Abstract

This research is intended to know and analyze 1) the effect of Total QualityManagement (TQM) implementation on employees attachment to PT.TNT - ExpressIndonesia. 2) the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation oncompany performance at PT.TNT - Express Indonesia. 3) the influence of employeeengagement implementation on company performance at PT.TNT - Express Indonesia.4) the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation on companyperformance through employee engagement on PT.TNT - Express Indonesia. Thisresearch uses quantitative design. The method used in this research is method. Thepopulation in this study is all employees at the level of managers and supervisors inPT.TNT-Express Indonesia which requires 219 people. Sampling technique in this studyusing proportional random sampling. Determination of the sample using slovin formulawith a precision set at 5%. Thus the sample in this study sampled 142 people at themanager and supervisor level at PT.TNT-Express Indonesia taken at random. Datacompletion techniques in this study using a questionnaire based on the variablesstudied. From the results of the study concluded: 1) the higher total qualitymanagement implementation will be improve the companys employees engangement.2) the higher implementation of quality management executed by managers andsupervisors will improve the performance of the company. 3) the stronger theemployees aengage to the company, the employee will be motivated to run the work andwill have an impact on the performance. 4) the higher the total quality managementimplementation, the companys performance will increase even without the strongengagemnet of the employee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on each stage of customer bonding consisting ofawareness, identity, relationship, community, and advocacy bonding to customer satisfactionand customer loyalty as well as the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.Collecting data using questionnaires, from 270 customers Britama determined using purposivesampling method. Data analysis tools using structural equation modeling studies, which meetthe assumptions of normality and there is no outlier.The results showed that every phase ofcustomer bonding has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction and customerloyalty. Where awareness, identity, relationship, community, and advocacy bonding effect oncustomer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Then the relationship between customersatisfaction to customer loyalty is also shown to have a positive and significant impact.Various things need to be done to strengthen customer bonding, further enhancing customersatisfaction and customer loyalty. It is with regard to advertising, promotional programs,Corporate Social Responsibility for the general public, content and updating the website, aswell as community focused on the customer.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and organizationalculture on employee job satisfaction and Employee Productivity.The population of this research are employee of PDAM Tirta Indragiri, both in theoffice and in the field. The total number of Tirta Indragiri PDAM employees is 174people. The results of the study and discussion are presented using WarpPLS analysis.The result of research was that work discipline had an effect on the employee jobsatisfaction. Organizational culture partially effect on employee job satisfaction. Workdiscipline partially has a significant effect on employee productivity. Organizationalculture partially has a significant effect on employee productivity. Job satisfactionpartialy has a significant effect on employee productivity. If there is an increase in jobsatisfaction, then the productivity of personnel will increase and vice versa, if there is adecrease, then the productivity will decrease as well.

Abstract

Banking Industry use the Good Corporate Governance by the diversity(gender), and control to management, and a profesionalisme of Audit Committeeis a must so that the agency problem can be minimized, then the company can getthe profit and the sustainability.The aim of this research is to examine the effect ofBoard Size, Women on Board, and Audit Committee to Firm Value with FirmPerformance as mediating variabelThe population of this research is the listed bank on Indonesia StockExchange on year of 2012 to 2016. This paper examine 20 listed Indonesian StockExchanged Company by purphosive sampling methode for 5 years annual reportobservation.Using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, this paper show the resultthat Board Size has negatively non significant influence to Firm Performance andFirm Value, Women on Board is positively non significant influence to FirmPerformance and Firm Value, and Audit Committee is positively significantinfluence to Firm Performance and Firm Value. The implication of this researchis the necessary of GCG by diversity and transparency in Board room, byminimizing ageny conflict to maximizing the firm performance and firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on organizational performance with total quality management as an intervening variable in PT. Gandaerah Hendana S & G Biofuel Kabupaten Pelalawan with simultant.The study population were employees at PT . Gandaerah Hendana S & G Biofuel Kabupaten Pelalawan who work at the company. Determination of samples carried out in a non probability sampling. The total sample of 135 respondents were selected based on purposive sampling. Variables used are Organizational Performance as the dependent variable and leadership, organizational culture and total quality management as an independent variable . The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using statistical tools wuth SPSS 17 for windows.The result of this study showed that leadership and organizational culture on organizational performance with total quality management as an intervening variable as simultant have influence of positive and significantly to organizational performance at PT. Gandaerah Hendana S & G Biofuel Kabupaten Pelalawan.As impllication, this research has been performed only on the crude palm oil factory. Therefore, for further research, its adding another contruction variables that can affect the organizational performance directly such as motivation, work environment and Organizational Commitment so that the organizational performance can be increase with significantly.

