Abstract

The impact of the construction activity centers such as supermarkets, shops,traditional markets and others raises the need for adequate parking spacefacilities to avoid traffic congestion. Parking is an immovable state of a vehiclethat is temporary. One form of parking needs is in Pasar Tugu Bandar Lampung. However, because the existing parking area cannot accommodate the vehicle, a number of vehicles are parked along the road and causes congestion around the market. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the parking characteristicsin Pasar Tugu Bandar Lampung and to analyze the capacity and parking spaces needs in Pasar Tugu Bandar Lampung. The results of this study are the maximum accumulation of car is 15 vehicles while motorcycle are 116 vehicles. For the average duration of car is 19.6 minutes while motorcycle are 18.5 minutes. The results for the turnover of car parking are 1.1 vehicles/SRP/hour while motorcycle are 1.2 vehicles/SRP/hour. The maximum capacity of car parking is 31 vehicles/hour while motorcycle are 495 vehicles/hour. The parking space needs for Pasar Tugu Bandar Lampung is as much as 12 SRP for cars and 48 SRP for motorcycles. Keywords: parking, accumulated parking, parking duration, parking turnover, parking capacity, parking needs.

Abstract

This study discusses flexural strengthening of reinforced concrete beams using GFRP (glass fiber reinforced polymer) and wiremesh. The beams are used have dimensions of length 1.7 m, width and height of 15 cm. Beams were tested with two-point system load using a loadingframe. Two types of retrofitting done in this study is the first type of reinforcement used 4 ply GFRP and retrofitting of the second type by using three layers of GFRP and 1 layer wiremesh. The 6 bars are tested, namely two beams without reinforcement, two beams by using reinforcement beam type 1 and 2 by using the retrofitting of type 2.Based on these results, reinforced beams can be increased up to 146% of the beam without reinforcement. Without reinforcement beam flexural failure with crack spreads at constant torque region and enlarged cracks only at one place in the area. While beams with reinforcement debonding all experienced failure at one end reinforcement. Based on the indexvalue of the beam ductility without retrofitting more ductile than the beam using the retrofitting.Keyword: Concrete, GFRP, Wiremesh, debonding, ductility

Abstract

Kualitas beton dapat ditentukan dari komposisi adukan, jenis bahan, dan cara perawatan. Betonreaktif adalah salah satu jenis beton mutu tinggi yang komposisinya mengandung banyak semendan bahan sangat halus lainnya serta di rawat dengan cara pemanasan. Abu sekam padi yangmengandung senyawa silika juga berpotensi untuk bahan adukan beton reakif.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada variasi presentase abu sekam sebagai pengganti sejumlah semen(0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, dan 40%) dan cara perawatan benda uji prisma 40 x 40 x 160 mm(pemanasan suhu pada 180º, perawatan uap air panas pada 90 º, dan perendaman dalam air).Pengujian kuat lentur pada umur 7 hari dan kuat tekan pada umur 7 hari dan 28 hari. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa kuat lentur optimum 16, 48 MPa diperoleh dari komposisi 10% abusekam dan perawatan uap air panas. Kuat tekan optimum juga diperoleh dari perawatan uap airpanas, namun pada komposisi 30% abu sekam, yaitu 37,54 MPa umur 7 hari dan 54,44 MPa umur28 hari. Dengan demikian abu sekam dapat digunakan untuk bahan pengganti sebagian semendalam komposisi beton reaktif dengan perawatan uap air panas.Kata kunci : beton mutu tinggi, beton reaktif , reactive powder concrete, abu sekam, kuat tekan, kuat lentur.

Abstract

Traffic accidents need to get greater attention. Road accidents always have an impact on damage and losses for vehicles involved in accidents and road users around them. The cause of traffic accidents is due to unfavorable traffic conditions. The condition is divided into 4 factors which include human factors, vehicle factors, environmental factors and road factors.The accident data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Bandar Lampung Police Department in 2015 to 2017. The methods used are Frequency Method, Highways Weighting Method, INDII-Aus Aid Weighting Method and KSI Method. The purpose of this study is to find out the Blackspot Region which often occurs in traffic accidents, knowing the causes that influence and prevention so that the level of accidents that occur can be anticipated and how to overcome the Blackspot Region.Based on the results of calculations obtained from the Frequency Method, Weighting of Highways, Weighting of INDII-Aud Aid and KSI, in 2017 7 Blackspot Areas were obtained. In 2016 only used the Frequency Method obtained by 6 Blackspot Areas.Whereas in 2015 also only used the Method of Frequency obtained by 5 Blackspot Areas.Keywords: Black Spot, Frequency Method, Highways Weighting Method, INDII-Aud Aid Weighting Method, KSI Method

Abstract

The increasing development of high-rise building construction with unique design in Indonesia today can not be denied. The high-rise buildings must have earthquake resistance because of Indonesia is a country that has the risk of an earthquake. This requires a multi-storey structure designer to be able to design a multi-storey building structure with various conditions and configurations. Based on that problems, a building will be designed with unusual shape by inclining the entire main structural column with a slope angle is 80o. And as a comparison, another building will be designed which uses vertical column. The building plan will be located in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia.The building plans with inclined and vertical column use reinforced concrete material with Ordinary Moment Resisting Frame (OMRF) as a structural strength system. This system is determined by the location of the building based on Indonesian Earthquake Map 2012. The result of the analysis and design is the building with inclined column has greater internal force compared to a building with vertical column and requires a reinforcement of 70.89% more than the building with vertical column.Keywords: earthquake, inclined column, building, concrete reinforcement, vertical column

