Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui seberapa jauh efektivitas antara senam aerobik dan yoga terhadap penurunan Rasio Lingkar Pinggang Panggul (RLPP) dan penurunan tingkat depresi pada wanita perimenopause, (2) mengetahui mana yang paling efektif dari senam aerobik dan yoga terhadap penurunan RLPP dan penurunan tingkat depresi pada wanita perimenopause. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian true-eksperimental design dengan desain tiga kelompok dengan tes awal dan tes akhir serta kelompok kontrol. Subjek penelitian ini adalah wanita yang memasuki masa perimenopause, usia mulai 40 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan jenis tipe simple random sampling dengan total responden sebanyak 60 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pengukuran skala DASS untuk depresi, dan pita ukur dengan rumus RLPP. Analisis data menggunakan uji t-paired sample dan uji ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) senam aerobik tidak efektif untuk menurunkan RLPP dan tingkat depresi pada wanita perimenopause (p0,05). Yoga tidak efektif menurunkan RLPP (p0,05), tetapi efektif menurunkan tingkat depresi (p0,005); (2) tidak ada jenis latihan paling efektif menurunkan RLPP pada wanita perimenopause. Jenis latihan paling efektif menurunkan tingkat depresi pada wanita perimenopause adalah yoga. The influence of aerobic gymnastic and yoga on the waist-to-hip ratio and the depression level among pre-menopause women AbstractThe study aims at: (1) identifying how effective aerobic and yoga exercise is in decreasing the waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) and the depression level among the pre-menopause women; and (2) identifying which exercise is more effective, between the aerobic exercise and the yoga exercise, in decreasing the waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) and depression level among the pre-menopause women. The study itself was a true-experimental design with pre-test and post-test control group design. Then, the subjects in the study were the women who entered their pre-menopause age, starting from 40 years old. The samples for the study were gathered by means of probability sampling technique with simple random sampling technique and the total respondents in the study were 60 people. Next, the data for the study were gathered through RLPP formula with measurement tape for the assessment of waist-to-hip ratio and the administration of DASS scale measurement test for the assessment of depression level. The data that had been gathered were analysed using the t-paired sample test and the ANOVA test. The results of the study show that: (1) the aerobic exercise is not effective in decreasing the waist-to-hip ratio and the depression level among the pre-menopause women (p 0.05) while the yoga exercise is not effective in decreasing the waist-to-hip ration but is effective for decreasing the depression level among the pre-menopause women (p 0.005); and (2) there is not any kind of most effective exercise in decreasing the waist-to-hip ratio among the pre-menopause women. However, yoga can be the most effective exercise in decreasing the depression level among the pre-menopause women.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh latihan squat menggunakan free weight dan gym machine terhadap kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot; dan menguji perbedaan pengaruh latihan squat menggunakan free weight dan gym machine terhadap kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain two group pretest-posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih berdasarkan teknik random sampling berjumlah 32 orang. Instrumen untuk mengukur kekuatan menggunakan back and leg dynamometer merk Takei buatan Jepang. Instrumen untuk mengukur power menggunakan Jump Duration of Fright (JDF) seri TKK 5114 buatan Jepang, satuan sentimeter. Instrumen untuk mengukur lingkar otot paha menggunakan meteran dengan satuan sentimeter. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis multivariat pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan squat menggunakan free weight terhadap kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot, (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan squat menggunakan gym machine terhadap kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot, dan (3) ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan squat menggunakan free weight dan latihan squat menggunakan gym machine terhadap kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot. Persentase kenaikan nilai pretest dan posttest kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot menunjukkan kelompok latihan squat menggunakan free weight lebih baik daripada kelompk gym machine. The influence of squat practice using free weight and gym machine on the strength, the muscle and the hypertrophy of the muscle AbstractThe study aims at testing the influence of squat training using free weight and gym machine on the strength, the power and the hypertrophy of the muscle and at testing the differences between the influence of squat training using free weight and the influence of squat training using gym machine on the strength, the power and the hypertrophy of the muscle. The study is an experiment with two group pre-test-post-test design. Then, the samples for the study were selected based on the random sampling technique and the total number of the respondents was 32 people. The instrument for measuring the strength of the muscle was back and leg dynamometer Takei made in Japan while the instrument for measuring the power of the muscle was Jump Duration of Fright (JDF) series TKK 5114 made in Japan with centimetre unit. Furthermore, the instrument for measuring the circle of the tight muscle was a gauge with centimetre unit. The results of the study show that: (1) the squat training using the free weight has significant influence on the strength, the power and the hypertrophy of the muscle; (2) the squat training using the gym machine has significant influence on the strength, the power and the hypertrophy of the muscle; and (3) there has been significant difference between the squat training using the free weight and the squat training using the gym machine on the strength, the power and the hypertrophy of the muscle. The increasing percentage from the pre-test score into the post-test score in the strength, the power and the hypertrophy of the muscle shows that the training group that performs the squat training using the free weight has better performance than the group that performs the squat training using the gym machine.

