Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase performance softball UKM students with exercise ascending method and exercise 40% loads method. There is thirty-three students selected accordance will be conducted pretest to determine division of a group ascending, exercise 40% loads method  or the control group. Push up for 60 second to measure arm muscle strength level. Will be given exercise on 6 weeks for each group and treatment 3 times of a week. Test results paired sample t-test show a method of ascending significant influence on the variables strength of arm muscles, group of 40% loads methods significant influence on the variables strength of arm muscles. It can be concluded that  the exercise of ascending method and exercise of 40% loads methods effective to improve the components physical condition strength of arm muscles, this can happening because the duration less of exercise and high student activity, see the whole subject is a student of physical education who join on UKM softball UNESA.

Abstract

Ekstrakurikuler merupakan wadah bagi siswa dalam menyalurkan minat dan bakatnya diluar pelajaran akademik disekolah. Berbagai macam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler anatara lain bidang seni, kerohanian, kepemimpinan, jurnalistik dan tidak kalah populer dan hampir setiap sekolah ada adalah ekstrakurikuler bidang olahraga. Antuasias dan peminat ekstrakuler olahraga disekolah sangatlah luar biasa. Kondisi ini didukung dengan banyaknya kompetisi dan kejuaraan antar sekolah dibidang olahraga bahkan sampai pada level multi even yakni POPDA, O2SN, POPNAS, bahkan Kejurnas PPLP yang basis atletnya merupakan pelajar disekolah. Potensi yang timbul dari iklim kompetisi ini membuat keberadaan ekstrakurikuler disekolah sebagai lumbung atlet pelajar menjadi sangat sentral dan harus dikelola dengan baik, terarah serta berkesinambungan sebagai dasar pembinaan olahraga pelajar.Extracurricular is a place for students to channel their interests and talents beyond academic subjects in school. A wide variety of extracurricular activities among other fields of art, spirituality, leadership, journalism and no less popular and almost every school there are extracurricular sport. Enthusiastic and sports enthusiasts ekstrakuler school is remarkable. This condition is supported by the many competitions and championships between schools in the field of sports and even to the level of the multi event POPDA, O2SN, Popnas, even the base PPLP Championship athletes are students at school. Potential arising from this competitive climate makes the existence of extracurricular school as the granary of student athletes being very central and must be properly managed, focused and sustainable as basic sports coaching students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare: (1) the effect of circuit training game and circuit ladder drill for the agility; (2) the effect of circuit training game and circuit ladder drill on speed; (3) the difference effect of circuit training game and circuit ladder drill for the speed (4) the difference effect of circuit training game and circuit ladder drill on agility. The type of this research was quantitative with quasi-experimental methods. The design of this research was Factorial Design, with analysing data using ANOVA. The process of data collection was done by using 30 meters sprint speed test and shuttle run test during the pretest and posttest. Furthermore, the data was analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 series. Result: The circuit training game exercise program and circuit ladder drill were significant to increase agility and speed (sig 0.000 ? = 0.005) Group I, II, III had significant differences (sig 0.000 ? = 0.005). The mean of increase in speed of group I = 0.20 seconds, group II = 0.31 seconds, and group III = 0.11 seconds. The average increase agility to group I = 0.34 seconds group II = 0.60 seconds, group III = 0.13 seconds. Based on the analysis above, it could be concluded that there was an increase in the speed and agility of each group after being given a training.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk yang berupa pengembangan media pembelajaran dribble Bolabasket menggunakan job card melalui pendekatan scientific yang sesuai sebagai media pembelajaran gerak peserta didik kelas VII SMP. Adapun prosedur penelitian  pengembangan produk yaitu; 1) melakukan analisis kebutuhan yang akan dikembangkan yang didapat dari hasil kajian pustaka, observasi dan wawancara, 2) mengembangkan draf produk awal 3) validasi ahli (satu ahli Bolabasket dan satu ahli pembelajaran penjasorkes SMP), 4) perbaikan draf produk awal, 5) uji coba skala kecil (20 siswa), 6) revisi produk pertama, revisi produk berdasarkan hasil dari evaluasi ahli dan uji coba skala kecil 7) uji coba lapangan (32 siswa), 8) revisi produk akhir yang dilakukan berdasarkan hasil uji coba lapangan, 9) hasil akhir berupa pengembangan media pembelajaran dribble Bolabasket menggunakan job card melalui pendekatan scientific pada pembelajaran penjasorkes bagi siswa kelas VII SMP. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh data evaluasi ahli Bolabasket 88,89%, ahli pembelajaran penjasorkes 91,30%, sehingga didapat rata-rata persentase sebesar 90,09% sehingga memenuhi kriteria “sangat baik”. Sedangkan data uji coba skala kecil didapat persentase 81,06% dan uji coba lapangan 86,37%, sehingga memenuhi kriteria “baik”. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dribble Bolabasket menggunakan job card melalui pendekatan scientific dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran gerak peserta didik kelas VII SMP .