This research focused on the development of media in learning by using adobe flash player. This study was research and development form. This product contains material on futsal basic technique practice. Media development was using Adobe Flash CS6 Professional software. The materials presented were (1) Basic futsal technique (2) brief futsal (3) futsal rules (4) field size, line, goal and futsal ball. Based on the stages adapted from the development model of Borg and Gall then obtained the following results: Assessment and validation of the material experts showed that the medium of learning both with a mean value of 3.87. Assessment and validation of media experts showed that the medium of learning both with the average value 4. The results of small group trials showed very good result that is average 4.42. The results of large group trials showed excellent results with a mean of 4.55. In operational test and product effectiveness, pre test and post test of 2 groups were applied. The first group was given media influence, and the second group was control group. Operational test results pretest value was 73.92, so it was included in enough category, and the average posttest value was 58.25 that included in enough category. The effectiveness test showed that the interactive learning media had significant effectiveness with t-count value> t-table that was 123,922> 1,70329 and p-value (significance) 0.000 <0,05 meaning that the media was effective. As the final conclusion stated that the product proved effective. For the posttest average value of 58.25seconds was included in enough category. As the final conclusion, this product was proven effective.

The purposes of this research were to analyze (1) the effect of wave squat to increase leg muscle strength; (2) the effect of double leg hop progression towards an increase in leg muscle strength; (3) the effect of leg press exercise to increase leg muscle strength; (4) the effects of exercise sitting calf to the power of leg muscles; (5) different effects of leg press and sitting calf to increase leg strength; (6) different effects of wave squat and double-leg hop progression to the increase of the leg power. The type of research was quantitative with quasi-experimental methods. The research design was matching only design and data analysis was using Anova. The data retrieval process performed by leg power jump test DF and leg muscle power, back and leg dynamometer were used during the pretest and posttest. Furthermore, the outcome data was analyzed using SPSS 16.0 series. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the wave squat compared to double leg hop workout progression in leg muscle strength; with the Sig. 0,000 less than 0.05 (p <0.05). whereas for leg power there was a significant difference between the leg press exercise when compared with calf sitting exercises to improve leg power proved; with the Sig. 0,000 less than 0.05 (p <0.05) From the t-test result, there was an increase in leg muscle strength and power in each group after being given training.

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The difference between the effects of training methods and the gradual striking distance striking distance remains as to the accuracy of hitting the ball Softball. 2) The difference in accuracy influence Softball hitting the ball between the athletes who have a good kinesthetic perception, kinesthetic perception was, and kinesthetic perception less. 3) The effect of interaction between training methods with kinesthetic perception as to the accuracy of hitting the ball Softball. This study used an experimental method with 2x3 factorial design. The results of this study were: 1) There is a significant difference between the gradual striking distance training methods and training methods remain striking distance of the ability to hit a softball with the result of the acquisition value p-value = 0.027 smaller than 0.05. 2) There is a significant difference between athletes who have a kinesthetic perception of good, moderate, lacking the ability to hit a softball with the result of the acquisition value p-value = 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. 3) There is an interaction between striking distance training methods and kinesthetic perception of the ability to hit a softball with the result of the acquisition value p-value = 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05 The conclusion of this study were: 1) Gradually striking distance training methods have a better effect than the fixed striking distance training methods. 2) Athletes who have less kinesthetic perception has better results than the athletes who have good kinesthetic perception and being. 3) There is an interaction between striking distance training methods and kinesthetic perception of the ability to hit a softball.

The purpose of this study was: (1) to analyze the effect of creatine monohydrate to give strength after doing physical exercise with maximum intensity, towards endurance after doing physical exercise with maximum intensity, (2) to analyze the effect of non creatine monohydrate to give strength after doing physical exercise with maximum intensity, towards endurance after doing physical exercise with maximum intensity, (3) to analyze the results of the difference by administering creatine and non creatine on strength and endurance after exercise with maximum intensity. This type of research used in this research was quantitative with quasi experimental research methods. The design of this study was using pretest and posttest control group design, and data analysis was using a paired sample t-test. The process of data collection was done with the test leg muscle strength using a strength test with back and leg dynamometer, sit ups test with 1 minute sit ups, push ups test with push ups and 30 seconds with a VO2max test cosmed quart CPET during the pretest and posttest. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 series. The results showed: (1) There was the influence of creatine administration against the strength after doing exercise with maximum intensity; (2) There was the influence of creatine administration against the group endurance after doing exercise with maximum intensity; (3) There was the influence of non creatine against the force after exercise maximum intensity; (4) There was the influence of non creatine against the group after endurance exercise maximum intensity; (5) The significant difference with the provision of non creatine and creatine from creatine group difference delta at higher against the increased strength and endurance after exercise maximum intensity. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that the increased strength and durability for each of the groups after being given a workout.

