Abstract

This research focused on the development of media in learning by using adobe flash player. This study was research and development form. This product contains material on futsal basic technique practice. Media development was using Adobe Flash CS6 Professional software. The materials presented were (1) Basic futsal technique (2) brief futsal (3) futsal rules (4) field size, line, goal and futsal ball. Based on the stages adapted from the development model of Borg and Gall then obtained the following results: Assessment and validation of the material experts showed that the medium of learning both with a mean value of 3.87. Assessment and validation of media experts showed that the medium of learning both with the average value 4. The results of small group trials showed very good result that is average 4.42. The results of large group trials showed excellent results with a mean of 4.55. In operational test and product effectiveness, pre test and post test of 2 groups were applied. The first group was given media influence, and the second group was control group. Operational test results pretest value was 73.92, so it was included in “enough” category, and the average posttest value was 58.25 that included in “enough” category. The effectiveness test showed that the interactive learning media had significant effectiveness with t-count value t-table that was 123,922 1,70329 and p-value (significance) 0.000 0,05 meaning that the media was effective. As the final conclusion stated that the product proved effective. For the posttest average value of 58.25seconds was included in “enough” category. As the final conclusion, this product was proven effective.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis tentang: (1) pengaruh latihan Plank terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan; (2) pengaruh latihan Side Plank terhadap keseimbangan; (3). pengaruh latihan Side Lying Hip Abduction terhadap keseimbangan; (4). pengaruh latihan Oblique Crunch terhadap keseimbangan; dan (5) perbedaan pengaruh latihan Plank, Side Plank, Side Lying Hip Abduction dan Oblique Crunch terhadap keseimbangan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Plank terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Side Plank terhadap keseimbangan; (3). terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Side Lying Hip Abduction terhadap keseimbangan; (4). terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Oblique Crunch terhadap keseimbangan; dan (5) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh latihan Plank, Side Plank, Side Lying Hip Abduction dan Oblique Crunch terhadap keseimbangan. Berdasarkan analisa di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keseimbangan untuk masing-masing kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol setelah diberi pelatihan Plank, Side Plank, Side Lying Hip Abduction dan Oblique Crunch dilihat dari hasil uji-t. Terdapat juga perbedaan pengaruh dari setiap latihan terhadap keseimbangan. The purpose of this study is to analyze about: (1) the effects of exercise Plank to the increase in the balance; (2) Side Plank exercise influence on the balance; (3). Side effects of exercise on the balance Lying Hip Abduction; (4). Oblique Crunch exercise influence on the balance; and (5) differences in the effects of exercise Plank, Side Plank, Side Lying Hip Abduction and Oblique Crunch towards equilibrium. This type of research used in this research is quantitative with quasi-experimental methods. The results showed: (1) a significant difference Plank exercises to increase balance; (2) there is a significant effect on the balance of exercise Side Plank; (3). exercise a significant influence Side Lying Hip Abduction towards equilibrium; (4). exercise a significant influence on the balance Oblique Crunch; and (5) there are differences in the effects of exercise Plank, Side Plank, Side Lying Hip Abduction and Oblique Crunch towards equilibrium. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that an increase in the balance for each experimental group and the control group after training by Plank, Side Plank, Side Lying Hip Abduction and Oblique Crunch seen from the t-test results. There are also differences in the effect of any exercise of the balance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the academic ability and experience of organizing alumni in relation to the waiting period graduated Physical Education (PE)  Universitas Negeri Semarang.Survey research with quantitative and qualitative approach has research variable of academic ability, organizational experience, and waiting period of graduates, using as many as 41 samples of graduate of PE  last 5 years. Employment status is dominated by school teachers and lecturers in universities of 68.29%. The last level of education is 75.61% with S1 degree of PE and 24.39% with S2 degree. As an undergraduate student actively participate in student activities most of the Ext Sports by 75%. Student activities that followed have a very supportive benefit in the current work of 56.10%. In addition to active student activities there are also 26.68% of students who are active activities outside the campus community organizations. Graduation period of less than 6 months is 75.61%. As many as 58.54% of alumni still survive in the first job. The first place to work in private institutions is 51.22% mainly as teachers. Engaged entrepreneurs at 21.95%. Compliance in the field of work with Pei is 70.73 very appropriate. 65.85% of PE graduates receive salary when they first start working, less than Rp 1,900,000 per month.The conclusion in this research is that the waiting period is less than 6 months in getting a job, strongly supported by the level of academic ability of graduates who have the above criteria both, and experience of organizing a broad graduate.

