Abstract

Gojek, an online transportation service provider, is a social-spirited company that is leading the revolution in the ojek transportation industry. Gojek partners with experienced ojek riders to be the main solution in shipping goods, ordering food delivery, shopping and traveling in a traffic jam. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of: Driver Performance on Customer Satisfaction, Effect of Application Facilities on Customer Satisfaction and Effect of Driver Performance and Application Facilities on Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research. The research population is Gojek customers in Malang City. The number of samples used was determined by the Proportional Random Sampling technique. Data analysis using the path analysis method (Path Analysis). The results showed that there was a significant influence between the performance of the driver on customer satisfaction Gojek; There is a significant influence between facilities  on customer satisfaction  Gojek; There is a significant influence between driver performance and facilities simultaneously on customer satisfaction) Gojek; There is a significant influence between driver performance on customer loyalty Gojek; The existence of insignificant influence between facilities on customer loyalty Gojek; There is a significant influence between satisfaction on customer loyalty Gojek; and the existence of significant influence between the effect of driver performance, facilities, and satisfaction simultaneously on Gojek customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present a conceptual model between Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Behavioral Intention and Actual Usage. Based on theoretical and empirical study about Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Behavioral Intention and Actual Usage, this study explain the constructs and the proposition that are used as a basis in constructing conceptual models. Based on previous studies, the authors develop a proposition where a Mobile Payment service will be more likely to adopt by the Mobile Payment service. Thus, further studies are expected to discuss the variables in this study, as well as develop estimates of other variables that can influence or increase by the variables that have been discussed.

Abstract

The Accelerated of Value Added Tax Restitution is Indonesian government’s policy to a preliminary refund of value added tax overpayment. The simplification or the acceleration of the provision of restitution is done without strict examination and long process, but by simple research. Accelerated restitution policy is given to the Taxpayer who fulfills certain requirements (certain amount of restitution as mentioned above), certain criteria (Taxpayers who comply) and they are low risk Taxable Entrepreneurs that determined by the Minister of Finance. The Acceleration of Value Added Tax restitution is expected to reduce the cost compliance because the provision of restitution is done without examination and it is hoped that this policy could increase cash flow and liquidity of the economy. The research’s purpose is determine to impact the number of acceleration of value added tax restitution to the acceptance of value added tax. The type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research’s data is secondary data that obtaine from the Pratama Tax Office Malang Utara. The research’s  data is time series data during the periode of April 2018 – November 2019. The data analysis technique on the research is a simple regresi linier analysis. The results of this research is variable number of acceleration restitution on value added tax impact and significant for the revenue value added tax in the Pratama Tax Office Malang Utara. The value of R Square earned is 0.374 which means that the number of accelerated restitution of value added tax has an impact on the variable revenue of value added tax is 37.4%.

Abstract

Ecotourism needs accommodation that simple, comfortable, provides unique nature experience, and of course ecologically acceptable. Ecolodges is one of the options for tourist who wants their accomodation to be environmentally friendly. That is why, ecolodge needs to be managed with sustainability principles. This literature review uses a systematic literature review approach. Empirical articles on the topic of ecolodge published between 2009 and 2019 were obtained from three reputable journal portals, totaling 56 articles. The articles are reduced to nine articles which are empirical articles, in English, and having ecolodge as the object of their research. The purpose of this literature review is to see the results of Ecolodge related research that has been conducted. This paper finds that several studies highlight the importance of standardization, solid governance, and partnership for ecolodge development. Other researches addresses the importance of local communities' perception and their capacity building development. Some studies also specifically address ecolodge as a form of indigenous tourism. Findings from several studies also indicate the importance of consumer satisfaction for effectiveness and efficiency in ecolodge management. This paper suggests that in future research directions should be conducted with more involvement from other stakeholders to evaluate ecolodge performance in various aspects.

