Abstract

Abstract Students of economic education are expected to have expertise in the business world including running an entrepreneur. Authentic assessment such as performance appraisal and project is very good to be applied in entrepreneurship courses, and having a strong relevance with the demands of the 2013 Curriculum. The research method is divided into 2 stages namely preliminary studies and development studies. In the development study the RnD model from Borg and Gall Tang was modified. The preliminary stage includes literature study, preliminary observations, and preparation of authentic assessment instruments. The product result from this research is an authentic assessment instrument in entrepreneurship courses consisting of knowledge assessment, skills assessment, and attitude assessment. This authentic project-based assessment instruments aims to increase accountability in the assessment of entrepreneurship courses and for the subsequent evaluation of learning. Based on the results of the combined validity of the learning evaluation expert and the material expert obtained a percentage of 82.5% which means that the authentic assessment instruments in this entrepreneurship material were said to be feasible so that they could be tested on a limited and broader basis. The reliability test results of the authentic assessment instruments in the realm of attitude amounted to 0.74638429, the realm of knowledge amounted to 0.70102591, and the realm of skills amounted to 0.71549432 meaning the authentic assessment of each item could be said to be reliable. Keywords: Assessment Development,Aauthentic, Project Based

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to study and analyze the economic effects of high school teachers based on age, gender, and certification that can affect the level of economic literacy. The research method in this research is explanatory survey with hypothesis testing and data collection techniques through testing and questionnaires. The population of the study was 130 economic teachers consisting of 52 schools and a sample of 98 teachers consisting of 30 schools. The collected data is then analyzed using cross tabulation and multiple regression data analysis techniques. The results showed that the level of economic literacy in economics teachers was categorized high. It is known that age variables have the most influence on the economic literacy compared to other variables studied with a coefficient of 0.492. Then other variables that have an influence on the economic literacy are gender variables with a coefficient of 0.291 and sertification variables with a coefficient of 0.199. This finding implies that in order to improve the economic literacy, it is necessary to improve age, gender, and certification. Keywords: Economic literacy, Teachers.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Entrepreneurship Strategy on Business Performance mediated by the ability of Creativity and Innovation in Garment Business in Bandung Traditional Market. Study population, 280 Bandung garment businesses. Determination of sample size uses the Slovin formula with a sample size of 165 Bandung garment businesses.. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and Multiple Mediation Regression analysis. Descriptive analysis of results obtained that the Business Performance in the good category, Entrepreneurship Strategy in the good enough category, Creativity in the good enough category, and Innovation in the good enough category. The results showed that the Entrepreneurship Strategy directly involved Business Performance with a coefficient of determination of (57.7%). Mediation effect through creativity with a coefficient of determination of (19.1%), mediation effect through innovation with a coefficient of determination of (16.7%), total mediation effect of Creativity and innovation with a coefficient of determination of (81.5%). The conclusions of the research related to the Entrepreneurship Strategy simultaneously on Business Performance are mediated by Creativity and Innovation in the Garment Business in Bandung Traditional Market.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Strategy, Creativity Ability, and Innovation, Business Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of technopreneurial learning on technopreneurship intention of bussiness and marketing studies of vocational high school students of Palembang city. Technopreneurial learning is measured through contextual learning, personal & social emergence, negotiated enterprise. Technopreneurship intention is measured through indicators of desires, preferences, plans and behavior expectations. This research method used was an explanatory survey using a questionnaire as an instrument using a Likert scale 1-5 with data collection techniques through a questionnaire distributed to vocational high school students in Palembang as many as 217 students. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of technopreneurial learning on technopreneurship intention where the effect is positive and significant. This positive means that the more effective technopreneurial learning affect the higher of technopreneurship intentiion. Based on the results of the distribution of questionnaires found that technopreneurial learning is in the effective category and technopreneurship intention is in the high category. The findings of this study that technopreneurial learning affects the technopreneurship intention is 43%.Keywords:Technopreneurial learning, Technopreneurship intention

Abstract

AbstractEducation is one of the essential assets in the development of society and the nation. The low percentage of people who study in Indonesia still needs to be explored. There are many reasons why students do not pursue their education in college. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of parents' socioeconomic interactions, self-efficacy, motivation, and student achievement on their interest in continuing education to college. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data was taken from 68 respondents majoring in Social Sciences at SMAN 1 Mejayan. The causal proof analysis performed using multiple linear regression equations. The results of the research prove a positive change in the variables of parents' socioeconomic status, self-efficacy, motivation, and student achievement towards the interest in continuing education. The implications of the results of this study are essential for teachers and school management always to increase student motivation and self-efficacy for students of lower socioeconomic status. Abstract