Abstract

Permainan olahraga merupakan salah satu materi permainan dan olahraga yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan koordinasi gerak peserta didik melalui aktivitas permainan beregu. Tidak semua sekolah dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Penjasorkes mengajarkan semua materi dalam permainan bola besar. Berdasarkan hal di atas, perlu dilakukan pengembangan permainan bola besar yang dapat mengembangkan keterampilan koordinasi gerak peserta didik. Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan; 1) menganalisis produk yang akan dikembangkan, 2) mengembangkan produk awal, 3) validasi ahli, 4) uji coba lapangan, 5) revisi produk, dan hasil produk pengembangan. Instrumen yang digunakan 1) data pengambilan denyut nadi, (2) kuesioner respon psikomotorik, kognitif, afektif peserta didik dengan angket, (3) pengamatan keefektifan teknik dasar yang digunakan dalam produk. Hasil penelitian ini telah ditemukan (1) produk permainan basketball and football combination, (2) keefektifan produk permainan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas fisik peserta didik, (3) permainan basketball and football combination ini dapat mengatasi keterbatasan alokasi waktu pembelajaran yang tersedia, (4) kompleksitas keterampilan koordinasi gerak. Simpulan penggunaan produk permainan basketball and football combination dalam pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh terhadap intensitas fisik, dapat mengatasi masalah keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, dapat mengatasi keterbatasan alokasi waktu pembelajaran serta memberikan pengalaman koordinasi gerak kompleks. Saran bagi guru Penjasorkes di SD dapat menggunakan permainan ini di sekolah, dalam pembelajaran permainan bola besar.Sports game is one game and sport material that aims to develop motor coordination learners through team play activity. Not all schools in the implementation of learning Penjasorkes teach all the material in a big ball game. Based on the above, is necessary to develop a great ball game that can develop motor coordination skills of learners. Development procedures used; 1) analyzing the products that will be developed, 2) develop initial product, 3) expert validation, 4) field trial, 5) revision of the product, and the results of product development. Instruments used 1) the data capture pulse, (2) the questionnaire responses psychomotor, cognitive, affective learners with a questionnaire, (3) observation of the effectiveness of the basic techniques used in the product. The results of this study have been found (1) products games of basketball and football combination, (2) the effectiveness of the products games can increase physical activity of students, (3) the game of basketball and football combination can overcome the limitations of the allocation of instructional time available, (4) the complexity motor coordination skills. Conclusion The use of the products games of basketball and football combination in learning to give effect to the physical intensity, can cope with limited facilities and infrastructure, can overcome the limitations of the allocation of time learning and experience, coordination of complex motion. Suggestions for teachers in primary Penjasorkes can use this game at school, learning a great ball game.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk media pembelajaran berupa video animasi pembelajaran bola voli pada aspek pemahaman konsep keterampilan dasar dan keterampilan dasar yang dibutuhkan dalam permainan bola voli, mampu memecahkan masalah saat bertahan dan menyerang dalam permainan bola voli. dan mampu mencetak gol atau poin dalam bola voli. Sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 39 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah: analisis potensi masalah, desain produk, validasi ahli (validasi produk awal), revisi produk, pengujian kelompok kecil, pengujian kelompok besar. , produk akhir.Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 83.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan teknik modelling dan latihan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan senam aerobik dan senam lantai kelas 3 K-1 SMK Negeri 1 Temanggung pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.Dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik tes untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dan teknik non tes berupa lembar observasi melalui pengamatan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajarannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan melakukan dua tindakan dalam dua siklus. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui adanya peningkatan pada hasil belajar dan proses pembelajarannya. Dari kondisi awal ke siklus 1 terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 74,77 ke 78,83 atau meningkat sebesar 5,43 persen. Pada siklus dua yang merupakan siklus terakhir nilai rata-ratanya adalah 85,26 yang berarti meningkat sebesar 14,03 persen dari kondisi awal. Begitu pula pada proses pembelajarannya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada aktifitas dan kreatifitas siswa maupun guru. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknik modelling dan latihan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan senam aerobik dan senam lantai kelas 3 K-1 SMK Negeri 1 Temanggung pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of modeling and exercises techniques to improve aerobics and floor exercise in gymnastics on 3 K - 1 SMK Negeri 1 Temanggung in the 2nd of academic year 2012/2013 . data collected by using test techniques to determine student learning outcomes and non- test techniques by using observation sheets to determine the learning process. The research method used was Classroom Action Research to perform two actions in two cycle . The results of this research note that there were improvement in learning outcomes and learning processes. The first cycle increase students performance in the average value of 74.77 to 78.83 (5.43 %). In second cycle, the average value is 85.26 which means an increase of 14.03 % from the initial conditions . Similarly, the learning process showed an increase in activity and creativity of students and teachers . It can be concluded that the application of modeling techniques and exercises to improve aerobics and floor exercise in gymnastics on 3 K - 1 SMK Negeri 1 Temanggung in the 2nd of academic year 2012/2013