Abstract

Pemberian cairan sangat penting bagi atlet untuk menghindari dehidrasi yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan fisiologis tubuh. Produk minuman kesehatan diyakini mampu meningkatkan energi dan menjaga produktivitas pada saat dan setelah melakukan aktivitas fisik seperti bekerja dan olahraga, terutama bagi para olahragawan. Perilaku membeli produk minuman kesehatan dilakukan berdasarkan preferensi dan kebutuhan konsumen, salah satunya mempertimbangkan atribut produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (FIK UNY) terhadap atribut produk minuman kesehatan (harga, kemasan, merek, label, dan rasa). Penelitian menggunakan desain observasional cross sectional dengan subjek penelitian 100 orang mahasiswa FIK UNY yang diambil secara purposif. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar subjek memiliki persepsi positif terhadap atribut produk minuman kesehatan. Kemasan yang mudah dibawa dan dipegang serta informasi nilai gizi merupakan indikator yang dianggap paling penting oleh subjek. Perception on healthy drink product attributes among sports sciences college students in Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta AbstractIntake of fluids is very important for athletes to avoid dehydration which can cause physiological disorders of the body. Health drink products are supposed to increase energy and maintain productivity during and after physical activities such as work and exercise, especially for athletes. The behavior of buying health drink products is based on consumer preferences and needs, one of them considering product attributes. This study aimed to determine perception of students of the Faculty of Sport Sciences Yogyakarta State University (FIK UNY) on the attributes of health drink products (price, packaging, brand, label, and taste). The research used observational cross-sectional design. Subjects were 100 students of FIK UNY selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis employed descriptive statistics. The results showed that most respondents had positive perceptions on health drink product attributes. Packaging that was easy to carry and hold as well as information of nutritional value was an indicator that was considered most important by the subjects.

