Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis fosfat yang terkandung dalam pupuk organik (OF) kelinci, ayam, sapi dan dosis fosfat yang terkandung dalam pupuk kimia sintetik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi kedelai. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2022 – Maret 2023 di kebun Desa Meteseh, Kecamatan Boja, Kabupaten Kendal, Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan di Laboratorium Ekologi dan Produksi Tumbuhan, Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian, Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang. Percobaan petak terpisah dalam rancangan acak kelompok dengan 3 ulangan digunakan sepanjang percobaan. Petak utama adalah dosis jenis P2O5 - PO yaitu D1: 16,72 kg P2O5/ha-PO kelinci, D2: 49,9 kg P2O5/ha-PO ayam dan D3: 140 kg P2O5/ha-PO sapi. Anak petak terdiri dari pupuk anorganik, P1: 0 kg P2O5/ha, P2: 23 kg P2O5/ha, P3: 46 kg P2O5/ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis fosfat berdasarkan PO ayam D2: 49,9 kg P2O5/ha dan PO sapi D3: 140 kg P2O5/ha memberikan hasil yang lebih baik pada jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah polong per petak, dan bobot polong per petak dibandingkan PO kelinci D1: 16,72 kg P2O5/ha.

Abstract

Beluntas adalah salah satu tumbuhan yang berpotensi dikembangkan menjadi pestisida nabati, karena mengandung asam fenolik, flavonoid, alkanoid, saponin, tanin dan terpenoid. Senyawa metabolit sekunder tersebut dapat memberikan efek mortalitas terhadap hama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas daun beluntas terhadap mortalitas S. litura. Metode uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode celup daun terdiri dari enam perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak lima kali. Parameter yang diamati adalah mortalitas S. litura pada fase larva, pupa, dan imago. Hasil Pengamatan menunjukkan mortalitas tertinggi terdapat pada dosis 90 gram basah/500 ml air sebesar 25 individu. Pengamatan dilanjutkan untuk larva yang masih hidup yaitu mortalitas larva prapupa tertinggi sebesar 19 individu pada dosis 45 gram basah/500 ml air, mortalitas pupa sebanyak 15 individu pada perlakuan kontrol, dan sisa pupa yang menghasilkan imago pada perlakuan kontrol sebanyak 2 ekor.

Abstract

Metode kultur in vitro dapat digunakan sebagai sarana perolehan bibit uggul tanaman krisan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jenis planlet dan macam media tanam terbaik untuk pertumbuhan bibit tanaman krisan yang di aklimatisasi di dataran rendah. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli-November 2022 di Screenhouse yang bertempat di Jl. Simowau Indah Blok, Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dua faktor yaitu jenis planlet dan macam media tanam dengan 12 kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang 3 kali. Faktor pertama yaitu jenis planlet dengan 3 perlakuan yaitu planlet utuh, planlet tunas pucuk in vitro dan planlet berakar. Sedangkan faktor kedua adalah macam media tanam dengan 4 perlakuan yaitu arang sekam (kontrol), arang sekam + tanah (2:1), cocopeat + tanah (2:1), dan arang sekam + cocopeat + tanah (1:1:1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan jenis planlet tunas pucuk in vitro menunjukkan hasil tertinggi yaitu pada tinggi bibit.

Abstract

Chlorophyll-a in waters is one of the important factors that determines the primary productivity/fertility of waters. Chlorophyll-a measurements can be carried out in two ways, namely conventionally by direct measurements in the field and modernly by using remote sensing technology. The aim of this research is to determine variations in the distribution of chlorophyll-a in the waters of the Ombai Strait. The data used in this research is monthly level 3 climatology data from 2003–2022 from the Aqua-MODIS (Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) satellite using a remote sensing and geographic information system approach. The results of this research were that the highest chlorophyll-a concentration was found in coastal areas and the lowest concentration was found in offshore waters. According to the monthly distribution of chlorophyll-a, the highest concentration was recorded in July with values ranging from 0.251-10.486 mg/m3 with an average of 0.566 mg/m3 and the lowest concentration was recorded in November with values ranging from 0.158-2.151 with an average of 0.427 mg/m3.

Abstract

Blorep Swamp is a swamp in the urban area of ​​Merauke Regency, located close to residential areas, and is known as a catchment area. This research aims to determine the growth patterns, condition factors, and eating habits of Trichogaster sp. This research lasted three months using a purposive sampling method from April to June 2023. This research found that 123 samples of Trichogaster sp. were obtained, with 113 pieces of fish stomachs containing food and ten empty. Furthermore, every month, the growth pattern of Trichogaster sp. shows a different way. In April, the growth pattern is Positive Allometric (3,13216); meanwhile, in May and June, the growth pattern is Negative Allometric value approximately 2,73986 – 2,33476). The average condition factor value during the research in April ranged from 0.5790 – 0.8767; in May, the average value was 0.5380 – 1.4482, and in June, the average value was 0.6932 – 1.4896. The Stomach content of the fish found that there are seven species of phytoplankton from four classes: the first class, Bacillariophyceae with species Chlorella sp., Climacosphenia monolinear, Navicula sp., the second class of Diatoms with species Diploneis fusca, third class Xanthophyceae with species Surirella sp., and a fourth class with species Chlorophyceae, Tribonema sp. nd Ulothrix sp. The highest species obtained is Chlorella sp., with a total of 4.871, and the lowest species is Surirella sp., with 199 received from samples obtained during research in the Blorep swamp.

Abstract

Blorep Swamp is one of the swamps in Merauke Regency, with the status of a swamp being City Forest. Blorep Swamp is one of the swamps that has enormous potential for fish resources and can provide a decent life for the people living around Blorep Swamp. This study aims to analyze the social conditions of the community in ecosystem-based inland fisheries management (EAFM), where the indicators used include stakeholder participation. The time of the research was carried out from March to May 2023. The data collection method used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the social condition of the community in the management of Blorep Swamp on the stakeholder indicator was at a low status, this was because the existence of Blorep Swamp could be said to be very secretive which resulted in several government agencies not knowing the existence of the swamp. Meanwhile, the indicators of fisheries conflict and utilization of local knowledge are in good status.
