Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the performances of Didong Jalu in an aesthetic context. The research method is qualitative with an interdisciplinary approach. The research location was in Toweren Takengon village, Central Aceh Regency. Data sources namely primary data sources include artists, literature and community leaders, then secondary data sources include books, and references from previous researchers. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and document studies. The data validity technique uses data triangulation. Data analysis techniques consist of reduction, data presentation, and data verification stage.Keywords: Didong Jalu, Performance ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertunjukkan Didong Jalu dalam konteks estetika. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the improvement of students' writing skills narrative grade IVB SDN 007 Bangkinang. The subjects of this study were the students of the IVB class which amounted to 22 people. The data collection techniques used in this research were documentation, observation, and test. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that writing the narrative essay of students is good, from 22 students only 17 students or 77.27% who achieve mastery individually. The result of writing the narrative essay of students in cycle II is also quite good with an average of 82.54 and from 22 students there are 19 students or 86.36% who achieve mastery individually. Thus it can be concluded that the application of Mind Mapping model can improve can improve the writing skills skill of students' narrative class IVB SDN 007 Bangkinang.Keyword : Model Mind Mapping, Result Of Skill Write, Composition                    Of Narasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan model pembelajaran konstruktivisme dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi kreatif dalam tindakan ekonomi di kelas VII SMP Negeri 8 Tebing Tinggi TA 2012/2013. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 8 Tebing Tinggi pada bulan April-Juni 2013. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 31 orang. Desain penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus berdasarkan model Kemmis dan Taggart melalui empat tahapan, yaitu : perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilaksanakan tindakan, ketuntasan belajar siswa 14,29%. Pada siklus I ketuntasan belajar siswa 47,6% dan siklus II menjadi 90,48%. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat berupa bimbingan teknis yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada para guru mengenai penyusunan instrumen penilaian autentik K13, terutama dalam penilaian berbasis HOTS (high order thinking skill). Bimbingan teknis ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Pasar Lama 3 Banjarmasin melalui kegiatan pemaparan oleh para narasumber, tanya jawab, diskusi antar anggota kelompok, dan pemberian soal baik itu pretest maupun posttest. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan praktek langsung. Dengan harapan capaian luaran yakni instrumen pembuatan soal HOTs sesuai kurikulum 2013 dan artikel yang dipublikasi dalam jurnal PPM. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan bimbingan teknis adalah tingginya antusian, tingkat keaktifan dan kerjasama antaranggota kelompok. Selain itu, hasil pretest dan posttest menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman guru mengenai soal yang bersifat high order thinking skill (HOTs) dengan adanya kenaikan dari rerata pretest sebesar 60,5 menjadi 82 dalam posttest. Terdapat peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam menyusul soal HOTs. Simpulan dari hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan keberhasilan akan kegiatan bimbingan teknis, dan perlu adanya kegiatan serupa untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para guru khususnya dalam penyusunan instrumen penilaian berbasis HOTs (high order thinking skill.). Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of experimental methods in improving students' learning activeness in science lessons in class VIII-2 SMP Negeri 4 Tebing Tinggi. The subjects of the study were students of class VIII-2, amounting to 35 people. The result of research on student learning activity in the first cycle of meeting I is 71,52% (active enough), cycle I second II that is 72,30% (active enough), in cycle II meeting I that is 82,30% (active), cycle II meeting II is 84.01% (active). The result of observation of classroom teacher about the implementation of experimental method of cycle I meeting I is 68,75% (less good), cycle I meeting II is 78,12% (good enough), in cycle II meeting I is 87,5% (good) Cycle II meeting II is 93,75% (very good). Keywords: Learning Activeness, Experimental Methods, IPA