Abstract

Penyelam mengalami penambahan tekanan lingkungan ketika bergerak turun menambah kedalaman penyelaman. Tekanan tersebut menyebabkan volume ruang udara dalam telinga tengah berkurang dan dapat menyebabkan barotrauma dan kerusakan membran timpani. Tekanan tersebut harus diseimbangkan dengan cara melakukan ekualisasi. Ada tiga metode ekualisasi, yaitu metode valsava, toynbee dan menggerakkan rahang. Namun belum diketahui metode mana yang memiliki tingkat keberhasilan tertinggi. Penelitian ini mempelajari tingkat keberhasilan ketiga metode ekualisasi dengan membandingkan kedalaman yang berhasil dicapai oleh penyelam menggunakan tiga metode yang berbeda. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 40 orang penyelam terlatih di lingkungan kolam air tawar dengan kedalaman 5 meter. Variabel yang diukur adalah angka kedalaman (dalam meter) yang berhasil dicapai penyelam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara capaian kedalaman menggunakan metode valsava dengan capaian kedalaman menggunakan metode toynbee (p0,05) dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pula antara capaian kedalaman menggunakan metode valsava dengan capaian kedalaman menggunakan metode menggerakkan rahang (p0,05). Namun tidak didapati adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara data capaian kedalaman menggunakan metode menggerakkan rahang dengan capaian kedalaman menggunakan metode toynbee (p0,05). Difference in success rate of 3 equalize method among trained divers in the freshwater environment AbstractDivers experience increase of environmental pressure when the diver descends. This pressure causes the volume of air space in the middle ear to decrease, can cause barotrauma and tympanic damage. This pressure must be equalize. There are three methods of equalization, valsava maneuver, toynbee and moving the jaw. But it is not known which method has the highest success rate. This research studied the success rate of the three methods of equalization by comparing the depth achieved by divers using the three different methods. This study was conducted on 40 trained divers in the freshwater pool with 5 meters depth. The variable measured is the number of depths (in meters) successfully achieved by divers. The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference between the depth achieved using the Valsava maneuver with the depth achieved using the toynbee maneuver (p 0.05) and there were also significant differences between the depth achieved using the Valsava maneuver with depth achieved using the jaw moving method (p 0, 05). However, there was no significant difference between the depth achieved using the jaw moving method with depth achieved using the toynbee maneuver (p 0.05).

Abstract

Para-atlet dikenal juga dengan sebutan atlet yang menyandang disabilitas pada bagian tertentu. Pembagian cabang olahraga pada difabel atlet hampir sama dengan atlet umumnya, namun memiliki penyesuaian terhadap jenis cacat fisik yang dialami. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi profil antropometri dan  pemenuhan asupan zat gizi pada atlet difabel tenis meja. Metode yang digunakan pada studi ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet difabel tenis meja di bawah pengawasan Kementrian Pemuda dan Olahraga, Indonesia yang sedang melakukan training centre untuk persiapan Sea Games 2017. Sampel yang diikutkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh populasi atlet difabel tenis meja nasional yang berjumlah 16 orang. Data antropometri yang diukur yaitu tinggi badan, berat badan, persen lemak tubuh dan somatotipe. Data pemenuhan asupan zat gizi didapatkan melalui wawancara makan dengan kuesioner recall 24 jam. Pengukuran antropometri menunjukan bahwa atlet tenis meja laki-laki memiliki tubuh yang lebih tinggi dan berotot dimana atlet perempuan cenderung lebih banyak presentase lemak tubuh. Hal ini didukung dengan nilai persen lemak tubuh atlet perempuan dan komponen somatotipe bagian endomorf yang lebih tinggi, sedangkan komponen somatotipe mesomorf yang menunjukan otot lebih tinggi pada atlet laki-laki. Rata-rata pemenuhan asupan zat gizi makro pada atlet tenis meja laki-laki dan perempuan diketahui 80% yang masuk dalam kategori pemenuhan asupan makan yang kurang. Identification of Anthropometry and Dietary Profile on Table Tennis Para-Athlete in Indonesia AbstractPara-athlete also known as an athlete who has physical disability. The division of sports in difabel athletes is almost the same as athletes generally, but it has an adjustment to the type of physical disability experienced. The aim of this study is to identification anthropometry dan dietary profile on table tennis para-athlete. The study used quantitative descriptive methods. Population of this study is table tennis para-athlete under supervision of Ministry of Youth and Sports on training centre Sea Games 2017. Sample that include in this study is all of 16 table tennis national para-athlete. Measurements of atnhropometry are height, weight, body fat and somatotype. Measurement of dietary intake using food recall 24 hours questionnaire. Anthropometry measurement shows that male athletes have a higher and lots of muscle posture when women athletes have more body fat. The data also shows value of endomorf somatotype and percent body fat on women higher than male athletes. Dietary intake of energy, carbohydrate, protein and fat shows 80% which mean inadequat intake of daily food.

