Abstract

The type of this research is a Class Action Research (CAR) with the purpose to analyze the application of the learning outcome improvement of Natural Science on the Eight Chapter about Environment, Our Friend of the students of Class V B the Elementary School of Kasreman on the Second Semester of the 2018/2019 year academic with Trading Place Method. The subjects of this research are the students of Class V B the Elementary School of Kasreman on the Second Semester of the 2018/2019 year academic as much as twenty five children; consist of twelve boys and ten girls. The subjects of this research are the students of Class V B the Elementary School of Kasreman on the first Semester of the 2018/2019 year academic as much as twenty five children; consist of twelve boys and ten girls. The data resources of this research are relating with learning activities and learning outcomes. Techniques of collecting data of this research are non test technique and test technique. Technique of analyzing data of this research is comparative description. The procedure of this research is the cycle model. The results of this research are 1) the learning of Natural Science on the Eight Chapter about Environment, Our Friend is choosing label on the group task, 2) the learning of Natural Science on the Eight Chapter about Environment, Our Friend is improving the students’ learning activities on active category (B), 3) the learning of Natural Science on the Eight Chapter about Environment, Our Friend with Trading Place Method is improving the students’ learning outcome on good category. The learning outcomes on the Early Condition are 57,27 for the average and 40,9% for the completeness. The learning outcomes on the First Cycle are 70,45 for the average and 54,54% for the completeness. The learning outcomes on the Second Cycle are 82,27 for the average and 90,9% for the completeness.

Abstract

he purpose of this study is 1) To find out the increase in student motivation byusing audiovisual media in class X students. 2) To find out the increase in student learningoutcomes using audiovisual media in class X.IPA 2 students of SMAN 2 Salatiga on thesubject matter of food crop cultivation in the Workshop and Entrepreneurship even semestersemester 2019/2020. The research subjects in this study are students of class X.IPA 2 SMAN 2Salatiga Pagentan, totaling 33 students. Methods of data collection by testing, observation,and documentation methods. Provision of action in the form of the use of audiovisual media tostudents of class X.IPA 2 of SMAN 2 Salatiga on the subject matter of food crop cultivation inthe Workshop and Entrepreneurship even semester semester 2019/2020 can improve studentmotivation and learning outcomes. Class X.IPA 2 High School 2 Salatiga students' motivationin the cultivation of food crops subject matter in the Workshop and Entrepreneurship in theeven semester of the 2019/2020 academic year only reached only a percentage of 62.37%,after being given an action it increased to 70.96% in the first cycle and in the cycle IIincreased to 81.57%. Student learning outcomes in class X.IPA 2 of SMAN 2 Salatiga on thesubject matter of food crop cultivation in the subjects of Entrepreneurship andEntrepreneurship in the even semester of the academic year 2019/2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the creativity of educators in improvingchildren's learning by means of experimental methods in improving science learning at an early age. This Classroom Action Research is to explore a group of knowledge and skills of early childhood education teachers in improving experimental methods through science learning. This study uses focus group discussions using open-ended questions to find out the data in the preliminary study or the problems that occur. This discussion discusses topics related to the science teaching teaching system that has been implemented so far. The results of the study show that learning science in the early childhood education curriculum is very important by applying the experimental method, namely learning and playing. The teacher as a facilitator by guiding students in carrying out experiments, namely volcanoes, paper flying boats and moving water up. This experimental method uses attractive, innovative and creative props to stimulate children to increase creativity through experiments.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve third grade students’ experimental skills byapplication Quantum Teaching learning model. Form of this research is classroomaction that lasts two cycles. The subject of this research war teacher and third gradestudents’ of Elementary School Purwotomo 97 Surakarta in 2017/2018 academic yearamounted to 18 students. Data collection techniques are conducted by interview,observation, and document analysis. Data validity techniques is content validity andtechnical triangulation. Data analysis technique is a quantitative descriptive techniqueand interactive analysis. Conclusion of this research is applicating of the QuantumTeaching learning model can improve student experiment skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The application of CTL using the aid of meter teaching aids in improving the mathematical abilities of an object measurement material in the first semester of SDN Nganjat Polanharjo Klaten academic year 2018/2019; (2) The active learning of children in mathematics learning material measurement of an object through the application of CTL using the aid of meter teaching aids in SDN Nganjat Polanharjo Klaten in the first semester of the school year 2018/2019; (3) Learning outcomes of children through the application of CTL use the help of meter teaching aids to improve the mathematical skills of material for measuring an object in the first semester of SDN Nganjat Polanharjo Klaten 2018/2019 academic year. The research is class action research (PTK) with procedures, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The object of the study was Class III students in semester I of the 2018/2019 academic year, totaling 15 students. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, document analysis and assignments. The data analysis technique uses descriptive and comparative analysis. The results of the study concluded: (1) The application of CTL using the help of meter teaching aids can help students to understand the mathematical concepts of measuring objects that are in the natural environment; (2) Implementation of learning in mathematical concepts of measurement by applying CTL using the aid of meter teaching aids can increase students' active involvement in the learning process, students look enthusiastic in participating in learning, class atmosphere becomes conducive to learning, and learning resources are not focused on teachers but are focused on students; (3) After the corrective action was taken, in the first cycle the mathematical abilities of children at Nganjat Polanharjo Klaten Elementary School began to increase, because 11 students (73%) scored above the KKM. At the end of the second cycle, the mathematical abilities of the children of Nganjat Polanharjo Klaten Elementary School were getting better because all children (100%) had scored above the KKM. Thus, learning the mathematical concept of measurement by applying CTL using the aid of meter teaching aids is quite effective for improving cognitive abilities of children of SDN Nganjat Polanharjo Klaten.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar Matematika khususnya pada materi pengurangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika tentang pengurangan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Metode pembelajaran kontekstual adalah konsep belajar yang membantu guru mengaitkan antara  materi yang diajarkannya dengan situasi dunia nyata siswa dan mendorong siswa membuat hubungan antara pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dengan penerapannya dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan obyek penelitian siswa kelas I SD Negeri 2 Gatak. Fokus penelitian pada pengurangan dengan pembelajaran kontekstual sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dari hasil belajar siswa pada kegiatan pembelajaran pra siklus, siklus I dan siklus II. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat dari besarnya nilai rata-rata siswa dan prosentase ketuntasan hasil belajar dari KKM yang ditentukan sebesar 65. Berdasarkan dari hasil observasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual mata pelajaran Matematika materi pengurangan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas I SD Negeri 2 Gatak. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan untuk perbaikan pembelajaran dengan kasus serupa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality control strategy for non formal and informal education programs during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses acase study to determine the quality control strategy for non-formal and informal education programs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data in this study were taken from focus group discussions with open-ended question guidelines and related documents. Data were analyzed descriptively. Based on these results it can be concluded that the quality control program is a requirement so that products in the form of goods and services produced by educational institutions can be accepted by customers. As civil servants who have functional positions with the main task of carrying out quality control activities and evaluating the impact of the PNFI program, supportive knowledge and skills are needed, so that what is expected in the draft Permenpan and bureaucratic reform can run and does not happen as indicated by some people that Oversight is a "stealth" employee, because his main task has been unclear