Abstract

Health services is one of the needs of the community, so now manyemerging businesses to meet these needs, whether committed by the organizationor personally, or by the government. One of them is Puskesmas (community healthcenter) owned by local government respectively. As a provider of non-profithealth services, making the existing services in the health center is sometimes notmaximal, so the public satisfaction becomes not optimal as well. Ultimately it willprovide a negative public outlook towards the Puskesmas. The purpose of thisstudy is to analyze the dimensions of service in forming satisfaction and positiveimage of patients at health centers in Kuantan Singingi Regency. This researchwas conducted in Kuantan Singingi Regency with the sample used is 170respondents who have been treated at puskesmas. Techniques Data collectionused is a questionnaire with Likert scale. SEM analysis is a hypothesis testing toolusing SmartPLS 4.0 and SPSS 17.00 for windows program. Result of research,there is influence of service dimension in forming satisfaction and positive imageof patient at puskesmas in Kuantan Singingi Regency. While empathy variable hasno influence to satisfaction and image of organization. In addition, responsivenessalso does not affect the image of the organization. The results of this studyprovide managerial implications, namely puskesmas must always improve thequality of services provided to patients, so as to be able to provide satisfactionand improve the image of puskesmas in the community.

Abstract

Control is a mechanism utilised by executives to ensure that organisationalpolicies and system are well in place to guide the organization to reach its goals. Aninternal auditor is required to possess a certain level of competency and independenceto determine whether the organization’s (government) work ethics is in compliance tostandard law and regulations. The role of the internal auditor, as part of the APIP inthe Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangungan (BPKP) Perwakilan ProvinsiRiau is to produce quality audit result that is able to exert strain on the workload,enabling law enforcers to expose corruption cases in the Riau province. A certain leveland form of motivation is required to ensure that an auditor is able to work to the bestof his or her ability voluntarily. The purpose of this research is to investigate therelationship between independent and dependent variables, moderated by motivation.The research methodology utilizes Partial Least Square with a sample size of ninetythreeauditors from BPKP Perwakilan Provinsi Riau. The reader will be able to formthe following conclusion based on the purpose of the research and area of analysis;competency and independency variables will influence the quality of the auditsignificantly while the workload variable will not influence the audit qualitysignificantly. There is no significant effect between the Motivation as moderationvariable and the competency, independency as well as the work load variable towardsthe quality of the audit.

Abstract

The research held in 8 operating office of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara(BTN) in Pekanbaru. The aim is to know the influence of leadership, job placement andwork relationship to employee’s performance. Population are employees of 8 BTN operatingoffices in Pekanbaru that cosists of 255 employees,while sample number are 156that using Slovin technique and sampling technique by uses cluster sampling and purposivesampling. Data analysis tool is descriptive quantitative by using multiple regressionanalysis. The study reveals that leadership, job placement and work relationship significantlyinfluence employee’s performance partially and simultaneusly. Job placement wasfound to be the most dominant factor that influences employee’s performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is for determining the effect of leadership,organizational culture toward staff performance at the regional disaster managementagency in Riau province. The variables used in this research are leadership andorganizational culture as independent variables and organizational performance as adependent variables.The sampling method used is stratified random sampling method with samples of 79 ofthe 371 person working at the regional disaster management agency in Riau provinceperiod of 2015. Statistical analysis used to examine the effects of leadership andorganizational culture toward organizational performance is path analysis which canexplain the relationship between variables either directly or indirectly.The results of this study indicate that leadership has a direct effect towardorganizational culture, but hasn’t a direct effect toward organizational performance.Organizational culture has a direct effect toward organizational performance.Leadership has an indirect effect toward organizational performance throughorganizational culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable job satisfaction, commitment to work, and working environment on the performance of the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir. This research was conducted on the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir of 60 people. In testing the hypothesis menggunaka statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS analysis tools.The results showed that the variable is independent (job satisfaction and job commitment) had no significant effect on the performance of the facilitator. Only variable working environment has a significant influence on the performance of the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir.The theoretical implications that can be derived from this research is the result of this study showed that facilitators work directly related to masyaraat the placement factor and maintain the condition of the surrounding community became noteworthy. Downstream conditions of the district are relatively safe indragiri be one contributing factor comfort in the work of facilitators. To produce optimal performance, it is recommended should the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir equipped with good communication skills so that they can be accepted by all elements of society who become surrogate .
