Abstract

The lack of teaching materials used in learning Indonesian, especially procedural text material is a problem in this study. This study aims to produce a Student Worksheet based on local content of class VII SMP and to describe the feasibility of the resulting LKPD. The developed LKPD can be used in the learning process in procedural text material, especially in KD 3.5 and KD 4.5. Product development procedures consist of six stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trials. The resulting LKPD was in the form of developing a local content based LKPD on learning text of the VII grade junior high school procedures. The resulting LKPD is also suitable for use in the learning process.Minimnya bahan ajar yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia, khususnya materi teks prosedur menjadi permasalahan pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik berbasis muatan lokal kelas VII SMP serta mendeskripsikan kelayakan LKPD yang dihasilkan. LKPD yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada materi teks prosedur, khususnya pada KD 3.5 dan KD 4.5. Prosedur pengembangan produk terdiri atas enam tahap, yakni potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk. LKPD yang dihasilkan berupa pengembangan LKPD berbasis muatan lokal pada pembelajaran teks prosedur jenjang SMP kelas VII. LKPD yang dihasilkan juga layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.Keywords: LKPD, local content, procedure text

Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe the development of poetry learning using the prezzi application at odd semester of tenth grade students in the year 2018/2019 and. The result showed that there were five phases used, such as observation, planning, implementation, expert validation, and product revision and their eligibility showed the material expert research result on learning spect gained 3.6 score with excellent category and the content aspect gained 3.7 score with a very good category. The assessment of media experts in the display aspect gained 3.75 score in the excellent category, the programming aspect obtained 3.3 score in the very good category, and the role aspects of media ini helping students to understand the material gained 3.8 score in the excellent category. And practitioner assessment in the appraisal scored 3.85 in the excellent category.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan pengembangan media pembelajaran puisi menggunakan aplikasi prezi pada semester ganjil kelas X tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima tahapan yang digunakan, yaitu observasi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, validasi ahli, dan revisi produk dan kelayakannya menunjukkan hasil penilaian ahli materi pada aspek pembelajaran memperoleh skor 3,6 dengan kategori sangat baik dan aspek isi memperoleh skor 3,7 dengan kategori sangat baik. Penilaian ahli media dalam aspek tampilan memperoleh skor 3,75 dengan kategori sangat baik, aspek pemrograman memperoleh skor 3,3 dengan kategori sangat baik, dan aspek peran media dalam membantu pemahaman materi memperoleh skor 3,8 dengan kategori sangat baik. Penilaian praktisi dalam aspek penilaiannya memperoleh skor 3,85 dengan kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

This research was aimed to describing the structure and linguistic features of a procedure text in Marketeers business magazine of June 2018,setting up the lesson plan of teaching procedure text, and creating the teaching material in form of students? worksheet related to procedure text for eleventh grade students of senior high school. This research was qualitative by using descriptive method in nature. The result of this research found out the structure and linguistic features of a procedure text in Marketeers business magazineof June 2018. The product results were the lesson plan and teaching materials in form of students' worksheet which were suitable with the material related to the procedure text for eleventh grade students of senior high school. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan struktur dan kaidah kebahasaan teks prosedur pada majalah bisnis Marketeers edisi Juni 2018, membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran teks prosedur, danmerancang bahan ajar dalam bentuk LKPD teks prosedur untuk SMA kelas XI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif.Hasil penelitian inimenemukan struktur dan kaidah kebahasaan teks prosedur pada majalah bisnis Marketeers edisi Juni 2018.Produk yang dihasilkan ialah rencana pelakasanaan pembelajaran dan bahan ajar dalam bentuk lembar kegiatan peserta didik yang cocok untuk pembelajaran teks prosedur Kelas XI SMA. Kata kunci: teks prosedur, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, danlembar kegiatan peserta didik

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to describe the physical description of the main and additional characters in Siti Nurbaya's novel by Marah Roesli and the design of literary learning in senior high schools. This research used a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this research showed the physical description of the main and additional characters in Siti Nurbaya's novel by Marah Roesli in terms of the acceleration of the presentation of characters mostly used gradual acceleration presentations, analytical methods for presenting figures, and types of description used a subjective descriptions. Then, the results of this research weremade into a literary lesson plan on basic competencies 3.9 analyzing the content and structure of novel and 4.9 designing novel or novelet by considering the content and structure.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan deskripsi fisik tokoh utama dan tambahan dalam novel Siti Nurbaya karya Marah Roesli dan rancangan pembelajaran sastra di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan deskripsi fisik tokoh utama dan tambahan dalam novel Siti Nurbaya karya Marah Roesli ditinjau dari akselerasi penyajian tokoh lebih banyak menggunakan penyajian akselerasi berangsur, metode penyajian tokoh disajikan secara analitik, dan jenis deskripsi menggunakan deskripsi subjektif. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian dibuat menjadi rancangan pembelajaran sastra pada kompetensi dasar 3.9 menganalisis isi dan kebahasaan novel dan 4.9 merancang novel atau novelet dengan memerhatikan isi dan kebahasaan.Kata kunci : fisik tokoh, rancangan pembelajaran, dan novel Siti Nurbaya

