Abstract

This study examines how inter-generational respect and value negotiation unfold in Acehnese coffee shops, where Islamic traditions meet modern influences. Through surveys with 200 young and 15 older participants, alongside interviews and observations, the research highlights how younger generations respect Islamic values but often adapt them to fit modern social settings. Behaviors like casual dress and informal language sometimes create tension with elders, who see these actions as challenges to communal and religious norms. The study introduces the Theory of Generational Value Negotiation in Public Spaces (GVNPS), framing coffee shops as spaces where self-expression and cultural traditions are continuously negotiated. Elders act as cultural guardians, while youth navigate these expectations to assert their autonomy. This framework sheds light on how generational values are shaped in public spaces. The findings, though focused on Aceh, invite exploration of similar dynamics in other cultural contexts, considering factors like globalization and varying interpretations of tradition and religion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Development of Human Resource Quality at SD 46 Banda Aceh. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with school principals and non-participant observation. The results of the study indicate that human resource Development at SD 46 Banda Aceh can be carried out effectively through an inservice training program that is integrated with the specific needs of teachers and staff. schools can improve the quality of education and prepare future generations to face global challenges. Also carried out through four steps (1) needs analysis, (2) compiling a development program, implementing training, evaluating the program and follow-up.

Abstract

The implementation of P5 activities can create student characters based on the Pancasila student profile and can increase student creativity and independence. The problem faced by SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh is that it has implemented P5 activities but no research reports have been found or published. This study aims to analyze the stages of P5 implementation applied by the principal in the Analysis of the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project at SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. This study uses observation, interviews and documentation carried out by purposive sampling and snowball, so that interviews were conducted with six people, namely the vice principal of curriculum, vice principal of public relations, two teachers and two students. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, so that data validity is checked, namely with credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study indicate that the stages of P5 implementation at SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh include intracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular.

Abstract

Students from various faculties at the State Islamic University (UIN) have a strategic role in supporting the implementation and development of Islamic sharia in Aceh. This article explores the contribution of students from across faculties, including the Sharia, Tarbiyah (Education), Psychology, Da'wah, and Ushuluddin Faculties, in supporting the implementation of Sharia values through Islamic Sharia Studies Courses in Aceh (Studi Syariat Islam di Aceh). This research approach is descriptive qualitative, with data obtained through narratives of portfolio results in class. The research results show that each faculty makes unique contributions in accordance with their expertise. The Sharia Faculty plays a role in advocacy and socialization of sharia qanun. The Tarbiyah Faculty supports strengthening Islamic education through a sharia-based curriculum. The Faculty of Psychology offers an Islamic counseling approach that is relevant to supporting people's mental health. The Da'wah Faculty utilizes digital media to spread sharia values creatively, while the Ushuluddin Faculty strengthens understanding of Islamic teachings through in-depth academic studies. This cross-faculty collaboration creates significant synergy in strengthening the holistic implementation of Islamic sharia in Aceh, both from an educational, social and cultural perspective. This research recommends the development of a more integrated cross-faculty program to support the inclusive and sustainable implementation of Islamic sharia.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the use of a laboratory-based inquiry learning model on improving students' critical thinking skills in the topic of light reflection. The research method used is a quasi-experiment with a control group pre-test and post-test design. Conclusions are drawn based on the processing and analysis of data using OriginLab. The data analysis results show the average critical thinking skill scores for the control and experimental groups are 27,90% (low) and 42,02% (moderate), respectively. This finding is further supported by the results of a t-test on the mean difference of critical thinking skill improvement (α=0,05), where the calculated tvalue (6,10) is greater than the ttable value (2,39). These results indicate that the laboratory-based inquiry learning model can significantly improve students' critical thinking skills compared to the conventional learning model on the topic of light reflection.

Abstract

Al-Kindi is known as the first Muslim philosopher who played an important role in harmonizing Greek philosophy with Islamic teachings. His rational and integrative thinking made a significant contribution to the development of Islamic science and education. This article analyzes the influence of Al-Kindi's thought in contemporary Islamic education by reviewing the relevance of his rational and epistemological approach in the modern context. Through literature study methods and content analysis, this study finds that Al-Kindi's thinking can be the foundation for holistic Islamic education by combining science and religious values in a balanced manner. The results of the study show that the integration of science and religion offered by Al-Kindi is able to encourage critical, analytical, and creative thinking in Islamic education. In addition, Al-Kindi's rational approach has proven relevant in developing an Islamic education curriculum that is adaptive to the development of science and technology. This article concludes that Al-Kindi's thought made a significant contribution in creating Islamic education that is relevant to the needs of the times and is able to produce a generation that is intellectually intelligent and has noble character.

