Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Managerial Ability andCultural Organization Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction Employee Regional GeneralHospital Rokan Hulu.The method used in this research is quantitative. The types and sources ofdata in this study are primary data obtained from the results of empirical research bydistributing questionnaires to employees sampled. The analysis technique used is multiple linearregression.The results showed that (1) the ability of managerial partially significant effect onemployee motivation Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Rokan Hulu and have a positiveeffect on work motivation or unidirectional. (2) Cultural organizations are partially significanteffect on employee motivation Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Rokan Hulu and have apositive effect on work motivation or unidirectional. (3) The ability of managerial partially noeffect on employee satisfaction Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Rokan Hulu and have anegative impact on job satisfaction or upside down. (4) The organizational culture is partiallysignificant effect on employee satisfaction Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Rokan Huluand have a positive effect on job satisfaction or unidirectional. (5) Factors working motivationpartially significant effect on employee satisfaction Regional General Hospital (Hospital) RokanHulu and have a positive effect on job satisfaction or unidirectional. This means that, dependingon the level of employee satisfaction than the level of employee motivation is concerned. Thebetter the motivation to work, the better employee satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted with explanatory approach where research aims to examine the causality between variables that describe a particular phenomenon and examine whether the variable competence, internal control and achievement motivation impact directly or indirectly on employee performance variables Bappeda Riau province with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Respondents in the study amounted to 116 people using proportionate stratified random sampling technique where sampling of members of the population at random and stratified proportionally by means of statistical tests using path analysis (path analysis).The results showed that partial variable competence, internal control and achievement motivation direct influence on employee performance. Partial variable competence, internal controls directly influence organizational commitment while achieving motivation variable does not directly influence organizational commitment. Furthermore, through the organizational commitment as an intervening variable, variable competence, internal control and achievement motivation indirect effect on employee performance Bappeda Riau Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untun mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhkepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi dan turnoverintention karyawan di PT. Mayapada Auto Sempurna Pekanbaru. Metode yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jenis dan sumber data dalampenelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian secara empirikmelalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan yang dijadikan sampel. Teknikanalisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa : (1) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmenorganisasi PT. Mayapada Auto Sempurna, (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruhterhadap komitmen organisasi PT. Mayapada Auto Sempurna, (3) Hasil penelitianyang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnoverintention karyawan PT. Mayapada Auto Sempurna, (4) Budaya organisasiberpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Mayapada Auto Sempurna,(5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention melalui komitmenorganisasi pada PT. Mayapada Auto Sempurna, (6) Budaya organisasi berpengaruhterhadap turnover intention melalui komitmen organisasi pada PT. Mayapada AutoSempurna. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa tinggi rendahnya turnover intentiondalam penelitian ini dapat ditentukan oleh budaya organisasi karyawan melaluikomitmen organisasi dan (7) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap turnoverintention karyawan PT. Mayapada Auto Sempurna. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwatinggi rendahnya turnover intention dalam penelitian ini dapat ditentukan olehkomitmen organisasi.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of competence and placement to spirit at work and performance of employees at Department of Revenue District Bengkalis. This study uses primary data is the data obtained from the interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees UPTD at Department of Revenue District Bengkalis. Secondary data were obtained relating to the object and the organizational structure. The analytical method used in this study is path analysis with SPSS. From the results of the testing that has been done, there is a direct influence of competence on the performance for 0,530, the indirect effect between competence on performance through spirit at work of 0.582, the direct effect of the placement on the performance of 0,243, the indirect effect between competence on performance through spirit at work of 0.321, and spirit at work influence on the performance of 0.192. Results of calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is approximately 4.73, which means, variable competence, placement and spirit at work to performance of employees by 73.4%, while the remaining 26.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study model.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of loan interestrate policy toward credit distribution at banking company listed in IndonesiaStock Exchange, to analyze the influence of capital adequacy ratio (CAR) to creditdistribution at banking company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange to analyzeinfluence return on assets (ROA) on credit disbursement at a listed bankingcompany in the stock exchange, to analyze the effect of non performing loan(NPL) on loan disbursement to a banking company listed on the Indonesia StockExchange to analyze the effect of the loan deposit ratio (LDR) to creditdistribution to a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population in this study are all banking companies (banking) listed onthe Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010-2015, which amounted to 36 companies.While the sample of 29 companies, after using purposive sampling method. Datacollection techniques are based on the variables studied using documentationmethod, while the data collected are about loan interest rate, capital adequacyratio (CAR), return on assets (ROA), non performing loan (NPL) and loan todeposit ratio (LDR) and credit disbursement. Data analysis technique in thisresearch is doubled linear regression.The result of this research concludes that there is no influence of interestrate, return on asset, non performing loan to credit distribution of bankingcompany that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for 2010-2015 period. Butthere is the influence of capital adequacy ratio and loan to deposit ratio to creditdistribution of banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period2010-2015.