ABSTRACTDebt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Equity (ROE) to stock returns with dividend policy as an intervening variable on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. This type of research is quantitative. This research population publishes all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data contributed to the research of 54 companies, and obtained a sample of 18 companies. Data analysis method used is path analysis (path analysis) using the multiple test. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that: (1) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) does not affect stock returns; (2) Return on equity (ROE) has a significant effect on stock returns; (3) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR); (4) Return on equity (ROE) has a significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR); (5) Dividend Payout ratio (DPR) can mediate the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock returns; (6) Dividend payout ratio (DPR) can mediate the effect of return on equity (ROE) on stock returns.Keywords:Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on equity (ROE), Stock Returns, Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Dividend Policy

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe assessment media is used as a benchmark for students ability after pasticipating in learning, but if the assessment process is carried out using irrelevant media, he objectives of learning can not be achieved. This study aims to describe the feasinility, practicality, and effectiviness of the use of the Word Search Puzzle assessment media on the android platform. The research type is research and development (R&D) with ADDIE models from Dick and Carry which has 5 stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research trial design using the One Group Pretest Posttest Design, Validity product instrument were obtained from assessment expert, liguists, media expert, and student responses. The result showed that: (1) the development of the Word Search Puzzle assessment media is feasible, based on validation result with an average percentage of 75,93%; (2) Word Search Puzzle media is considered practical in learning because it is able to increase the interest of students, based on the students responses that get an average percentage of 88,92%; and (3) the Word Search Puzzle assessment media is affective to measure with the final result being 100% passed through classical completeness.Keywords: Word Search Puzzle, Assessment media, Learning outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study included in R&D (Research and Development). Development model using 4-D from Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel, namely define, design, and develop. However, disseminate stage is not carried out. The goal of this development research is to produce products of teaching materials bank accounting and micro finance based on Contectual Teaching and Learning (CTL), and to analyze feasibility of teaching material products. To analyze the feasibility of teaching materials, researcher uses review and validation sheet as the instrument of review activity. The reviewers and validators  of the material done by teachers of SMKN 10 Surabaya and lecturer of Accounting Education UNESA, linguistic by lecturer of language department UNESA, and graphics by lecturer of Educational Technology department of UNESA.  The results of this study show that material eligibility and content presentation obtain 86% with very feasible criteria, language eligibility obtain 80% with feasible criteria, graphics eligibility obtain 98,9% with very feasible criteria and the average eligibility of teaching materials obtain 88,3% with very feasible criteria. Abstract

ABSTRACTHegemony classical in economics raises the prisoner’s dilemma related to the ever-changing paradigm of disruption education. Overcoming this dilemma requires a choice of orientation for the Virtual OVOP design, which determines the commitment to resolve the disruption of education polemic. The learning innovation projected was the design of Virtual OVOP learning as a means of developing economics. The affirmation of the concept of economic learning between central and peripheral had been demonstrated by classical economics’, which magnum opus. We should fossilize it in the frame of cultural awareness to exploit the local potential. The idealization of the existence of learning through exploiting the economic potential in the spirit of trying to be together in mainstream education can be realized more clearly with the Virtual OVOP learning design. Learning virtual OVOP using the research and development model approach is a One Village One Product (OVOP) model that was part of learning based on educational videos and animated multimedia on mapping feature products of a rural area and the efficient use of local resources to build a welfare rural.Keywords: Virtual OVOP, Educative Video, Welfare Rural

Abstract

ABSTRACTMarketing management is the art of selling a product or service and creating, offering and freely exchanging products and services of high value to customers and aims to take advantage of opportunities in the market. This study aims to determine, explain, and analyze the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on decisions to care for beauty at Farina Beauty Clinic Karawang. This type of research is qualitative with 100 respondents who are determined by descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and surveys. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, data transformation, verification analysis, and path analysis. The results showed that the variable store atmosphere and service quality had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the decision to care for beauty at Farina Beauty Clinic. Based on the coefficient of determination, the decision to care for beauty gave a contribution of 0.479 or 47.9% to the variable store atmosphere and service quality. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to Farina Beauty Clinic to expand the existing parking area and handle consumers swiftly again, so that consumers continue to make repeat purchases at Farina Beauty Clinic. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, Beauty Care Decisions.
