ages 8-12 years judoka, consisting of 6 models of the game. The game model is arranged in the form of manuals and DVDs entitled Model Permainan Teknik Dasar Judo.Keywords: models, games, basic techniques of judo, judoka beginners

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode circuit training dan metode interval training terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket (2) perbedaan hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket yang memiliki daya tahan otot tungkai tinggi dan daya tahan otot tungkai rendah terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan daya tahan otot tungkai terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel penelitian ini 20 anak didik yang diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan dengan menggunakan metode latihan circuit training dan metode latihan interval training  terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket, (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket antara anak didik yang memiliki daya tahan otot tungkai tinggi dan daya tahan otot tungkai rendah, (3) tidak ada interaksi antara metode  latihan (circuit training dan interval training) dan daya tahan otot tungkai terhadap hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max bola basket.Kata Kunci: circuit training dan interval training, daya tahan otot tungkai, hasil peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max The Effects of Endurance Training Methods and Limb Muscle on VO2Max Capacity Basketball Player AbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) differences in the influence of methods of circuit training and interval method of training on the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball (2) the difference of increase in capacity VO2Max basketball resilient tall limb muscle and muscular endurance leg lower the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball, and (3) the interaction between exercise and limb muscle endurance against the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball. This research method used experiments with 2 x 2 factorial design study. The research sample of 20 children trained were taken with purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using analysis of variants (ANOVA). The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is no significant difference between exercise training method circuit training and training methods interval training against the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball, (2) There are no significant differences in increase in capacity VO2Max basketball among students who have the endurance of leg muscle and durability of  low leg muscle, (3) there is no interaction between the method of training (circuit training and interval training) and leg muscle endurance against the increase in capacity VO2Max basketball.
