Abstract

Cyberloafing is a recent organizational behavior that arises due to easy access to the internet, allowing employees to use company-provided internet facilities for non-work-related activities. Previous researches have attempted to identify variables that influence cyberloafing, including work stress and workload. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of workload dimensions (psychological workload and physical workload) on cyberloafing behavior, mediated by work stress, within the banking sector of Malang City. This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with data collection methods through online questionnaires . The responses of 148 participants are analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result shows that workload does not significantly affect cyberloafing behavior. However, workload does have a positive and significant influence on work stress, which in turn positively and significantly affects cyberloafing behavior. Work stress acts as a mediator between workload and employee cyberloafing behavior in the banking sector of Malang city. Furthermore, the study highlights the benefits of regular breaks from work in the form of cyberloafing, as it allows employees to recharge their energy and serves as an effective defense against workplace stress. Abstract

PT Kuliah Saham Indonesia is an online educational content creator about investing and trading in the stock market as a solution to increase the knowledge of the millennial generation in the field of investment and stock trading. This research aimed to determine the characteristics of audiences on the advertising results of PT Kuliah Saham Indonesia, analyze the differences in advertising results based on the type of content and advertising publishing time used by PT Kuliah Saham Indonesia, describe alternatives to the best advertising strategy of PT Kuliah Saham Indonesia based on the type of content and time of advertising issuance. The analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, Two Way Anova analysis, and Simple Additive Weighting analysis. The sample used in this study was a meta advertisement of PT Kuliah Saham Indonesia in June 2022. The results showed that there were significant differences in ad content types, no significant differences in publishing time, and there were significant interactions with content types and publishing times. In addition, content type 3 with a value of 2.84 and nighttime publishing time with a value of 2.50 is the best advertising strategy at PT Kuliah Saham Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Instagram's social media marketing on repurchase intention through experiential marketing and brand trust in the Naboks Bogor brand. The method of the reseach used quantitative with 200 respondents. The data analysis technique used a descriptive analysis, and Structural equation modeling (SEM) test (Analysis Moment of Structural (AMOS)). The results of the study prove that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on experiential marketing. Social media marketing has a positive and significant impact on brand trust. Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. In contrast, experiential marketing has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention and social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Abstract

XYZ Insurance is an insurance company that has only been running for three years and is considered to have no brand equity (brand strength) in the eyes of customers. The purpose of this research were identify the perception of personal selling and digital marketing on the formation of brand equity, Analyzing the effect of personal selling and digital marketing on the formation of brand equity and Formulate managerial implications that will be applied by XYZ Insurance to increase brand equity. The data processing and analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis and brand equity analysis with structural equation modelling (SEM) with a variance approach (VB-SEM) with partial least squares (PLS-SEM) technique. The results showed that the results showed that both personal selling and digital marketing had a significant effect on brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. While the indirect effect explains that personal selling through brand awareness, brand association, and loyalty variables has a good mediating role on brand equity. Meanwhile, digital marketing through brand awareness, perceived quality, and loyalty variables has a role as a mediating variable, but it is still doubtful because it has an insignificant effect on brand equity. Therefore, it is expected to improve brand equity are in developing the company's brand awareness, both in terms of personal selling agents and developing the use of digital media. Abstract

As a research institution, the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) plays a crucial role in driving innovation and leveraging knowledge to improve people's welfare and the nation's competitiveness. This study analyzes the impact of knowledge management on the performance of science and technology correctional-based organizations at LIPI. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge management, including knowledge management infrastructure and processes, and organizational performance. The sample used in this study were employees responsible for the dissemination of science and technology in five service work units at LIPI, with a total of 115 respondents. The analytical method utilized in this study is a quantitative method using SEM PLS. The results of this study demonstrates that: (1) There is a significantly positive relationship between knowledge management infrastructure and knowledge management process; (2) There is a significantly positive effect in the relationship between knowledge management infrastructure and organizational performance; (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge management process and organizational performance; and (4) The knowledge management process mediates the relationship between knowledge management infrastructure and organizational performance. The results indicated that the science and technology correctional service-based work unit at LIPI have implemented knowledge management practices well in terms of infrastructure and processes. Abstract

