Abstract

Kelompok Kopi “Maharadja Kalibaroe” dan Kelompok Kopi “Makmur Jaya” berlokasi di Desa Kebonrejo, Kecamatan Kalibaru, Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang merupakan salah satu desa penyangga Taman Nasional Meru Betiri (TNMB). Tujuan kegiatan Doktor Mengabdi (DM) adalah meningkatan kemampuan dan efisiensi proses produksi kopi wine dengan implementasi alih teknologi tepat guna serta penguatan manajemen kelembagaan. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah brainstorming dan FGD, bimtek dan pendampingan, fasilitasi dan diseminasi alih teknologi produksi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan diantaranya diskusi solusi dan strategi bersama, memberikan inovasi resep produksi kopi dan desain label kemasan, pengelolaan usaha, penyampaian standar GMP dan penyusunan SOP, serta transfer teknologi produksi. Secara umum, kegiatan berjalan lancar dan telah memberikan dampak positif pada mitra kelompok kopi.

Abstract

Produk sabun dapat diperoleh dari reaksi hidrolisis asam lemak dengan basa (alkali). Salah satu sumber asam lemak yang biasa ditemukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari adalah minyak goreng. Sisa minyak goreng bekas ada kecenderungan dibuang langsung ke lingkungan sekitar dan hal ini bisa menjadi limbah ke lingkungan sekitar. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi siswa sebagai agen transfer edukasi pada masyarakat tentang bahaya penggunaan minyak goreng secara berulang dan membantu memberikan solusi agar minyak jelantah dapat digunakan kembali dalam berbagai kondisi, termasuk pembuatan sabun cuci padat. Pengolahan limbah minyak jelantah menjadi sabun padat dilakukan kepada siswa/i kelas XI dan XII MIPA SMAN 9 Malang sebagai bentuk edukasi dalam mengurangi dampak buruk limbah minyak jelantah bagi lingkungan dan kesehatan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan, lebih dari 82% siswa/i SMAN 9 Malang memahami dan menerima materi pembuatan sabun padat berbahan dasar minyak jelantah dengan baik.

Abstract

Hutan Pelawan yang berlokasi di Desa Namang, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung memiliki potensi yang sangat besar sebagai hutan kehayati yang juga dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai sarana wisata edukasi dan sebagainya. Salah satu andalan dan daya Tarik hutan ini adalah wisata menghisap madu secara langsung dari sarang lebah. Sayangnya, lokasi dan fasilitas yang ada sebelumnya sangat tidak kondusif. Selain itu, produk madu yang dimiliki hanya memiliki varian madu botol ukuran 300 ml yang pemasarannya masih belum maksimal. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, tim pelaksana melakukan perancangan dan pembuatan zona hisap madu untuk meningkatkan daya Tarik pengunjung. Selain itu, tim pelaksana juga membuat rancangan dan prototype madu sachet Pelawan sebagai upaya diversifikasi produk dan memperluas target pasar madu Pelawan.

Abstract

Administration is a fundamental need of society. The implementation is still not practical and simple results in a domino effect that can have an impact on other sectors such as the economy. The demographic condition of Krisik Village shows that time inefficiency will result in a lot of losses. Moreover, the absorption of existing village funds shows that the use of paper for administration is still very large which is not in accordance with the 13th point of the Sustainable Development Goals, coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic which has exacerbated the situation with the imposition of various restrictions on sectors in society. Krisik Village needs a solution to facilitate the administrative process in terms of distribution delivery and management in order to create a flexible and efficient system. Thus Smart Village, an application that can accommodate administrative processes at the village level using the Android system, become a solution.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of raw material control and internal support according to COSO and COSO modifications for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The object under study is the Nusantara Corn Chips SMEs. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with the type of case study. Based on observations, it is known that the internal control of raw materials and supporting ingredients for Nusantara corn chips is still very simple. Based on the survey, it shows that in the control of raw and supporting materials at Emping Jagung Nusantara, there are 10 principles that are appropriate and 7 that are not in accordance with the COSO internal control components. In accordance with this, there are several principles that are not relevant for MSMEs, such as the absence of a board or audit committee as a supervisor for MSMEs Emping Jagung Nusantara. The above basis is irrelevant and takes into account the principles of cost and benefit, the principles of COSO, so that COSO internal controls are formed for MSMEs.

