Abstract

The aims of this study are : 1) to determine and analyze the accounting system of public services agency at Anuntaloko Public Hospital in Parigi Moutong; 2) to determine and analyze financial statement of public services agency at Anuntaloko Public Hospital in Parigi Moutong; 3) to determine inhibing and enabling factors ot accounting system of public services agency at Anuntaloko Public Hospital in Parigi Moutong. Type of this study is descriptive qualitative. The result concludes that : 1) the accounting system of public services agency at Anuntaloko Public Hospital in Parigi Moutong is not based on the accounting cycle; 2) financial reporting in Anuntaloko Hospitel has been prepared on the accrual basis in accordance with Government Regulation No. 71 of 2010 while report o9n the financial statements based on SAK still need to be addressed based on the acconting policies of BLUD; 3) enabling factors include supporting facilities and work environment, guidelines or rules on working procedures governing the financial management mechanism of BLUDs, funding programs, as well as the development of technology and information to inprove employee performance, While inhibiting factors include the quality of human resources that is not optimal, lack of commitment and leaders’ direction on the importance of accounting data, inadequate financial operating system (software), and the performance of internal auditor unit has not yet optimal.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on work satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The study was undertaken in Matahari Department Store in Palu with 163 samples. Data collection methods include interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique is Path Analysis. The result shows that transformational leadership has significant influence both on work satisfaction and OCB; transformational leadership has indirect influence on OCB while work satisfaction has significant influence on OCB.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the aid program Business Group (KUBE) in Palu as well as obstacles in the face. That in the review based on the model size by looking at the effectiveness of Duncan there are three criteria: 1). Goals, 2). Integration, and 3). Adaptation. Basic and type of research that is used is qualitative descriptive with informants purposive decision. Types and Sources of data gained through primary data and secondary data, where the data sources it is the people who did really understand about this program. By using the techniques of data collection 1). Observation, 2). Interviews, 3). Study Library, 4). Documentation. And methods of data analysis are addressed by Miles and Huberman, namely: 1). Data reduction, 2). Presentation of Data / Data Display, 3). Withdrawal / Verification conclusion. The results showed that in the implementation of Kube were carried in Palu has not run Effective and maximum, in view of the criteria put forward by Duncan that the first process of Achievement has not shown the desired results, due to obstructed its budget received by implementer in this case the Social Service Palu, so that at the time of his becoming obstructed, and Goals for this help researchers feel right on target because it does not follow the rules, and there are others who do not have links with Kube have contributed to intervene in selecting targets and want to capitalize right this assistance, both on Integration in which the government its self does not disseminate it in the draw after researchers conducted a search to village Lere and to the beneficiary communities say for this program in 2016 did not exist in doing socialization and contradictory with what was said by the social services themselves that their dissemination in the region but only once.

Abstract

The purpose of this research 1). To find out the mix consisting of products, prices, and places simultaneously has a significant effect on consumers’decisions to use the services of CV.Catering Rezeki in Palu. 2) to find out which variables have partially dominant influence on consumer decisions to use services of CV.Catering Rezeki in Palu. This research is a descriptive-verification study to describe the results of the data obtained by involving 60 respondents with a population of all consumers who use the services of CV.Catering Rezeki in Palu. Data collection techniques using the estimation method and interpretation of the results then the ideal and respresetative sample size is dependent on the number of variables multiplied by 15 to 20. The minimum sample for this study which has 4 independent variables is 4 x 15 = 60 people. Data processing using the statiscal product and service solution program (spss 19.0), after doing a statistical test using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the study show 1). Marketing mix consisting of products, prince, promosion and place simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer decisions using CV.Catering Rezeki in Palu services 2). Product variabels that have a dominant influence persistently on the decision to use CV.Catering services in Palu.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effects of non perfoming loan, operation cost of operation income and net interest margin on profit growth. Data have been collected from financial report of general banking companies which are registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange within period of five years (2007-2011). Sample of this research cover 10 general banks that have been selected using pourposive sampling technique. This study employs multiple linear regression to test proposal hypotheses. The results show that non performing loan, operation cost of operation income and net interest margin simultaneously perform significant effects on profit growth. Partially, non performing loan, and operation cost of operation income perform negative and significant effects on profit growth, meanwhile net interest margin performs positive and significant effect on profit growth. Based on the result of multiple linear regression, it indicates that profit growth is affected by 56,8% of those three variables, and 43,2% is affected by other factors which are not investigated in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of competency and compensation on discipline of officials in The Rectorate Office of Tadulako University. Population consists of 188 officials who were all selected as respondents. Method of study is causal descriptive with multiple linear regressions analysis. The result shows that competency and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on discipline of official in The Rectorate Office of Tadulako University with Adjusted R-Square value of 0.450 or 45%, which defines the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable while the remaining is influenced by other variables that are not studied, on F-value of 75.728 with α=0,05 or α<0,05 sig. F=0,000. Partially, competency has a positive and significant influence on discipline of officials in The Rectorate Office of Tadulako University with regression coefficient of 0.183 on sig. T of 0.000 with value α<0,05 with a confidence level of 95%; compensation has a positive and significant influence on discipline of officials in The Rectorate Office of Tadulako University with regression coefficient of 0.312 on sig. T of 0.000 with value α<0,05 with a confidence level of 95%.

Abstract

The study intends to determine and analyze the average difference of stock price and abnormal return before and after dividend announcement in manufacture industry on Indonesia stock exchange in the period of 2012-2016. Secondary data is used with event study method, in this case is the announcement of dividend share. Population consist of 128 companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange in 2012-2016. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling to select 10 companies as sample. Data analysis technique is paired sample t-test with 10 observation days; 5 days before and 5 days after the dividend announcement date. The test results indicate that there is no significant difference between the average stock price and abnormal return before and after dividend is announced.

Abstract

This Study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, human resource development and work discipline on employee’s performance at Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise Office of Parigi Moutong Regency. Data was collected through quitionnaire. The result of the study shows that it is valid and reliable. Sample of the study was the entire of employees which amounted to 30 people. Sample is selected by using probability sampling method and then selcted through (validity test) and (reliability test) method. These tests used computer software of IBM SPSS statistical version 2012 program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of the ability of research and development (R&D) and human capital on the innovation’s ability in Furniture Business in Morowali. This is quantitative research and the sampling technique applied in this study is purposive sampling with number of sample are 60 respondents with consideration based on the characteristics of respondents namely a minimum operational experience of 1 year and representation of each district. The results of this study indicate that the ability of Research and Development (R&D) and Human Capital Simultaneously and Partially significantly influences the innovation’s ability in Furniture Business in Morowali.