Abstract

Research on the employee perspective of talent management is scarce. The focus of this literature review is to specifically consider the employee in talent management. The purpose of this literature review is threefold. First, this literature review presents a review of the existing talent management literature broadly, in order to present a synthesis of what is known and what is not known. Second, this literature review then sharpens the focus of the review to present a review of the literature which specifically acknowledges the employee perspectives within talent management. Third, this literature review presents a future direction regarding employee perspective within talent management. This literature review used the systematic approach to the review. The final sample of 208 scholarly papers for review which includes empirical papers among the other conceptual work, reviews and book chapters of which only 24 considered the employee perspective. This literature review has identified that, while the literature has recently acknowledged the employee as a central participant and central actor in organizational strategic talent management, both conceptual and empirical work in this stream is as yet highly limited and requires substantial further conceptual and empirical development.

Abstract

This study attempts to explain the influence of orientation entrepreneurship and financial access on their performance. Business research by analyzing the effectiveness of the KUR program bri given to the offender SME’s in Blitar East Java. With a technique, the sample collection non-probability in random proportionate, with the data was path analysis. The result showed that orientation entrepreneurship positive effect on access to finance, entrepreneurial orientation also has a relationship significantly to the performance of businesses either directly or indirectly financial access addition, financial access to depend on the performance of business.

Abstract

Job satisfaction and job quality refer to the achievement level of employee wellbeing and organizational performance. Job quality and psychological empowerment encourage innovation within many business organizations. Previous studies argue that job quality and psychological empowerment are related only to job satisfaction, not innovation especially in service industries and public sector. Thus, this study conceptualized how job quality and psychological empowerment contribute to innovation. As a basis for conceptualization in term of job quality, psychological empowerment, and innovation, this study employed a case study on Indonesian digital startup companies. The conceptual framework performs as the basis for developing further studies.

Abstract

The increasing need for travel in the local area of the house (staycation) such as shopping, culinary, health and education tours have encouraged the use of various modes of public transportation in urban communities. In the midst of these conditions, Muslimah's need for public transportation that meets the principles of sharia values and is safe from harassment and urban crime, OJESY is here as the first and only sharia motorcycle taxi for women in Indonesia. This study analyzes whether Muslimah consumers choose to use OJESY services because of the sharia brand offered by OJESY or because of consumer religiosity. The respondents of this study were 116 Muslim women using OJESY in Malang City, East Java. By using multiple regression the results of this study indicate that both the brand of sharia and religiosity show a significant and positive influence on customer decisions to use Islamic motorcycle taxi services, but religiosity is the main stimulus so spiritual-driven plays an important role in Muslimah decisions to use public transportation while maintaining the Islamic values it adheres to.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to focus on a discussion that discusses Business Model Innovation. Based on preliminary research, the authors develop a proposition whereby the application of BMI in SMEs can be viewed from the degree, typology, and drivers. This paper examines the research published either experimentally, empirically, or conceptually with the theme of Business Model Innovation. The research was obtained from several journal portals such as Emerald Insight, Elsevier, and Research Gate for later criticized. This paper discovers BMI research which is still limited to the realm of large companies as its object, while in the realm of SMEs it is still rarely done. Meanwhile, BMI research at the SME level is expected to be able to boost the performance of SMEs in conducting their business, so that it becomes more structured and can compete in a wider realm. This paper discusses that future research can analyze aspects of innovation, innovation typologies, and factors driving innovation, and further research is expected to add other aspects that might emerge the next day that discuss the context of SMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effectiveness of the UPTD PBB-P2 in the effort to maximize the income of the Land and Building Tax in 2018 in West Aceh Regency, as well as what are the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of UPTD PBB-P2 in West Aceh Regency in in an effort to maximize the 2018 Land and Building Tax income in West Aceh Regency. The theory used in this research is the Effectiveness Theory. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach to describe and describe the phenomena that exist at the study site. Data collection techniques carried out by means of interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis in this study uses four components consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of  UPTD PBB-P2 West Aceh Regency in the effort of maximizing the income of the Land and Building Tax for Rural and Urban 2018 in West Aceh District had been going well and effectively, because of all the effectiveness indicators used theory to answer the results of field research has been implemented  well.
