Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and corporate image oncustomer satisfaction PT. Insurance Jiwasraya in Pekanbaru City. To analyze theinfluence of service quality and corporate image on loyalty of PT. Insurance Jiwasrayain Pekanbaru City. To analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyaltyPT. Insurance Jiwasraya in Pekanbaru City.Population in this research is population in this research is society become individualproduct customer (polis PP) at PT. Insurance Jiwasraya in Pekanbaru City Branch asmany as 1350 people. The sample size that will be used is 140 people. Data analysisusing WarpPLS approach. WarpPLS is one of the variance-based SEM statisticalmethods designed to solve multiple regressions when specific data problems occur, suchas very small sample size, missing values and multicollinearity. PLS is an alternativeapproach that shifts from a Covarian-based SEM approach to a variance-based.The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and corporate image has aninfluence on customer satisfaction. Furthermore the quality of service and corporateimage has an influence on customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction has an influenceon customer loyalty.This research recommends PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya in Pekanbaru Branch Cityto improve the quality of service, by improving customer satisfaction that is providingservices that meet customer expectations, service quality improvement is focused on thequality of the physical environment and can be directed to strengthen customer value.

Abstract

The relationship of organizationaljustice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through job satisfaction and workingspiritual (Studies Massa Media Pekan Baru ). under the guidance of Prof. Dr. H. B.Isyandi, SE, MS and Dr. Hj. Sri Indarti, SE, M.Si. The purpose of research to ananlyze theorganizational justice have a relationship on Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)through job satisfaction and working spiritual view of organizational justice have arelationship on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and job satisfaction. Then to identifythe effects satisfaction workplace by spiritual work against Organizational citizenshipbehavior (OCB) and satisfaction work in the media pekanbaru.The samples are 116employees of the editorial teams of both companies News Media in the Pekanbaru. ModelPLS (Partial Least Square) . Criteria testing is look at the Outer Model which saw thevalue of Convergent Validity , Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, AverageVariance Extracted (AVE). Cronbach Alpha. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence Lifestyle MarketingMix (Luxury, Indulgence, Self – Concept, and Admired) Towards MotorcycleSport 250cc Purchase Decision and Customer Satisfaction In Pekanbaru. Thisstudy using cencus with all 120 members Independen Ninja Club Rider and RiauCBR Club being sampled. Data was collected by giving questionnaires to themembers Independen Ninja Club Rider and Riau CBR Club. Data that beingcollected is analyse using PATH by SPSS version 22Research results shows thathigh Self – Concept increasing Purchase Decision, but low Luxury, Indulgence,and Admire lowering Purchase Decision on 250cc Sports Motorcycle. PurchaseDecision positively mediated the Influence of Luxury, Indulgence, Self – Concept,and Admire, toward 250cc Sports Motorcycle Customer Satisfaction. Eventhough,Luxury, Indulgence, had low influence toward 250cc Sports Motorcycle CustomerSatisfaction, but Self – Concept and Admire had high Influence toward 250ccSports Motorcycle Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted in MNC Bank Sumatera region. The purposeof this study was to determine the effect, directly or indirectly variable compensation,work environment and career development to job satisfaction and turnoverintention.This study population by 135 people who are employees of MNC Bank ofSumatera. Selection of the sample conducted with random sampling. Variables used arecompensation, work environment and career development as the dependent variable, turnoverintention as an independent variable .The results of this experiment showed thatcompensation has a direct impact on job satisfaction and turnover intention. The resultsshowed that analysys path reduces job satisfaction is able to turn over intention, as wellas compensation, work environment and career development can improve job satisfactionand lower turnover intention.

Abstract

The research held in PT. PLN (persero) Area Kota PekanbaruCustomer. This research held in order to analyze the direct and indirect impact ofpatterns socialization, customer perceptions, and corporate image on productimage and customer buying decision in product smart electrical (prepay). Thepopulation is consist of 14.955 customer smart electrical (prepay) in PT. PLN(persero) Area Kota Pekanbaru. According to the sample in formula slovin thenumber of research sample is drawn to 100 people. The variabel used arepatterns socialization, customer perceptions, and corporate image as dependenvariable, variable product image as intervening variable and variable customerbuying decision as independen variable. Analytical tool used is descripitiveanalysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 2 tool. Thestatistical test shows that corporate image influence customer buying decision,product image influence customer buying decision. Patterns socializationindirectly influence customer buying decision through product image, andcustomer perceptions indirectly influence customer buying decision throughproduct image. This research recommended to company must be able to developand maintain product image, well as maintain and increase patterns ofsocialization and customer perceptions already well provide accurateinformation, as well enhance the corporate image with increase fasilitas andother support.