Abstrak: Peranan sumber daya manusia bagi keberlangsungan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi sangatlah penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana pemahaman literasi keuangan, pemahaman teknologi keuangan, dan juga pemanfaatan teknologi keuangan pada UMKM di Sukabumi. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 315 pelaku usaha dengan sampel atau responden sebanyak 76 pelaku usaha di Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan penggunaan rumus slovin sebagai teknik pemilihan sampelnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sebelumnya dilakukan uji hipotesis, terlebih dahulu dengan menguji uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dilanjutkan dengan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji multikolinieritas, dan uji normalitas. Adapun hasilnya menunjukan bahwa financial literacy, financial technology dan financial behaviour berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of tobin's-q, return on asset, women as CEO, board independence, institutional ownership, concentrated ownership, and firm size towards CEO compensation in companies listed on LQ-45 Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2020. This study uses a quantitative perspective with a linear regression model and data panel. The number of 205 data was observed continuously for five years according to the sample characteristics. Test model specifications with the Chow test and Hausman test shows that random effect models using white correction provide the most suitable results. The results showed that tobin's-q, women as CEO and firm sizes have a significant positive effect on CEO compensation. Meanwhile, institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on CEO compensation. The test results show return on assets and concentration ownership have no effect on CEO compensation. The contribution of this research can provide input for investors and management to understand the conditions of female executives' compensation and the factors that have fundamentally proven to affect the compensation of CEOs. Furthermore, these results have a strong reliability to be considered in designing executive compensation packages and good governance systems. Abstract

The acceleration of digital transformation in organizations plays a critical role in supporting business processes and selecting appropriate technologies to address organizational challenges and issues. Currently, blockchain technology has garnered significant attention among practitioners and academics due to its versatile applications. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the adoption of blockchain technology at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan using the technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework model to map the determinants of blockchain technology adoption. The analysis is conducted through a structural equation modelling (SEM) approach. The research results from 150 respondents indicate that technology, organization and environment have a significant and positive impact on the adoption of blockchain technology. However, organizational culture does not have a moderating effect on this study. Additionally, the study examines the effects of blockchain technology adoption on organizational performance. In order to successfully adopt blockchain technology, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan need to consider technological, organizational and environmental factors. Moreover, collaboration with organizations that have already adopted blockchain technology and partnerships with educational institutions to explore the full potential of this technology are recommended. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of budget planning, human resource competence, and budget execution on budget absorption with motivation as a mediating variable at State High School Sub-Rayon IV Semarang City. In this study, the sample was all employees related to budgeting at State Senior High Schools in Sub-Rayon IV Semarang City, totaling 64 respondents (census method). The analysis tools are 1) a validity test, 2) a reliability test. 3) classic assumption test (multicollinearity test). 4) heteroscedasticity test. 5) hypothesis testing (t and F). 6) intervening test (Sobel test). 7) test the coefficient of determination. 8) stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results show that: 1) budget planning, human resource competence, and budget execution significantly and positively affect budget absorption. 2) budget planning, human resource competence, and budget execution significantly and positively affect motivation. 3) Motivation has a significant and positive effect on budget absorption. 4) motivation can mediate the effect of budget planning, human resource competence, and budget execution on budget absorption in State Senior High Schools in Sub-Rayon IV Semarang City. The research concludes that budget planning, human resource competency, and budget implementation affect motivation and budget absorption in SMA Negeri in Sub Rayon IV Semarang City. Abstract

Companies are utilizing the increasing technological and information development to conduct digital marketing activities. Sudut Lombok is a business that operates digital marketing to increase its brand awareness to potential customers. The purpose of this research is to (1) identify digital marketing strategies that Sudut Lombok has carried out in building its brand awareness, (2) measure the level of brand awareness of Sudut Lombok in potential customers, and (3) determine the solution proposed implementation of the right digital marketing strategy in increasing brand awareness. This study used the marketing mix 4C in identifying Sudut Lombok’s marketing activities and brand awareness pyramid to measure the level of brand awareness of Sudut Lombok. The results show that the right digital marketing strategies, brand awareness, and digital marketing solutions can optimize the marketing media used by Sudut Lombok.