Abstract

This research purposes to describe the structure and uses the language rules of report text of observation result of tenth grade of SMK Negeri 1 Talangpadang and it used as teaching material in SMK. The method used descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the structure text of observation report of tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Talangpadang, such as general description, description per section, and description of benefits. The linguistic rules showed that used nouns, adjectives, verbs material, blur words in the name of the writing, copula, words that stated grouping, and not using technical words. The structure and the linguistic rules used as teaching material of tenth grade at Basic Competence 3.2 Analyzing content and linguistic aspects of minimum two report texts of observation Curriculum 2013, 2017 revised edition. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan struktur dan penggunaan kaidah kebahasaan teks laporan hasil observasi siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Talangpadang dan pemanfaatannya sebagai materi ajar di SMK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur teks laporan hasil observasi siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Talangpadang meliputi deskripsi umum, deskripsi per bagian, dan deskripsi manfaat. Adapun kaidah kebahasaannya menunjukkan banyak menggunakan nomina, adjektiva, kata kerja material, melesapkan kata yang mengatasnamakan penulis, kopula, kata yang menyatakan pengelompokan, dan tidak menggunakan kata-kata teknis. Struktur dan kaidah kebahasaan teks laporan hasil observasi ini dimanfaatkan sebagai materi ajar pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas X Kompetensi Dasar 3.2 Menganalisis isi dan aspek kebahasaan dari minimal dua teks laporan hasil observasi Kurikulum 2013 edisi revisi 2017. Keywords: observation report text, linguistic rules, teaching material

Abstract

This research purposed to describe the religious values in a collection of short stories Robohnya Surau  Kami created by A.A. Navis. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The data of this research are religious values contained in a collection of short stories. The finding of this research showed that in a collection of short stories Robohnya Surau Kami, there are religious values 1) monotheism; 2) fiqh; and 3) morals. The finding of this research can be implied in learning of eleventh grade high school students at basic competence 3.8 identifying values life in a collection of short stories read. It can be seen in the form of teaching materials on the core activities in the implementation of learning lesson plans. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai religius dalam kumpulan cerpen Robohnya Surau Kami  karya A.A. Navis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini ialah nilai-nilai religius yang terkandung dalam kumpulan cerpen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam kumpulan cerpen  Robohnya Surau Kami terdapat nilai-nilai religius 1) tauhid; 2)  fikih; dan 3) akhlak. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diimplikasikan dalam pembelajaran SMA kelas XI pada kompetensi dasar 3.8 mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai kehidupan dalam kumpulan cerita pendek yang dibaca. Implikasi ini dapat dilihat dalam bentuk bahan ajar pada bagian kegiatan inti dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP).Keywords: Religious value, Short story collection, Implications