Abstract

  This study aims to analyze the development of scientific literature on the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention in the context of halal tourism. The study is motivated by the limited integration between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention within halal tourism, as well as the lack of comprehensive global mapping of this research area. Previous studies have largely been empirical and context-specific, with limited efforts to examine broader knowledge structures. This research employs a bibliometric analysis with a quantitative-descriptive approach using data sourced from Scopus. The analysis includes keyword co-occurrence, publication trends, author collaboration networks, and thematic clustering, visualized באמצעות VOSviewer software. The findings reveal that entrepreneurship education serves as the central theme and is strongly associated with entrepreneurial intention, particularly among tourism students. Psychological factors such as entrepreneurial feasibility and entrepreneurial desirability are identified as key determinants influencing entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, the study highlights a shift in research trends from conceptual approaches toward more applied perspectives, including experiential learning and the integration of halal values. However, topics such as halal entrepreneurial awareness and halal entrepreneurial intention remain relatively underexplored and insufficiently integrated. In conclusion, entrepreneurship education plays a crucial role in fostering entrepreneurial intention in halal tourism, yet further efforts are needed to integrate halal values into educational frameworks and to conduct empirical studies for developing a comprehensive model of halal entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul pembelajaran fisika berintegrasi Islami pada materi cahaya untuk siswa SMA/MA menggunakan model Research and Development (R&D) dengan kerangka ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini merespons kesenjangan pedagogis berupa dominasi pendekatan fisika yang berorientasi semata pada aspek kognitif dan matematis, serta minimnya integrasi nilai-nilai spiritual dan tauhid dalam bahan ajar konvensional. Tahap Analysis dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru, dan analisis kebutuhan siswa serta materi. Tahap Design meliputi perancangan sistematika modul yang mencakup kompetensi inti, peta konsep, materi utama, integrasi ayat Al-Qur’an, refleksi nilai Islami, profil ilmuwan Muslim, LKPD, evaluasi, glosarium, dan daftar pustaka. Pada tahap Development, modul dikembangkan sebagai bahan ajar cetak dan divalidasi oleh tiga ahli: ahli media (aspek penyajian dan kegrafikan), ahli materi (kelayakan isi, penyajian, dan kebahasaan), serta ahli agama/tafsir (kualitas isi, ketepatan cakupan, dan integrasi nilai Islam). Instrumen validasi menggunakan skala Likert 1–4 dengan analisis persentase kelayakan. Validasi ahli media menghasilkan rata-rata skor kelayakan 73,51% (kategori layak), dengan aspek penyajian 79,16% dan aspek kegrafikan 67,85%. Validasi ahli materi memperoleh rata-rata 86,11% (sangat layak), dengan aspek kelayakan isi 85%, penyajian 87%, dan kebahasaan 87%. Validasi ahli tafsir menghasilkan rata-rata 84,62% (sangat layak), dengan aspek kualitas isi 87,5%, integrasi nilai Islam 86,36%, dan ketepatan cakupan 80%. Modul dinilai mampu menghubungkan konsep fisika (khususnya cahaya) dengan perspektif tauhid, ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, serta refleksi spiritual secara proporsional tanpa mengurangi akurasi ilmiah. Penyempurnaan lebih lanjut diperlukan terutama pada aspek kualitas visual dan grafis modul. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi implementasi pendidikan sains berbasis integrasi ilmu dan agama di sekolah Islam. Abstract

Penelitian ini berfungsi untuk menganalisis keahlian belajar siswa dengan Games Bingo selama pembelajaran majas (personifikasi dan metafora) di kelas V SDQU Al Muyassar Mughayatsyah Banda Aceh. Pendekatan yang dipakai yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek 30 siswa kelas V tahun ajaran 2026/2027 yang dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian mencakup wawancara semi-terstruktur juga angket skala Likert yang telah divalidasi oleh dosen ahli Bahasa Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman (reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan Bingo menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang positif dan bermakna, dengan tingkat kesenangan siswa mencapai 93%, keaktifan 96%, dan rendahnya kebosanan 93%. Dari aspek kognitif, pemahaman siswa terhadap majas personifikasi mencapai 86% dan metafora 93%. Aspek afektif menunjukkan motivasi dan kerja sama yang tinggi (96%), sementara aspek psikomotorik mencapai 96% dalam keterlibatan aktif menandai kartu Bingo. Games Bingo terbukti efesian memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep abstrak menjadi konkret melalui visualisasi, pengulangan, dan suasana kompetitif sehat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan Games Bingo sebagai media alternatif pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar, khususnya pada materi abstrak seperti majas.

Abstract

Trust in university administration is a fundamental element in fostering effective higher education governance. However, inadequate communication between university administrators and student organizations often hinders the development of mutual trust. This study aims to examine the influence of Strategic Public Relations (SPR) on Trust toward University Administration (TR) through Communication Quality (CQ) as a mediating variable. A quantitative explanatory survey design was employed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The population consisted of 93 members of the Student Association of the Islamic Education Management Program (HMP MPI) at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Based on the Krejcie and Morgan sampling table, 76 respondents were selected as the research sample. Data were collected using a four-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that Strategic Public Relations positively influences Communication Quality (β = 0.612), Communication Quality positively affects Trust toward University Administration (β = 0.578), and Strategic Public Relations also has a direct positive effect on Trust (β = 0.255). The model demonstrates satisfactory predictive power, with R² values of 0.374 for Communication Quality and 0.651 for Trust, while the SRMR value of 0.056 indicates a good model fit. The study concludes that communication quality serves as the primary mechanism through which strategic public relations enhances students' trust in university administration. Therefore, universities should strengthen transparent, responsive, participatory, and sustainable communication strategies as an integral component of strategic public relations to reinforce institutional trust and stakeholder relationships.