Abstract

The influence of organization culture and motivation on the competence andlearning organization of civil servants atthe House of Food and Medicine Monitoring inPekanbaru (BBPOM di Pekanbaru). This research is aimed at finding out andanalyzing the influence of organization culture and motivation on the competence andlearning organization of civil servant at the House of Food and Medicine Monitoring inPekanbaru (BBPOM di Pekanbaru).The population is all civil servant at the House ofFood and Medicine Monitoring in Pekanbaru (BBPOM di Pekanbaru) with totalnumber 96 people. The sampling technique used by the research is by taking allpopulation as the sample with census and satiation method. The analysis applied in thisresearch is two phases of double linear regression.The result of the research shows that the loose variable organization culture andmotivation collectively have positive and significant influence on civil servant at theHouse of Food and Medicine Monitoring in Pekanbaru (BBPOM di Pekanbaru).Partial assessment shows that the variable of organization culture and motivation havepositive and significant influence the competence, while fixed variable competence haspositive and insignificant influence on learning organization of civil servant at theHouse of Food and Medicine Monitoring in Pekanbaru (BBPOM di Pekanbaru).Thefactor of motivation is the most dominant factor which influence the competence of civilservants at the House of Food and Medicine Monitoring in Pekanbaru (BBPOM diPekanbaru).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to observe the influence of capital structure,growth company and profitability directly through the value of company and to findout the influence of capital structure and growth of company which is mediate by profitabilitytoward the company value directly and indirectly. The population of this researchis manufacturing company which has registered in BEI 2008-2012 for 221 manufacturingcompanies. The sample of this research is purposive sampling method, and the resultis 93 companies as sample. The analysis method is strip analysis. The result of this researchproved that there is no influence of capital structure through the value of companysignificantly, there is no influence of the capital structure through value of MediationCompany by profitability, there is no influence of growth company through value of companysignificantly, there is significant influence of growth company which has mediatedby profitability indirectly through company value and profitability has influenced throughthe value of company.

Abstract

The research held in public service institution under the government of RiauProvince. The aim is to know the direct and indirect influence of leadership andeducation and training to organizational effectiveness through competency as themediating variable. Population are public employees in Biro Umum and DinasPendapatan Daerah of Riau Province which consist of 254 employees. Samples takenby Slovin formulation that consists of 167 selected employees and sectionally clustered.Variables used are leadership and education and training as independent,organizational effectiveness as dependent and competency as the mediating variable.Data analyzed by using structural equation model which is processed by Amos 20. Thestudy reveals that directly leadership has no significant impact to organizationaleffectiveness. Competency, however, can mediate the positve impact of leadership toorganizational effectiveness. On the other hand, organizational culture has either director indirect impact to organizational effectiveness that mediated by competency. Amongall, competency has the biggest impact to organizational effectiveness compared toleadership or education and training. The optimalization of leadership along witheducation and training are recommended in order to enhance employee’s competencyand organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mark eting mix on students’ loyalty at STIE PersadaBunda. STIE Persada Bunda as one of the universities in Riau is one of the choices for prospectivestudents from inside and outside Riau Province.It can be seen from the number of students is increasing every year. However, from two fieldsof study at STIE Persada Bunda, only Management field of study that has increased every year sincethe number of students of management within five (5) years always increase. If 2011 is the referencebase year in calculating the number of students, the growth of students has reached 83, 27% in 2015. Inthe contrary, the growth of students of Accounting from the year 2012 decreased by 2014. By 2015 thenumber of students began to increase, but still could not exceed the one in 2011.This research was conducted at STIE Persada Bunda Pekanbaru. The Population of thisresearch was the entire active students of STIE Persada Bunda in the academic year of 2015/2016.There were about 1,675 students, while the sample of this research was 95 students by using stratifiedrandom sampling. Analysis of the data used in this research were quantitative descriptive analysis andmultiple linear regression using SPSS 21.0 for windows . The result shows that marketing mix ofproduct, price, location, promotion, people, physical facilities and processes had affectedsimultaneously to students’ loyalty at STIE Persada Bunda .Promotional mark eting mix and the processdoes not affect the loyalty of students at STIE Persada Bunda partially, while the five other marketingmix of product, price, location, people, physical facilities partially affect the loyalty of students at STIEPersada Bunda

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the relationships between the determinants of bank capitalstructure to it’s leverage. This study focuses on the use of decomposional analysis to its leverageby applying two main theories of capital structure that are the trade off theory and the peckingorder theory. A decomposional analysis divided leverage into four type indicators of latentvariables that each of these variables calculated again based on the book value and the marketvalue. A decompotional analysis aims to measure the sensitivity of the different measurements ofthe definition of leverage.This study was conducted on 31 banking companies listed in IndonesiaStock Exchange from 2007 to 2012 by purposive sampling method. The nalysis tool used isStructural Equation Model (SEM) with LISREL program. SEM analysis is used to observe theeffect of the policy determinants of capital structure to banking decompositional leverage which isa complex variable, and to obtain an overall picture of the overall models.The results showed thatfactors into the determinants of the capital structure of Indonesia banking industries aretangibility, agency cost, size, and growth were found to significantly affect the decomposition ofleverage. While profitability is proven not significantly affect the decomposition leverage exceptfor leverage-adjusted debt-to-adjusted capital. This study also shows the change in preferredstock, tax rate, and intangible assets as part of leverage can change the significance and directionof the relationship between the factors become determinant of capital structure and leveragelevels.
