Abstract

For students who will approve the choice to go to college, of course they will be faced again with the choice of which college to enter and what direction to choose. In its development, students support to continue their studies to higher education by considering the money spent by parents of students who want to go to college. The population in this study were all students of class X Accounting and Financial Institutions sponsored by 143 students. Data collection techniques use questionnaire, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the test results it is undeniably related to student motivation and parents' money towards the interest received by the study in the high school at Palembang State Vocational School 1 This result is strengthened by the value of Fcount 257,013 > Ftable 2.715 or Sig Fcount 0.000 <a = 0.05. Higher success, student learning and parents' money will be even greater towards the interest in continuing their studies to higher education at Palembang State Vocational School 1.Keywords: Motivation to Study, Parent Income, and Interest in Continuing Study to Higher Education

Abstract

Learning Media is one of the most important components of education for teachers and students in the learning process. So we need learning media that can be used and studied at any time for all students but also follows the development of technology. Based on these problems the learning media in the form of books used by students namely Edmodo-based E-books can be used for alternative solutions to existing problems. The aim of this development is to produce a valid and practical e-book.The Development Model used by the ADDIE model consists of 5 stages (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results showed that edmodo-based e-books are valid for use in the learning process. The results of validation by media experts with 88% criteria are very valid, material experts with 86% criteria are very valid. The results of edmodo-based e-book products testing to students with a percentage of 86% criteria are very practical, this shows that the e-book can already be used as a medium of accounting learning. Based on the recapitulation, it can be concluded that e-book based on Edmodo is a valid and practical learning media in the learning process. Keywords: E-Book, Edmodo, Learning Media

Abstract

Card-Based Media with Help of Drill Method is a good teaching tool for instiling certain habits. It is also the variety of methods for maintaining good habits. In addition, these methods can be obtained with a string, determination, opportunity, speed of skill. Card-Based Media with the Help of Drill Method can be used in general to obtain a set of materials or skill from those that have been studied and to obtain motoric skill. Based oh the survey result that the researcher did, the problem in this research was that there were still many students who had not yet completed the subjects of Accounting for class X Semester Odd SMK Negeri 1 Sekampung in the Academic Year of 2018/2019. The population was all students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 Sekampung which consists 164 students. In talking sampling uses a full sampling technique and the sample is the class X Accounting I as many as 27 Students as experiment class and X Accounting II as many as 29 Students as control class. The data of this research were collected by using data collection techniques, observation,interviews, documentation, and tests. Based on the results of these research, the hypothesis can be accepted because at a significant level of 5% (0,05) shows tcount > ttable, is 4,41>1,71. Thus it show that there is a positive influence on the use Card-Based Media with the Help of Drill Method on Learning Outcomes at X Grade Students in Accounting Subjects of SMK Negeri 1 Sekampung in the Academic Year of 2018/2019. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much effectiveness and contribution of PBB-P2 to increase regional income in Magetan district in 2014-2018. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of PBB-P2 in Magetan district in 2014-2018 which is included in the criteria is very effective. For its contribution in 2014-2018 it shows that the criteria are very less contributing to increasing the original income of Magetan district. While the growth of Magetan regency's regional income in 2014-2018 which was included in the criteria was unsuccessful due to the existence of several local taxes which the target was not reached.Keywords : Regional income; Effectiveness; Contribution

Abstract

One of the roles of education in the digital era, where all information can be obtained easily through existing facilities on smartphones / androids owned by students, then in an effort to improve financial literacy and student environment is expected to be achieved through web-based learning with the subject matter of scarcity theory and theory of consumer behavior. Specific research objectives, namely to produce learning media that are developed based on a valid, practical, and effective.The research method used in this research is research and development (R&D). The results of the study note that, the validity test of teaching materials was developed and carried out by three validators, the results showed that this web-based economic teaching material was valid.Assessment based on respondents' opinions on web-based teaching materials shows a positive response. The results of practicality tests on 20 students have been considered practical. In addition, the effectiveness test shows that, web-based teaching materials have good effectiveness.The conclusion is that web-based teaching materials are valid, practical, and effective, so that they can be used in the learning process in the classroom to improve the competencies students must master, namely financial literacy and environmental literacy in terms of student consumption behavior. Keywords: financial literacy, environmental literacy, web-based learning media, student consumption behavior.