__________________________________________________________________The purpose of this research is to produce  a development of learning media of dribble Basketball  using job card through the appropriate scientific approach as a learning media motion for seventh grade students of SMP. The procedure of research development was ; 1) conduct a needs analysis which will be developed that are obtained from the literature review, observation and interview, 2) develop a draft  product, 3) validation experts (one Basketball expert and one sport and physical education and health expert), 4) improvement of the draft initial product, 5) try out the field by a small group (20 students), 6) the first product revision, revision of the product based on the results of expert evaluation and testing of small scale  7) try out the field (32 students), 8) revision of the final product is done based on the results of field trials, 9) final result is a development of learning media of dribble Basketball using learning media job card through scientific approach at learning sport and physical education and health for seventh grade students of SMP. From this research, the result of Basketball expert evaluation data 88.89%, 91.30% of  learning sport and physical education and health expert, and get an average percentage of 90.09% so that it meets the criteria of "very good". While small-scale trial data obtained a percentage of 81.06% and 86.37% field trials, so that it meets the criteria of "good". From these data can conclude that learning of dribble Bolabasket using job card through a scientific approach can be used as a learning medium motion seventh grade students of SMP.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the handball shooting skills training model to improve the shooting skills of novice athletes. The research design in this study was the one group control pretest-posttest. The research has been carried out in several handball sports clubs in Palembang, South Sumatera. Based on the results of the test of the effectiveness of the application of the handball shooting skills training model that has been carried out, the N-Gain Score test results obtained on the results of the shooting skills obtained by an average N-Gain Score for the experimental class of 86.88% with the "effective" category, the value N-Gain Score at least 68% and maximum N-Gain Score of 100%. Meanwhile, the average N-Gain Score for the control class is 25.63% with the "ineffective" category, the minimum N-Gain Score is 8.33% and the maximum N-Gain Score is 53.85%, so it can be concluded that the application of the development model is proven. Effective so as to improve the shooting skills of novice athletes. So thus from the results of this study it is recommended to teachers, coaches and novice athletes to be able to use the product training model that has been developed

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The difference between the effects of training methods and the gradual striking distance striking distance remains as to the accuracy of hitting the ball Softball. 2) The difference in accuracy influence Softball hitting the ball between the athletes who have a good kinesthetic perception, kinesthetic perception was, and kinesthetic perception less. 3) The effect of interaction between training methods with kinesthetic perception as to the accuracy of hitting the ball Softball. This study used an experimental method with 2x3 factorial design. The results of this study were: 1) There is a significant difference between the gradual striking distance training methods and training methods remain striking distance of the ability to hit a softball with the result of the acquisition value p-value = 0.027 smaller than 0.05. 2) There is a significant difference between athletes who have a kinesthetic perception of good, moderate, lacking the ability to hit a softball with the result of the acquisition value p-value = 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. 3) There is an interaction between striking distance training methods and kinesthetic perception of the ability to hit a softball with the result of the acquisition value p-value = 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05 The conclusion of this study were: 1) Gradually striking distance training methods have a better effect than the fixed striking distance training methods. 2) Athletes who have less kinesthetic perception has better results than the athletes who have good kinesthetic perception and being. 3) There is an interaction between striking distance training methods and kinesthetic perception of the ability to hit a softball.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis modal sosial (social capital) KONI Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah yang berpotensi menunjang pelaksanaan Pasal 40 UU No. 3 tahun 2005 tentang Sistem Keolahragaan Nasional (SKN), menganalisis strategi yang relevan dalam mendayagunakan energi sosial KONI Kabupaten/Kota di wilayah Jawa Tengah, dan merancang model KONI yang diharapkan menjadi solusi mengatasi persoalan pelaksanaan Pasal 40 UU SKN tersebut. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan bertumpu pada upaya learning from the people sebagai cara memahami realitas yang menggerakkan modal sosial komunitas KONI. Cara kerja dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengikuti tata aturan penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tindakan-tindakan warga masyarakat KONI sesungguhnya berada dalam ranah modal sosial KONI. Dengan karakteristik tersebut, KONI sebagai modal sosial merupakan sebuah kebutuhan bagi terciptanya kerja sama yang produktif dalam suatu masyarakat, kelompok, komunitas, ataupun suatu asosiasi. Keberadaan Pasal 40 UU No. 3 tahun 2005 dimungkinkan akan memengaruhi karakteristik KONI sebagai modal sosial. “Model Organisasi KONI” sebagai organisasi masyarakat di bidang olahraga dirancang dalam lima elemen utama yang mendukung pemberdayaan KONI guna memperkuat masyarakat olahraga. Lima elemen tersebut adalah: (1) kerakyatan sebagai ideologi; (2) pembebasan sebagai tujuan; (3) pemberdayaan sebagai fungsi; (4) keadilan sosial sebagai kebijakan yang diagendakan; dan (5) diskresi sebagai metode.This study aims to analyze the social capital of KONI in regency/city level in Central Java which potentially support the implementation of the policy in Article 40 of the Law number 3/2005 about the National Sport System, to analyze the relevant strategy to empower the social energy of KONI, and to design the most appropriate model of KONI as the alternative to solve the problem of Article 40 implementation. The procedure used in this research is based on qualitative approach and the idea of learning from people. This procedure is a tool to understand the reality which moves the social capital of the KONI society. The result describes that the action of KONI society is in the aspect of social capital. KONI as the social capital is a need for the development of the productive cooperation in the society. The existence of the Article 40 might influence the characteristics of KONI as the social capital. The model of KONI as an organization in sport should be built in five potential elements: (1) democracy as an ideology, (2) freedom as a purpose, (3) empowerment as a function, (4) social justice as policy, and (5) discretion as a method.