Abstract

Abstract.The research was conducted in PT PLN (Persero) Rengat. The purpose of this research are to know the influence of ability, discipline, and training towards the employee’s performance with individual test and overall test, and to know the influence of performance toward the employee’s job satisfaction of PT PLN (Persero) Rengat.The research methods used quantitative and qualitative, and the population in this research are 30 employees. By using a sensus. Data obtained with questionnaires. This research used Two phase Multiple Regression Analysis.The result of research shows that the comittment, discipline, and training have been influence of significant toward the performance. It indicated from the value of Fobs > Ftable at the level of α = 5% Fobs= 9,004 > Ftable = 2,48 with probability (p) smaller than 0,05 and determination coefficient value (R2) is 21,2%. It means that 21,2% comittment, discipline, and training toward the job satisfaction. A partially (individual test) shows that the value of comittment 0,801, discipline 1,545, training 4,227. This result indicates that training has most dominant influence on job satisfaction, comittment and discipline have influence on the job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has been influence of significant toward the performance (p<0,05) with tobs =7,205> ttable = 1,66298.Key words: performance and job satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the relationship of leadership style and organizational culture to job satisfaction and performance of nurses Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in this study included all nurses Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru, amounting to 196 people. The primary data were collected by questionnaire as the instrument to prove the result of the study, to test the hypotheses using path analysis with SPSS. Sampling technique chosen is cluster sampling (104 nurses Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital pekanbaru as samples).The results showed that: 1) The leadership style directly influence the performance of nurses Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital, 2) Relationship of leadership style to the performance is not directly through job satisfaction nurses, so it can be concluded that job satisfaction is a strong mediating variable between leadership style on nurses performance, 3) Organizational culture directly do not have significant effect on the performance of nurses, 4) Through job satisfaction, organizational culture have positive and significant impact on the performance of nurses, it can be concluded, job satisfaction have an important role in mediating relations between organizational culture on the performance of nurses, 5) Job satisfaction directly influence the performance of nurses Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital.Keyword : leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfaction, the performance of nurses

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence and career developmentto job satisfaction through employee motivation Main Branch Bank Riau RiauPekanbaruJob satisfaction is one of the human output of a series of processes in organizationalbehavior. This attitude is fueled by motivation, competency and career development.Motivation affects the behaviors of employees, and job satisfaction. Competence isone reason that causes motivated employees, but it also affects the career development ofemployee motivation.The analysis tool used is path analysis. To test the effect of variablepartially used test of significance using the partial effect of á 5%. To test the effect ofmediation used path analysis (Test Path). The object of this study are employees of BankRiau Riau Main Branch Pekanbaru, with a sample or respondents were 110 people.Theconclusion of this study is variable competence and career development of positive andsignificant impact on work motivation variable, the variable competence and career developmentof positive and significant impact on job satisfaction variables From the resultsof this research can be pursued to increase job satisfaction in the neighborhoodBanki Riau Riau Main Branch Pekanbaru by implementing competency and career developmentfor correct and enhance work motivation, as one of the maintenance effort ofhuman resources within the organization

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the difference between abnormalreturn and trading volume activity before and after Peace Action in November 4, 2016.The Peace Action might give an effect on capital market. If the event runs peacefully, itwould have a positive impact to capital market. Otherwise, it would have a negativeimpact on the capital market. The population in this study was all companies listed inKompas100 Index. The method used was a comparison study by using Paired Sample TTest. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded asfollows that The was no different between abnormal return and trading volumeactivity before and after the peace action in November 4, 20016. The implications ofthis research is If there are actions that are not an anarchist then the investors do nothave to worry to invest.