Abstract

Jump shot in modern basketball is an effective scoring way to overcome pressure of the defender. Fundamental jump shot technique relies on experience and biomechanical analyses. The purpose of this analysis was to evaluate kinematic profile of basketball players based on their experience level during mid-range jump shot. Four experienced basketball players and four less-experienced basketball players participated in the experiment. Jump shot phase was classified into 3 categories: preparatory, action, and follow-through. Angular displacement and angular velocity were measured using three-dimension (3D) motion capture technology. One-way Anova analysis indicated significant differences on several kinematic parameters between groups. On preparatory phase, experienced subject produced larger magnitude for right-shoulder extension (-10.3±14.7Ëš) and produced smaller angular velocity for hips flexion (41.0±11.6Ëš/s). During the action phase, experienced subject produced larger magnitude for right-wrist flexion (-145.9±40.3Ëš), larger angular velocity for right-wrist flexion (-182.8±35.7Ëš/s), larger angular velocity for ankle plantar flexion (-159.5±27.3Ëš/s), and larger angular velocity for right-elbow extension (-149.6±33.3Ëš/s). The findings of this study indicated that improper mechanics of basketball jump shot existed in less-experienced players. To practice jump shot technique, preparatory phase and action phase should be the main emphasis for every coach when deals with less-experienced player.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan somatotype dengan kesegaran jasmnai atlet sepak bola. Desain penelitian cross sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 42 subjek dipilih secara random sampling. Data somatotype didapatkan dari pengukuran antropometri terdiri dari berat badan, tinggi badan, trisep, suprailiaca, subscapular, calf skinfold, humerus width, fumerus width, dan flixed arm girth yang dihitung dengan metode antropometri Heath-Carter untuk menghasilkan skor somatotype yaitu endomorph, mesomorph, dan ectomorph. Data kesegaran jasmani diperoleh dengan tes ACSPFT (Asian Committee on the Standarization of Physical Fitness Test) terdiri dari tes kecepatan, daya ledak otot, ketangkasan, kelenturan, dan kekuatan. Data asupan zat gizi diperoleh dengan metode food recall 3x24 jam. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square dan kolmogorov-smirnov. Dari semua subjek diperoleh 19% memiliki tipe tubuh endomorph, 26.2% mesomorph, dan 54.8% ectomorph. Secara keseluruhan subjek memiliki kesegaran jasmani 73.8% baik, 21.4% sedang, dan 4.8 % kurang. Ada hubungan somatotype dengan kecepatan (p=0,034), daya ledak otot (p=0.0001), ketangkasan (p=0.0001), kelenturan (p=0.041), kekuatan (p=0.003) dan kesegaran jasmani (p=0.045). Tipe ectomorph dan dan mesomorph memiliki komponen kesegaran jasmani lebih baik dibandingkan tipe endomorph. Asupan energi (p=0.035) dan somatotype (p=0.045) merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kesegaran jasmani  Correlation of Somatotype with Physical Fitness of Football AthletesAbstractThe aim of this study is to analyze the correlation of somatotype with physical fitness in football athletes. A cross sectional study with 42 subjects was selected by random sampling. Somatotype assessed with anthropometric measurements consists of weight, height, tricep, suprailiaca, subscapular, skinfold calf, humerus width, fumerus width, flixed arm girth. The somatotype components were calculating Heath-Carter anthropometric method to obtained somatotype score endomorph, mesomorph, and ectomorph. Physical fitness were obtained by the ACSPFT (Asian Committee on the Standarization of Physical Fitness Test) consists of speed, muscular explosive power, agility, flexibility, and strength. Data of nutrient intake were obtained by food recall method 3x24 hours. Data analyzed by chi-square and kolmogorov-smirnov test. Subjects were 19% endomorph, 26.2% mesomorph, and 54.8% ectomorph. Overall subjects had a good physical fitness 73.8%, 21.4% moderate, and 4.8% less. There were various somatotype correlation with speed (p=0.034), muscle explosive power (p=0.0001), agility (p=0.0001), flexibility (p=0.041), strength (p=0.003) and physical fitness (p=0.045). The ectomorph and mesomorph types had better physical fitness components than the endomorph type. Energy intake (p=0.035) and somatotype (p=0.045) were the most influential variables on physical fitness.