Abstract

Think Pair Share model is one of the cooperative learning method with syntax: think, pair, sharing answer and opinion that are able to change the assumption that the recitation method and the discussion that need to be organized in the setting of the whole group. This research aim to know the influence of using think pair share model for the student’s learning outcome of economic studies at SMA Negeri 1 Punggur that involved 126 students of 4 class at grade XI year 2018/2019. There are 32 students from XI IPS4 as sample and 31 students from XI IPS3 as control class. The instrument data collection retrieved by multiple choice test of 20 questions with 4 alternative options a-b-c-d. The questions is given to the students who have been given the experiment treatment and within treatment by the X variable. The results are proven by the analyze of thitung > ttabel , on the list of signification 5% i.e. 3.24 > 1.68 and at the significant level 1% i.e. 3.24 > 2.42. The conclusion of the hypothesis: there is positive influence by using cooperative learning think pair share model to increase the student’s learning outcome of economic studies at SMA Negeri 1 Punggur class XI IPS. Students who were declare pass with KKM=75 after being given the treatment as many as 26 and the students or as much as 81.25%, and the students who not pass as many as 6 peoples or 18.75%. Well then, the learning process can be said to be successful. Keyword: think pair share, learning outcome

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the peer group learning approach and student learning outcomes. The method used in this research is the Correlational Quantitative method. The research sample amounted to 53 students consisting of two classes namely class XI IPS 4 totaling 32 students and XI IPS 5 totaling 21 students. The technique of collecting data in this study uses observation techniques, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the average relationship between the peer group learning approach in learning activities gained an average of 72.88 with the tifKtif 'criterion while the student learning outcomes obtained the criteria of "Very Good" with an average score of 88.62. If seen from the results of hypothesis testing using Pearson Product Moment correlation shows that t count = 0.4508> t table α 0.05 d n-1 = 0.297 then Ha is accepted Ho is rejected. Based on research There is a significant relationship between peer group learning approaches and student learning outcomes on economic subjects in Palembang 1 Public High School 2018/2019.Keywords: Peer Group Learning Approach, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Job training is needed so that the quality of the workforce increases. Trunajaya Bontang University in improving work performance is felt necessary to provide job training to staff and lecturers in the campus environment. This study aims to determine the relationship in Job Training to Employee Job Performance at Trunajaya University Bontang. The method of analysis in this study is the validity test, reliability test, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, hypothesis testing. From the results of the interpretation of the calculation of the coefficient of determination, obtained value r2 = 0.79 (positive), this shows that 79% of the variation is explained by the positive relationship or influence between the variable "Job Training" with "Employee Job Performance", while the remaining 21% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Job training, Job performance, staff

Abstract

Based on observations of problems that occur at MA Tuma'ninah Yasin Metro Class X IPS it can be seen that there are still many students who are not good in their high-level thinking skills. The lack of high-level thinking ability is due to several factors including the learning model used by the teacher that is not appropriate, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and others. So that efforts can be made to improve students' high-level thinking skills is the need for change. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of problem-based learning models on higher-order thinking skills. This research was conducted in MA Tuma'ninah Yasin Metro with a population in class X IPS with a total of 35 students and a sampling technique with saturated sample technique that is all populations were sampled. The research method used is experiment. The instruments in this study used a high-level thinking ability test item. Data analysis using t-test. The results showed that there was an influence of the use of problem-based learning models on the ability to think at a higher level. Keyword: problem based learning model, high-order thinking

Abstract

The problem in this research is Hedonism Students . The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Financial to hedonism students. This research was carried out in Efarina Unifersity . This type of research is expost facto with sampling techniques using total sampling or the whole population research i.e. as many as 230 students. Data collection instruments in this research is the observation, documentation, and question form or questionnaire. Test research instrument using the test validity and reliability are done using application software SPSS version 20. Data analysis techniques used include: test of normality, test linearity, multicollinearity test, heterokedastisitas test, multiple linear analysis, determination of the coefficient and test hypotheses, namely: t-test and F-test that uses the software SPSS version 24.Multiple linear regression calculation Results isY = 20.677 ? 0 144X,1+ 0, 792X2. While the results of the test showed that the t in parsiaifl financial literacy has a negative and significant effect against hedonism with value tcalculate<ttable (< 2.736-1.981) at 95% significance level ? = 0.05, a positive and significant influence towards hedonism with t >tcounttable (15.454 <1.981) at significant level 95% or ? = 0.05. F test results show that financial literacy have significant influence towards hedonism with a value of Ffemale> Ftable (129.025 >3,04 ) and the value of significance ?