This research is descriptif kuantitatif with content analysis technic. The sample is 2 electronic book school PE for 2nd grade of primary school. The instrument is used in this research is the instrument of the text book. Based on the research that was done, it was shown that the feasibility content of the 1st electronic book school of PE (by Deni Kurniadi, Suro Prapanca) got score 155 which is in suitable criteria, 2nd book (by Pramono) got score 164 which is in criteria meanwhile the feasibility content 1st book got score 127 wihich in suitable and the 2nd got score 143 in very suitable.

The purpose of this study was to compare: (1) the effect of circuit training game and circuit ladder drill for the agility; (2) the effect of circuit training game and circuit ladder drill on speed; (3) the difference effect of circuit training game and circuit ladder drill for the speed (4) the difference effect of circuit training game and circuit ladder drill on agility. The type of this research was quantitative with quasi-experimental methods. The design of this research was Factorial Design, with analysing data using ANOVA. The process of data collection was done by using 30 meters sprint speed test and shuttle run test during the pretest and posttest. Furthermore, the data was analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 series. Result: The circuit training game exercise program and circuit ladder drill were significant to increase agility and speed (sig 0.000 < ? = 0.005) Group I, II, III had significant differences (sig 0.000 < ? = 0.005). The mean of increase in speed of group I = 0.20 seconds, group II = 0.31 seconds, and group III = 0.11 seconds. The average increase agility to group I = 0.34 seconds group II = 0.60 seconds, group III = 0.13 seconds. Based on the analysis above, it could be concluded that there was an increase in the speed and agility of each group after being given a training.

This research aims to develop and validation games to develop character in the students Football School under 12 years age group. This study was conducted using R and D. This study produced a product in the form of games related to the process of training, but can be used to develop the students character. Games that resulted from this research given the name Tsu Chu Kid Futbol Games For Character Development. Games have the flexible nature can be placed at the warm-up, core, and cooling at a football training process. The game must have at least two training purposes with the provisions of the first objective should be able to develop the character, and the second objective can develop one component among the components of the physical, technical, or tactics.

This Research aimed to examine the effect of game implementation on improving motor skills and student learning motivation in PSHE learning in Seventh grade of 2nd semester student on SMPN 4 Lamongan.. This research used quantitative approach with research type of quasy experiment and using matching-only design. In this method the subject of research used two classes namely the seventh grade F, amounting to 28 students as an experimental group and the seventh grade I, amounting to 27 students as a control group. The data collection process was done by pretest and posttest stage using barrow motor ability test to measure motor ability and questionnaire to measure students learning motivation. The result of the research showed that there was a significant influence on the role of the game on the improvement of motor ability (7,56%) and there was a significant effect on the improvement of students learning motivation (8,28%) seen from t-test result. In addition there were differences in influence through the ANOVA test, as well as the role of the game was more influential than the control group in improving motor skills and student learning motivation. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that learning by applying the game more effectively to improve motor skills and student learning motivation in learning PSHE but still need further development in subsequent research.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the difference between the effectiveness of Thai and Sports massage against the decrease of lactic acid and blood glucose. The research was experimental laboratoris. The results showed the initial data retrieval on lactic acid level in treatment and control group ranged between between 1.30-3.40 mmol/l of lactate. Then on lactic acid level after activities on Sport massage group was 6.01 mmol/l, whereas the thai massage group was 5.72 mmol/l, and control group was 5.18 mmol/l. whereas in lactic acid levels after 5 minutes of physical activity on a group of sport massage namely 8.36 mmol/l , a group of thai massage 7.26 mmol/l, and the control group 5.83 mmol/l. lactic acid levels and then 10 minutes of physical activity on the group after group of sport massage namely 3.81 mmol/l, a group of thai massage 4.11 mmol/l, and the control group 4.62 mmol/l. While on initial data retrieval on the blood glucose levels between 75 91 mg/dL. then in blood glucose levels after activities on a group of sport massage namely 93.50 mg/dL, while the Group of thai massage 96.12 mg/dL, and the control group 88.75 mg/dL. While in blood glucose levels after 5 minutes of physical activity on a group of sport massage i.e. namely 89.75 mg/dL, a group of thai. massage 88.25 mg/dL and a control group of 88 mg/dL. Then blood glucose after 10 minutes of physical activity on the group the Group of sport massage i.e. namely 81.12 mg/dL, a group of thai massage 83.12 mg/dL, and the control group 85.00 mg/dL. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that there is a decrease in the levels of blood glucose and lactic acid for each experimental and control groups group after being given the treatment of Thai Massage and Sports Massage.