Abstract

Teknologi ponsel pintar khususnya dengan sistem operasi android berkembang sangat pesat, termasuk dalam perkembangan aplikasi yang berbasis android. Perkembangan teknologi tersebut mencakup berbagai bidang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, salah satunya dalam bidang olahraga kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang persepsi dan minat masyarakat olahraga di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta terhadap aplikasi android kategori kebugaran dan kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket berbasis web. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan survei terhadap para praktisi keolahragaan, akademisi di bidang olahraga kesehatan, serta masyarakat umum yang berjumlah 62 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi responden terhadap aplikasi ponsel pintar sistem operasi android kategori kesehatan dan kebugaran pada kategori Baik Sekali sebesar 4,8%, Baik sebesar 37,2%, Cukup sebesar 22,6%, Kurang sebesar 30,6%, dan Sangat Kurang sebesar 4,8%. Minat responden terhadap aplikasi ponsel pintar sistem operasi android kategori kesehatan dan kebugaran pada kategori Baik Sekali sebesar 12,9%, Baik sebesar 43,6%, Cukup sebesar 29%, Kurang sebesar 11,3%, dan Sangat Kurang sebesar 3,2%. Secara umum, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dan minat para praktisi keolahragaan, akademisi di bidang olahraga kesehatan, serta masyarakat umum terhadap aplikasi ponsel pintar sistem operasi android kategori kesehatan dan kebugaran adalah baik. Android application in sport and health: How are societies's perception and interest? AbstractThe aim of this research was to identify societies's perception and interest of sport and health android application. It was a descriptive research with survey metode, used web based questionare as the research instruments. The research had done with surveyed sport health professionals, sport health academicians, and the citizens. The number of the subject was 62 respondents. The result of this research showed that societies's perception of sport and health android application are Very Good at 4,8%, Good at 37,2%, Enough at 22,6%, Less at 30,6%, and Very Less at 4,8%. Societies's interest of sport and health android application are Very Good at 12,9%, Good at 43,6%, Enough at 29%, Less at 11,3%, and Very Less at 3,2%. In general, the results of the study show that the perceptions and interests of sport health professionals, sport health academicians, and the citizens of sport and health android application is good.

