Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the improvement of children's poetry reading skills with the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach in Class V Students of SDN 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, Semester I, Academic Year 2018/2019. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in the fifth grade of Nanggulan Elementary School 2 in Cawas District, Klaten Regency with a total of 17 students, consisting of 3 male students and 14 female students. This classroom action research is carried out three cycles in a continuous manner. Each cycle is carried out by planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting to determine the effectiveness of the action. Based on the analysis, it can beconcluded as follows: First, based on observations of teacher performance the results of the average score of teacher performance have increased from learning Cycle I for 1.3 Cycle II learning to 2.3, and at Cycle III 2.7. With the criteria of a sufficient limit score is a score of 2 and a score of 3 is good; Second, based on student activity data for three cycles, the average score about student activity experienced an increase from Cycle I learning at 1.2 learning Cycle II to 2.0 and in Cycle III learning to 2.8; Third, based on the results of the assessment ofreading children's poetry with the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach, the average score of the test results and assignments has increased from Cycle I learning to 70.89 Cycle II learning to 75.59 and Cycle III learning to 79.71 . Increasing the percentage of classical learning completeness by learning cycle I was 41.18%, learning Cycle II became 58.82%, and learning in Cycle III reached 82.35%. Thus through the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach the ability to read children's poetry in Class V students of SD Negeri 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, in the first semester of school year 2018/2019 can increase.

Abstract

This research aims to improve social cooperation through application of the Numbered Heads Together model. This study is Classroom Action Research with three cycles. The research subject were students 2th grade of Pajang IV state primary school Surakarta in the 2019/2020 academic year, with a total 17 students. This study uses data collection technique in the form of interview, observation, questionnaire, peer to peer assesment, and documentation with data analysis of content validity and triangulation. Analysis of the data used is the Miles-Huberman interactive analysis model. Classical completeness results the first cycle reaches 47%, classical completeness of the second cycle reaches 65%, and the third cycle produces a percentage 82%. Based on the results of the study, can be concluded that social cooperation on 2th students Pajang IV state primary school Surakarta in the 2019/2020 academic year can be improved through the numbered heads together model. The result of this study have contributed to the world of education as one alternative to solving the affective realm, especially social attitudes of cooperation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian adalah untuk melatih masyarakat non produktif untuk mengoptimalkan potensi lokal daerah melalui kegiatan socioentreprenuership. Pengabdian ini memanfaatkan potensi lokal yakni ikan lele untuk ditingkatkan nilai gunanya dan nilai jualnya. Selain untuk melatih pemanfaatan ikan lele, pengabdian ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam memasarkan produk dengan cara atau merode digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam layanan ini dimulai dengan Workshop, Praktek, dan Implementasi. Dalam melakukan pelatihan ini, para peserta diminta untuk mengerjakan tes terkait dengan pengetahuan dan cara meningkatkan nilai jual ikan lele serta cara memasarkannya. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pre-test dan post-test. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa ada peningkatan dalam pengetahuan dan cara meningkatkan nilai jual ikan lele serta cara memasarkannya.

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan mengenal konsep angka pada anak usia dini di lembaga PAUD melalui bermain papan flanel. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan pendidik PAUD dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal konsep angka pada anak yaitu dengan bermain papan flanel. Hal ini disebabkan karena kegunaan dari papan flanel sangat cocok untuk mengenalkan angka pada anak usia 4-5 tahun, selain itu media papan flanel juga memiliki keefektifan dalam penggunaannya.

Abstract

This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) with the purpose to analyze the application of WordSquare Method in increasing the learning outcome of social science about the money utility on the students of Class III A the Elementary School of Kasreman on the Second Semester of the 2018/2019 year academic. The subjects of this research are  the students of Class III A the Elementary School of Kasreman on the Second Semester of the 2018/2019 year academic as much as twenty four children; consist of fifteen boys and nine girls. The data resources of this research are relating with learning activities and learning outcomes. Techniques of collecting data of this research are non test technique and test technique. The instruments of collecting data of this research are the sheets of observation and the camera application on the hand phone and also daily test. Technique of analyzing data of this research is comparative description. The procedure of this research is the Kemmis and Mc Taggart’s spiral model that consist of two cycles; First Cycle and Second Cycle. Each cycle is consisting of two meetings. The results of this research are 1) the application of WordSquare Method in increasing the learning outcome of social science about the money utility is a group task by searching, finding and signing the concepts inside the WordSquare during the timeline,2) the application of WordSquare Method in increasing the learning outcome of social science about the money utility is is in a small group, consist of four members, 3) the application of WordSquare Method in increasing the learning outcome of social science about the money utility are increasing the learning activities; actively in discussing, actively in answering the questions from the teacher and other students and actively in asking to the teacher, 4) the application of WordSquare Method in increasing the learning outcome of social science about the money utility has a good group task learning outcomes, 5) the application of WordSquare Method in increasing the learning outcome of social science about the money utility has a good learning outcomes. The learning outcomes on the Early Condition are 60,83 for the average and 58,33% for the completeness. The learning outcomes on the First Cycle are 71,25 for the average and 66,66% for the completeness. The learning outcomes on the Second Cycle are 83,95 for the average and 83,33% for the completeness.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SD Negeri 1 Kalinanas dalam menyusun dokumen silabus pembelajaran. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri 1 Kalinanas selama ± 5 bulan dimulai Juli 2015 sampai dengan Desember 2015. Jumlah guru di SD Negeri 1 Kalinanas yang mengikuti Bimbingan dan Supervisi berjumlah 9 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari wawancara diperoleh hasil bahwa secara keseluruhan guru di SD Negeri 1 Kalinanas menyatakan penting untuk menyusun dokumen silabus pembelajaran dengan sangat baik. Penelitian dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus. Pada pra siklus diperoleh nilai rata-rata 77 dengan persentase 52% pencapaian seluruh guru dalam indikator penelitian penyusunan silabus, pada siklus 1 diperoleh nilai rata-rata 84 dengan persentase 67% pencapaian seluruh guru dalam indikator penelitian penyusunan silabus, dan pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata 98 dengan persentase 95% pencapaian seluruh guru dalam indikator penelitian penyusunan silabus. Terjadi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam penyusunan silabus setelah dilakukan Bimbingan dan Supervisi oleh kepala sekolah SD Negeri 1 Kalinanas.

