Abstract

This article aims to reveal the extent of the validity of the sacred texts of Islam, the traditions of the prophet about the primacy of the nation of Syria on the one hand, and the current conflict impressive this nation as one nation accused by some parties.Writing this article uses descriptive analysis method to analyze the text of the traditions of the prophet either textual or contextual, also using a functional approach. The authors chose this approach because of the actors who played in the conflict in Syria is more appropriate to say, playing for the function or interests that are temporary. This is evidenced by the difference of their attitude to the case and other regions, outside Syria.Resultsthat writer get from search two sides, namely the text of the hadith and the circumstances of the real Syrian conflict is that the texts are not only meaningful, but the systemic. Thus cannot be said that an attack on Syria, even by Muslims themselves, considered denial of the traditions of the Prophet. That is true whether or not the attack on Syria must be seen from the case itself in terms of Islamic law. Keywords: Syria, virtues morality, geopolitical conflict

Abstract

This work is focused on an investigation of tensile behavior of natural zeolite-high density polyethylene (HDPE) annealed composites. Annealing process of injection molded  composite was performed at 90oC for 12 h. Uniaxial tensile test was conducted at constant cross head speed of 4 mm/minat room temperature (25oC). Results showed that elongation at break, ductility ratioandyield stressdecreasedwith increasingconcentration of zeolite in host matrix. While, tensile strength and Young'smodulusincreasedwith the increasing zeolite content up to 5 wt.%, and they decreased in further additions. This is due to the mechanism of stress transfer from the matrix to the particles occurs efficiently in zeolite content of 5 wt.%. Keywords:tensile strength, zeolite, HDPE, mechanical properties

Abstract

C4.5 algorithm is one of the proposed algorithms by data mining researchers in the field of education for example, determine students' graduation. School is a place of education for children. Various school is kindergarten, elementary school, junior high, high school, universities and others. In high school are usually the success of the National Examination and the Examination Schools a school is determined by the values of students in school. If the students in the school resulted in the National Examination and the Examination Schools, which either means that many students in the school who graduate. Therefore, the students' graduation needs to be determined. The algorithms used in this study is the incorporation of C4.5 and Adaboost algorithm to improve the accuracy in determining students' graduation. This study uses the dataset graduate students majoring in science SMA Islam Sultan Fatah Wedung of Demak some 230 data. Attributes this study consisted of a number of participants, participant names, the value of Indonesian, English value, the value of Mathematics, Physics values, values Chemistry, Biology value, and description. Merger C4.5 algorithms and Adaboost using datasets graduation of students SMA Islam Sultan Fatah produces an accuracy of +/- 99.57% 1:30%. Accuracy merger C4.5 and Adaboost algorithm higher than in previous studies to determine students' graduation. Keywords: Algorithm C4.5, Adaboost,, Students, Grades

Abstract

Cellulose is widely present in various forms of biomasses. Cellulose and its derivatives have many advantages and have been used for years in a wide variety of applications. Obtaining pure cellulose from lignocellulosic materials is essential due to its potential advantages and applications. Sugarcane bagasse is one of very promising raw materials for cellulose production due to its high cellulose content. The objective of this research was to investigate the microwave assisted extraction of cellulose from sugarcane bagasse by using an eco-friendly solvent, i.e. acetic acid. The microwave assisted extraction of sugarcane bagasse cellulose were conducted in varied extraction time (30-70 minutes) and solid liquid ratio of 1:12-1:20, while the acetic acid concentration was fixed at 5% and the power level of the microwave was set at 39.9 W. The product was analyzed for its alpha, beta and gamma cellulose content. The research showed that 67.56% was the highest alpha cellulose content of the sugarcane bagasse pulp obtained from the eco- friendly microwave assisted extraction conducted at 60 minutes of extraction, solid liquid ratio of 1:12, acetic acid concentration of 5% and microwave power level of 39.9 W. This research was done in Balige District, Laguboti District and Porsea District on Toba Samosir Regency at North Sumatera Province. The reasons of making these districts as a choice are: peoples of these districts are working as a rice farmers and the location of these districts are easier to reach. This research use purposive sampling with 99 rice-farmers households on Toba Samosir Regency as samples.Time allocation of women farmers on rice-farming in  Toba Samosir Regency is longer than men farmers. From the regression test on variabels that influence with time allocation of women farmers are the education of women farmers, the education of men farmers, the men farmers’ period of staying on another town and Batak Culture significantly influence in level of confidence 95%. This research recommended that agricultural development still needs to repair by using local wisdom or local culture.