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the development of a students’ worksheet based on discovery learning to drama text in junior high school and its’ eligibility as teaching materials. The purpose of the study is to describe the development of a students’ worksheet based on discovery learning to drama text in junior high school and its’ eligibility as teaching materials. This research uses research and development (rnd) method. The results of the study show that the form students’ worksheet based on discovery learning to drama text in junior high school that has been validated. Validation is conducted by expert lecturers to test the feasibility of the product. The result of the validator assessment of content aspect is on the percentage of 83.1% which belongs to very feasible category, meanwhile the assessment of practitioners on Indonesian language teachers on the learning aspects and the content aspects in percentage of 87.1% with very feasible category. Masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah bagaimanakah pengembangan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis discovery learning pada materi teks drama di SMP dan kelayakannya sebagai bahan ajar. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis discovery learning pada materi teks drama di SMP dan kelayakannya sebagai bahan ajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development/R D). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis discovery learning pada materi teks drama di SMP yang sudah divalidasi. Hasil penilaian validator pada aspek isi dengan persentase 83.1% kategori sangat layak, sedangkan penilaian praktisi atau guru Bahasa Indonesia pada aspek pembelajaran dan aspek isi dengan sama-sama persentase 87.1% kategori sangat layak. Keywords: students’ worksheet development, discovery learning, drama text.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a learning evaluation instrument product that is both subjective and objective test scripts based on HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills). The test instrument in this study can be used to measure the level of success of students in achieving learning objectives on indicators describing life. This research uses the Research and Development method. The results of this research and development are test instruments in the form of multiple choice questions totaling 30, description questions totaling 10, and matchmaking questions totaling 10 which have been declared fit for use by material experts and linguists. The results of the validation of the material experts obtained a mean score of 4.4 and an average percentage of 88%. The results of the validation of linguists obtained an average score of 4.3% and an average percentage of 87%, so that the subjective and objective test instruments in this study were suitable for teaching and learning activities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran yaitu naskah tes baik subjektif maupun objektif berbasis HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills). Instrumen tes dalam penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan siswa dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran pada indikator menjelaskan nilai-nilai kehidupan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah instrumen tes  berbentuk soal pilihan ganda berjumlah 30, soal uraian berjumlah 10, dan soal menjodohkan berjumlah 10 yang telah dinyatakan layak digunakan oleh ahli materi dan ahli bahasa. Hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh rerata skor 4,4 dan rerata persentase 88%. Hasil validasi ahli bahasa diperoleh rerata skor 4,3% dan rerata persentase 87%, sehingga instrumen tes subjektif dan objektif dalam penelitian ini laik digunakan untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar. Keywords: Development, Assessment, Short story text

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the principle of cooperation in the Kick Andy’s talk shows “Miskin tapi Cumlaude”episode and its implications for learning Indonesian in senior high school. This study used a descriptive qualitative method.The result of the research shows that there are compliance and violations of the principle of cooperation which includes four maxims, namely quantity, quality, relevance, and manner in the Kick Andy’s talkshow “Miskin tapi Cumlaude” episode. Intentional violations are curious, humorous, insinuating, exaggerating, giving advice, diluting the atmosphere, and seeking attention, while unintentional violations are purely due to the ignorance of the speaker.The implication of the results of the study as a guideline for compiling arguments or responses according to the debate motion on aspects of speaking skills in the practice of debate by designing learning scenarios of the discovery learning model. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan prinsip kerja sama dalam gelar wicara Kick Andy episode “Miskin tapi Cumlaude”dan implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penaatan dan pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama yang meliputi empat maksim, yaitu kuantitas, kualitas, relevansi, dan cara dalam gelar wicara Kick Andy episode “Miskin tapi Cumlaude”. Pelanggaran disengaja  membuat penasaran, kelucuan, menyindir, melebih-lebihkan, memberikan nasihat, mencairkan suasana, dan mencari perhatian, sedangkan pelanggaran tak disengaja murni karena ketidaktahuan penutur. Pengimplikasian hasil penelitian sebagai pedoman menyusun argumen atau tanggapan sesuai mosi debat pada aspek keterampilan berbicara dalam praktik debat dengan cara mendesain skenario pembelajaran model penemuan. Keyword: the principle of cooperation, talkshow, implications, debate

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the development of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) based assessment text instruments for grade VII junior high schools and their feasibility. The method in this research is Research and Development (RD) which adopts the Borg Gall theory using five stages, namely preliminary studies, product development, product trials, product revisions, and final products. The results of this research and development in the form of HOTS-based assessment instrument products on description text material that are in line with HOTS characteristics, namely, measuring the ability to think at a high level, based on contextual problems, and using various forms of questions. This product has been declared fit for use by material experts and practitioners (Indonesian language teachers) as learning aids with a percentage of eligibility that is 86.6% by material experts and 91.1% by practitioners. Masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah bagaimanakah pengembangan instrumen penilaian berbasis HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) teks deskripsi untuk SMP kelas VII dan kelayakannya. Metode dalam penelitian ini ialah Research and Development (RD) yang mengadopsi teori Borg Gall dengan menggunakan lima tahap, yaitu studi pendahuluan, pengembangan produk, uji coba produk, revisi produk, dan produk akhir.Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan iniberupa produk instrumen penilaian berbasis HOTSpada materi teks deskripsi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik HOTS yaitu, mengukur kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi, berbasis permasalahan kontekstual, dan menggunakan bentuk soal beragam. Produk ini telah dinyatakan layak digunakan oleh ahli materi dan praktisi (guru BahasaIndonesia) sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran dengan persentase kelayakan yaitu 86,6% oleh ahli materi dan 91,1% oleh praktisi. Keywords: instrument, HOTS, description text, eligibility