Abstract

Perkembangan gerak merupakan aspek penting dalam lingkup perkembangan anak. Akan tetapi, seiring dengan perubahan pola hidup dan pengaruh gadget yang menyebabkan anak menjadi kurang dalam melakukan gerak. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu usaha untuk menstimulus anak selalu aktif, memiliki keterampilan, pengetahuan, motivasi dan kepercayaan diri melakukan aktivitas gerak (Physical literacy) yang dilakukan sejak taman kanak-kanak. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan mengimplementasikan permainan tradisional yang dimodifikasi pada pembelajaran anak taman kanak-kanak dan partisipan berjumlah 150 anak. Permainan tradisional yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran terdiri atas tujuh permainan tradisional yaitu permainan lempar kaleng, permainan engklek, permainan lempar telur penyu, sumpitan, balap balon, estafet kelereng, dan bakiak. Penilaian dilakukan dengan teknik unjuk kerja menggunakan rubrik penelitian. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan diperoleh nilai 10843 (3.02) pada pertemuan I dan 11596 (3.22) pada pertemuan I dan telah terjadi peningkatan sebesar 753 point (0.21). Peningkatan ini terjadi disebabkan permainan tradisional menstimulus anak selalu aktif melakukan aktivitas gerak melalui bermain. Hal ini menunjukan permainan tradisional efektif dalam mengembangan physical literacy anak taman kanak-kanak. Effectiveness of traditional game modified to develop a physical literacy in preschool student AbstractMotor development is an important aspect in the scope of the child's development. However, along with changes in lifestyle and the influence of gadgets that caused children to be less in motion. For this reason, an effort is needed to stimulate children to always be active, have the skills, knowledge, motivation and self-confidence to carry out physical literacy carried out since preschool. The study was used the experimental method by implementing a modified traditional game on kindergarten learning and 150 participants. The traditional games used in learning consist of seven traditional games namely can throwing games, crunch games, turtle egg throwing games, blowpipes, balloon racing, marbles relay and clogs. Assessment is done by performance techniques using the research rubric. The overall results of the study obtained values of 10843 (3.02) at meetings I and 11596 (3.22) at meeting I and there had been an increase of 753 points (0.21). this increase occurs because traditional games stimulate children to always actively engage in motion activities through play. This shows that traditional games are effective in developing physical literacy of preschool student.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) pengaruh jenis perlakuan massage frirage dan kombinasi back massage-stretching untuk penyembuhan nyeri pinggang, (2) pengaruh kondisi cedera akut dan kronis terhadap penyembuhan nyeri pinggang, dan (3) interaksi jenis perlakuan dengan kondisi cedera terhadap penyembuhan nyeri pinggang yang ditunjukkan peningkatan ROM pinggang pada pasien Physical Therapy Clinic Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (PTC FIK UNY). Penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2, dengan menggunakan tes awal dan tes akhir. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 40 orang pasien klinik PTC yang mengalami nyeri pinggang kronis maupun akut akibat aktivitas kerja yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki usia 25-50 tahun. Instrumen pengumpulan data pengukuran terhadap ROM menggunakan goniometer dan tingkat nyeri menggunakan skala nyeri rating scale. Analisis data menggunakan uji ANOVA dua jalur. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Terdapat pengaruh jenis perlakuan massage frirage dan kombinasi back massage-stretching untuk penyembuhan nyeri pinggang yang ditunjukkan peningkatan ROM pinggang pada pasien PTC FIK UNY. (2) Terdapat pengaruh kondisi cedera akut dan kronis terhadap penyembuhan nyeri pinggang yang ditunjukkan peningkatan ROM pinggang pada pasien PTC FIK UNY. (3) Terdapat interaksi jenis perlakuan dengan kondisi cedera terhadap penyembuhan nyeri pinggang yang ditunjukkan peningkatan ROM pinggang pada pasien PTC FIK UNY. Hasil analisis diketahui masase frirage lebih baik untuk menyembuhkan nyeri pinggang akut sedangkan kombinasi back massage-stretching lebih baik untuk menyembuhkan nyeri pinggang kronis. The effectiveness of frirage massage and back massage stretching in the healing pain AbstractThis study aims to reveal: (1) the effect of frirage massage treatment and combination of back massage-stretching on healing waist pain, (2) the effect of acute and chronic injury conditions on the healing of low back pain, and (3) the interaction of the type of treatment and injury condition to the healing of waist pain as shown by the improvement of ROM pain the patients of Physical Therapy Clinic (PTC) FIK UNY. This research was an experiment with the factorial design 2 x 2, by using preliminary test (pre-test) and final test (post-test). The subjects were 40 patients of PTC who experienced chronic and acute waist pain due to work activities, whose ages ranged from 25 to 50 years old. The data collection instrument was a measurement test. The data analysis used the two-way ANOVA Test. The results were as follows. (1) There was an effect of frirage massage treatment type and the combination of back massage-stretching on healing waist pain as shown by the improvement of ROM pain. (2) There an effect of acute and chronic injury condition on the healing of waist pain as shown by the increase of ROM pain. (3) There was an interaction between the type of treatment and the condition of injury on the healing of waist pain as shown by the increase of ROM pain.