Abstract

The Effect of Competence and Organization Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Lecturer Performance (Study on Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda Pekanbaru). One of educational goals is to create qualified human in the future, therefore the role of institution of higher education is needed very much. To produce qualified graduates, of course the colleges should have to be qualified ones. The quality of education is affected by several factors such as: students, infrastructure facilities supporting the learning process, and lecturers.This study aims to determine the effect of Competence and Organization Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Lecturer Performance (Case Study on Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda Pekanbaru). The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling technique, while the sample is all permanent lecturers of Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda Pekanbaru. There are 61 permanent lecturers there. For technique of Data Collection, the researcher applied questionnaire, interview, and documentation. While in techniques of Data Analysis the researcher used multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression which were continued to be analyzed by using SPSS version 21.0. The results of this research showed both partially and jointly of Competence and Organization Commitment were affected each other on lecturer job satisfaction. Meanwhile the variable of job satisfaction partially affected the lecturer performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload andcompensation for job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees at PT. AdiraQuantum Multifianance Pekanbaru branch. The research sample as many as 157people were selected using census method that is the entire population being sampled,while data collected using questionnaires and analysis techniques used are two-stageregression analysis using SPSS version 22.The results showed that the workloadsignificantly affect job satisfaction, and compensation have a significant impact on jobsatisfaction, workload and compensation simultaneously significant effect on jobsatisfaction and job satisfaction significantly influence employee turnover intention. Theresults of this study is, any increase job satisfaction hence potentially lower workload,and high compensation potential to increase job satisfaction. Increased job satisfactionhas the potential to reduce the rate of employee turnover intention.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi alokasi dana desa (ADD) di Kecamatan Siantan Selatan, Kabupaten Anambas. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terbagi 2 (dua) yaitu Variabel bebas (independen) meliputi Sumberdaya Manusia (X1), Komitmen (X2), dan Perangkat Pendukung Lainnya (X3) dan Variabel terikat (dependen) yaitu Keberhasilan Implementasi Alokasi Dana Desa. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh aparatur dan perangkat yang langsung terlibat dan mengetahui tentang pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Kecamatan Siantan Selatan yakni sebanyak 86 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus, yaitu mendata keseluruhan populasi yang ada. Berdasarkan sensus di lapangan, maka sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 86 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sumberdaya Manusia berpengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi Alokasi Dana Desa, Komitmen berpengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi Alokasi Dana Desa. Namun, Perangkat Pendukung Lainnya tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi Alokasi Dana. Tidak berpengaruhnya Perangkat Pendukung Lainnya disebabkan masih minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi melalui perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang memiliki aplikasi program pembuatan laporan keuangan sehingga seringkali berbagai laporan yang harus dibuat mengalami kesalahan dan keterlambatan untuk disampaikan kepada pihak-pihak terkait.

Abstract

This research aims to determine inaccuracies some of bankruptcy prediction models which are Altman, Springate, Grover, and Zmijewski in predicting bankruptcy in manufacturing industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange(IDX).This study was conducted on 140 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 using census method. The analytical tool is descriptive analysis.The results showed the entire bankruptcy prediction model failed in predicting the bankruptcy of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia as evidenced by its low percentage compared to the actual bankruptcy prediction has been done before.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the District Secretariat Rokan Hulu with the aim to determine the effect of Leadership and Organizational Commitment on performance and employee satisfaction.The population is all goverment employees were all civil servants (PNS) in the Regional Secretariat Rokan upstream as many as 97 people, sample collection techniques using methods stratified random sampling and purposive sampling as many as 78 orang.The data used are primary data and secondary data.Teknik collecting data through interviews and questionnaire (questionnaire).This method of analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, namely multiple linear regression analysis two stages with SPSS ver.20.Based on the partial results of the study, leadership variables significantly influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables significantly influence job satisfaction employee.Then satisfaction has a significant influenceontheperformancepegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to Analyze the Influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio(CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), OperationalCost and Operating Income (BOPO) to Return On Assets (ROA). Then to Test andAnalyze Influence of the most dominant variable in influencing Return On Assets(ROA).The data used is the publication of the Annual Report of Bank Indonesiafrom 2012 to 2016 sampling technique used was purposive sampling criteria ruralbanks (BPR) which has been operating in Pekanbaru during the period ofobservation the years 2012 until 2016 and submitted to Bank Indonesia. Obtaineda sample of 18 company number rural banks (BPR) which has been operating inPekanbaru during the observation period 2012 until 2016. The hypothesis wastested using t-statistics to test the significance of the partial regressioncoefficients and F-statistics to test the significance of regression coefficientstogether -sama at the 5% level of significance.The result of research there are influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio(CAR) and Operational Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) to Return On Assets(ROA). While the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Non Performing Loan (NPL)does not affect the Return On Assets (ROA) of the Rural Banks (BPR). Fromdeterminant coefficient test (Adj R2) it is known that the Capital Adequacy Ratio(CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) andOperational Income Operating (BOPO) variables only succeeded in influencingReturn On Assets (ROA) amounted to 13.60%, meaning there is another 86.40%influenced by other variables.