Abstract

This study aims to find out the direction of the “Grounding Pancasila character education during Covid-19 Pandemic era” policy. The research methods employed were secondary data and qualitative analysis. The result of study showed that the education realm face very severe challenge of in Indonesia, particularly in realizing Pancasila character education during Covid-19 Pandemic era because of teachers’ unequal ability of using online learning, parents’ difficulty in understanding the lesson and motivating their children during school from home, limited facilities and infrastructure, and limited fund. However, they are required to be able to produce superior, innovative human resource with Pancasila character. Government’s policy of grounding Pancasila character during Covid-19 Pandemic era conducted through Reinforcing Character Education (PPK), empowering Republic of Indonesia’s Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 87 of 2017 about the Reinforcement of Character Education, and issuing Freedom to Learn Policy will not be realized without the government’s progressive measures related to the curriculum. The issuance of “national emergency” curriculum policy based on Minister of Education and Culture’s Decree Number 719 /P/2O2O is expected to be effective in grounding Pancasila character. The organizers of Education, from primary level to high education, should follow up the regulation responsively by reconstructing the curriculum, and the government should also give the parents specific incentive and facilitation and increase the fund to support online learning facilities and infrastructure, to enable the learning to produce superior resource with Pancasila personality during Covid-19 Pandemic era.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the concluding skill through model guided inquiry. This form of research is a classroom action research conducted three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection.  Data collection techniques are using tests, observations, interviews and documentation. Data validity tests are using triangulation. Data analysis technique used is the interactive model. The results showed the average value of preaction class score of 42,91 with 10,81% classical completeness increased to 53,91 with 18,92% classical completeness in cycle I and increased again to 68,41 with 51,35% classical completeness in cycle II, then in cycle III increased again to 82,43 with 81,08% classcal completeness. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that through the application of model guided inquiry can improve the concluding skill for V grade students of SD N Karangasem II Surakarta in the academic year 2017/2018

Abstract

The subjects of this research are the students of Class V B the Elementary School ofKasreman on the first Semester of the 2018/2019 year academic as much as twenty fivechildren; consist of twelve boys and ten girls. The data resources of this research are relatingwith learning activities and learning outcomes. Techniques of collecting data of this researchare non test technique and test technique. Technique of analyzing data of this research iscomparative description. The procedure of this research is the cycle model. The results of thisresearch are 1) the application of talking stick method in the learning of social science on thefifth chapter about the pride as Indonesian is a different task with conceptual picture for eachgroup, 2) the applications of talking stick method in the learning of social science on the fifthchapter about the pride as Indonesian are a grouptasks; discussing with the group, giving fourinformation relating with the conceptual picture, asking only the most difficult question andanswering the questions from other groups’, 3) the applications of talking stick method in thelearning of social science on the fifth chapter about the pride as Indonesian are increasing thelearning activities in discussing, answering the questions form the teacher and other students,asking the continuation questions and declaring the opinions and 4) the applications of talkingstick method in the learning of social science on the fifth chapter about the pride as Indonesianare increasing the learning outcomes. The learning outcomes on the Early Condition are 56,63for the average and 31,81% for the completeness. The learning outcomes on the First Cycle are69,09 for the average and 59,09% for the completeness. The learning outcomes on the SecondCycle are 80,9 for the average and 86,36% for the completeness.