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the open space index and the human resource index especially in the field of sports education in terms of the Sport Development Index. This research uses a survey method through a quantitative approach. The research location is in the City of Pekalongan with the research target as West Pekalongan District, North Pekalongan District and East Pekalongan District, and South Pekalongan District. The sampling technique uses total sampling and purposive sampling. The instrument of data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation. Data collection includes the amount of open space, the total population, the number of physical education teachers from elementary school through high school. Then analyzed using the Sport Development Index of aspects of open space and human resources in order to get conclusions from existing phenomena. The results of the study: 1) the index of physical education human resources is 0.0016 with a low category, 2) the index of outdoor sports is 0.512 with the middle category. The conclusions in this study are the availability of open space and sport human resources, especially in the education sector of Pekalongan City, respectively in the middle and low categories. Suggestions given by researchers are for the government of Pekalongan City to make a program regarding the development and improvement of the quality and quantity of sporting open spaces, sports infrastructure, and human resources, while for the people of Pekalongan City they should use sporting open spaces wisely, responsibly, inviting others to exercise and supporting government programs and adding more self-quality to better human resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki atau meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran lay-up bola basket di SMA Negeri 12 Jakarta kelas X,  pada bulan Februari 2010, dilaksanakan sebanyak 4 (empat) kali pertemuan, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) dengan gaya mengajar latihan, penelitian ini menggunakan dua tahapan siklus. Pada tahap pertama mengidentifikasi dan memberikan konsep pembelajaran lay-up bola basket melalui gaya mengajar latihan. Siklus ke dua yaitu pemilihan gaya mengajar latihan yang diarahkan pada aktifitas gerak pembelajaran lay-up bola basket dan efektifitas kebenaran teknik sesuai dengan teori, Standar ketuntasan belajar yang ditetapkan oleh SMA Negeri 12 Jakarta untuk mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani adalah 60. Perubahan atau peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran lay-up bola basket dengan gaya mengajar latihan terjadi pada saat Final Test. Data yang ada pada nilai test awal lay-up bola basket sebesar 27,5% atau sebanyak 11 siswa dan nilai test akhirnya 100 % maka pembelajaran dengan materi lay-up bola basket dengan gaya mengajar latihan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 72,5%. Jadi hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, gaya mengajar latihan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar lay-up bola basket di SMA Negeri 12 Jakarta This study aims to correct or improve the learning outcomes of students in basketball a lay-up at SMAN 12 (Senior High School) Jakarta class X in February 2010, held as many as four (4) meetings, the research method used is the method of action research in the style of teaching practice. In practice, this study uses two stages of the cycle. In the first cycle are identifying and providing learning concept lay-up basketball through the practice teaching styles. Cycle to two, the choice of practice teaching style aimed at learning the motion activity lay-up basketball and effectiveness of the technique in accordance with the theory. Mastery learning standards set by the SMAN 12 (Senior High School) Jakarta for physical education subjects is 60. Alteration or improvement of student learning outcomes in learning the lay-up basketball with the teaching style of practice occurs during the Final Test. Existing data on the value of the initial test basketball lay-ups by 27.5% or as many as 11 students and test scores finally 100% then learning the material lay-up basketball with the teaching style of practice increased by 72.5%. So it can be concluded that the results of research, teaching style of practice can improve learning outcomes lay-up basketball at SMAN 12 Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to see if the two-saddle mold device could be used asa means of training an athlete in overcoming the difficulty of mastering a sirkel movement on the saddle. The study method used samples as many as 16 athletes, 2 gymnasts and 2 equipment experts. Research came up with the prototype two-saddle fungus. Gymnasts claim that 90% of saddle mushroom instruments can be used as a training tool, equipment experts claim that mushrooms are safe for athlete training, and as many as 16 claim that moldings can be used for circular motion exercises. The conclusion can be drawn that an athlete's two-saddle mushroom instrument was effectively constructed for the training of sirkel movements using a saddle horse as well as for the limitations of both the means and the gymnast equipment in central Java.