Abstract

This research aims at improving mathematical reasoning skills through the implementation of Realistic Mathematics Education approach. This is a two-cycles Classroom Action Research (CAR). Each cycle consists of three meetings. There are four stages in every meeting that are planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subject of this research is 30 students of the fifth grade of SD Negeri Tunggulsari 1 Surakarta, academic year 2019/2020. Observation, interview, tests, and documentation are used as the data collection technique. Triangulation is used to check the validity of this research. The data are analyzed using Miles- Huberman interactive analysis model. The first cycle began with the first learning resulting in increased 47% with 72,00 of average, second learning was increased 3% with 74,00 of average and the third of learning was increased 10% with 74,00 of average. This research continued with second cycle with percentage of students' classical mastery 73% with 82,00 of average in first learning, second learning has percentage of students' classical mastery 77% with 82,00 of  average and the last learning has percentage of students' classical mastery 83% with 87,00 of average. Those results indicate that the mathematical reasoning skill of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Tunggulsari 1 Surakarta academic year 2019/2020 can be improved by the implementation of Realistic Mathematics Education approach.

Abstract

This reseach aims to: (1) describe Thematic Learning in Distance Learning (e-learning) (2) describe the school's efforts to optimize Thematic Learning in Distance Learning (e-learning). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects involved were the principal, teachers, students, and parents of grade V SD N Tegalayu No. 96 Surakarta. Research data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The validity of the research data used triangulation techniques. Data were analyzed using an interactive model, consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. As a result, Thematic Learning in Distance Learning goes according to schedule. Five days a week. The implementation of learning includes the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The conclusions of the researchers are: (1) the implementation of thematic learning in distance learning at SD N Tegalayu No.96 Surakarta has run according to the schedule and (2) Efforts in implementing Thematic Learning in Distance Learning involve the efforts of the principal, teachers, students, and parents of students in improving learning optimization.Keywords: thematic learning, e-learning, distance education

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to improve the activities andlearning outcomes of science in class 1 students in the first semester on theHealthy Body material in Ngiyono Public Elementary School through theJigsaw learning method in the 2016/2017 school year. This type of researchis Classroom Action Research conducted in 2 cycles consisting of 2meetings with 4 stages each cycle, namely planning, implementing actions,observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were class I students,totaling 18 students. Data collection methods used are observation, tests,and documentation. The results of this study are an increase in the activitiesand learning outcomes of science students in class I. This is shown from thepre cycle average value of activities and student learning outcomes is 70.55by 7 students. In the first cycle the average value of activities and learningoutcomes of students is 78.80 by 11 students while in the second cycle theaverage value of the results of activities and student learning outcomes is86.67 by 16 students from 18 students. The activities and learning outcomesof students in science subjects in Healthy Body material in class I insemester 1 increased with the application of the Jigsaw learning method andhad fulfilled the indicator of success of 75%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is improve the understanding of the concept of rights and obligations with the use of models Make a Match. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). Subjects were fourth grade student primary school of Soropadan No. 108 Laweyan Surakarta totaling 30 students. Sources of data is teachers, students, teaching process, and document. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Analysis of data using interactive techniques for qualitative data analysis developed by Miles Huberman. Classical completeness in pre-action was 26,66%. Classical completeness then increased by 70,00% in cycle I, continued with the second cycle with the percentage of 63,33%, and continued with the thrid cycle with the percentage of 86,66%. The conclusions of this study is the use of models Make a Match improve the understanding of the concept of rights and obligations of fourth grade student primary school of Soropadan No. 108. contribution of the implementation of the make a match model is to be used as a reference, input and be a development in varied learning activities in the classroom, especially in PKn subject.