Abstract

The main problem of this research is the absence of parameters and evaluation tools on the physical fitness test of deaf students in extraordinary school(SLB). This research method uses a development method with procedural models and indicators used in TKJIT-03 including: (1) speed, (2) endurance of arm and shoulder muscles, (3) abdominal muscle strength, (4) leg muscle explosive power, and (5) heart endurance. Results: 1) 50 m sprint average 11.25 SD 3.50. 2) average push dynamometer 14.71 SD 6.77. 3) average dynamometer pull of 17.37 SD 8,20. 4) lie down sitting 60 seconds on average 18.33 SD 9.65. 5) vertical jumps averaged 33.5 SD 14.99 and 6) average 10.80 SD 4.61. The TKJIT-03 test is ideal for use in physical fitness tests for deaf children as well as evaluating learning fitness subjects in an SLB.

Abstract

This Research aimed to examine the effect of game implementation on improving motor skills and student learning motivation in PSHE learning in Seventh grade of 2nd semester student on SMPN 4 Lamongan.. This research used quantitative approach with research type of quasy experiment and using matching-only design. In this method the subject of research used two classes namely the seventh grade F, amounting to 28 students as an experimental group and the seventh grade I, amounting to 27 students as a control group. The data collection process was done by pretest and posttest stage using barrow motor ability test to measure motor ability and questionnaire to measure student’s learning motivation. The result of the research showed that there was a significant influence on the role of the game on the improvement of motor ability (7,56%) and there was a significant effect on the improvement of student’s learning motivation (8,28%) seen from t-test result. In addition there were differences in influence through the ANOVA test, as well as the role of the game was more influential than the control group in improving motor skills and student learning motivation. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that learning by applying the game more effectively to improve motor skills and student learning motivation in learning PSHE but still need further development in subsequent research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh pengulangan teknik permainan tradisional kasti terhadap peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak tunagrahita ringan SLB N Ungaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Pretest Posttest One Group Design. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji t. Populasi dan sampel adalah sampel acak dari anak tunagrahita ringan SLB N Ungaran yang berjumlah 7 anak. Semua sampel diberikan perlakuan pengulangan teknik permainan kasti. Hasil penelitian motorik kasar dengan uji t terdapat pengaruh dari rata-rata hasil penghitungan hipotesis anak tunagrahita ringan menggunakan tes berjalan 1.43 (pre-test) dan 2.57 (post-test), berlari 1.43 (pre-test) dan 2.57 (post-test), melempar 1.29 (pre-test) dan 2.71 (post-test), menangkap 1.43 (pre-test) dan 2.43 (post-test), memukul 1.29 (pre-test) dan 2.14 (post-test). Aspek yang tidak terdapat pengaruh yaitu melompat 1.71 (pre-test) dan 1.57 (post-test), meloncat 1.43 (pre-test) dan 1.29 (post-test), menendang 1.71 (pre-test) dan 1.29 (post-test). Selain setiap aspek, rata-rata pada keseluruhan tes motorik kasar terjadi peningkatan dengan rata-rata 1.44 (pre-test) dan 2.07 (post-test). Simpulan dalam penelitian adalah pengulangan teknik permainan kasti berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak tunagrahita ringan SLB N UngaranThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of the traditional game of rounders repetition techniques to increase gross motor skills of children SLB N Ungaran mild mental retardation. The method used in this study is the experimental method. This research is pretest posttest One Group Design. Methods of data analysis using the t test. Population and sample is a random sample of mild mental retardation children SLB N Ungaran totaling 7 children. All samples were given treatment repetition rounders game techniques.Gross motor research results with the t test there is the influence of the average results of a calculation using a mild mental retardation child hypothesis tests to run 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:57 (post-test), running 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:57 (post-test) , throws 1:29 (pre-test) and 2.71 (post-test), capturing 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:43 (post-test), hit 1:29 (pre-test) and 2:14 (post-test). Aspects that there is no influence, namely jumping 1.71 (pre-test) and 1:57 (post-test), jump 1:43 (pre-test) and 1:29 (post-test), kicking 1.71 (pre-test) and 1:29 (post-test) , In addition to every aspect of the average in the overall gross motor tests increased by an average of 1:44 (pre-test) and 2:07 (post-test). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan servis atas atlet bolavoli putra Mufakat Volly Club (MVC) Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam Mufakat Volly Club (MVC) adalah seluruh atlet Mufakat Volly Club (MVC) Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 24 atlet putra. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 atlet putra setelah menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes kekuatan otot lengan dengan menggunakan alat expanding dynamometer dan tes servis atas bolavoli. Data dianalisa berdasarkan teknik korelasi, teknik korelasi yang dipergunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:  terdapatnya hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan servis atas atlet putra bolavoli Mufakat Volly Club (MVC) Pekanbaru