Abstract

 Road is an infrastructure of land transportation which is very important for the growth of life because the road is a link between one region to another. In its use, the road always carries heavy loads every time someone crosses it so that it will be vulnerable for damage to occure  at the road surface and pavement structure.One effort to prevent more serious damage to the road is by conducting road rehabilitation such as patching and overlay thickness with the aim of restoring pavement strength so as to provide optimal service to road users. For this reason, a road rehabilitation plan is needed so that it is able to withstand the traffic load that passes through the road and has the as planned age.The purpose of this study was to determine the level of road damage on the Tirtayasa road section. To find out the method of improvement that can be done based on the level of damage and to find out the costs needed to repair the Tirtayasa road.This study begins with data collection and road damage conditions such as groove depth of cracks and holes resulting from visual survey.Analysis of the road conditions based on SDI values, for the Tirtayasa road along 4.8 km, with good conditions (75%), moderate conditions 0.4 km (6.25%), mildly damaged conditions 1.2 km (18, 75%), and 0 km (0%) is severely damaged, so that rehabilitation is done in the form of patching and overlay and the overlay and patching on the Road segment Tirtayasa needs a budget of Rp. 3,254,555,000.00Keywords: planning, technical road rehabilitation

Abstract

Review design proyek adalah kegiatan merekayasa perencanaan bangunan sehingga didapatkan perbandingan biaya material masing-masing. Tahapan dalam Review Design meliputi tahap pengumpulan data, penentuan metodologi, tahap analisis & pemodelan, desain & rekomendasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meninjau biaya bagian struktural dari bangunan rawat jalan seperti yang direncanakan dan membandingkannya dengan pilihan lain dari bahan konstruksi. Dalam studi ini, peninjauan hanya fokus pada pekerjaan struktural karena merupakan biaya terbesar dari keseluruhan biaya proyek. Material rencana untuk gedung adalah beton bertulang. Material alternative yang digunakan adalah baja untuk kolom dan balok serta komposit untuk pelat lantai. Dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa material yang ada yaitu beton bertulang memiliki biaya lebih rendah Rp12.029.919.096,05 dibandingkan bahan baja dan komposit yang menghasilkan biaya Rp20.732.428.550,38.

Abstract

Raden Inten II Airport has been designated as an international airport under the Decree of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number KP 2044 of 2018 (Baraas, 2015). With the rate of growth of the population in Lampung Province which continues to increase and the number of aircraft passengers at RadenInten II Airport continues to increase every year. So the service of land transportation in Raden Inten II Airport becomes the choice of passengers as an advanced transportation to end the trip, so that the community always demands quality public service.The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Performance of Passenger Trans Lampung Bus Transport Services at Bandar Lampung Department – Raden Inten II Airport which was measured based on Load Factor, Time Headway, Cycle Time and Travel Speed.In this study, the average speed obtained on Saturday Sunday and Monday on the departing route is 31.35 km / hour and on the return route is 29 km / hour. For the average value of Load Factor on the departing route (Bandar Lampung-Airport) by 15% and the average Load Factor on the return route (Bandar Lampung Airport) by 30%. Time Headway obtained an average value of calculations of 60.1 minutes and the value of Cycle Time 2 hours 53 minutes.Keywords: load factor, time headway, speed, bus service performance.

Abstract

Development of population in Bandar Lampung City and the demand for vehicles from year to year was increasing, such as private vehicles, public transportation, buses and others. This had an impact on the development of facilities and infrastructure of transportation which facilitated the movement occurring on the Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam road section. One of the facilities found on Z.A Pagar Alam road is the Median Opening (U-Turn) which changed direction by turning 180°. One of the effects of the U-Turn movement was going slowly or stopping vehicles. This would affect the movement of other vehicles on the main road. In addition, there were also many cases where the vehicle couldn’t rotate directly because of less radius of rotation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Median Opening (U-Turn) on the traffic performance at Z.A Pagar Alam road with the Gap Acceptance Method. The use of the Gap Acceptance Method would get the Queue Length value, Gap value and Wait Time (Follow Up Time). Based on the analysis and calculations carried out at the Median Opening (U-Turn) in front of Wisma Bandar Lampung, it could be concluded that the effect of the U-Turn on Monday morning from Tanjung Karang to Rajabasa and vice versa was the biggest effect on traffic performance where the gap was 439 vehicles and queue due to a gap was 899 vehicles, follow-up times was 309 vehicles and queue due to follow-up time was 1449 vehicles. Abstract

High Speed Rail (HSR) is currently regarded as one of the most significant tecnological breakthrought in passenger transportation. Compare to a convensional train, a high speed train will shorten time travel. This study aims to evaluate the viability of high speed rail project based on financial analysis. The parameter used to analyse the financial viability are NPV, BCR, IRR, PP and Break Even Traffic Volume. The analyses also includes sensitivity analysis with a variety of discount rate, annual income and investment cost value. The result of financial viability analysis shows that the project does not meet the financial requirements. It is indicated by negative NPV value, IRR value of 0,27 to 2,28 smaller than the discount rate and PP value much longer than the concession period which are of 50 years. The result of Break Even Traffic Volume shows that the range of total demand number to reach NPV=0 are between 11,27 millions to 11,58 millions. The Number  is very much greater than total passenger number of Argo Parahiyangan train in the year 2018 that is 4,38 millions/ year. Even though based on the financial viability analysis the High speed rail Jakarta-Bandung project is not be feasible. However, based on the economic and social benefits the project is crucial to solve traffic congestion, reduce the pollution rate, and save the time travel.Keywords :High-Speed Train, financial analysis, financial feasibility parameters