Abstract

The Influence Of The Role Of Internal Auditors And TheImplementation Of Financial Management Functions In The Management Of Non-Tax Revenue To The Financial Performance Of The University Of Riau. Financialperformance is the level of achievement of results of an activity within a government /non-government agency in relation to the use of funds in accordance with quantity andquality measured using the principles of efficiency and effectiveness. Universities as oneunit of government work units that provide services to the community havecharacteristics and properties different from the work unit of government in general Atthe University of Riau the implementation of financial management functions have longbeen implemented in the implementation has not been running as it should. Accordingto the evaluation result of Riau University governance system in the book of StrategicPlan 2014, Financial management has not fulfilled the principles of transparency andaccountability caused by still constrained by the current financial management system.The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is influencesimultaneously the role of internal auditor and the function of financial management inthe management of non-tax revenue to the performance of Finance University of Riau.This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The nature of this research isdescriptive explanatory research with 63 respondents.The results showed that there is a significant influence between the role of internalauditors on the financial performance of the University of Riau and also there is asignificant influence between the variable implementation of financial managementfunctions to variable financial performance of the University of Riau. Simultaneouslythe role of internal auditors and the implementation of financial management functionsaffect the financial performance of the University of Riau in managing Non-Tax StateRevenue Management, with a very significant level of influence. Where from thedetermination koefisien R2 known that the discipline and supervision variables have aninfluence of 77.4% and the remaining 22.6% influenced by variables not examined inthis study.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the General Hospital Arifin AchmadPekanbaru. The purpose was to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction andwork motivation on organizational commitment, and then to determine and analyze theeffect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance and to determinethe influence of organizational commitment to employee performance, and to investigateand analyze the influence job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performancethrough organizational commitment to employee outpatient at Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru.Asfor the type of data used in this research using primary and secondary data. With a totalpopulation of 149 employees and a total sample of 109 employees. Sampling using simplerandom sampling method. While analyzing the data, the authors use Path Analysis (PathAnalysis) with the help of the SPSS version 17.0.Based on the analysis of test results Line(Path Analysis) is known that job satisfaction and motivation striving to variable employeeperformance. While the indirect effect through organizational commitment. This showsthat the variable of organizational commitment capable of mediating variables jobsatisfaction and work motivation on employee performance. Therefore, to improveperformance still needed an increase in job satisfaction as attention to salaries,allowances, promotions, responsibility, achievement and their attitude of feelingchallenged, while motivation by taking into account the interests and talents of employees,the tranquility of employee attitudes toward, interaction with colleagues, interaction withsuperiors, environmental conditions, working time arrangements and working equipmentand can implement organizational commitment so that employee performance willincreased.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to reveal and to analyze the influence ofservice quality, socialization, taxation sanction, and environment on taxpayers’compliance directly and through account representative professionalism as moderatingvariable which could strengthen and weaken taxpayers’ compliance.Primary data were gathered by using questionnaires as a mean to prove the result. Thesubjects were 1023 Personal Taxpayers registered in Madya Tax Service Office,Pekanbaru, and 91 of them were used as the samples, taken by using purposivesampling technique. The data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) and Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software program.The result of the research showed that the variables of service quality, socialization,and taxation sanction had positive and significant correlation with taxpayers’compliance, while the variable of environment did not. It could be concluded that theincrease in the implementation of service quality, socialization, and taxation sanctionwould increase taxpayers’ compliance at the Madya Tax Service Office in Pekanbaru,but in the variable of environment this condition would not occur. The result of theresearch, using moderating variable, showed that there was positive and significantcorrelation of account representative professionalism in moderating the influence ofsocialization and taxation sanction on taxpayers’ compliance which indicated that therewas the increase in the implementation of account representative professionalism inmoderating the influence of socialism and taxation sanction on the increase intaxpayers’ compliance. For the variables of service quality and environment, accountrepresentative professionalism did not moderate the influence of service quality andenvironment on taxpayers’ compliance which indicated that the increase in theimplementation of account representative professionalism did not moderate theinfluence of service quality and environment on the increase in taxpayers’ compliance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to disclose influence of applicating Good CorporateGovernance (GCG) to financial performance. A measure of Corporate Governance implementation isCGPI score A measure of corporate performance is Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment(ROI) and Earning Per Share (EPS).The statistical method used is simple regression analysis. Sampling was purposive sampling techniqueis the selection of samples with specific criteria, so that samples obtained in this study as ma ny as 9companies. The statistical software used was the software Statistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS) version 17.00 for Windows with T test, simple linear regression and Classical Assumption Test.The result from this research shows that significant effect on the Implementation of Good CorporateGovernance to Return on Equity and there are no significant effect partial implementation of GoodCorporate Governance to Return On Investment and Earnings Per Share.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influences of TQM practices onquality culture and competitiviness to increase company performance (Study on Digitalprinting toward Micro Business in Pekanbaru-Riau. The Population of this research is 179Digital Printing and the researcher used all Digital Printing Industry as samples. Thesampling method used is census method. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was usedanalysis of the data and processed with software WarpPLS 3.0.The result of this researchwas significant effect and positive impact on TQM practices on quality culture andcompetitiveness. Quality Culture was positive impact but not significant effect toward thecompany performance. The competitiveness was Positive impact but Not Significant effectin company Performance. TQM value of 4.15, Quality Culture of 4.01, Competitiveness of4.14 and Company performance of 4.25. All of the variables excellent grade intervals.Theresearch recommendation, for all micro digital printing businesses in Pekanbaru-Riau toincrease quality product to produced in order to increase the quality culture of existingprinting. Printing businesses more motivated their employee and participated in training,workshops and unique design to meet customer needs. Printing businesses offeringcompetitive prices and to increase efforts in the competition and followed by deliveringproducts that have quality assurance. The comsumer is the main priority of the company todevelop partnerships with the main stakeholders in the long term for the company tosurvive and thrive with a good performance.