Abstract

The phenomenon of sexual violence and bullying that occurs on campus is often carried out by educated people, both fellow students, lecturers and education staff. With the increase in sexual violence that occurs in tertiary institutions, it will directly or indirectly have an impact on the less than optimal implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education and reduce the quality of higher education. University of Brawijaya established Unit Layanan Terpadu Kekerasan Seksual dan Perundungan (ULTKSP), a unit that functions as an integrated service provider for victims of Sexual Violence and/or Bullying which is managed by University of Brawijaya and carried out by the Faculty, Postgraduate and Study Programs Outside the Main Campus.  The strategy used to handle victims of sexual violence and/or bullying, namely services; Inspection; Protection; Recovery; Accompaniment; Prosecution of Perpetrators and Supervision.

Abstract

Organization goals are future conditions that will be achieved by the organization. Preparing organizational goals is the responsibility of individuals and groups within the organization so it requires appropriate techniques that are carried out formally and effectively. This community service activity was held in order to improve students' abilities and skills in formulating organizational goals appropriately. Apart from that, this activity also aims to provide an understanding of human relations in relation to conflict as an obstacle to achieving organizational goals. This community service activity was carried out in two stages, namely a survey and analysis related to the process of preparing organizational goals carried out by students and the second stage was training in preparing organizational goals and implementing human relations as a strategy that supports the achievement of organizational goals.Keywords: organization goals, human relations, conflicts in organization

Abstract

Effective and sustainable waste management is a crucial issue to maintain the welfare of society and the environment. A comprehensive approach to waste management involves three main pillars such as waste sorting, recycling and technology-based waste management. Waste management aims to maximize the value of waste by converting it into recyclable materials. The waste that is the focus of this activity is household waste and agricultural straw waste. The forms of community service carried out include socializing waste processing, forming work teams and assisting with the waste management process. The results of this activity are increased public knowledge regarding waste management, the formation of a team responsible for waste management, and waste processing products that can be utilized, namely compost and biodegradable pots. The benefit of the activity is reducing the impact of environmental waste into recycled goods to create a cleaner and healthier environment. The next suggestion is to increase cooperation between the village government and the Environmental Service to maximize the program.

Abstract

Desa Saptorenggo masih dihadapkan persoalan rendahnya jangkauan akses layanan pendidikan dan kesehatan. Dengan berfokus pada aspek pembiayaan, kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan kepada perangkat Desa Saptorenggo dalam: i) peningkatan ketepatan penentuan prioritas program yang dibiayai melalui APBDes; dan ii) peningkatan kemampuan memperoleh sumber pembiayaan alternatif yang berasal dari Dana Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Dana Sosial. Untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan, peneliti menggunakan metode participatory rural appraisal (PRA). Dalam kegiatan ini, peningkatan ketepatan penentuan prioritas program pendidikan dan kesehatan melalui APBDes dilakukan dengan memetakan program yang selaras dengan fokus pembangunan nasional (cross-cutting issues) dan pemutakhiran basis data kependudukan yang dijadikan sebagai dasar penentuan kelompok penerima manfaat. Sedangkan, peningkatan kemampuan memperoleh sumber pembiayaan alternatif dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi program pendidikan dan kesehatan yang sesuai dengan kepentingan perusahaan dan NGO.

Abstract

Red ginger is a rhizome plant that has the benefit of increasing the body's immune system. BUMDesma Sari Bumi, located in Pule Village, Trenggalek Regency, focuses on processing fresh red ginger into dry simplisia. This is done to extend the shelf life of red ginger. The problem encountered so far is the accumulation of subgrade red ginger in the BUMDesma Sari Bumi warehouse. The solution offered to increase the selling value of subgrade red ginger is to diversify the product into red ginger drink premix powder. The premix powdered beverage product consists of two variants namely red ginger coffee and red ginger chocolate. The approach taken in the empowerment activities of BUMDesma Sari Bumi is Participatory Rural Appraisal which emphasizes direct community involvement as subjects and objects as well as overall activities. Activities carried out include module preparation, training and mentoring on how to make Pemix beverage products, and product manufacturing demonstrations. The resulting assistance activity is a red ginger premix product that has obtained a P-IRT number so that it can increase the selling value of subgrade simplistic.