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to know  impact of  learning method  and cognitive style against physical science comprehension. This research using experimental method  of 2 x 2 factorial  design. Research result  indicated that  : 1)Physical science comprehension of children thought  by discovery learning method is higher compared to method of project base learning, 2)There is  interaction impact  between learning method  and cognitive style against  physical science comprehension, 3)Physical science comprehension of  children’s  independent field cognitive style had been given higher learning method discovery compared to method  of  project base learning, 4)Physical science comprehension of children who has  dependent field learning method discovery is lower compared to method of   project base learning.Keyword: Method, Style, Comprehension   ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran dan gaya kognitif terhadap pemahaman physical science. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen desain factorial 2 x 2. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat aktivitas belajar siswa yang mencakup aktivitas belajar siswa saat bekerja dalam kelompok dikelas pada mata pelajaran IPA dan juga prestasi belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Subjek  penelitian ini  diambil di kelas VI SD Negeri No. 101794 Patumbak-I dengan jumlah siswa 21 orang. Awal KBM dilakukan tes hasil belajar (Pretes), dengan data rata-rata 45,2 hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata siswa jarang membaca buku sebelum  pembelajaran disekolah.  Kemudian dilanjutkan KBM, akhir KBM  ke II dan  KBM ke IV dilakukan  tes hasil belajar  formatif I dan formatif II  hasilnya  masing-masing menunjukkan rata-rata 67 dan 87. Melihat data tersebut ada perubahan dan perubahan tersebut akibat tindakan guru selama KBM pada siklus II. Data aktivitas siswa menurut pengamatan pengamat pada siklus I antara lain  membaca/menulis (45%), bekerja (26% ), bertanya sesama teman (5,0%),   bertanya kepada guru (13,0%), dan yang tidak relevan dengan KBM  (11%). Data aktivitas siswa menurut pengamatan  pada siklus II antara lain  membaca/menulis (38,5%), bekerja (28,4%), bertanya sesama  teman (6,4%), bertanya kepada guru (16%), dan yang tidak relevan dengan KBM  (11%).  Penerapan model pembelajaran STAD  selama KBM membuat siswa sangat senang, sangat antusias. Kata Kunci : Aktivitas Belajar, STAD, IPA

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article’s purpose is giving solution to the problem how teacher role to build and develop the caracter of the students in school. Character education is a system of cultivation of character values ​​to students . The values ​​in education are : (1) religious ; (2) to be honest ; (3) tolerance ; (4) discipline ; (5) hard work ; (6) creative ; (7) independently ; (8) democratic ; (9) curiosity ; (10) the national spirit ; (11) love of country ; (12) reward achievement ; (13) make friends / communicative ; (14) love peace ; (15) likes to read ; (16) care about the environment ; (17) social care ; and (18) responsibility . Character building is influenced by the environment at home , at school , in the community . Character building values ​​through character education is a very important and strategic  in building a national identity and mobilize the formation of a new Indonesian society . Therefore , the first step is a relationship (educational networks ) between the family , school, and environments . As a professional school teacher who has a strategic role to build character and character of students is not done solely through the learning of knowledge , but also through values ​​education. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe implementation of science learning in the fifth grade of Sindangwangi I Elementary School is conventional in order to have an impact on the low student learning outcomes. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through a group investigation model assisted by media realia. Class action research includes four steps, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The techniques used in data collection are tests, observations, and documentation then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the study that the learning outcomes in the pre-cycle reached 24%, Cycle I was 52%, and the second cycle was 86%. Based on the results of the study that the use of the model group investigation assisted by media realia can significantly improve student learning outcomes by 62%. Keywords: Group Investigation, Media Realia, Learning Outcomes  ABSTRAKImplementasi pembelajaran IPA di kelas V SDN Sindangwangi I bersifat konvensional sehingga berdampak rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui model group investigation berbantuan media realia. Penelitian tindakan kelas meliputi empat langkah yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa hasil belajar pada pra siklus mencapai 24%, Siklus I sebesar 52%, dan siklus II sebesar 86%. Abstract

ABSTRACT The background of the problem in this research was the students seemed to be less active in the learning process as the class was dominated by the teacher. So that it caused very minimal student activity and student learning outcomes is low. This research was aimed to improve learning outcomes IPA with cooperative models type think of pair share in class VI SDN 15 Pakasai. The results showed that in the first cycle, the overall activity of students scored an average of 51,3, in the second cycle increased to 81,6. From an average cognitive aspects of student learning result in the first cycle got 70 score on the second cycle increased to 88. Affective aspects in the first cycle get an average value of 50,5 and in the second cycle value of 80,2. Psychomotor aspects of the first cycle get an average value of 58,6 in the second cycle increased to 92,3. Based on these result, it was concluded that the use of cooperative model tps type can increase the activity and learning outcomes of sixth grade students of SDN 15 Pakasai Pariman city. Keywords: Cooperative Type Think-Pair-Share Results Learning, Student Activities
